        병원 근로자의 조직신뢰에 영향을 미치는 조직신뢰 결정요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate of determinants of hospital organization trust affecting to hospital worker's trust in organization. This study was measured levels of trust in organization of hospital workers and 5 determinants of organization trust, organizational fairness, consideration, morality, competence and responsibility toward a society. Levels of trust in organization of hospital workers and determinants of organization trust were assessed using a sample of 190 employees who work at 2 hospitals in Seoul , Kyunggi. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from november 22 to 29 in 2012 and analyzed SPSS 18 by using t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational fairness, consideration and responsibility toward a society among 5 determinants were positively related to levels of trust in organization of hospital workers. Based on these findings, it can be defined that 5 determinants of hospital organization trust influences levels of trust in organization of hospital workers. The implications of this study are discussed and areas for future research are presented.

        Recently, as the number of earthquakes has increased, the building structure standard has been revised in 2016. In order to minimize earthquake damage, steel frame is used as the most economical and efficient lateral resistance system. Also, when the steel braces are subject to Compressive load, which causes unstable behavior of the structure. In order to verify the compressive behavior of the reinforced Braces, structural performance tests were conducted with variables of slenderness ratio and the amount of reinforcement. This study investigates the structural performance of existing double - angle steel braces by reinforcing them with non- welded/assembled light-weight steel frames and proposes a suitable reinforced section.

        P300-기반 숨김정보검사를 이용한 피의자 진술의 진위 여부 확인

        P300-기반 숨김정보검사는 범죄와 관련된 정보를 보유하고 있는가를 통해 유/무죄를 판별하기 때문에 구체적인 물적 증거가 확보되었을 때에만 검사가 가능하다는 한계가 있다. 따라서 구체적 물적 증거 없이도 피의자 진술을 이용하여 검사할 수 있는 뇌파 분석 기법 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 수사 상황에서 나타나는 다양한 진술 상황을 모방하기 위해 진술 조건에 따라 허위진술(n=16), 자백(n=16), 범죄 부인(n=16), 무죄(n=17)의 네 가지 조건을 구성하고 그에 대한 뇌파 반응을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 이전 연구들과 마찬가지로 유죄미션을 실시하고 범죄를 부인한 조건에서는 범죄관련자극에서 무관련자극보다 높은 P300 반응이 나타났고 무죄조건에서는 모든 자극에서 비슷한 P300 반응이 나타났다. 또한 실제 범죄 행동과 진술 내용이 불일치하는 허위진술조건에서는 범죄관련자극에서 허위진술관련자극과 무관련자극보다 더 높은 P300 반응이 나타났고 범죄 행동과 진술 내용이 일치하는 자백조건에서는 무관련자극보다 범죄관련자극에서 P300 반응이 더 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 P300-기반 숨김정보검사를 통해 허위진술과 실제 범죄 행동을 구분할 수 있고 자백의 신빙성을 확인할 수 있음을 보여준다.

        정보 노출 상황에서의 P300-기반 숨김정보검사

        This study investigated the method resistant to information leakage in P300-based concealed information test using misleading information and Korean sentences. The misleading information is intentionally introduced to participants as a crime-related item. Participants acquired crime-related knowledge either by committing mock crime (guilty group, n=58) or watching a video that describes a mock crime (informed-innocent group, n=53). Each group was divided into three conditions by exposing to misleading information before the concealed information test : control, 1-misleading information, 2-misleading information. During the concealed information test, the sentence stimuli were presented in subject-object-verb order. There was a significant difference in P300 amplitude between the probe and irrelevant stimuli for object and verb elements regardless of misleading information condition in the guilty group. In the informed-innocent group, the probe stimulus elicited larger P300 amplitude compared to irrelevant stimuli for object and verb elements only in the control condition, but not in the 1-misleading information and 2-misleading information condition. These results suggest that the misleading information in the P300-based concealed information test is effective in reducing false positive outcomes of informed-innocents, even that the number of misleading information increases. 본 연구는 정보 노출에 대한 P300-기반 숨김정보검사의 한계점을 극복하고자 허위정보(misleading information)와 문장을 사용하여 실험을 진행하였다. 허위정보는 피험자에게 범죄와 관련되어 있다고 고의로 노출시킨 정보로, 실제로는 범죄와 관련이 없는 정보를 의미한다. 피험자는 크게 모의 범죄를 수행함으로써 범죄관련정보를 습득하거나(유죄집단, n=58), 모의 범죄를 설명한 동영상을 시청함으로써 범죄관련정보를 습득하는(정보노출-무죄집단, n=53) 두 개의 집단으로 나누어졌다. 각 집단은 다시 뇌파 검사가 진행되기 전에 허위정보에 노출되는 지에 따라 통제조건, 한 개의 허위정보에 노출되는 조건, 두 개의 허위정보에 노출되는 조건의 세 가지 조건으로 분류되었다. 뇌파검사가 진행되는 동안 주어/목적어/동사 구조의 문장이 자극으로 제시되었다. 유죄집단은 목적어와 서술어에서 허위정보 조건에 상관없이 탐침자극과 무관련자극 간에 유의미한 P300 진폭 차이가 나타났다. 정보노출-무죄집단의 경우 목적어와 서술어에 대해 통제조건에서만 탐침자극에 대한 높은 P300 진폭이 나타났으며, 허위정보에 노출되었을 때에는 탐침자극의 P300 진폭이 감소하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 허위정보가 P300-기반 숨김정보검사에서 정보노출-무죄집단에 대한 허위긍정오류(false positive)를 감소시키는데 효과적임을 나타내며, 허위정보의 개수가 증가하여도 효과적임을 보여준다.

        In this study the structural performance of new composite column to composite beam connection was evaluated by cyclic tests. It is designed to be applied to various types of through type system to the bottom plate to view synthesis composite beam. A composite column is composed of a RC type column reinforced by steel angles which the end bends in each edge corners of column. also, A composite beam is composed of trussed type’s web, a bottom steel plate and reinforced by steel angles which the end bends in each edge corners of beam. 4 cyclic tests of the clarified structural performance of the connections are performed. All specimens that is apply reinforced concrete beam-column joints based on KBC2009 criteria was performed by cyclic test of column to beam. All specimens were exposed to be satisfied with the required ultimate strength.

        병원 조직 및 구성원들 간 신뢰수준에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to understand the antecedents of trust with regard to organization and interpersonal trust among the employees of a hospital organization. Methods : Data were collected from 942 employees who work at ten hospitals of Seoul in other cities in Korea. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS Ver. 18.0 and AMOS Ver. 18.0 and by a frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Results : The main finding here was that the trust of hospital employees is significantly affected by fairness, consideration, morality, competence, and social responsibility. Conclusions : This result implies that hospital administrators should endeavor to improve the level of trust of among the employees of their organization and in therir coworkers through a fair reward system, an ethical management philosophy, by instilling a high competency level compared to other hospitals, and by ensuring high levels of social responsibility.

      • 구리와 은 박막의 열팡창계수에 미치는 결정립 크기와 박막 두께의 영향

        Thermal evaporation 장비를 이용하여 양면 연마된 Si 기판위에 grain size와 thickness를 변화시킨 구리와 은 박막을 증착 하였다. 시편을 상온에서 250℃까지 가열한 후 냉각 시키며 열응력을 측정하였고, 결과를 온도-응력 곡선으로 나타냈다. 온도-응력 곡선에서 기울기를 구한 후, 열팽창계수를 계산하였다. 그 결과, grain size가 증가할수록 열팽창계수가 증가하는 경향을 보였다.

        프리텐셔닝 인장재를 적용한 CAP Deck 합성슬래브의 휨성능 실험

        These days, the Composite Slabs with Deep Deck plate was commonly used in domestic construction site, and, the application of the Slim Floor system was increased from the Enlargement and High-rise Building. But, Slim Floor system using the Deep Deck was shown safety problem caused by the deflection and local buckling in construction phase when used to more than 6m. Therefore, for solving the problem, the installation of the shores is essential. This study is realize the long span slab without shores from control the deflection through applied the pre-tensioning elements in CAP deck. In addition, by applying the pre-tensioning member as the tensile member of the CAP Deck slab, the pre-tensioning member for the shores tries to be used as the structural member. Accordingly, to determine the flexural performance of the CAP Deck slab through the pre-tensioning force in tensile member, and, the composite effect of the CAP Deck slab by the experiments.

        연골세포와 중간엽줄기세포의 3차원 Co-culture를 통한 연골화 향상

        Two-dimensional cultivation is typically used for cell growth, but the method reduces the characteristics of chondrocytes and stem cells, and limits culture area. Therefore, development of three-dimensional culture method is needed to mimic in vivo environment, improve quality of cells and scale-up efficiently. Improving proliferation and chondrogenesis is available by co-culture of chondrocytes and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) that leads to interaction between two kinds of cells. However, the co-culture has problems that permeability of sphere diminishes as aggregate size increased and ratio of two kinds of cells composing each spheres is different. In this work, co-cultivation method using controlled sphere composed of chondrocytes and MSCs was established and enhanced chondrogenesis. Periosteum-derived progenitor cells (PDPCs) that are appropriate for cell therapy source of articular cartilage were used as MSCs. Controlled spheres were formed in the hanging-drop plates and shifted for being induced chondrogenesis in 35-mm non-adhesive culture dishes at a rotation rate of 60 rpm. After inducing chondrogenesis, gene expressions related with chondrogenesis were found to be improved and it was apparent that the utilization of controlled spheres promoted chondrogenesis. As a result, available numbers of cells per unit area were increased and chondrogenic differentiation ability was improved compared to typical two-dimensional culture. This approach shows the potential in cartilage regeneration as it can provide sufficient numbers of chondrocytes.
