Medical Tourism was designated as new leading business at government level in 2009, brought out significant development as a result of variety of improvement of a system and industrial rearing. Consequently, developing a field centered test of ‘International medical tourism coordinator’is needed to generate industry demand by making use of systematic practical assessment tool. However, research on job analysis of‘International medical tourism coordinator’was insufficient so far. The purpose of this study was to examine the job analysis of ‘International medical tourism coordinator’utilizing DACUM technique, develop a field centered test to fulfil the industry demand. Suggestions by the research results of the study as follows. First of all, we developed centered filed evaluation method. our job analysis with DACUM technique and field study came up with practical appraisal method. These method will bring out specialization of certification itself by applying practical appraisal method, enable to develop it for specialized in Medical and Tourism industry. Second, our methods enable to promote workers overseas export as well as foreign patient attraction. the test was only focused on promoting foreign patient. however, we added evaluation categories for examination of workers of overseas expansion of medical institution. Third, we expect that test subjects and standard presenting exam of international medical tourism coordinator is utilized to the base of curriculum and teaching material development, so, more systematic education is in need. However, as we are focused on development of practical test categories centered field, we performed job analysis using of existing NCS in medical and tourism industry there is a limit that as we were not able to conduct job analysis fits international medical tourism coordinator, mating one to one.

Objectives: This study is for developing the prediction model of outpatient's revisit in target hospital. Using this model, hospital managers can make efficient customer relationship. Methods: This is based on the medical record data of patients in target hospital (with 967 beds). They are divided into two groups, which are used each for different purpose. One(raw data) is used to make the prediction model of revisit and the other(test data) is used to evaluate the model. For raw data were used the 4,273 outpatient cases, where patients visited the first time between august and september in 2000, and visited till december in 2003. For the test data were used 9,392 outpatient cases, where patients visited the first time between august and september in 2003, and visited till december in 2006. That is, each data was selected from the outpatient's medical records for three-years. Results: The decision tree model is better than the logistic regression model as prediction model of outpatient's revisit in target hospital. The decision tree model is evaluated more excellent in ROC curve and classification accuracy in test data. For predicting the outpatient's revisit, it is more useful to have 4 variables - non-insured expenses, special medical service, cooperation service with oriental medicine and visit via ER. We can predict the revisit of outpatients over 39.5% rate by these variables. Conclusions: By using decision tree model, target hospital can make more accurate prediction of outpatient's revisit and make good customer relation management. So, target hospital can use some CRM program including 4 variables. To make more useful model for other hospitals in Korea, each hospital managers need to understand more their hospital environment and patient's characteristics.

This study focuses on the factors that affect the re-choice and the satisfaction used hospitals. Data used in this study were collected from 1% of chunchon' housekeeping. The real sample responded the survey are 923 housekeeping. The dependent variables in this study are the re-choice and the satisfaction used hospital. The independent variables are hospital's image, service state, hospital reputation, values to hospitals, to be satisfied the staff, patient' attitude to hospitals. The factors that have the re-choice impact don't appear. But the factors that affect the patient' satisfaction are hospital's image, service state, hospital reputation, values to hospitals, to be satisfied the staff, patient' attitude to hospitals.
나노 다이아몬드 입자를 첨가한 엔진 오일의 알루미늄 6061 합금에 대한 마모 특성

Pin-to-disc wear testing experiments were conducted to investigate the wear characteristics of commercial oil(5W-40) with nano-diamond particles. The upper specimen was a SUJ-2 high-carbon chromium steel ball with a diameter of 4 mm, and the lower specimen was made of the Al-6061 alloy. The applied load was 5 N, and the sliding speed was 0.25 m/s. The wear tests were conducted at a sliding distance of 500 m. The friction coefficients and wear rates of the Al-6061 specimens were tested using commercial oil with different nano-diamond concentrations ranging from 0 to 0.02 wt.%. The addition of nano-diamond particles to commercial oil reduced both the wear rate and coefficient of friction of the Al-6061 alloy. The use of nano-diamond particles as a solid additive in oil lubricants was found to improve the tribological behavior of the Al-6061 alloy. For the Al-6061 alloy, the optimal concentration was found to be 0.005 wt.% in view of the friction coefficient and wear rate. Further investigation is needed to determine the optimal concentration of nano-diamond particles for various loadings, sliding speeds, oil temperatures, and sliding distances.
