In this study, the structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of $Pb[(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_x-(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.09-x}-(Zn_{0.505}Ti_{0.495)_0.91]O_3$ (x=0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05) system ceramics were investigated to develop the composition ceramics for piezoelectric transformer. All the specimens were sintered at $1250^{\circ}C$ and its physical properties were measured, and the results are as follows : With increasing PNN substitution for PMN-PZT system, dielectric constant was increased and electro-mechanical coupling factor($k_p$) was increased to 0.62 at 5 mol% while mechanical quality factor(Qm) was decreased.

현재 우리 경제의 구조적 문제점은 힘들고 어려운 제조업에서 손쉽고 편한 서비스 업종으로 근로자들이 몰리고 있으므로 산업별 인력수급에 커다란 차질을 초래하고 있으며, 선진국의 개념 기준에 따라 서비스 산업으로 분류하고 있는 건설시공분야에는 오히려 극심한 인력난을 겪고 있는 현실에서 이번 UR협상에서 건설업이 시장개방 대상으로 그것도 우선순위에서 맨머저 논의되고 있으며 장래 국내건설시장에 엄청난 파문을 몰고 올 조짐마저 보이고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 이러한 절박한 환경에 대응하여 국내 건설업이 경재력을 제고하고 보다 더 활성화되어 발전의 거보에 초석이 될 수 있는 방안의 일환으로서 UR협상에 의한 건설시장 개방에 따른 국내 건설업의 당면과제 및 대처방안에 대해 미력하나마 짧은 소견을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest success strategies by examining franchisers' business performance according to franchisers' characteristics and relations between franchise organizations and franchisers. Firstly, when franchisers' internal control is stronger, secondly, when franchisers' belief is stronger, thirdly with respect to franchisers' behaviors, when franchisers' self-changes/initiative, prior information collection/practice, as well as marketing and management abilities are higher, and fourthly, when communication between franchise organizations and franchisers are more smooth, perceived business performance is higher and pre-and post support is higher, business performance is highly shown. In addition, regarding marketing and management abilities as well as belief that is a sub-factor of psychological characteristics, relations(communication, moral-hazard, support, appropriateness of division/procedure, perceived business performance) between franchise organizations and franchisers affect the performance of franchise. Therefore, cosmetics franchisers would expand continuously, so franchise organizations will have an opportunity to solve various problems if they support sales support such as development of new products, effective education for franchisers, diverse product lines for consumers' various tastes, effective franchise operation, and business management). This study was analyzed and examined focusing on cosmetics franchises so has a limit of generalization. Accordingly, based on such a limit, the follow-up studies need to analyze various types of industries.
Screening of Radio-resistant Lactic Acid Bacteria

This study screened for radio-resistant strains lactic acid bacteria (LAB) by evaluating their capability to survive exposure to ionizing radiation. Ten strains of LAB - Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus casei, Lacto-bacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus delbruekii, Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus,Bifidobacterium breve, and Pediocuccos pentosaceus - were selected and subcultuted twice. The LAB was then further cul-tured for 3 d at 37o C to reach 7-10 Log colony-forming units (CFU)/mL prior to irradiation and immediately exposed to gamma rays or electron beams with absorbed doses of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 kGy. Gamma irradiation gradually decreased the number of the tested viable LAB, and the effect was irradiation dose dependent. A similar effect was found in electron beam-irradiated LAB. Radiation sensitivity of LAB was calculated as D10values, which ranged from 0.26 kGy to 0.9 kGy and 0.5 kGy to 1.44 kGy with exposure to gamma and electron beam irradiation, respectively, in all tested LAB. L. acidophilus was the most resistant to gamma and electron beam irradiation, with D10 values of 0.9 kGy and 1.44 kGy, res-pectively. These results suggest that L. acidophilus might be suitable for the preparation of probiotics as direct-fed microbes for astronauts in extreme space environments.
