        운동생리학 : 환경온도차이가 지구성운동시 혈청 LDH, CK 활성 및 Cortisol 농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different environment temperature on serum LDH, CK activity and cortisol concentration. Subjects were seven healthy males who not taking any particular physical training.Temperature and humidity was consisted of high temperature(35±0.5°C), normal temperature(20±0.5°C), Low temperature(5±0.5°C) and maintained 50±3% humidity condition. Treadmill exercise maintained 60% VO2max exercise in the chamber. LDH, CK and cortisol concentration were compared between measured time by one-way ANOVA with repeated measure. Differences were considered significant at the 95% level of confidence(p<.05). Serum LDH activity was a significant difference at recovery 15min between group (p<.05), Tukey post-hoc analysis further revealed that LDH activity was significantly greater in high temperature than normal temperature. Serum CK activity was not significant difference. Cortisol concentration was a significant difference at 30min adaptation in the chamber(p<.05), tukey post-hoc analysis further revealed that cortisol concentration was significantly greater in low temperature than high temperature and normal temperature. These finding suggest that exercise is mainly factor of efflux enzyme and high temperature shows complex and additional factor in injury of skeletal muscle.

        만성요통환자의 심폐기능에 관한 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate of cardiorespiratory function on low back pain's patients. Subject were consist of low back pain patients(13), sedentary(13), athlete(13) who participated in this experiment voluntarily. The subjects in the exercise performed by arm ergometer. Statistical techniques for data analysis were One-way ANOVA and significance level was 5%. This study following result was low back pain is a problem that is common and costly to society, and its effective management remains a challenge. Therefor low back and abdominal exercise and aerobic exercise are prescribed for a injury of low back pain. Also aerobic exercise are beneficial for low back pain' patients.

        8주간의 Circuit weight training 다이어트 프로그램이 비만여대생들의 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the body composition of fifteen college-age women participated who over 30% body fat ratio during 8 weeks circuit weight training. The result of body weight, body fat weight, % body fat, abdomen fat after six weeks training were decreased, there were significant differences(p<.05). Lean body mass was no significant differences. In conclusion, it can the referred that the circuit weight training are valid in the body composition of college-age women. Restricted diet should be applied more long term and various program.

        This study was designed to identify how the factorial structure of physical fitness and excellent basketball players required structure of physical fitness. The subjects participating in this study were 26 male university basketball players who were classified into excellent athletes. Factor analysis was applied for analyzing factorial structure of man's field hockey players. The implications of the study were as follows: 1.Among the factors of physical fitness, muscular strength had a significant impact on basketball player performance outcomes irrelevant to the levels of skills. 2.At the excellent basketball players of university, muscular strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, agility and were very important factors for deciding performance outcomes.

      • 400M 트랙 달리기 후 아이싱 회복방법이 심박수, 혈중 젖산농도 및 경기력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the ICING Recovery on heart rate, blood lactate and performance skill after 400M running. In this study, The subjects participating were 6male university students. They participated in test of measuring for heart rate, blood lactate at rest, after 400M running, recovery 5min, 10min, 20min, 30min. Blood lactate was measured by YSI-1500 Blood Lactate analyzer and Heart rate was measured by POLAR Heart rate analyzer, Recovery theory were Icing recovery, activity recovery, non-activity recovery. The result of the study were summarized as follows : 1.In the Heart rate, significantly difference 10min of icing recovery, activity recovery, non-activity recovery(P〈.05). at the Heat rate recovery rate, icing recovery was 84.09% activity recovery was 82.51%, non-activity recovery was 76.73%. 2.In the Blood lactate, significantly difference 5min of icing recovery, activity recovery, non-activity recovery(P〈.05). at the Blood lactate rate, icing recovery was 82.93%, activity recovery was 80.05%, non-activity recovery was 54.03%. 3.Comparing with recoding time at first and second 400M running, icing recovery theory was first recorded time 1.05±2.00, second recorded time 1.07±2.63, activity recovery was first recorded time 1.07±2.63, second recorded time 1.13±3.77, non-activity recovery was first recorded time 1.07±1.604 second recorded time 1.15±4.457.

        6주간의 저항성트레이닝이 여대생들의 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the body composition of college-age women during six weeks resistance training. The subjects was healthy 50 college-age women, who were checked by a body weight, body fat weight, % body fat, abdomen fat. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS for windows package ver. 12.0. The date analysis using paired sample t-test. This study provides evidence that body weight, body fat weight, % body fat, abdomen fat were decreased after six weeks resistance training, and there were significant differences (p<.05). Lean body mass was no significant differences. In conclusion, it can the referred that the resistance training are valid in the body composition of college-age women. Increasing in lean body mass should be applied more long term and various program with aerobic exercise.

      • 최대운동부하시 정상인과 만성요통환자의 심폐계 반응에 대한 비교 연구

        This study is aimed to determine the cardiovascular function response to maximal exercise of chronic low back pain patients(N=13) and normal group(N=13). By using BRUCE PROTOCOL, subjects underwent tredmill exercise test. Their cardiovascular function responses during rest and after maximal exercise were compared The responses were analyzed using t-test for SPSS 7.0 program. The Cardiovascular function variables employed at rest time(Vo2, HR, Vo2/㎏, VE, Vco2,) and all out time(Vo2peak, HRpeak, Vo2peak/㎏,VEpeak, Vco2peak). Result show that : 1. There was no significant difference in Vo2 between chronic low back pain patients and normal group at rest time. However significant difference in Vo2peak was observed after maximal exercise(p$lt;.05). 2. There was no significant difference in HR between chronic low back pain patients and normal group at rest time. No significant difference in HRpeak likewise observed. 3. There was no significant difference in Vo2/㎏ between chronic low back pain patients and normal group at rest time. However significant difference in Vo2peak/㎏ was observed after maximal exercise load(p$lt;.05). 4. There was no significant difference in VE between chronic low back pain patients and normal group at rest time. However significant difference in VEpeak observed after maximal exercise load(p$lt;.05).

        운동프로그램을 수행중인 중년비만 여성의 복분자 분말 단기투여가 신체조성, 최대산소섭취량 및 혈중지질성분, 젖산, 암모니아에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ingesting Rubus Coreanus Miquel flour on body composition, blood lipid, maximum oxygen intake and fatigue of overweight middle-aged women and present potential of Rubus Coreanus Miquel for health supplement. The targets of this study were 14 women who couldn? lose their weight, even if they kept exercising and we started this research after separating them to two groups that are control group 7 women (45.8?.6 yrs, 154.3?.7 cm, 62.4?.1 kg, 32.1?.4 body fat) and trained group 7 women (45.8?.1 yrs, 152.4?.9 cm, 56.2?.3 kg, 31.1?.0 body fat). The result of the research was that weight, body fat, and BMI of the group who ingested Rubus Coreanus Miquel for 20days showed significant decreasing in the statistics and maximum oxygen intake showed highly oxygen inhalation according to increasing training time. There was no significant difference of blood lipid between two groups. The result of research about change of fatigue lactate and ammonia showed that trained group showed decreasing of fatigue compared to control group and present significant difference between two groups. Rubus Coreanus Miquel is estimated that the material has positive influence to weight, maximum oxygen intake and fatigue of overweight middle-aged women according to this study. But blood lipid didn? show significant difference.

        운동생리학 : 온도변화에 따른 지구성운동이 serum FFA, glucose농도와 에너지소비에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of temperature change on serum FFA, serum glucose concentration and energy expenditure during prolonged exercise. All seven healthy males were asked to do exercise at 60% VO2max in the chamber and experimental temperature within the chamber were adjusted to three condition : normal temperature(NT:20±0.5℃)/ low temperature(LT:5±0.5℃), high temperature(HT:35±0.5℃) and 50±3% humidity condition. Each experimental exercise were monitored and analyzed the change of serum FFA, serum glucose and energy expenditure. Serum FFA concentration showed a significant(p<.05) higher value in LT at exercise 30min, post exercise 15min than NT and HI, serum glucose concentration showed a significant(p<.05) higher value in HT at post exercise, recovery 15min, recovery 30min than NT and LT. In summary, LT condition showed energy supply depend on serum FFA, HT condition showed energy supply depend on serum glucose during prolonged exercise.
