건강관리 스마트워치의 이해도가 지속적인 사용 의도에 관한 연구

의료산업 은 실시간 모니터링의 필요성으로 인해 극적으로 변화하고 있다. 현장 진료, 진단 및 장기 건강 상태에 따라 대부분의 스마트워치 제조업체는 건강관리 응용프로그램에 중점을 두고 눈에 띄게 변화하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 스마트워치 시스템의 이해도와 이 시스템을 사용하려는 지속적인 의도 사이에서 사용 동기가 매개효과가 있는지를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 스마트워치 시스템의 이해도를 안전성, 편의성, 기술 준비성으로 분류하였다. 스마트워치의 신뢰를 개별 독립변수로 선정하였다. 본 연구를 위해 온라인 조사를 통해 250개의 자료가 수집되었으며, 응답자 중에서 220명의 응답자가 유효한 응답을 하였다. 통계분석은 구조방정식 모델링 기법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다, 첫째, 안전성, 편의성, 기술 준비성은 사용 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 스마트워치의 신뢰는 사용동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 사용 동기는 지속적 사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 본 실증 연구를 통해 사용자가 스마트워치 애플리케이션을 지속적 사용할 토대가 되었다. 사용자의 의사결정 과정에 대한 메커니즘을 스마트워치 제조업체에 제공하는 계기가 될것 이다. The healthcare industry is changing dramatically due to the need for real-time monitoring. With point-of-care, diagnostics and long-term health conditions, most smartwatch manufacturers are shifting markedly with a focus on healthcare applications. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a mediating effect between the understanding of the smartwatch system and the continuous intention to use the system. For this study, the degree of understanding of the smart watch system was classified into safety, convenience, and technology readiness. Smart watch trust was selected as an individual dependent variable. For this study, 250 samples were collected through an online survey, and 220 of the respondents gave valid responses. For statistical analysis, structural equation modeling technique was used. The study results are summarized as follows. First, safety, convenience, and technical readiness have a positive effect on motivation to use. Second, trust in smartwatches has a positive effect on motivation to use them. Third, the motive for use has a positive effect on the intention of continuous use. Through this empirical study, it became the basis for continuous use of smartwatch applications by users. It will serve as an opportunity to provide smartwatch manufacturers with a mechanism for the user's decision-making process.

The water level of the dam reservoir is an important data in the operation of the dam. reservoir storage can be calculated by using water levels or prepared for disasters such as drought and floods. However, the water level is measured near the dam, making it difficult to represent a reservoir with a large area, and there is a high possibility that the water surface will be distorted due to discharge. Furthermore, the results of the survey showed that the water level of the reservoir is irregular rather than constant, and the water level of the reservoir is repeatedly falling and rising by section. In order to calculate such a complex and irregular representative water level, the water level observation density of the reservoir must be increased. In this study, we tried to derive the optimum water level observation density for Hwacheon Dam. A reasonable water level measurement density was derived by investigating the water level elevation of the reservoir and statistically analyzing it. The observation density may vary depending on the size of the reservoir, so the same analysis was conducted on the Goesan Dam and Boseonggang Dam. According to the results, four Hwacheon dams, three Goesan dams, and seven Boseong River dams are needed for observation density.

최근 우리 사회가 도시화, 산업화 그리고 정보화 시대로 급속히 변동하연서 야기되는 범죄와 무질서 등 각종 사회병리현상들로 인하여 그 어느 때보다도 국민 재개인의 생명과 재산에 대한 안전의 욕구가 날로 증가되고 있으며, 특히 국민생활안전 대한 각종 사외 불안현상은 우려할 정도를 지니 심각한 지경에까지 이르렀다 이미 겪은 선진국에서는 오래 전부터 국가차원이 아닌 민간차원의 범죄예방제도인 민간경비산업을 연구ㆍ발전시켜 지금은 경찰의 범죄예방능력과 상용하는 존재로 확고한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 민간경비산업이 범죄예방활동에 크게 기여하였음에도 불구하고 일반 시민과 경찰기관의 전통적인 고정관념 때문에 민간경비의 범죄예방 활통에 대해서는 중요하게 인식하지 않는 경향이 있다.<BR> 민간경호ㆍ정비인력의 질적 향상과 효과적인 치안유지의 민ㆍ관 분할을 이루어내기 위해서는 국가에서 법으로 지정한 제도 외에 전문화된 민간경비 관련자격의 도입과 민간경비에 대한 인식의 개선이 필요하다. 경비산업에 있어서의 전문경비자격승제도는 현재 미국, 일본 능 선진국가에서 널리 활용되고 있으며, 그 가치를 높이 평가받고 있기 때문에 이 제도를 우리나라 국가중요 시설경비에 도입한다고 하면 매우 큰 의의가 있을 것이다. 국가에서 공인한 전문경비자격증을 갖춘 사람을 국가중요시설에 배치시킴으로써 기존에 논의되어 왔던 경비인력의 자질 문제를 희석시킬 수 있으며, 이는 곧 국가중요시설경비의 효율화를 기대할 수 있기 때문이다.<BR> 본 연구에서는 한국 민간경호ㆍ정비 관련자격증의 문제점과 개선방안을 국내 시행중인 생열체육지도자, 사회복지사, 컴퓨터 관련자격증 제도의 자격운영체제와 검정 및 연수방업 등에 대한 내용을 비교, 연구하여 현행 자격 및 교육제도의 문제점과 이상적인 민간경호ㆍ경비의 전문자격제도의 도입방안 제시하였다. 전문자격제도를 개선하기 위해서는 자격분야의 다양화, 관ㆍ학ㆍ산업체의 상호협력과 행정지도 및 인식의 전환이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다. The most recent, desire of safety about person"s life and property is increasing more and more as for crimes, disorder and various social phenomenon caused by urbanization, industrialization and information-oriented society, Especially, uneasiness phenomenon about security of the people"s life is too serious. Like this social uneasiness facts penetrate our society deeply to make healthy economic activity hard and specially all the people is in sign of crime and may be damaged. Advanced countries already studied and developed the Private Security Business as the crime prevention-not national dimension but private dimension and now it is placed after the crime prevention of police.<BR> Though Private Security Business contributed to the crime prevention, the people tend to recognize it worthless owing to the traditional fixed idea between people at large and police organ, To advance qualitatively and divide Private and Police effectively for Private Guard and Defense Guard, as well as system of the rule, need introduction of professional private security and improvement of the recognition about private security,<BR> In Security Business, the system of professional security certificate of qualification is applied around the advanced nations just like US and, Japan and because it is set a high value, if our country, introduce national main security facilities, it is much meaningful. It is possible to hush up the quality problem that was discussed up to date as the men who have National authorization-professional security certificate of qualification set in the important institution in country, and it is expected the efficiency of the security for the important national institution. In this study, making comparative study the problems about the certificate of qualification connected korean private security and improvement program with system of cerfiticate of qualification on the life physical director, the social welfare worker and computer programmer. presented the problems of education system and the ideal introduction plan about Private Security and Professional Qualification System. To improve Professional Qualification System, need variety of fields, cooperation with academy and industrial organization, administration guidance and change of recognition.

The prognosis for patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with inferior vena cava (IVC) thrombus is very poor due to the absence of effective chemotherapeutic agents and the limited usefulness of radiation therapy in this setting. Surgery provided the only hope of a cure in these patients, although resection of RCC with IVC thrombus is technically demanding and is associated with high perioperative morbidity and mortality rates. For this reason, an aggressive approach has been established as the mainstay of treatment. Recent advances in the understanding of the biology of intravascular tumor invasion and the considerable progress in the fields of diagnosis and treatment of this entity, with innovative surgical and systemic strategies, have completely redefined the management of these patients. Basically, treatment must be individualized to every patient based on tumor biology and patient performance status. Additionally, the decision to perform invasive surgery in these patients should be done with caution.
