태권도 공연 평가요인과 관람관여도 및 관람행동의도 간에 구조적 관계모형의 연구

The purpose of this study was to identify the structural causal relationship model among taekwondo performance assessment factor, view involvement, and viewing behavior intention of the viewer of taekwondo performance. The subjects of this study were 355 viewers who had watched show of taekwondo performance by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. To perform this empirical study, the data for the present study were collected from one firms through questionnaire and all measures were self-administred by respondents. To analyze this data, reliability test and factor analysis was employed to test the reliability and validity, and correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the relationship between variables, and structural equation model analysis was used to identify the causal relationship of taekwondo performance viewerers on view involvement and behavior intention. The questionnaires for taekwondo performance assessment factor had been developed by Kim(2009), Kim(2008) and Lee(2011), view involvement had been developed by Ko(2009), Kim et al.,(2007) and chae(2002), and viewing behavior intention had been developed by Park(2013), and Jang(2011). The results were summarized as follow. First, it was showed that taekwondo performance assessment factor have a significant positive influence on view involvement partially. Second, it was showed that view involvement has a significant influence on viewing behavior intention.
2단 감속 구조를 가진 인휠 감속기의 소음 저감에 관한 연구

In this study. the noise sources were identified and the noise were reduced for an In-wheel reduction system. To identify the noise sources, noise signals were measured by a microphone on a driver seat and these signals were analyzed with a waterfall plot. For this purpose, the gear mesh frequencies from the gear box of a reducer were not only investigated but noise sources of an electric motor were also examined. Furthermore, the gear transmission error using the analytical model were obtained to confirm the noise sources occurred by the wheel load during a vehicle motion. It was found that severe noise was generated in the gear system unstability by the wheel load applied to the gear box. In particular, the gear transmission error was dominant the lateral load occurred by a vehicle cornering. The severe noise could be reduced by a gear mesh stiffness modification.
사이클로이드 치형 감속기의 가공 및 조립 오차가 각도전달오차에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

In this paper, parameters that have dominant effects on angular transmission error(A.T.E.) of reducer with cycloid tooth profile are identified, and reduction of the A.T.E. is experimentally confirmed by manufacturing error modification. For impact assessment of the A.T.E. on main components, series of the manufacturing errors are suggested and the A.T.E. is estimated in order to find dependent elements from equivalent analysis model. From the analytical result, we could make out that the A.T.E. is mainly caused by the manufacturing errors of hole and tooth profile in cycloid gear. It is also found that the A.T.E. is influenced by the assembly errors of hold flange and output shaft in carrier. It is experimentally verified that these influence factors have considerable effect on the A.T.E.

11살된 암컷 개, 요크셔 테리어의 발치된 잇몸에서 치은종이 관찰 되었다. 치은종은 조직병리학적 특징에 따라 섬유소성, 골화성, 극세포성 그리고 거대세포성 치은종으로 나눌 수 있으며, 본 증례의 경우 광학현미경학적 관찰결과 골화성 치은종으로 진단되었다. 그러나 특이하게도 골화성 치은종 병변과 함께 몇몇의 거대세포가 관찰 되었다. 거대세포는 파골세포와 유사한 형태를 가지고 있으며, 더욱이 거대세포성 치은종의 경우 발치한 잇몸에서 주로 발생하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 그러므로 골화성 치은종에 발생한 거대세포의 출현이유를 두 가지로 제시할 수 있겠다. 하나는, 치은종의 섬유모세포가 분화되어 형성된 골 성분을 거대세포가 파골세포처럼 탐식하기 위해 출현한 것으로 가정할 수 있으며, 다른 한편으로는 골화성 치은종의 주요 발생원인인 만성 치은염과 발치로 인한 손상 및 염증 등의 거대세포성 치은종의 발생 원인이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생한 혼합 치은종으로 판단할 수 있겠다. 이와 같은 이유로 거대세포가 골화성 치은종에 출현할 가능성이 있다고 판단되어지지만 현재까지 이와 같은 보고는 없었으며, 또한 턱에서 발생하는 거대세포를 포함하는 병변의 발병기전은 아직까지 불분명한 상태이므로 본 증례가 발병기전 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. An epulis was occurred on gingiva of 11-year old female dog, Yorkshire terrier. Our case had feature of ossifying epulis but there were a few multi-nucleated giant cells (MGCs). MGCs had osteoclast-like appearance and giant cell epulis usually appears at the site of tooth extraction. Therefore, we suggest that appearance of MGCs in our case may be due to phagocytosis pre-formed osteoid/bone or our case may be mixed epulides of ossifying and giant cell epulis by mixed stimulation of chronic gingivitis and trauma and in flammation by tooth extraction. Thus, MGCs have possibility enough to appear in ossifying epulis, but ossifying epulis accompanying MGCs has not been reported. Therefore, our case may deserves an attention as an unique case and will be helpful to study pathogenesis of giant cell containing lesion of the jaw.

Lactobacillus paraplantarum KNUC25 strain was isolated from overfermented kimchi, a Korean traditional food. The strain had a broad antimicrobial activity spectrum, from Gram-positive to Gram-negative bacteria. The aim of this study was to evaluate the activity of L. paraplantarum KNUC25 against Helicobacter pylori strains. Judged by a disc agar diffusion method, the anti-H. pylori activity existed in the cell-free supernatants (CFSs) of KNUC25. The mean diameters of growth inhibition by 10, 30, and 60μL of a 15-fold concentrated CFS per disc were 11.2, 17.7, and 23.7mm, respectively. The neutralized CFS lost its anti-H. pylori activity, suggesting that acidic pH in CFS may be responsible for the anti-H. pylori activity. Adherence was determined by urease activity of H. pylori adhered to gastric epithelial cell line AGS cells after co-incubation of AGS cells with CFS and H. pylori strain ATCC43504 (s1m1vacA/cagA+), ATCC51932 (s2m2vacA/cagA−), or SS1 (s2m2vacA/cagA+) in vitro followed by three washes by means of centrifugation with saline. Adherence of ATCC43504 or SS1 to AGS cells was reduced by about 70% after a 30-minute incubation with 30μL of a 15-fold concentrated KNUC25 CFS, whereas that of ATCC51932 to AGS cells was not. The results show KNUC25 CFS is effective in inhibiting the growth of H. pylori, which is related to pH and the adherence of cagA-positive H. pylori to gastric cells.
고속도로 노선선정에서의 입체지형분석을 위한 영상조감도 생성에 관한 연구

The technology for the three-dimensional terrain perspective view can be used as an important factor in planning and designing for the various construction projects. In this study, the stereo image perspective view has been generated for the multi-dimension analysis by combining useful digital map and remotely sensed satellite images. In the course of experimenting with the three-dimensional topography generated by the combination of the orthopimage by the precise GCP and DEM from the contour line, the technology has been developed to offer the multi-dimensional access to the potential construction sites from the nearby main roads. This stereo image bird`s eye view has made it possible to make multi-dimensional analysis on the terrain, which provides real-time virtual access to the designated construction sites and will be a versatile application for development planning and construction projects.

In this study. the noise sources were identified and the noise and vibration were reduced for an industrial forklift. To identify the noise sourses, noise signals were measured by a microphone on a driver seat and these signals were analyzed with a waterfall plot. For this purpose, the gear mesh frequencies from the gear box of a reducer were not only investigated but noise/vibration sourses of an electric motor were also examined. Furthermore, the frequency response functions were obtained to confirm the vibration and noise sourses. It was found that severe vibration and noise were generated in the casing and the connecting part of the reducer. The severe vibration and noise could be reduced by a structure modification.
GIS 콘텐츠 구축에서의 다양한 공간자료의 통합적인 활용방안

GIS 콘텐츠의 가장 중요한 대상이 되는 지형 및 지리 공간정보는 다양한 자료의 수집과 변환에 의한 시스템 통합을 통하여 완성된다. 즉 다양한 공간자료의 통일된 표준화에 의해 통합을 이룰 수 있으므로, 그 내용과 형태가 서로 다른 공간정보는 처음 수집된 상태에서 여러 변환 과정을 통해 다른 형태와 영상으로 새롭게 생성되어 통합을 이루는 요소가 될 수 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대형 댐의 건설로 인하여 수몰된 지역의 과거의 지공간의 정보원 찾아 현실세계와 비교하여 그 차이를 살펴보기 위하여 영상복원을 하는데 이용된 여러 가지의 지공간 자료의 처리과정을 통하여 일반 사진부터 디지털 위성영상자료, 수몰 직전에 제작된 지형도, 마을 사진 등을 통합과정을 통하여 수몰 이전의 GIS콘텐츠의 공간정보의 통합에 의한 활용 기법을 확인하였다.
