The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between sports team identification of college students and satisfaction with the University. The study also assesses the identification with the University in mediating effect between sports team identification and satisfaction with the University. In this study, 608 samples were collected, but 14 of them were excluded due to incomplete and insufficient answers. Therefore, 594 questionnaires were used for the final data analysis. SPSSW IN 23.0 was used for data analysis including a reliability test, correlation analysis and regression analyssi. Lisrel 9.2 was used for data analysis including a confirmatory factor analysis. The followings are the results obtained from the final data analysis. Firstly, team identification of college students had a positive effect on identification with the University. Secondly, team identification of college students had a positive effect on satisfaction with the University. Lastly, identification with the University partially mediated the relationship between team identification and satisfaction with the University.

부천FC 1995 경영 사례 분석을 통한 시사점

The purpose of this study was to examine implications regarding management of sports clubs by investigating the factors contributing to the successful maintenance and management of the team through the case of citizen`s club Bucheon FC, which is participating in K-League Challenge (2nd Division League) as of 2013. As a case study, the results of this study, through the analysis of documents and in-depth interviews with 6 soccer experts, were as follow. First, the supporters` pride as successors of the Korea`s first supporters ‘Hermes’ and club-centered management philosophy have been maintained so far. Second, with 44 small-scale local sponsors invited, a complete and thorough local community-based marketing has been realized. Third, synergy effect of sport and politics has been pursued and attained through persistent negotiations and persuasions. Fourth, non-paid workers have played a substantial role and open communications were being conducted between members of the club and supporters. Fifth, long-term policy for financial self-sufficiency such as charging money for the games and raising youths talents, has already been established.

심판 관련 정책 수립을 위한 한국 여성 축구심판들의 경험 탐색

The purpose of this study was to understand and analyze in-depth what Korean female soccer referees experience and how they undergo such experiences from their point of view. A total 8 subjects including six referees and two international (FIFA) referees registered with the Korea Football Association were selected for this analysis. This study implemented the phenomenological research method in order to discover the answers to the research questions. The results of this study were as follows. First, female referees presented changes with respect to their personality and personal relations. Second, female referees were aware that players, coaches and parents recognized them as women instead of referees. Third, female referees were extremely discouraged at the situation where even female soccer games preferred male referees rather than female referees. Fourth, they were experiencing difficulties while attempting to adjust to an environment where insults and sarcastic expressions were often heard. Lastly, all of study subjects agreed that the support of family members or employers were greatly in need to continue their career.

대학 축구 팀 감독의 진성 리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 팀 성과에 미치는 차별적 영향력

The aim of study was to examine the relationship between head coaches" authentic leadership/transformational leadership and team performance in university football teams. Of particular note, the mediating role of resilience and psychological well-being perceived by players were investigated. A total of 186 samples from 8 teams were used for the final data analysis using SPSS WIN 21.0. Lisrel 9.0. The result of the analysis was as follows: first, head coaches" transformational leadership had a positive effect on players" psychological well-being but did not have a positive effect on players" resilience. Second, head coaches authentic leadership had a positive effect on players" resilience but did not have a positive effect on players" psychological well-being. Third, while neither resilience nor psychological well-being mediated between head coaches" transformational leadership and team performance, transformational leadership had a direct and positive effect on team performance. Fourth, resilience fully mediated the relationship between head coaches" authentic leadership and team performance.

구매장벽이 여대생의 K리그 관람의도에 미치는 영향

This study aims to analyze the impact of purchasing barriers for female college students on their intention of spectating professional soccer games in Korea(K-League). To conduct this study, a survey was performed for 464 female college students residing in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungnam, and Busan using a convenience sampling method. 36 copies were excluded by data screening. Therefore, a total of 428 collected questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The purchasing barriers were categorized into four components such as facility barrier, product barrier, price barrier, and alternative product barrier. And, 15 questions included in these four components were used to measure them. The statistical methods used to analyze the data included t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis, and their results are as follows. First, between the female college students with different majors, there was a statistically significant difference in the purchasing barrier and their intention of spectating games. Second, between students in different grades, there was a statistically significant difference in the facility and price barriers perceived by them and their intention of spectating games. Third, among the purchasing barriers, the barriers related to product and alternative products had an impact on the female college students’ intention of spectating professional soccer games.

견갑골 안정화 운동이 야구선수의 견갑골 관절가동범위, 근력 및근 활성도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of scapular stability exercise training on scapular position and scapular muscle activity in baseball player with scapular dyskinesis. The scapular stability exercise was equally applied on both dominant and non-dominant arms of subjects for 8 weeks. Shoulder Range of Motion, adduction and internal/external rotation in both dominant and non-dominant arm showed significant increases after scapular stability exercise training. Muscle strength showed significant differences among internal/external rotation, adduction and grip strength after scapular stability exercise training. Moreover, internal rotation and grip strength showed a significant interaction effect between time and group. Additionally, the muscle activity of upper trapezius muscle showed significant difference in dynamic hug, push up plus, push-up on the ball, and press-up with scapular retraction during scapular stability exercise before and after 8 weeks training. Lower trapezius muscle showed significant differences in push up plus, push-up on the ball motion, and press-up with scapular retraction movements. The muscle activity of serratus anterior muscle showed significant differences in dynamic hug and push up plus movements. Therefore, these data show that scapular stability exercise training has improved the shoulder range of motion, shoulder strength and grip strength in amateur baseball players with scapular dyskinesis despite the relatively short rehabilitation period. Especially, dynamic hug and press-up with scapular retraction were a effective movement for anterior serratus and push-up on the ball motion is a effective movement for lower trapezius.

K리그 팀 내 자율성과 피드백이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 팀 효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 구성원들의 역량 구축, 임파워먼트, 동기부여, 성과 등의 다양한 변수에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려진‘구조적 특성’이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향력과 그 과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 이 연구에서는 여러 구조적 특성 중에서도 최근 그중요성이 특히 부각되고 있는 자율성과 피드백이 성과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하며, 한 발 더 나아가 이 과정에서 팀 효능감이 매개변수의 역할을 함을 주장한다. 연구대상은 국내 K리그 축구팀 6개의 프로선수들이며 이 선수들에게 설문지를 배포하여 총 164부의 유효 설문지를 회수하였다. 자료 처리방법은 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 선형회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 자율성과 피드백은 팀 효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀 효능감은 팀 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 팀 효능감은 본 연구의 주장대로 자율성 및 피드백과 팀 성과의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났는데 이 때 자율성과 팀 성과의 관계는 팀 효능감에 의해 완전매개되는 것으로, 피드백과 팀 성과와의 관계는 팀 효능감에 의해 부분매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 자율성과 피드백 및 팀 효능감이 조직 및 팀에게 주는 함의점과 시사점에 대해 심도있게 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine how ‘structural characteristic’ which influences on several variables including building capacity of members, empowerment and motivation impacts on team performance. Of particular note, this study focused on the relationships among autonomy, feedback and team performance. We hypothesized the effects of autonomy and feedback on team performance and team efficacy as mediation mechanisms. This mediation mechanism dovetail with the research of positive cognition and this hypothesis calls attention to players’ positive cognitive strength of belief. A total of 164 players from 6 teams in K-League participated in this survey and we used SPSS WIN 19.0 for data analysis. The research findings can be summarized as follows: first, autonomy and feedback had a positive effect on team performance. Second, team efficacy had a positive effect on team performance. Third, the team efficacy fully mediated the relationship between autonomy and team performance and partially mediated the relationship between feedback and team performance. Thus, this research found out the differential process, namely ``black box`` between team structure and team performance, and team efficacy``s key role as a mediator in this process. The new structural relationship among variables verified in this study would contribute to the theoretical and practical domains of sport management. We discussed on implications of findings in details.

여자 고등학교 축구 팀 지도자의 진성 리더십과 선수들의 심리적 웰빙 간의 관계에서 나타나는 집단 효능감의 매개 역할 검증

장학사의 관점에서 바라 본 학교스포츠클럽 운영현황의 문제점 및 개선방안

The aim of the study was to estimate the current status and level of local cooperation in supporting the school sports club. In Korea, most of the local cooperative efforts with its public school system proceed under the administrative aid of the superintendent. Therefore, our research population was set to the superintendent in charge of school sports clubs at the Education Department of local governments (17 provincial and 176 municipal levels). Using the online survey method, 196 surveys were collected and 130 were used for final data analysis excluding those that were incomplete. Via descriptive and correlation analysis, the results indicated that 1) teacher volunteer groups were the most cooperative group followed by school, local sport council; 2) a high amount of workload at the teacher volunteer group was the greatest barrier to establishing a local cooperative system; 3) local cooperation systems work best in the area of facility provision but not in away game traveling and lodging; 4) some of the most urgent areas where local cooperation is needed are manpower to operate the games, more staff for administrative work, and sponsoring of game supplies. Drawn from the results, most school sport clubs depend on a supportive system of teacher volunteer groups without which will induce teacher burnout. The investigators suggest that developing the diverse cooperation groups in new areas such as parents support group, medical assistance from local hospitals and clinics, and private sports clubs will be a strategic approach to a prosperous school sports club.
