          트레이닝 중지가 남자유도선수들의 등속성 근 기능에 미치는 영향

          The purpose of this study was the effect on isokinetic strength of Knee, Trunk, Ankle, Elbow of Ju-do player by detraining. The subjects of this study were total 6 Ju-do player high school resided in P-city, whom weights 65~80 kg. This study was measure make use of CYBEX 770 isokinetic muscular function. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS (version 12.0). All variables was statistically analyzed using paired t-test. In the result of following; Peak torque was showed difference at right extension of Knee and right flexion of Ankle by detraining. Ratios of ipsilateral was not showed difference by detraining and muscle endurance was showed difference at extension and flexion all of joint by detraining.

          운동기간이 여성노인의 CBC와 전해질에 미치는 영향

          The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of exercise period on complete blood count (CBC) and electrolytes in elderly women. Subjects were divided into 2 groups including exercise group (n=8) and control group (n=8). Subjects participated in exercise for 24weeks, 3times a week, 60minutes a day and CBC and electrolytes were measured at pre-exercise, 12weeks after, and 24weeks after exercise. The results were as follow; 1. Among CBC, red blood cell (RBC) and hemoglobin increased significantly after 24weeks in exercise group. But hematocrit and white blood cell (WBC) did not show the effects by the exercise period. 2. Among the electrolytes, sodium, potassium, chlorine and magnesium did not present the exercise period effect.

          운동유형과 운동기간에 따른 노인여성의 신체기능 비교분석

          The purpose of this study was to analysis of the effects of types of exercise and periods of exercise on the physical function of elderly women. The subjects types of exercise were elderly women age 65-75 and divided into 2groups: aerobic exercise(n-34) and resistance exercise(n-34), the subjects Periods of exercise divided into 3groups: Ex-2(n=43, over one year), Ex-1(n=25, under one year) and Ex-0(n=35, control). Except Ex-0(n=35, control), they was take part in regular exercise for 50min in a day, 3-5times a weeks in culture, sports and social welfare center. For data analysis, SPSS WIN Ver 18.0 we are used, mean and standard deviation scores were calculated, and independent t-test, one-way ANOVA was used, the results were as follows; First, aerobic exercise groups and resistance exercise groups shows no difference on the physical function of elderly women. Second, Ex-2 groups shows an effect but Ex-1(n=25, under one year) and Ex-0(n=35, control) groups showed no effect on the physical function of elderly women. Therefore, we might tell that important things protection and improvement on the physical function of elderly women the periods of exercise more than types of exercise.

          수중운동 유형이 노인여성의 체지방률과 혈중지질변인에 미치는 영향

          This study concluded the followings by analysing the changes on the rate of body fat and blood lipids of elderly women after types of the aquatic exercise for 8 weeks to find out how it effect elderly women. First, swimming groups and aquarobics groups shows no difference in changing the rate of body fat. Second, swimming groups and aquarobics groups shows an effect on total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride but no effect on high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Third, it also showed no difference between swimming groups and aquarobics groups. Overall, the participated in swimming and aquarobics for 8weeks showed a positive effect on total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride of elderly women, although there were no changes in the rate of body fat and high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Also, the effect of types of the aquatic exercise showed lost on the rate of body fat and blood lipids of elderly women. These results are considered to be caused by the common benefits of significant reduction in the body weight by using the buoyance of the water, shock absorbing effect of water, and exercise using water resistance. Thus, it is expected to be a great help in health promotion and maintenance of elderly women if the types of the aquatic exercise is accomplished continuously for a long time in the future.

          대학생의 운동습관 형성을 위한 코칭 과학적 분석

          이 연구는 운동습관 형성에 관한 기초자료를 제시하고자 운동과 비운동습관을 가진 남자대학생의 체질량지수에 따른 체력을 비교분석하였다. 연구대상은 K 지역 P 대학교의 남자대학생들 총 172명을 운동습관집단 112명, 비운동습관집단 60명으로 구분하여 체력 비교분석을 분석한 결과, 첫째 운동과 비운동습관 집단간 근력, 순발력, 유연성은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났지만, 근지구력, 민첩성, 평형성은 운동습관집단이 비운동습관 집단보다 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체질량지수 수준별 운동과 비운동습관 집단의 체력은 정상수준에서 평형성에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 과체중수준은 근력과 평형성, 비만수준에서는 민첩성, 유연성, 평형성에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 예측한 바와 같이 운동습관의 의미를 명확히 확인할 수 있었으며 차후, 본 연구에서와 같이 미래 사회의 주역이 될 대학생들의 운동습관 형성과 운동참여률을 높이기 위한 다각적인 연구가 요구된다. The purpose of this study was analysis on the physical strength of male university students according to exercise habits for the exercise habits of college students The subjects were consisted of 172 male students(exercise habits group 112, non-exercise habits group 60) of P university in K area. The study obtains the followings result. First, the results on physical strength according to exercise habits of male university students, it was not significant effects on strength, power, flexibility but it showed significant effect on muscular endurance, agility, balance between each group. Second, the physical strength showed significant effects between exercise and non-exercise habits group on BMI level, it showed significant effect on balance of normal levels, on strength and balance of overweight level, and on agility, balance and balance of obesity levels. Later, it is expected that a multifaceted research for formation of exercise habits and improving exercise participation rates of university students who is an owner in the future.

          운동과 DHEA 투여가 노인여성의 면역체계에 미치는 영향

          The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of swimming exercise and DHEA administration on the levels of T-cells(CD3), B-cells(CD19), helper-T cells(CD4), suppressor-T cells(CD8) and NK-cells(CD16+CD56) in elderly women. 27 elderly women were selected as participants. There were three groups which include the exercise+DHEA group, the exercise group, and the control group, respectively. The participants completed the swimming exercise program with an exercise intensity of 50-60% HRmax for 55 minutes a day, three times a week for 8 weeks. The results of the study are as follows. No significant changes in the levels of T-cells, B-cells, helper-T cells, suppressor-T cells, and NK-cells were found in the exercise group and the control group. However, significant changes in the levels of helper-T cells and NK-cells were found in the exercise+DHEA group. This result showed that the co-treatment of exercise+DHEA somehow affected immune system in the elderly women. This is likely to be attributable to the fact that the increased IL-2 level caused by the co-treatment of swimming exercise and DHEA administration promoted helper-T cell proliferation, increased activities of NK-cells and cytptoxic T-cells, and antibody formation. However, no significant changes were found in most immune cells, which indicated that the 8-week period of study was insufficient to investigate the effect of exercise+DHEA administration on the immune system. Therefore, a further study on the effect of exercise on immune system is required to perform the elderly population with immune system level below the normal level.

          자연과학분야 : 성공적 노화를 위한 노인여성의 체력변인과 유산소능력에 미치는 한국무용의 효과

          본 연구에서는 노인여성의 체력변인과 유산소능력에 미치는 한국무용의 효과를 분석하기 위하여 H지역 노인회관의 한국무용 수업에 참여한 노인여성을 대상으로 한국무용을 12주간, 주 3회, 일일 60분간(준비운동과 정리운동 각 10분씩 포함), 50-60%HRR로 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. 체력변인의 경우 비무용집단은 모든 변인에서 변화가 나타나지 않았지만 한국무용집단은 노인여성의 근력을 제외하고 유연성과 심폐지구력에서 유의한 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유산소능력의 경우 비무용집단은 모든 변인에서 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 한국무용집단은 맥박수와 이완기 혈압에서 유의한 변화가 나타나지 않았지만 수축기 혈압과 폐활량에는 유의한 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결론을 통하여 한국무용이 노인여성의 체력과 유산소능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 지속적으로 한국무용 참여에 따른 노인여성들의 건강과 관련된 다양한 변인들을 연구해 본다면 변화하고 있는 시대와 함께 한국무용의 역할이 넓어질 수 있다고 생각한다. The purpose of this study analysis the effect of Korea dance on the physical fitness and aerobic capacity of elderly woman for successful aging. The subjects were elderly women who participated in Korea dance class on H area senior centers. Korea dance was conducted for 12 weeks, three times a week, 60 minutes a day by 50-60% HRR, the results were as follows. First, non-dance group did not showed significant changes at all the variables, but Korea dance group showed significant changes on bend forward of the body and aero-bikes except grip strength for physical fitness. Second, non-dance group did not showed significant effects at all the variables, but Korea dance group showed significant effects on systolic blood pressure and spirometry except pulse rate and diastolic blood pressure for aerobic capacity.

          노인 여성의 12주간 신체활동과 멜라토닌 투여가 혈구세포와 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

          The purpose of the study were to analysis the effect on elderly women`s blood cell and lipids by the regular physical activity and administering melatonin of 12 weeks, to inquiry how effect not only regular exercise at weakened senescence` health but also administering antioxidizer melatonin. The groups were divided into 3 groups as follows: dance+melatonin group(n=12), dance group(n=12), control group(n=12). The dosage of the melatonin was followed by the advice of the doctor who is in charge of the gerontology hospital, one tablet for each day, 3 to 4 hours before going to bed except the ones who take medicine for the central nerve system or Hormone alternative therapy. In conclusion, 12-week participation in the regular physical activity and melatonin medication show no changes in the RBC, TC, TG from the old women. However, it show positive changes Hct, Hb, HDL-C. These effects are considered to be work positively in aging delay and improve the physical and mental health for the old women.

          12주간 한국무용 참여가 여성노인의 신체기능에 미치는 영향

          본 연구는 규칙적인 한국무용 참여가 여성노인의 신체기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 노인회관을 이용하는 여성노인을 무용집단 15명, 통제집단 23명으로 구성하여 12주간, 주 3회, 일일 60분간 한국무용을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 12주간 한국무용 참여는 여성노인의 균형과 의자 일어서기 변화에는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났지만 보행속도와 간편형 신체수행력 검사 변화에는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론에서 12주간 규칙적인 한국무용 참여는 여성노인의 신체기능에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 노인들에게 있어 신체기능은 노인의 자립기간 연장과 독립적인 삶을 살아가는데 있어 중요하므로 본 연구에서와 같이 한국무용 참여를 통하여 노인들의 건강을 증진시킬 수 있는 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지길 기대한다. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effects of the regular Korea dance participation on the physical function for the elderly women between 65-75 years old. The subjects divided into 2 groups: dance group (n=15) and control group(n=23), Korea dance was carried out for 60 min in a day, 3 times a weeks, during the 12 weeks and exercise intensity was set up for 50-60% HRmax. For data analysis, SPSS WIN Ver 19.0 was used to calculate mean and standard deviation scores, and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure was done for hypothesis testing. Interaction effects were tested by independent t-test and paired t-test. The results obtained from the study were as follows. The regular Korea dance participation for 12 weeks didn``teffect the balance, rising from a chair gait, But the regular Korea dance participation for 12 weeks effected the gait speed and SPPB change of elderly women, Based on the results, it was verified that the regular Korea dance participation for 12 weeks put the positive effects for the elderly``s physical function.

          한국무용이 비만여성노인의 비만관련 변인과 심폐기능에 미치는 효과

          본 연구는 한국무용이 비만여성노인의 비만관련 변인과 심폐기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 C 지역 J 노인회관의 체지방률 30% 이상인 비만여성노인들 총 37명을 한국무용집단 20명, 통제집단 17명으로 구성하여 12주간, 주 3회, 일일 60분간, 55-65%HRR 강도로 한국무용을 실시 후 비만관련 변인과 심폐기능을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 한국무용은 비만여성노인의 체지방량에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났지만 BMI, 체지방률에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국무용은 비만여성노인의 안정시심박수에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났지만 폐활량과 심폐지구력에는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 통하여 12주간 한국무용 참여는 비만여성노인의 체지방량과 안정시심박수에는 영향을 미치지 않았지만 BMI, 체지방률, 폐활량, 심폐지구력에는 긍정적인 영향을 주어 여성노인의 비만감소에 한국무용이 효과적이며 유산소운동으로서의 한국무용 효과도 확인할 수 있었다. 차후, 노인을 대상으로 연구를 진행한다는 것에 많은 어려움이 따르지만 본 연구에서와 같이 일반 노인들뿐만 아니라 비만노인들을 대상으로 무용이 신체활동으로서 효과가 어떠한지 확인하는 다각적인 연구가 제안되며, 이러한 연구는 무용과학 발전으로 이어질 것이라고 생각한다. The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of Korea dance on obesity-related variables and cardiovascular function in obese older women. The subjects were obese older women who were between the ages 65 to 75 with over body fat percentage 30%. Data were collected of 37 obese older women(Korea dance group, 20 and control group, 17) after Korea dance during 12 weeks, 3 times a weeks, 60 minutes a day(including warm-up and cool down). The following are the results obtained from the study. First, body fat mass of obese older women did not show effects but BMI, %body fat were increased by Korea dance. Second, resting heart rate of obese older women did not show effects but lung capacity, cardiorespiratory endurance were increased by Korea dance. According to the above results, we were able to confirm that Korea dance is effective in obesity reduction of obesity older women and it has also effects of aerobic exercise.
