스마트폰 기반 경험표집법을 통해 수집된 작업균형유형에 따른 대학생의 몰입과 정서경험 분석

본 연구에서는 대학생들을 대상으로 스마트폰 어플리케이션 기반의 경험표집법을 통해 학생들의 작업균형 유형을 구분하고, 그에 따른 몰입과 긍정 부정정서의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 스마트폰을 사용하는 대학생 12명에게 하루 8회, 5일간 경험표집법을 시행하였다. 경험표집법을 통해서 외적경험으로는 주활동을, 내적경험으로는 몰입과 긍정 부정정서 상태를 파악하였고, 주활동의 빈도수에 따라 작업균형유형을 분류하였다. 분류된 작업균형유형으로는 일상생활군 3명, 노동과다군 8명, 작업균형군 1명이었다. 일상생활군에서는 무관심을 경험한 활동이 34%로 가장 높았고, 노동과다군에서는 노동활동에서 몰입을 경험한 활동이 41%로 가장 높았다. 작업균형군에서는 노동과 여가활동의 빈도가 높았지만, 여가활동에서 지루함을 많이 경험하였다. 연구대상자의 주활동 시 몰입을 경험할 때 긍정정서의 평균값이 가장 높았다. 본 연구를 통하여 작업균형유형에 따른 작업수행영역별 몰입경험에 차이가 있음과 몰입을 경험하는 활동 시 누적된 긍정정서가 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. The aim of this study was to identify the type of occupational balance of college students and analyze the differences between positive or negative emotions according to degree of flow. The Experience Sampling Methods (ESM) were conducted for 12 college students using smart phones. As a result, in activities of daily living group, apathy showed the highest percentage (34%) and in over work group, flow showed the highest percentage (41%). In occupational balance group, frequency of labor and leisure activities was high but boredom was experience a lot in leisure activities. When the students experienced flow in main activities, mean score of positive emotions showed the highest value. Through this study, we identified the differences of flow experience in occupational performance based on type of occupational balance and confirmed improvement of positive emotions in activities experienced flow.

자동차용 Al-6Si-2Cu 합금의 용체화처리에 따른 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 변화

Microstructural and mechanical characteristics of Al-6Si-2Cu alloy for lightweight automotive parts were investigated. The test specimens were prepared by gravity casting process. Solution heat treatments were applied to as-cast alloys to improve mechanical properties. The microstructure of the gravity casting specimen presents a typical dendrite structure, having a secondary dendrite arm spacing (SDAS) of $37{\mu}m$. In addition to the Al matrix, a large amount of coarsened eutectic Si, $Al_2Cu$ intermetallic phase, and Fe-rich phases were identified. After solution heat treatment, single-step solution heat treatments were found to considerably improve the spheroidization of the eutectic Si phase. Two-step solution treatments gave rise to a much improved spheroidization. The mechanical properties of the two-step solution heat treated alloy have been shown to lead to higher values of properties such as tensile strength and microhardness. Consequentially, the microstructural and mechanical characteristics of Al alloy have been successfully characterized and are available for use with other basic data for the development of lightweight automotive parts.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the aged as the subject in constructing new civilization. The aged in this paper means not all the person who become old but the person who is reborn as a being of love. In current society, the aged is the most alienated group. The fundamental reason of alienation of the aged is the modern view of human being. In the point of the modern view of human being, human being is finite. Therefore, he becomes nothing by death. Aging is the coming process to death. Therefore, it is impossible to view aging creatively. But we can interpret aging creatively by the perspective of East Asian thoughts. In the point of East Asian thoughts, human being includes cosmos inside of him. By aging, he can be wiser and reach to the realization of Tao. He can be a being of love and become happier. This process of aging does not accomplished naturally. We should practice to reach the realization of Tao. If the aged becomes a being of love and happier, he can change the world. He becomes a subject in constructing new civilization.
