        삽목발근촉진을 (揷木發根促進) 위한 토양 및 대기수분관리

        This experiment was carried out to know the effects of soil water potential of cutting bed and relative humidity on the rooting of stem cutting in the field plots. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The most number of the rooted cutting was found from 70 to 80% of relative humidity in Spring and from 90 to 100% in Summer respectively. 2. It was found that the number of rooted cutting was the least in the range of 0 to-0.006 bar of soil water potential of cutting bed in the case of Spring cutting, whereas in Summer the number of the rooted cutting was the most one in the range of -0.049 to -0.124 bar of soil water potential of cutting bed. 3. High signification was recognized between the relative humidity and the number of the rooted cutting only in the Spring cutting, but that of soil water potential and the number of the rooted cutting was found to be significant in every season.

        에어컨내 세균의 분리, 동정 및 위생

        본 연구에서는 에어컨 내에서 서식하는 세균을 분리하여 동정하였고 이들 에어컨에 대한 위생 관리에 대하여 조사하였다. 20개의 에어컨 냉각기에서 8종의 세균이 분리, 동정되었는데 그것들은 가장 많이 분리 동정된 Pantoea sp.를 비롯하여 Bacillus circulans, Bacillus pumilus, Corynebacterium, Flavimonas oryzihabitans, Ochrobacterum anthropi, Micrococcus sp., non fermented bacilli (NFB)이었다. 한편 에어컨 사용자 1,322명을 대상으로 에어컨의 위생관리 상태에 대하여 조사하였는데 설문자의 1,138명(86%)이 에어컨 사용시 환기를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 에어컨 청소에 있어서 1,128명(85%)이 청소를 하는 것으로 나타났지만 에어컨의 오염원들이 되는 에어컨의 필터 청소는 864명(66%)이 하지 않는 것으로 나타났고 에어컨의 열교환기는 1089명(82%)이 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 결과로 상기에서 언급된 세균들과 같은 에어컨 오염원이 증가하면 호흡기 질환과 같은 인간의 질병을 초래할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었고 따라서 에어컨 사용시 에어컨의 오염원제거와 위생관리는 에어컨내 세균으로부터 발생되는 인간의 질병을 예방할 수 있을 것이다. This study was performed to identify the microorganisms from air conditioners and to investigate hygiene management on air conditioners. Eight species of bacteria were isolated and identified from twenty samples of coolers in air conditioners; Pantoea sp., Bacillus circulans, Bacillus pumilus, Corynebacterium, Flavimonas oryzihabitans, Ochrobacterum anthropi, Micrococcus sp., and non fermented bacilli (NFB). One thousand and three hundreds twenty-two persons who used air conditioners in their houses were investigated about the state of hygiene management in their air conditioners. One thousand and one hundred thirty eight persons (86%) of the total investigated persons ventilated their air conditioners and 1,128 persons (85%) of them cleaned their air conditioners. However, 864 persons (66%) of them did not clean filters and 1,089 persons (82%) did not clean the heat exchangers, both of which air conditioners could be easily contaminated by microorganisms. From these results, we could conclude that the contaminants, bacteria as mentioned the above, in air conditioners could cause human disease such as respiratory infections if the number of bacteria increase in air conditioners. Thus, the removal of contaminants and the improved hygiene of the air conditioners can prevent human diseases caused by the released bacteria during the use of air conditioners.

        Quality management is a recent phenomenon. Advanced civilizations that supported the arts and crafts allowed clients to choose goods meeting higher quality standards than normal goods. There are many methods for quality improvement. Health care, refers to the treatment and management of illness, and the preservation of health through services offered by the medical, dental, complementary and alternative medicine, pharmaceutical, clinical laboratory sciences (in vitro diagnostics), nursing, and allied health professions. Health care embraces all the goods and services designed to promote health, including "preventive, curative and palliative interventions, whether directed to individuals or to populations. The overall impact of managed care remains widely debated. Proponents argue that it has increased efficiency, improved overall standards, and led to a better understanding of the relationship between costs and quality. Practices can solicit feedback from patients in a variety of ways: phone surveys, written surveys, focus groups or personal interviews. What do I do with the results? While you don't have to act on every suggestion that your patients give you, you should take action on the key items that are causing dissatisfaction.

      • 참조용어(Reference Terminology) 모델 확장을 위한 한의학용어 정형화(Normalization) 연구

        The discipline of terminology is based on its own theoretical principles and consists primarily of the following aspects: analysing the concepts and concept structures used in a field or domain of activity, identifying the terms assigned to the concepts, in the case of bilingual or multilingual terminology, establishing correspondences between terms in the various languages, creating new terms, as required. The word properties has syntax, morphology and orthography. The syntax is that how words are put together. The morphology is consist of inflection, derivation, and compounding. The orthography is spelling. Otherwise, the terms of TKM(Traditional Korean Medicine) is two important element of visual character and phonetic notation. A visual character consist of spell, sort words, stop words, etc. For example, that is a case of sort words in which this '다한', '한다', '多汗', '汗多' as same. A phonetic notation consist of palatalization, initial law, etc. For example, that is a case of palatalization in which this '수족랭', '수족냉', '手足冷', '手足冷' as same. Therefore, to enlarged reference terminology is a method by term's normalization. For such a reason, TKM's terms of normalization is necessary.

      • 청주 충렬사 요여(腰輿)의 재질분석과 보존처리

        청주 충렬사에 소장, 전시중인 요여를 대상으로 재질별 분석을 실시하고, 보존처리를 진행하였다. 분석결과 요여에 사용된 목재는 피나무와 가래나무로 확인되었으며, 표면은 3회를 칠하여 제작하였다. 금속 부분은 대부분 Fe(철)이 검출되었으나, 본체 결합부에 사용된 금속제는 성분비가 일정하지 않고 고정이 느슨하여, 후대에 보강을 위해 사용된 것으로 추정된다. 보존처리 전 요여는 표면에 벌레의 사체와 이물질이 뒤엉켜 있으며, 결합 부위와 바닥 및 창살 등이 파손되었다. 특히 지붕의 손상이 심각하여 형태를 유지하기가 힘들었다. 결합부와 손상된 창살의 목재는 수종분석결과를 바탕으로 동일한 목재를 가공하여 최대한 원형으로 복원하였으며, 지붕은 보강용 면직물을 염색하여 기존의 부재의 아래로 보강하였다. 요여는 목재와 금속, 직물, 종이 등 다양한 재료를 사용하여 제작되었으며 보존처리 과정에서 요여의 제작방법과 재료의 특성 등을 자세히 알 수 있는 사례가 될 것으로 기대된다. This study carried out the analysis and conservation treatments for Yoyeo which has been owned and on display by the Chungnyeolsa Shrine in Cheong-Ju according to each material. As a result of the analysis, it was identified that wooden materials used for Yoyeo in the past are Tilia spp. and Juglans spp. and lacquer was applied three times on its wooden surface in the manufacturing process. From most of the metal parts, Fe was detected, however, the metal composition of connected areas between the main body part and roof is not uniform and fixed ones are loose, which leads into the presumption that those areas were strengthened by posterity. Before conservation treatments of Yoyeo, entangled dead insects and pollutants were found on the surface and connected areas, the bottom and lattices in the window were damaged. Especially, damage to the roof of Yoyeo was so serious that it seemed hard to maintain its form. For connected parts and lattices in the window, same wooden materials based on the analysis of species were processed to restore their orignal shapes and cotton fabrics were dyed and added underneath existing materials for strengthening the roof. Yoyeo was manufactured with various materials such as wooden materials, metals, textiles and paper, which is expected to be a case indicating the manufacturing technique, characteristics of materials and etc. in detail through the process of conservation treatments.

        불향사계곡 일대 소나무림의 군락유형과 개체군동태

        Community types and population structures of the Pinus densiflora forest established the Buyeongsa valley in Uljin-Gun, were studied from vegetation ecological approaches. For the community types, four communities and four subcommunities were classified and six vegetation units grouped. In the importance value(I.V.) analysis of the major component species, Pinus densiflora showed most highly in the tree layer and quercus spp.(Quercus mongolica and Quercus variablis) below the subtree layer. In the results of distribution of diameter classes of the major populations, there were a little differences by a micro-topography, but it was considered that Pinus densiflora forest of this area changed potentially as Quercus spp. forests due to a rapid success of Quercus sppbelow the lower layer. For analyzing of the spatial structures for the most representative Pinus densiflora populations of this area, the distribution of individual trees, crown projection and stand profile diagrammed and growth curves showed in the four sites. The annual average diameter growth of Pinus densiflora of the area is from 1.22 to 3.26㎜.

        위진 소광리 산림유전자원보호림일대 산림군락의 식생조성 및 구조

        Vegetation composition and structure of forest community at the forest genetic resources reserve, Sokwang-Ri, Uljin-Gun in Korea, were studied using a qualitative with a quantitative approach and its vegetation types and various ecological characteristics such as the importance values(1.V.), interspecific similarity and constancy classes of the major component species analyzed. 146 releves were sampled with 100㎡ square plots. Forest community were identified greatly as two types of mountain vegetation and lower. valley vegetation. The former was distinguished mainly by Pinus densiflora and Quercus mongolica. The latter was distinguished mainly by Quercus serrata, Acer mono, Cornus controversa, and Morm bornbycis. Vegetation units were classified into three categories : three communities and six subcommunities accompanying twenty-two groups. In Life-forms IV, woody and herbs showed mostly to 75±25% and 25±5%. The species showing the interspecific similarity over 0.5 with Pinus densiflora appeared to Quercus mongolica in trees, Fraxinus sieboldiana in subtrees, Rhododendron schlippenbachii, Lespedeza bicolor and R. mucronulatum in shrubs, and Carex humilis, Spodiopogon cotuliter, Atractylodes japonica, Melampyrum roseum, Artemisia keiskeana, Arundinella hirt, Miscanthus sinensis, Disporum smilan`num in herbs, respectively. Constancy classes diagram showed that the higher species (? Ⅳ) have only 2.0% and that most species occurred were rare and had low abundances.
