Antioxidants of 4 sorts especially were mixed with regenerated polyethylene in the range of 0~1.5phr. For mixtures, mechanical property, thermal property and weatherability were investigated in relation to antioxidant content. Micro wax represented best in weatherability and processability. Amines showed bad surface states and flow properties. Flexural strengths of polyethylene mixed with antioxidant were lower than un-mixed. Degradation of mixtures was initiated at the surface of specimen, and Carbon black contained showed more slow crack-growth speed than un-contained.

Epoxy resins were mixed with asphalt solution in the range of 0 - 60phr for the total components. The blending properties, curing properties, and surface properties for mixtures were investigated experimentally. Compatability of epoxy resins with asphalt were relatively good over mixture temperature 50℃. Interpenetrated polymer networks(IPNs) were partially formed between epoxy resins and asphalt. Increase of hardness was depended on the crosslinking density of epoxy resins and oxidation of asphalt. Defects of coated surface including crater, pinhole, and crack could be improved by adding epoxy resins 20 phr.

벽시계틀 소재로 사용되는 목재와 플라스틱의 접착력 향상에 관한 연구

Wood and plastic were used as elemental materials of the frame of clock. In this research, it was studied to improve adhesive strength between this materials by new adhesion process. Vinyl or acryl emulsion(H-403, H-422, Y-840, Y-850) was used as the adhesive. The adhesive properties was tested experimantally on various partial process including sanding, cleaning of sanded surface and pressing of bonded areas. The results obtained in this experiments were follows : 1) Y-850 represented most excellent adhesive properties. 2) The maximum of adhesive strength could be obtained by sanding with sand paper #600, pressing of 0.3∼0.5kg/㎠, and cleaning with acetone. In that case, increase of 20% in adhesive strength was showed than obtained by traditional process.

In this report, some problems on mold design and processing factors in injection molding of thermoset materials were investigated. Especially, the effect of residence time at constant temperature on flow at a constant pressure and the effect of injection pressure on flow with a constant residence time at constant temperature were examined. The results were obtained by a special test mold using phenolic, urea, melamine resin prepared by experimental methods. If barrel temperature, injection pressure and speed, and mold temperature are controlled properly, the injection molding can be used itself as a sound economical process.

Starch is oxidized rapidly at ordinary temperature by an aqueous solution of periodate. Periodate oxidized starch may useful as a polymeric material in itself or after modification. In this experiment the reaction of periodate oxidized starch with phenol in the presence of alkaline catalyst was investigated. As the catalyst, O, I N NaOH aqueous solution was selected. When the molar ratio of oxidized starch and phenol is 2:1, the reactivity is very effective, and the rate in initial stage of the reaction is directly proportional to the concentration of the reacting substance.

전선 보호용 관으로 사용되는 고밀도 폴리에틴렌 (HDPE)의 물성에 관한 연구

Thermal, Flow and mechanical properties of high density polyethylenes(P 301, 6200 B, 4903, TR 402)used as pliable plastics conduits were studied experimentally. Thermal properties were influenced by the cooling speed of molded products. They represented higher T_g and T_m at high temperature cooling. Flow properties were influenced by the temperatures of melted resin, molecular weight and molecular structures. 6200 B and 4903 showed good fluidity. Mechanical properties were influenced by the cooling temperature of molded products and molecular structures of resin. 62000 B and 4903 showed better flexural strength and modulus.

Yi Yuk-sa does not describe the character in detail in “The Notebook of the Outsider” and “The Yellow Leaf Story,” nor does he closely pursue the causal relationship of the event’s development. The two works are not general realism novels that value the causal relationship between character descriptions and the development of events, but rather writing that embodies the author’s ideas (philosophy) through symbolic and fantasy techniques. It can be called literarization of philosophy, or narrative of ideas. “The Notebook of the Outsider” embodies the character R’s attitude of life as an outsider, that is, his self-sacrificing will to “walk the road” forever. “The Yellow Leaf Story” also embodies the idea of “walking the road” in the dark forever in search of “life” through the stories of “A Shadow ghost” and A Shadow ghost’s dreams. This style of writing is typical of Nietzsche’s “Thus Spake Zarathustra,” and Lu Xun, who was influenced by “Thus Spake Zarathustra,” also shows such characteristics through the creation of “Diary of a Madman” or “Wild grass.” As Lu Xun did, Yi Yuk-sa was also influenced by Nietzsche’s “Thus Spake Zarathustra,” so Yi Yuk-sa was able to criticize Lu Xun’s literature and translate Lu Xun’s works from his ideological and literary resonance. Yi Yuk-sa created “The Notebook of the Outsider” and “The Yellow Leaf Story,” which embodied the ideas of will using a certain literary imagination from Nietzsche’s “Thus Spake Zarathustra,” and he was exposed to Lu Xun’s literature during that period. As such, the meeting with Nietzsche and Lu Xun is important when Yi Yuk-sa enters the “Road of Literature” and tries to create early works. Moreover, his meeting with Lu Xun Literature in the process of transitioning from journalistic writing to literary creation has another meaning in that it has aroused his literary awareness. Yi Yuk-sa actually walked the path of his will to the end, and finally opened the way for Korea’s regeneration. Lu Xun actually spent his entire life practicing the cry and self-reflection of the “Mad man”, walking the path of the strong will that the “Wanderer” walked to the end, and making an absolute contribution to opening the way for China’s regeneration after death.

張愛玲文學的本質在于描寫男女之情、婚姻等凡人的樸素故事中,卽告誡“文過飾非”,予人以啓示寫出‘底子’的實狀。張愛玲同時追求了沈從文似的離曆史、革命等巨大話語保持距離的文學特征和魯迅似的暴露曆史累積下來的中國人的劣根性、懦弱性的文學特征。因此,張愛玲的文學世界不同于尋求善良人性與理想的沈從文的烏托邦敍述,以懷疑的視線描寫生活的萎敗與人性的荒凉,同時不追求魯迅般的銳利、竭力暴露的筆鋒,以淡然的文筆來敍述故事。張愛玲相見韓國舞蹈家崔承喜的時候,對타東洋傳統的藝術自覺有同感,幷在長篇小說《赤地之戀》的韓國戰爭敍述之中,喩示了克服理念對立,超越國家主義的內心所向。張愛玲將타手拿著刊登北韓前國家領導人金日成去世消息的報紙的‘蒙太奇’照片放在《對照記》再版,自己扮演死神,喩示了對英雄敍述的拒절及平息極端的理念對立的期待。以上內容,可視爲近代時期韓中交流及相互理解的曆史經驗,進而可視爲表明願超越國家主義、政治理念的張愛玲的文學、思想立場的論據。
