To date, the solar energy has considered as a promising alternative energy source to replace conventional fossil fuels because it is abundant, clean and sustainable. The solar energy can be converted into electrical energy by solar cells. However, the solar cells generate the electricity only in daytime so as to utilize the solar energy all day from the solar cells, the solar energy should be converted into other energy forms such as chemical energy. To convert the solar energy into more useful chemical energy such as hydrogen, methanol and formic acid, high potential energy is required. Therefore, it is challenging to fabricate single junction solar cells with high open circuit voltage. Here we fabricated the planar CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbBr<sub>3</sub> perovskite hybrid solar cells with > 1.5 V of open circuit voltage by spin coating process. By controlling the crystallization process of CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbBr<sub>3</sub> perovskite, we could form pin-hole free CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbBr<sub>3</sub> perovskite thin film on FTO/bl-TiO<sub>2</sub> substrate.
Thermally stable inorganic CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells

We demonstrated a highly efficient and thermally stable inorganic CsPbI2Br MHP solar cells using with a P3HT hole transporting layer by spin-washing of the P3HT HTL since the light harvesting efficiency is improved by minimizing the co-absorption of light by P3HT, and Voc is enhanced because of the increased valence band maximum position of the spin-washed P3HT HTL. The spin-washed CsPbI2Br MHP solar cell exhibited 1.24V Voc, 14.20mA/cm2 Jsc, 81.52% FF, and 14.35% PCE. The unencapsulated spin-washed CsPbI2Br MHP solar cell went through 7.56% degradation after a 1000h thermal stability test under 100°C/25% relative humidity (RH) and simultaneous 1 sun light soaking conditions. In addition, the unencapsulated spin-washed CsPbI2Br MHP solar submodule with 25 cm2 of masked active area showed a 98% geometrical FF, 115.09mA Isc, 3.54V Voc, 71.09% FF, and 11.58% PCE while exhibiting 8.80% of degradation during a thermal stability test at 100℃/25% RH and 1 sun light soaking for 1000h.
Hysteresis reduction of perovskite hybrid solar cells

Recently perovskite hybrid solar cells are of great interest because their efficiency is gradually closing to the conventional crystalline Si solar cell and they can be fabricated by simple process. However, the perovskite hybrid solar cells are known to have severe current density-voltage (J-V) hysteresis with respect to the scan rate and direction so that their power conversion efficiency should be carefully measured to obtain correctly. The J-V hysteresis is reported to be originated from the dipolar orientation of ferroelectricity or the charge accumulation within the structure but the reason is still under argument. In this regard, it is important issue to reduce J-V hysteresis of perovskite hybrid solar cells with respect to the scan rate and direction. To understand the origin of J-V hysteresis of perovskite hybrid solar cells and to reduce J-V hysteresis, here, we systematically compared the J-V hysteresis of mesoscopic and planar perovskite hybrid solar cells, and proposed the origin of J-V hysteresis of perovskite hybrid solar cells.
2P-531 Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite nonvolatile resistive random access memory

Recently, the memory devices are the essential components of most electric device in our daily life. Especially, the random access memory (ReRAM) has received great deal attention as promising next-generation nonvolatile memory device. Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite (OHP) materials exhibited unique phenomenon, which is hysteresis of photocurrent density-voltage (J-V) curves due to displacement current of ferroelectric materials with multi-domain structures, ions/defects migration by ionic crystalline characteristics of perovskite material, and charge trapping/detrapping in bulk and interface of perovskite material. Accordingly, we fabricated the CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) OHP memory with different grain size MAPbI3 OHP film controlled by non-solvents inter-diffusion controlled crystallization process. The MAPbI3 OHP memory exhibited > 0.1 TB/in2 storage capacity, > 600 cycles endurance, > 104 s data retention time, ~ 0.7 V set, and ~ -0.61 V re-set bias voltage.

김유정 문학은 행복을 결여 그 자체로 인식하는 것으로부터 비롯된다. 일반적으로 김유정의 소설 속 인물들이 바라는 이상적인 삶은 ‘지금 여기’가 아닌 ‘저 너머’에 존재하는 ‘행복’으로 그려진다. 그러나 행복은 그들의 욕망이 작동할 수 있도록 구성된 것일 뿐, 결여의 대상이다. 행복을 향한 추구는 현실의 한계로 인해 실패하는 것으로 보이지만, 역설적으로 그러한 실패가 결여 그 자체인 행복을 존재하는 것처럼 여기도록 구조화한다. 실패를 통해 구조화된 행복을 지탱하는 것은 소설 속 인물들의 무지 또는 무시이다. 그들은 행복 그 자체의 결여를 마주하게 될 때, 이에 대해 전혀 알지 못하거나 무시하는 태도를 취한다. 이를 통해서 행복을 추구하는 삶의 방식이 무너지지 않고, 안정된 현실을 이어나갈 수 있게 된다. 결여를 전제한 김유정 문학의 ‘행복’의 구조는 작가의 작품 세계 전반을 보다 깊이 있게 독해하는 하나의 틀로 기능할 수 있다.
약학대학 6년(2+4)학제 약학대학생들의 특성 및 인식도 조사 연구

This survey was done to determine Korean students’ attitudes and opinions towards newly implemented 6-year (2+4) pharmacy educational system and evaluate the factors that influence their preferences. A questionnaire was developed to collect data from freshmen of 2012 and sophomores of 2011 batch from 15 Colleges of Pharmacy. Among the 910 respondents, 57.4% had decided to select professional pharmacy degree during their university study. Job stability (55%) and interest in profession (21.5%) motivated the students in career selection. 82.7% considered self-willingness to choose pharmacy profession, very few were influenced by family (13.8%). Less desired higher education after graduation (15.9%). The 3 most preferred areas of practice were Community (28.6%), Industry (21%), and Hospital (18.3%). Students believed personal aptitude (40.6%) and professional environment (26.7%) might influence their career plan. Only 2.7% desired abroad study. The major interest during university life was study itself (44%) and peer-relationships (32.3%). Korean pharmacy students are independent in their decision about career selection and future job prospects influenced their choice of career pathway.
