      • 문화.생태를 이용한 도시마케팅 사례 연구

        이 연구는 2009년 대한민국의 저탄소 녹색시범도시로 선정된 강릉시의 녹색성장정책 사업의 사례를 조사하여 도시성장정책의 생태사업, 문화사업, 신재생에너지사업, 녹색교통사업 등 4개 부문에서 다음과 같은 시사점을 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 강릉시의 생태적 복원사업으로 위대한 친환경 생태복원사업은 경포해안의 불량숙박업소 철거와 이 구역에 해안송림을 재생시킨 사업이다. 둘째, 강릉시의 세계적인 문화자원은 녹색기술과 환경보전 중심의 녹색성장 정책에 대하여 문화적 다양성을 자각시키는 동인으로 작용하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 강릉시는 해안을 연접하고 있고 해양이미지가 강하므로 향후 해양에너지로서 조력, 풍력, 심층수 등 다양한 사업접근이 가능하다. 넷째, 녹색교통사업으로 친환경 전력 활용, 그린카 이용 등의 사업이 추진 및 예정되어 있다. 결론적으로 강릉시의 녹색성장정책은 EcoCulture와 매우 부합하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 강릉시의 대다수 정책중 생태사업과 문화사업이 복합적으로 추진되고 있다는 것을 사례를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 이것은 강릉시와 유사한 전국의 중소도시들이 지향해야 할 저탄소 녹색도시 정책이 생태와 문화가 결합하여 시도해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 그래서 각 도시정부는 생태적 지속성, 문화적 다양성, 경제적 유효성을 확보하도록 매진해야만 할 것이다. This papers aims to focus on the city marketing as the green growth policy strategies using a case study of Gangneung City, Republic of Korea. In the case study it was verified the fields of urban growth including ecology, culture, alternative and recycled energy, green transportation system. The implications of the study were as follows: First, the city government had regenerated the coastal pine forest through removing unlicensed buildings which were squatted down in decades. Secondly, the city government has recognized the value of culture that possessed various types of cultural asserts. Thirdly, it is possible to use and produce the ocean energy with the tidal power plant, wind power plant and green deep water because Gangneung City has the ocean-oriented image and is located the coastal region. Lastly, the city government has been utilizing the LED traffic light using solar heat and is going to apply the green car like an electric car. This paper indicates the importance of the alternatives of the green growth-oriented policy through city marketing using the concept of culture and ecology. The city government will strive after an advanced triple bottom line with the ecological sustainability, cultural diversity and economic effectiveness in the near future.

      • 로짓모형을 이용한 축제참가자의 재방문 의사 분석

        본 연구는 지역별로 차별적인 문화축제가 왕성하기 이루어지는 사회적 수요에 대응하여 문화 축제참가자의 만족과 재방문 관계를 규명하기 위하여 시도되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구설계와 차별적으로 측제참가자의 전반적인 만족도와 프로그램별 만족도를 측정하여 만족도 변수가 재방문 의사에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 모형 1은 각 프로그램별 만족도와 각 설명변수 중 축제 재방문 의사표명 결정인자를 도출하는 것이다. 분석결과 축제 재방문 의사결정인자로 작용하는 변수는 설명변수 중 프로그램 만족도, 방문횟수, 관람일수 등은 정의값을 보여 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 소요시간은 거리마찰력의 작용으로 인하여 부의 값을 보여, 거리가 멀수록 축제 재방문 의사가 부정적으로 표출된다는 것을 보여 주었다. 모형 2는 종합적인 축제 만족도와 각 설명변수 중 축제 재방문 의사결정인자를 도출하는 모형이다. 분석결과 축제 재방문 의사결정인자로 작용하는 변수는 종합적인 축제 만족도, 출발지와 목적지간 소요시간, 방문횟수, 관람일수 등으로 나타났다. 모형 2는 모형 1과 동일하게 종합적인 축제 만족도, 방문횟수, 관람일수는 회귀계수값이 정의 값을 갖는 반면에 소요시간은 부의 값을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 모형 1에 비하여 모형 2의 회귀계수값이 통계적으로 보다 유의한 것으로 보인다. 이러한 분석결과는 개별적인 프로그램 만족도를 바탕으로 만족도를 측정하는 방식과 더불어 종합적인 축제 만족도를 설명변수로 모형을 설정했을 경우, 종합적인 축제 만족도 측정이 보다 유용할 면이 있다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 축제관리가 축제의 본원적인 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 축제의 프로그램별 만족이 선행되어야만 한다는 점에 유의하여야 할 것이다. This article investigates the relationships between motivation and revisit intention of visitors to Gangneung Danoje Festival as cultural festival with social demand. Out of 550 questionnaires distributed, a total of 514 usable questionnaires were collected. The hypothesized causal model was tested by logit model, which included satisfaction model to each program as well as overall satisfaction model to cultural festival. Model 1 is constructed with satisfaction and revisit intention to each program, and Model 2 with overall satisfaction and revisit intention to cultural festival. In this models causal variables were inputted including satisfaction to festival programs, frequency of visitation, days of stay, time required to destination. In Model 1 positive sign were shown by causal variables as satisfaction to each program, frequency of visitation, days of stay but negative signs was shown by time required to festival place. In Model 2 sign directions of causal variables were same in Model 1. In comparison, Model 2 is more significant than Model 1 on the basis of statistical theory as significance level and coefficient of determination. Consequently, cultural festival managers should test the satisfaction level of visitors to each program of cultural festival and make efforts to establish advanced program in order to attract more visitors.

        한류 문화관광객의 소비지출구조에 관한 연구

        This paper reports the result of analysis on a survey of 100 Japanese tourists to Samcheok City to analyze structure of tourist expenditure in Korean Wave using multiple regression and frequency analysis. The survey identified that tourist expenditure varied by some tourist characteristics and the expenditures on transportation cost, food & beverage cost, lodging cost, shopping cost have an influence on the total expenditure. In the regional policy of tourism, local government have to systematically intervene in managing local tourism system in order to sustain and promote visitors for local tourism. Then the sustainability of environmental, economical, and sociocultural aspects in local tourism will be survived.

        문화관광자원에 대한 지역주민의 경제적 가치 추정

        The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic value to the cultural tourism resources using contingent valuation method. A contingent valuation survey was conducted by dichotomous choice format and 514 useful samples were collected. The results from the survey show that the average amount of willing to pay was estimated 5,559 Won on the basis of resident. This economic value may be underestimated due to deficiency of deliberation about the cultural value as the Masterpieces of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by the UNESCO since they were estimated the economic value suggested 17,876 Won after 2 years. The research model indicated that there are significant in the bid amount, age, length of education and marital status on the Willingness To Pay. For the cultural capitals possess economic value for the public, the government has to intervene the promotion to cultural capitals recognizing the lesson from Baumol`s cost disease.

        장애인의 여가만족도와 스트레스 인식간의 관계에서 가족관계 만족도의 역할

        The purpose of this research is to reveal the impacts of satisfaction of family relation on the relationship of the leisure satisfaction and the stress perception in the case of people with disabilities to participation in leisure activities. The results are as follows: firstly, the leisure satisfaction affects negatively on the stress perception. Secondly, the satisfaction of family relation affects negatively on the stress perception. Thirdly, the family relation and leisure satisfaction affect negatively on the stress perception. These results show that the leisure satisfaction would be the important factor on lessening the stress perception. And the satisfaction of family relation would be another important factor on lessening the stress perception. As simultaneous inputting two variables, the satisfaction of family relation would be affect more negatively the relationship between the leisure satisfaction and the stress perception. This would be suggestive the roles of family relation as a meditating variable.

        지역 해양축제 방문자의 관광영향에 대한 인식과 행동의도 -동해시 수평선축제의 사례-

        This paper examines the relationship between visitors` perception towards tourism impacts and post-perception behavior in Horizon Festival of Donghae City, one of the regional ocean festivals. In this paper the post-perception behaviors (related to one`s intention of revisiting the ocean festival) and tourism impacts are both independent variables in the research model. The hypothesis advanced are identified as follows: Firstly, the economic impacts of tourism have a positive affect on post-perception behavior. Secondly, environment impacts of tourism also have positive affects on post-perception behavior. Thirdly, socio-cultural impacts of tourism have both a negative and positive affect on post-perception behavior in. That is to say that visitors who have positive tourism impacts will intend to visit to ocean festival and famous tour sites near by while people with negative tourism impacts are less likely to visit the festival and regional destinations. Therefore, the festival manager and tourism marketer should in first hand examine the visitors` tendency towards tourism impacts and based on the examination, build marketing strategies for attracting visitors.

        여가활동과 자원봉사활동이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to identify the relationship among leisure, voluntary activities and life satisfaction. There has been minimal research regarding the relationship and this research is needed on the individual`s life and social cohesion. Data are used from the 2013 Korean Social Survey. The results of this research are as follows: Firstly, tourism experiences as a kind of leisure activity increased the awareness level of life satisfaction. In this model, tour tourism experience, education level and household income affected positive direction on life satisfaction. But sex did not affect significantly life satisfaction. Secondly, the experiences of overseas pleasure travel also increased the awareness level of life satisfaction. Lastly, voluntary activities increase the awareness level of life satisfaction. In this model, voluntary activities, sex, age, education level and household income affected significantly the awareness level of life satisfaction. The results of this research suggest that the positive roles of leisure and voluntary activities can increase the awareness level of life satisfaction. Voluntary activities will make various kinds of social capitals and can help to build the high trust society. Contemporary societies have to prepare the ideal environment of voluntary activities against post-aged society. This study indicates a number of further areas for research into finding the significant variables to influence on increasing life satisfaction.
