성찰 중심 수퍼비전을 통한 상담자 발달의 변화과정 탐색연구

본 연구에서는 성찰 중심 수퍼비전 모형을 구성하고 성찰 중심 수퍼비전을 실시하여 초급 상담자의 상담자 발달의 변화과정을 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초급 상담자 8명을 각 4명씩 두 집단으로 구성한 후 16주 동안 성찰 중심 수퍼비전을 진행하고 참여관찰, 심층면접, 문헌자료 수집, 자기보고식 검사 등을 통해 자료수집을 하여 질적사례분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 질적분석 결과에 따르면 초급 상담자는 성찰 중심 수퍼비전 안에서 적극적으로 성찰연습을 하여 성찰능력이 향상되고, 자기성찰을 통한 자기이해와 수용이 일어나 상담자 발달에 변화가 나타났다. 즉, 성찰 중심 수퍼비전을 통한 상담자 발달은 적응단계, 모델링 단계, 기술 발달 단계, 정체성 발달 단계 등의 변화과정을 거치는 것으로 나타났다. 각 단계별 핵심적 변화는 각각 인식의 전환, 자신의 한계인식 및 역할모델 발달, 상담기술과 유능감 발달, 상담자역할정체성 발달 등으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성찰 중심 수퍼비전 모형을 구성하고 그 모형을 중심으로 집단수퍼비전을 실시하여 상담자 발달의 변화과정을 탐색함으로써 성찰 중심 수퍼비전 모형의 교육적 효과를 탐색하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study constitutes a reflection centered supervision model and based on that a small group supervision application for junior counselors to investigate the aspects that effect the counselor development's change process. For the purposes of this study we constituted a reflection centered supervision model and had 8 junior counselors into groups of 4 each, and for 2hours a week for 16weeks proceeded with reflection centered supervision. According to this study's qualitative assessment results junior counselors in a reflection centered supervision actively practice reflection enhancing their reflection abilities, self understanding and acceptance through self reflection and resulting in a change in counselor development. Counselor development through reflection centered supervision, is shown to go through a change process which involves an adaptation phase, modeling phase, technical development phase, identity development phase. Each phase's core changes are as follows, ‘perception conversion’, ‘awareness of self limitation and role model development’, ‘counseling techniques and competence development’, ‘counselor role identity development’. This study is significant in that it constitutes a reflection centered supervision model and based on that model conducted supervision thus investigating the change processes of counselor development and verifying the educational effects of reflection centered supervision.

열펌프 압축기의 내부 액분사 효과에 대한 수치해석적 연구

Heat and fluid flow in a compressor into which liquid refrigerant is injected for the purpose of reducing discharge gas temperature in a heat pump system has been numerically studied. A mechanistic approach encompassing liquid jet breakup and droplet evaporation has been performed to investigate the effects of liquid injection on the spacial and temporal variation of the gas temperature and pressure inside the compressor cylinder. Various parameters, such as liquid injection mass, time, duration and droplet size, are considered in the present study to elucidate the flow field inside the compressor. As the injection mass is increased, discharge gas temperature is decreased, while the pressure is increased due to the added mass of the injection. For the injected liquid mass corresponding to 15% of the total vapor mass in the cylinder, the discharge gas temperature drops by 22.4 K. It is observed that the droplet size plays a major role in the evaporation rate of the droplets that determines the degree of the discharge temperature drop.

본 연구에서는 부모애착안정성과 사회적 지지가 학교적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. (1)부․모와의 애착안정성이 학교적응에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? (2)사회적 지지가 학교적응에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? (3) 부․모와의 애착안정성과 사회적 지지가 학교적응에 미치는 상대적 영향은 어떠한가? 이를 확인하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 초등학교 5-6학년 305명을 대상으로 설문지를 실시한 후, 단순회귀분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 부모애착안정성이 학교적응을 예측할 수 있는 예측변인으로, 부모애착안정성이 높을수록 학교적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지가 학교적응을 예측할 수 있는 예측변인으로 사회적 지지 즉, 친구지지, 가족지지, 교사지지가 높을수록 학교적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교적응에 있어서 부․모 애착안정성과 사회적 지지가 갖는 상대적 영향은 사회적 지지가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학교적응에 있어서 부․모 애착안정성과 사회적 지지 하위요인 친구지지, 가족지지, 교사지지의 상대적 영향은 교사지지가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to examine the nature of pluralism represented by“BAKARI” which corresponds to “~ppeun, ~bbun” as bound noun of Korean, identifying its grammatical meanings and properties in various patterns of pluralism of “BAKARI”. The present study mainly revels three findings: (a) there are various types of pluralities in “BAKARI”, such as the plurality of time, number, and syntactic structure, as well as the plurality of events and subjects that have been mainly dealt with in previous studies, (b) in terms of a statistical view of the number of examples, in particular, the plurality of events which can be said to be the most representative form of the various patterns of plurality of “BAKARI”. In addition, given the perspective of 「temporal localization」, the grammatical features were reviewed by subdividing into “multiple plurality” functioning within a specific time range and “repetitive plurality” functioning in a unlimited time, and (c) the analysis of this study suggest that the essence of the plurality of “BAKARI” limits the “SCOPE”. As described above, the present study investigates the meaning of plurality of “BAKARI” in a systematic and extensive way.

여성상담자의 상담자 전문직 정체성 발달경험에 관한 연구

본 연구는 여성상담자의 상담자 전문직 정체성 발달경험을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 3년 이상 5년 미만의 상담경력을 가진 여성상담자 8명을 심층면담하고 질적 연구방법 중의 하나인 근거이론 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 77개의 개념, 38개의 하위범주, 17개의 범주가 도출되었다. 중심현상으로는 ‘상담자로서 성장하고자 하는 의지와 열정’으로 밝혀졌으며, 이를 중심으로 참여자들의 경험에 관한 패러다임 모형이 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 여성상담자의 상담자 전문직 정체성 발달과정의 경험의 실체를 논의하였으며 나아가 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 여성상담자의 상담자 전문직 정체성 발달에 관한 실제적인 이해를 도운 점에 그 의의가 있다.

파랑 중 선박의 6자유도 운동해석을 위한 중첩격자 기반의 수치해법

This paper introduces a computational method for the 6-DOF motions of a ship in waves using an overset grid method which consists of inner and outer domains for body motions and numerical wave tank, respectively. High order numerical schemes are employed to increase numerical accuracy. The numerical schemes and algorithm are addressed. An application to KCS container carrier in head, waves is presented. Comparison on heave and pitch motions shows good agreement with model tests.

This paper introduces a computational method for analysis of the 6-DOF motions of a ship in waves using an overset grid technique which consists of inner and outer domains for representing body motions and numerical wave tank, respectively. High order interpolation scheme is employed to increase numerical accuracy over the interface where physical values, such as velocities and pressure, interact between the inner and outer domains. The numerical schemes and algorithm are addressed in the present paper. An application to motion of KCS container carrier in head waves is presented, and the comparison of responses on heave and pitch motions shows good agreement with those of model tests.
