This study tried to analyze the factors determining land price in golf course by type. The object of this study is all golf courses opened nationwide and is limited to microscopic analysis which mainly concentrates on influences of site forces on market value. This study divided into two groups, private courses and daily fee courses. Statistical analysis was conducted by using hedonic price function. This study used DPI(distance-population index) which is the sum of numbers result from division of the population of cities nationwide by distance(km) from each city to golf courses. As a result of analysis, significant factors selected are as follows ; DPI, whether the golf course is located within the metropolitan area or not, zoning, rate of development area, total length of golf course, greens fee for non-members, annual sales, service years after completion for private courses ; DPI, whether the golf course is located within the metropolitan area or not, zoning, total length of golf course, greens fee for non-members, annual sales for daily fee courses. DPI was a significant common factor on all type of models at 1% level of significance.

Purpose: To translate and evaluate the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the National Eye Institute Visual Functioning Questionnaire-25 (NEI-VFQ-25). Methods: Two bilingual ophthalmologists independently translated the original English version of the NEI-VFQ-25 into written Korean. A panel of the Korean Retina Society reviewed the translations to form a single reconciled forward translation of the Korean version of the NEI-VFQ-25. Another ophthalmologist back-translated this first draft into English. Both the first draft and back-translated draft were edited by a professional translator. To evaluate the correlation and validity, results between the original NEI-VFQ-25 and the Korean version, completed by the bilingual participants, were compared. Results: The Korean version of the National Eye Institute Visual Functioning Questionnaire-25 was developed by translation, back-translation, and expert supervision. Results from 23 bilingual participants between the original NEI-VFQ-25 and the Korean version were compared and showed statistically significant correlation, with a Spearman’s correlation coefficient of 0.4 or greater. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results showed no statistically significant differences between the two questionnaires. Conclusions: Translation and validation of the Korean version of the NEI-VFQ-25 was achieved. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2010;51(10):1354-1367
과립형성 및 성형방법에 따른 SOFC 음극의 미세구조 및 특성

음극지지형 고체산화물 연료전지의 전극성분은 연료전지 성능의 주된 감쇄요인으로 지적되고 있는 분극저항을 줄이기 위해 높은 전기전도도와 가스투과도등이 요구되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SOFC음극의 성능에 영향을 주는 음극의 미세구조, 특히 음극의 기공구조를 다르게 형성시키기 위해 두 가지 서로 다른 과립형성 방법을 이용하여 음극을 제조하고 이에 따라 기판의 기공구조가 어떻게 바뀌는지 또 그로 인해 기판의 미세구조 및 전기전도도가 어떠한 영향을 받는지 관찰하였다 또한 미세구조에 대한 정량적인 화상분석을 통해 기판의 미세구조적인 인자들과 전극특성간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. It is well known that the anode substrate of anode-supported type SOFC should have high electrical conductivity and high gas permeability to minimize the polarization loss of the cell performance during operation. In this study, we made anode substrates of SOFC with two different methods, which gave different anode microstructures, especially different pore structures with each other. We performed electrical and microstructural characterization of Ni/YSZ cermet anode via extensive measurements of its electrical conductivity and gas permeability combined with adequate image analysis based on quantitative stereological theory
냉동치료가 망막색소상피세포의 국소유착분자의 발현에 미치는 영향

Purpose: In the pathogenesis of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR), retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells do not undergo apoptosis after separation from the basement membrane. In order to investigate the mechanism by which RPE cells resist apoptosis in PVR, the expression of focal adhesion kinase after cryotherapy was studied. Methods: After lensectomy and vitrectomy was performed on rabbit eyes, a retinal tear was created. Cryotherapy was applied to the tear site one week after the tear creation. Rabbits were sacrificed at 1, 4 and 7 days after the tear formation and 30 minutes, 1, 4, 7, 9, 21 days after cryotherapy. Eyes were stained with anti-focal adhesion kinase (FAK) antibody. Results: Expression of FAK increased after the tear formation and remained increased until 21days after cryotherapy. Conclusions: These data show that creation of a retinal tear and cryotherapy increases FAK expression and may contribute to resistance to apoptosis.
