세라믹-금속 기반 LED 어레이 패키지의 저온동시소성시 휨발생 억제 연구

고출력 LED 조명용 패키지를 제조함에 있어서 발열은 LED의 광출력과 수명에 매우 중요한 영향을 주는 인자로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 가로등용 고출력 LED 패키지를 개발함에 있어서 효과적인 방열을 하기 위하여 방열효과가 상대적으로 우수한 구조인 chip-on-a-heat sink 구조를 가지는 세라믹-메탈 기반의 패키지를 제조하였다. 열확산 기능을 하는 heat sink 기판소재는 알루미늄 합금을, LED 어레이 회로를 형성하는 절연막으로는 저온동시소성용 glass-ceramics을 사용하였다. 특히 열처리 시 가장 이슈가 되는 세라믹-금속 하이브리드 패키지 기판의 휨을 억제하기 위한 수단으로서, glass-ceramic 절연막을 부분 코팅함으로써 휨현상을 용이하게 줄일 수 있게 되었다. 또한, LED 패키지의 방열특성의 향상 즉 열저항도 기존의 MCPCB 패키지나 전면 코팅형 절연막 패키지에 비해 훨씬 낮아지는 효과를 얻었을 뿐 아니라, 세라믹 코팅소재의 절감효과도 볼 수 있게 되었다. Ceramic-metal based high power LED array package was developed via thick film LTCC technology using a glass-ceramic insulation layer and a silver conductor patterns directly printed on the aluminum heat sink substrate. The thermal resistance measurement using thermal transient tester revealed that ceramic-metal base LED package exhibited a superior heat dissipation property to compare with the previously known packaging method such as FR-4 based MCPCB. A prototype LED package sub-module with 50 watts power rating was fabricated using a ceramic-metal base chip-on-a board technology with minimized camber deformation during heat treatment by using partially covered glass-ceramic insulation layer design onto the aluminum heat spread substrate. This modified circuit design resulted in a camber-free packaging substrate and an enhanced heat transfer property compared with conventional MCPCB package. In addition, the partially covered design provided a material cost reduction compared with the fully covered one.
소아 구내염의 한약치료에 대한 임상연구 동향: 중의학 무작위대조군 임상시험을 중심으로

Objectives This study aims to find out the recent trend of the herbal medicine treatment in children's stomatitis in China, and propose better methods to treat children's stomatitis in Korea. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) relevant to 'Herbal medicine treatment on children's stomatitis' were searched using China Academic Journal (CAJ). The search method we used included search formula, (SU = '口內炎' + '口腔炎' + 'stomatitis') and (SU = '儿童' + '小儿' + 'children' + 'child') from 2000 to September 2021. Results A total of 9 RCTs were selected and analyzed. All reports showed that oral administration of herbal medicine were effective and improved clinical symptoms. The most-used herbal medicine category was Heat-clearing medicine (淸熱藥). Conclusions The literatures from China have shown that herbal medicine improves children's stomatitis. These outcomes may be helpful for the treatment of children's stomatitis in Korea. However, further studies are needed to develop treatment guidelines for children's stomatitis.

This paper presents a design methodology for the interference analysis simulator design of multi-beam satellite system user down-link to provide effectively mobile satellite service in the domestic environment. Furthermore, this paper shows an analysis example of co-channel interference influenced to a mobile earth station by base stations for terrestrial mobile service as well as by satellite, with same frequency band as the wanted satellite, serving to mobile earth stations in another cells, using the designed simulator, and proposes a useful co-channel interference coordination scheme for coexistence between mobile satellite service and terrestrial mobile service by way of guard space establishment, frequency reuse, etc.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of herbal medicine treatment, treatment's effect and stability for Crohn's disease by reviewing clinical studies published over the past 5 years. Methods 22 articles which were published from 2017 to August, 2021 were obtained from the ScienceON, Research information sharing service (RISS), Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS), Oriental medicine advanced searching integrated system (OASIS), China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), Pubmed. We analyzed the literature in regards to the treatment methods and results. Results There were 6 case reports, 1 controlled clinical trial, and 15 randomized controlled trial and in most cases, herbal medicines and Western medicines were administered in combination. The pathology of damp-heat due to spleen deficiency was the most common, and Sijunzi-tang and Shenling Baishu san were the most commonly used. As a result of the treatment, it was found that the combined administration of the herbal medicine and the Western medicine was more effective than the administration of the Western medicine alone. Conclusions Herbal treatment of Crohn's disease induced high cure rate safely than when only western treatment was applied. Future studies on safety and studies that can suggest specific guidelines for the combined administration of western and herbal medicines are needed.
NaS 배터리 셀 패키지의 알루미나 컴포넌트 접합용 Sealing Glass의 기공율 제어

대용량 전력저장용 황화나트륨 기반의 전지를 개발함에 있어서 베타 알루미나 고체 전해질 튜브와 알파 알루미나 셀 캡 간의 물리적 접합을 위해서는 세라믹-세라믹 접합용 씰링 글라스 후막 페이스트가 필요하다. 본고에서는 글라스 프릿 분말의 입도, 열처리 조건이 씰링 글라스의 열처리 후 미세구조 특히 기공율과 그 분포에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 씰링 글라스 분말의 입자가 클수록 열처리 후의 글라스의 미세 조직상에서의 기공율 및 기공의 수가 감소하였으며, 열처리 온도가 증가 할수록 기공의 수가 감소하는 반면 기공의 크기는 증가함을 확인하였다. 이로써 글라스 씰란트의 제조에 있어서, 글라스 페이스트용 글라스 프릿 분말의 입자 크기와 씰링 열처리 온도의 적절한 선정에 의해 글라스 씰링부의 미세구조에서 기공율과 기공의 분포 및 기공의 수를 제어할 수 있음을 보여주었다. Thick film sealing glass paste is required for cell packaging of NaS based battery for energy storage system, to join the beta-alumina electrolyte tube and the alpha-alumina battery cell cap components. This paper presents the effect of the particle sizes of seal glass powder and the sealing temperatures on the microstructure of the glass sealants was investigated. It was found that the larger in the particle size of seal glass powder, the smaller the pore volume and the number of pores in a unit area. Also, the number of pores decreased with increasing the sealing temperatures while the pore size was increased. This result enables the control of porosity, pore distribution and number of pores in a microstructure of glass sealing component by proper selection of glass powders particle size and sealing temperature.
속발성 무월경의 한의학적 치료에 대한 임상 논문 고찰 - 2000년대 이후 발표된 국내 증례보고 연구를 중심으로 -

Objectives : The Purpose of this study is to analyse the Korean medical treatment for Amenorrhea by reviewing Korean Clinical studies. Methods : 16 articles which were published from January, 2000 to August, 2020. Were obtained from the Oriental medicine advanced searching integrated system (OASIS), Research information sharing service (RISS), and National discovery for science leader (NDSL) by using keyword ‘Amenorrhea’. Results : 50 cases in 16 articles were selected. The combination of herbal medicine, acupuncture, and moxibuxtion treatment was most often used. The most commonly-used herbal medicine was Guishin-hwan and the most commonly-used acupoint was LR3 and the most commonly-used Moxibustion point was CV4. After Korean medicine treatment, 38 cases presented the recovery of the normal menstrual cycle. Conclusion : Based on the results of the clinical studies, Korean medicine treatment could be an effective option for amenorrhea treatment and symptom improvement.
