        추자도 관광객의 관광동기 유형별 만족 및 재방문 연구

        본 연구는 추자도 관광객의 관광활동 참여를 촉진하는 관광동기를 이해하고, 관광동기 유형에 따른 관광활동과만족 및 재방문에 관한 관계를 탐색적으로 검증함으로 추자도 관광 활성화의 시사점 도출을 목적으로 한다. 분석 자료는 추자도 현지에서 311명의 관광객을 대상으로 할당표본추출과 체계적표본추출을 병행한 일대일 개별면접조사를 통해 확보한 최종 287부이다. 실증분석 결과는 관광동기 요인과 관광활동 요인 간 긍정적 상관성을 보이고, 특정 관광동기가 관광활동에 높은 연관성을 보이지만 체험활동에 대한 동기는 관광활동과의 상관성이 매우 낮은 것이 확인되었다. 또한 관광동기 유형은 ‘적극적 동기의 다목적 집단’, ‘소극적 동기의 미온적 집단’, ‘일상탈출 추구 집단’으로 분류되며, 각 유형별 관광활동 및 만족, 그리고 재방문에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 특히 관광객의 관광동기에따라 만족과 재방문 의향에 차이를 보이는 결과가 도출되었다. 이는 선행연구와 차별적으로 관광동기와 관광활동간의 관계를 파악하고 관광객의 관광활동 참여를 촉진하는 관광동기를 실증적으로 이해하였다는 점이 본 연구의시사점이다. 또한 관광객의 관광활동을 분석하고 관광지 선택속성 중 활동적인 측면을 검토하여 관광동기와의 관계, 관광동기 유형에 따른 관광활동의 특성을 파악한 연구로 관련분야 기초자료로서 활용될 것으로 예단한다.

        제주지역 마을의 이벤트 밀도와 혼잡지각에 대한 탐색적 연구

        Purpose – The prominent village of Jeju area is a complex space for visitors and it is featured as a place of memories and experiences of tourism in Jeju. On the other hand, it should be understood that it is a complex space opened as a living space of local residents and an activity space of tourists unlike the view that the existing tourist space is uniformly understood. This study was carried out to investigate the relationship between the density of events for villagers living in the area of local residents and the tourism activity spaces of tourists and the perception of crowd perceived by tourists. Research design, data, and methodology - The purpose of this study is to analyze and analyze the event density of the study sites selected Woljeong-ri and Pyeongdae-ri limited to the visit of the tourist facilities among the activities selected by the tourists visiting the area based on the previous research. In addition, interviews are conducted with tourists visiting the area. Spatial information to be used for event density analysis was collected using GPS based smartphone application and visually implemented using Google Earth Pro 7.2. Results - First, the evaluation of tourists' experience of tourism and the degree of satisfaction were found to be different in tourism resources and accessibility in two areas. The tourism facilities, tourism environment, visit satisfaction, appear. In particular, the relationship between the factors is positive. Third, it is confirmed that the event density is 3.3 times higher and the number of events is 128 times higher in the already famous area. Conclusions - In order to create a sustainable environment for Jeju villages, it is necessary to create a space that can stimulate the visitors' five senses to highlight the locality of the specific place, and local residents will take the initiative to highlight the distinctiveness based on the uniqueness of the area. Especially, it is necessary to positively reflect the overlapping spatial characteristics of urban and rural spaces in terms of providing various experiential elements.

        제주대학교 「교육과학연구」 학술지의 연구동향 분석(Ⅰ)

        The purpose of this study is to examine the subject classification and changes of research by examining how the theme of research has changed in the conceptual aspect of ‘Journal of Educational Science Research’ of Jeju National University and what kind of characteristics it shows in terms of contents. Based on the understanding and insight of the research characteristics and direction of the academic journals, this study was carried out to provide basic data that can be used for deeper study in depth and breadth of future research. In particular, we focused on the conceptual and content aspects of the research methodology that has not been approached, and examined research trends in a series of analysis procedures. First, the concept of research was expressed as a concept that ‘Students and Learning’, ‘Teachers and Teaching’ were the main themes. ‘Mathematics’, ‘Science’, ‘Elementary’, ‘High’, and ‘Middle’, respectively. In addition, ‘the 7th curriculum’ and ‘recognition’ were identified as the main words that show the research concept of the relevant journals. Second, the content aspects of the research showed a high correlation with other words such as ‘Learning’, ‘Curriculum’, ‘Recognition’, ‘Development’, ‘Class and 7th’. Third, the categories of research are ‘Learning-Teaching’, ‘Teachers’, ‘Student’, ‘Mathematic-Method’, ‘Science-Development’, And ‘Global’. The changes in the study by the period were dramatic in the study of ‘Teachers and Teaching’ in the first stage where ‘Students’ and ‘Mathematics’ were mainstream. The number of researches for ‘Students’ has increased steadily over the period of 2-3 years, and in the 4th period, the research that the keyword ‘Global’ has increased remarkably has been confirmed. This study is a first step study that explores the research trends of the relevant journals. Based on the systematic literature review methodology, detailed examination of the collected data, quality verification of individual studies(error risk analysis) A follow-up study will be conducted on the research trend analysis using the meta-analysis methodology. 본 연구는 제주대학교『교육과학연구』학술지의 개념적 측면에서 연구의 주제가 어떻게 변화되어 왔으며, 내용적 측면에서 어떠한 특성을 보이는지를 검토하여 연구의 주제 분류 및 변화에 대해 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이는 학술지의 연구 특성과 방향성에 대한 이해와 통찰을 바탕으로 향후 연구의 깊이와 폭에서 더욱 심도있는 연구가 이뤄질 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 특히 기존에 접근되지 않았던 연구의 방법론으로 개념적·내용적 측면에 집중하여 일련의 분석절차에 따라 탐색적으로 연구동향을 고찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구의 개념은 학생(students)과 학습(learning), 교사(teachers)와 교습(teaching)이 주요하게 주제를 대표하는 개념으로 나타났으며, 교과목에서는 수학(mathematics), 과학(science) 순으로 학교별로 초등(elementary), 고등(high), 중등(middle) 순으로 나타났다. 또한 ‘제7차 교육과정’, ‘인식’ 등도 해당 학술지의 연구 개념을 나타내는 주제어로 확인되었다. 둘째, 연구의 주제에 대한 내용적인 측면은 ‘학습’, ‘교육과정’, ‘인식’, ‘개발’, ‘수업 및 제7차’ 등의 순으로 여타의 단어들과 높은 연관성을 보이며 나타났다. 셋째, 연구의 분류는 ‘학습과 교습(Learning- Teaching)’, ‘교사(Teachers)’, ‘학생(Student)’, ‘수학교육 도구(Mathematic-Method)’, ‘과학교육 개발(Science- Development)’, ‘세계적(Global)’로 나타났으며, 시기별 연구의 변화는 학생(Student)과 수학(Mathematic)이 주류를 이루는 1기에서 교사(Teachers)와 교습(Teaching)에 대한 연구가 급격히 증대하는 2-3기를 지나 학생에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 증가하고 4기에는 세계적(Global)이라는 키워드가 현저하게 증가하는 연구의 흐름이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 해당 학술지의 연구동향을 탐색적으로 검토한 1단계 연구이며, 향후 체계적 문헌고찰 방법론에 입각하여 기 수집된 자료에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰과 개별 연구의 질 검증(오류위험 분석), 출간오류 분석 등 메타분석(Meta-analysis) 방법론을 병행한 연구동향 분석이 후속연구로 이뤄질 예정이다.

        메타분석을 적용한 스마트관광정보의 특성과 관광객 행동의도 관계 검토

        Purpose – This study aims to improve the understanding of the analytical method by examining the methodology of meta- analysis. It is aimed to apply and interpret the meta-analysis that can be validated and deemed reliable. In addition, we intend to grasp the characteristics of smart tourism information by exploring the relationship between ubiquitous environment represented by STE (Smart Tourism Environment) and TDMS (Tourism Decision-Making System) which are expected to be continued. In addition, the results of the empirical study on the relationship between the characteristics of smart tourism information and the behavioral intentions of tourists will be sought in the follow-up research. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to verify the three research hypotheses according to the problems of this study, 580 papers was researched on the subject of 'smart tourism' from domestic academic DBs. We collected 59 research papers by classifying the researches on which the empirical research was conducted. The data suitable for the study were selected and finally the 17 research subjects were carefully chosen. Then, meta-analysis was performed using R 3.5.1. and Stata 15.0 programs as a tool. Results – A total of 31 statistics were identified from the review of 17 previous studies on the relationship between the characteristics of smart tourism information and tourists' behavioral intentions. First, the effect size of the characteristics of smart tourism information on the behavioral intentions of tourists was r=.547(Usefulness r=.579, ease of Use r=.511). Second, the usefulness and ease of use of smart tourism information characteristics that affect tourists' behavioral intention in preliminary studies were 253.68(df=15, p<.0001), 244.47(df=14, p<.0001), the effect sizes are heterogeneous, and I2 value 94% is very heterogeneous. Third, the results of examining funnel plots of all the researches to diagnose the publication bias of the relevant researches are broadly symmetrical in general, but Egger verification did not show the publication bias in the study. Conclusions - It provides practical implications in that it has explored and analyzed empirically the factors affecting the decision making of tourists in the absence of clear definition and substance about ubiquitous environment in smart tourism up to now.

      • An Analysis of Research Trends in Journal of Tourism & Industry Research : Using Content and Meta Analysis

        Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the past research trends of mountain climbing in order to establish the status as a representative professional Journal of Tourism & Industry Research in Jeju National University. It is expected that it will be able to lay the foundation for the utilization of the subsequent research by examining the applicability of the new research methodology. Research design, data, and methodology - The data to be used in the analysis of this study are the results of a total of 322 journals. In this study, content analysis and meta analysis for semantic network analysis is performed in parallel. NVivo 11 pro is used to clearly identify which of the final classical research articles were extracted and incorporated into existing studies. In addition, KH Coder 3, an open source program, was applied to the study to conduct a meta-analysis on the research subjects. Results - In the research methodology, the proportion of quantitative research is 53.7% (173), which is higher than the qualitative research (143, 45.3%). First, despite the multidisciplinary approach and diversity of research topics, there was a lack of originality and symbolism in the actual research content. Secondly, it has been studied variously in the research subject mainly tourism industry such as tourism, service, industry, marketing, strategy, system, development, performance, relationship, satisfaction. Third, the classification of research is divided into service performance and quality, customer satisfaction , strategy , marketing , and tourism development industry Conclusions - In this study, two future directions are presented as follows. First, we need to establish a foundation for multidisciplinary academic journals through mixing and expanding research themes. It is necessary to establish a foundation to actively reflect the demand for new disciplines by broadly expanding within a wide range of directions without limiting the specific areas of each discipline. Secondly, technological aspects that coexist on the socio-cultural background should not be overlooked either. It is suggested that a special strategy should be prepared to present an insight into the problems of the complex intertwined community and to become a fused - journals centered on tourism.

        소셜 빅데이터를 이용한 ‘제주이주’에 대한 탐색적 키워드 분석

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to analyze the keyword for the title ‘Moving to Jeju’ on online social networks through big data analysis methodology. There has been a steady population increase in Jeju with the influx of local people in recent years. It is necessary to seek the link between migration and tourism to understand the possibility and the implication to utilize its data for tourism sectors on Jeju Island from an economic standpoint. Research design, data, and methodology - This study used 3,250 keywords related to ‘Moving to Jeju’ from 25,052 text data sets for six years from 2013 to 2018 on blog titles of NAVER and DAUM, the two most popular online channels in Korea. The selected data sets from 10,722 of blog postings during the periods were ranked by their frequencies in EXCEL and pre-processed in the TEXTOM. The co-occurrence matrix of manually cleaned texts were produced in the KrKwic. The matrix then was used as an input file to UCINET for the CONCOR analysis. Results - Over the six years, there have been 44 words that have appeared more than 20 times a year. Up to seven out of the top 20 words are related to tourism such as travel, restaurant, story, café, Aewol, pension and tourist attraction. The CONCOR analysis produced eight clusters. Most of the keywords in clusters 7 and 8 are closely related to tourism resources or tourism activities for visitors, such as ‘Oreum, Ole, tourist attraction, gourmet restaurant, guest house, recommendation, Udo, café, Aewol, travel, and beach.’ Conclusions - This study revealed that the keyword, ‘Moving to Jeju’ is closely related to Jeju tourism as much as the issue is directly related to the influx of the population, which can be a foundation of Jeju economy. The keywords frequency analysis clearly showed that the interest of ‘Moving to Jeju’ has been dramatically increased despite of population decline in 2018. Also, given that the word 'staying a month' is consistently superior, it suggests that the duration of the stay is an important concept that is considered in both tourism and migration.
