To predict the direction of the fatigue crack initiated from a hole under various types of biaxial fatigue loads with different phase difference and biaxiality, fatigue parameters were investigated. Axial and torsional biaxial fatigue loads were selected with the respective combination of five different phase differences of 0, 45, 90, 145 and 180 degrees and five biaxialities of 0, 1/ √3, 1, √ 3, ∞. Directions of the fatigue crack initiation around the hole were found to approach to the circumferential direction of the specimen with increment of the phase difference for fatigue tests with phase differences less than 90°. Whereas directions for tests with phase differences greater than 90° went away from the circumferential direction and those were symmetric to the directions for tests with phase difference less than 90°. With increase of biaxilities, the fatigue crack initiated more apart from the circumferential direction of the specimen. These crack initiation direction were predicted using maximum tangential stress range and maximum shear stress range obtained at far-field and around the hole. Comparing these two stress parameters, The crack initiation direction can be successfully explained by using the direction of the maximum tangential stress range obtained around the hole and at far-field.
Tensile properties of gold thin film were evaluated using micro-tensile testing system. Gold thin films 0.5㎛ and 1.0㎛ thick were produced by sputtering and three kinds of the specimen 50㎛, 100㎛ and 200㎛ wide were prepared by micro-machining. From the tensile tests of the various specimens, dependency of thickness and width on the 0.2% yielding strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus was examined. It was shown that 0.2% yielding strength and tensile strength increased with increase of the width, while those decreased with the increase of the thickness. Elastic modulus was measured in the range of 51~59㎬. Furthermore, dependency of the test speed on the tensile properties was investigated. It was said that those obtained in the range of 25㎛/min and 75㎛/min were nearly identical.
This study attempted to investigate the relation between job stress, work-family conflict, and turnover intentions for food & beverage employees. In order to verify and achieve it, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 251 in Resort & Hotel, especially food & beverage employees. Study findings are as follows: First, Job stress the role overload, role conflict, role ambiguity factors showed a positive effect on the work-family conflict. Second, Work-family conflict showed a positive effect on the turnover intention. Third, The job insecurity showed that a mediating effects on the relationship influenced job stress and work-family conflict. Fourth, The job insecurity showed that a mediating effects on the relationship work-family conflict and turnover intention.
The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between selection attributes and customer satisfaction, purchase intention and the moderating effect of brand attitude in complex coffee shop’s. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 311 students in college. Study findings are as follows: First, Selection of attributes of the complex coffee shop emotional properties, sensory properties and functional properties, sales promotion showed a positive effect on the factors on customer satisfaction. Second, Selection of attributes of complex coffee shop emotional properties, sensory properties, sales promotion properties factors showed a positive effect on the purchase intention. However, the functional properties was found that do not affect the purchase intention. Third, The brand attitude showed that a moderating effects on the relationship influenced the selection attributes and customer satisfaction. Fourth, The brand attitude showed that a moderating effects on the relationship also influences the selection and purchase intention.
