추나요법을 시행한 요통환자의 호전도와 Moire 영상 개선도와의 상관관계

The present study retrospectively investigated clinical outcome at patients with low back pain or sciatica during Chuna treatment (flexion-distraction technique). The study population consisted of 29 patients. Discogenic group consisted of 21 patients who were already diagnosed as HNP of lumbar spine with serial MRIs(magnetic resonance imaging) or CTs(computerized tomography). Simple LBP group consisted of 8 patients with low back pain & sciatica who were non-specific disorder on radiologic examination. All patients were treated with flexion-distraction technique, one of Chuna technique, under analysis of Moire Topography. And the evaluation of clinical outcome was done twice during this study by Moire Topography Analytic Point and Low Back Pain Assesment, Visual Analogue Scale. The results were summarized as follows; Total improvement rate of Moire Topography was $25.8{\pm}17.8%$, and the rate of Low Back Pain Assesment was $56.5{\pm}23.0%$, Visual Analogue Scale of post-treatment was $32.6{\pm}22.5$ Between Improvement rate of Moire Topography and improvement rate of Low Back Pain Assesment, significant correlation was proved(Person's coefficient was 0.381, p<0.05). After all, it is certain improvement of Moire Topography represents symptom's improvement.
Total Hip Replacement in a Jindo Dog with Dorsal Acetabular Rim Deficiency: A Case Report

A 7-year-old, intact female Jindo dog was presented for assessment of weight-bearing lameness of the righthindlimb. On physical examination, crepitus and pain was noted in the right coxofemoral joint upon extension. Radiographs revealed a craniodorsal luxation of the right coxofemoral joint and degenerative joint disease (DJD) ofboth coxofemoral joints. Total hip replacement (THR) was performed for the right coxofemoral joint. Intraoperatively,dorsal acetabular rim (DAR) deficiency was noted, which can be related to a high risk for acetabular cup implantdislocation. Deficiency of the dorsal acetabular rim realigned with the acetabular cup using universal locking plate(ULP) and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) bone cement. After surgery, the patient had an uneventful course anda successful outcome. The ROM and thigh girth were dramatically improved. There were no complications associatedwith prosthesis implants. Hip luxation with dorsal acetabular rim deficiency in a dog was successfully repaired withTHR and dorsal acetabular rim augmentation using ULP and PMMA bone cement. This technique should be consideredwhen conventional THR is precluded by dorsal acetabular rim deficiency.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the concurrent validity of the double meter inclinometer (DMI) for passive joint range of motion (ROM) in beagle dogs and to compare these results to a universal plastic goniometer (UPG). Fifteen beagle dogs were recruited for this study. Joint ROM was evaluated twice with each device to calculatethe intraobserver reliability. The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) values of the UPG were good to excellent (> 0.75) for all joint ROM tests. Similar results were obtained with the DMI. The ICC values of the DMI were good to excellent (> 0.75) except in extension of the tarsal joint (ICC = 0.69). The majority of the ICC results between each device were poor (< 0.50) with the exception of six joints. Our findings suggest that the inclinometer can be used for passive joint ROM in veterinary medicine. However, caution should be taken when comparing measured values of passive joint ROM obtained utilizing both the DMI and UPG.
Assessment of Xenogenic Bone Plate and Screw using Finite Element Analysis

The aim of this study was to evaluate the biomechanical behavior of xenogenic bone plate system (equinebone) using a three-dimensional finite element ulna fracture model. The model was used to calculate the Von Misesstress (VMS) and stress distribution in fracture healing periods with metallic bone plate and xenogenic bone platesystems, which are installed while the canine patient is standing. Bone healing rate (BHR) (0%) and maximum VMSof the xenogenic plate was similar to the yield strength of equine bone (125 MPa). VMS at the ulna and fracturezones were higher with the xenogenic bone plate than with the metallic bone plate at BHRs of 0% and 1%. Stressdistributions in fracture zone were higher with the xenogenic bone plate than the metallic bone plate. This study resultsindicate that the xenogenic bone plate may be considered more beneficial for callus formation and bone healing thanthe metallic bon plate. Xeonogenic bone plate and screw applied in clinical treatment of canines may provide reducedstress shielding of fractures during healing.
5G 이동통신 시스템을 위한 Ray-Tracing 기반 28GHz 채널 모델링

5세대 이동통신의 주요 기술로 고려되고 있는 밀리미터파 기반의 이동통신 시스템 개발을 위하여 28GHz 대역의 도심환경 채널 전파 특성을 분석하고 이에 따른 채널 모델을 제안한다. 채널 환경 측정을 위하여 개발한 전방향 구형 스캔이 가능한 28GHz 채널 사운더 시스템을 개발하여 실험을 수행하였고 동일한 지역에 광선 추적 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 측정시스템의 제약으로 많은 데이터 확보가 용이하지 않아 광선 추적 결과를 측정 결과와 비교 검증 후 이를 기반으로 채널 모델 파라미터들을 도출하였다. 많은 데이터 결과 기반으로 정확도 높은 모든 3D-SCM 채널 파라미터들을 도출하였고 이결과를 측정실험, 광선 추적 시뮬레이션, 그리고 도출된 채널 모델 결과와 비교 검증을 수행하였다.
