        직물의 역학특성과 Drape성에 관한 연구

        The drape coefficients and the mechanical properties of woven fabrics were measured by Cusick drape tester and KES-F system respectively. The regression equations can be obtained between drape coefficients and mechanical properties by means of multiple stepwise regression analysis. The mechanical properties of woven fabrics influenced on the drape coefficients had been inspected and the results were obtained as follows: 1. The mechanical properties, B, 2HG, LC and WC showed high correlation with drape coefficients. 2. The order of mechanical properties which contributes to the drape coefficients based on the regression analysis is bending, shearing, compression, surface and thickeness, and weight properties. 3. The fact that regression coefficients is expected, even if calculation three blocks, had been known in regression equation. Drape coefficient=7.59723-11.48935 (B)-4.55305 (2HB)+1.77623(2HG5)+1.532199(G)-3.30846 (2HG)-1.96802 (RC)+0.094405 (WC) +6.90655 (LC) 4. With the decrease of blend ratio of wool, putting on clothe, wearing performance was bad because crumbling of shape and wrinkle were easily made on appearance. Particularly, it was bad when blend ratio of wool was decreased to 40%.

        Polyester 가공사 직물의 Handle에 관한 연구 -인자분석을 중심으로-

        It is supposed that there is a close relation between the physical characteristics of fabrics and sensory characteristics which can be detected by hand metric method. These relations were examined by means of multiple factor analysis. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Multiple factor analysis yielded four major factors, namely, subjective fullness, flexural rigidity, weight and thickness. 2. Subjective fullness could be mainly represented by flexural rigidity and weight, thickness and the subjective softness could be represented by all the physical characteristics except thickness, and the subjective smoothness could be represented by compressibility, compressional hardness, and crease resistance.

        Handle of cloth is generally decided complex sensory characteristics. Owing to importance correlation of handle in silk fabrics and synthetics, in this paper, these characteristics were measured by senory test and physical testing of silk fabbics for export and synthetic fabrics. The result obtained as follow: 1. All physical properties and senory characteristics of silk fabrics show plus correlation, but high correlation. 2. Weight of synthetic fabrics and rigidity factor show minus correlation.

        The following is the result of studying and considering difference limen, which is the basic concept of psycho-physical for silk fabric and polyester textured fabrics, according to the condition of three foundation weaves. 1. Difference limen of weight and thickness appeared in the order of satin weaves, twill weaves, plain weaves, etc. according to more and less of fabric density. 2. Cotton cloth which had different weight and thickness in polyester textured fabrics appeared as difference in even difference limen.

        The tactile, aesthetic properties of a fabric are often described by indicating the fabric handle. Handle is the property used to describe how a fabric feels; and descriptions of handle can have shared meaning for people, even though handle represents a subjective kind of judgement. Owing to importance of handle in fabrics, in this paper, softness was measured by Clark's softness tester of polyester textured fabrics. The results obtained as follows: 1. Softness is proportional to the turn angle α. 2. Thickness and stiffness of fabrics show plus correlation, but weight and stiffness of fabrics show no correlation. 3. Thickness of fabrics and rigidity factor show minus correlation.

      • 合成織物의 태에 관한 硏究 : 回歸分析을 中心으로 by regression analysis

        Tae of cloth a generally decided complex sensory characteristics. Owing to importance of Tae in synthetic fabrics, in this paper, these characteristics were measured by sensory test and physical testing of synthetic fabrics. Correlation matrix of Tae is studied, and then the linear regrissions are calculated using correlation values by the regression equation. The results obtained as follows: 1. Weight and Flexural rigidity(warp and weft) show plus correlation, compressibility and Compressional hardness show minus Correlation in physical properties. 2. Softness and stiffness show high correlation between physical properties and sensory characteristics. 3. Flexural rigidity and heavy show high correlation between physical properties and sensory characteristics. 4. The regression equations of weight and flexural rigidity, compressibility and compressional hardness, softness and stiffness, heavy and flexural rigidity comparatively show high correlation. y_1=0.1165x_1-0.5176 y_2=-70.49x_2+3391.9581 y_3=-0.9727x_3+11.83 y_4=0.1585x_4+0.51

        On the assumption it is nothing the shoe's slip in the parallel picking of the weaving machine, we obtained the result after observe the length influence for the parallel motion at fixed the shape of the shoe and stick. 1. In the out figure of shoe, the circular are is same with moving distance of the picker when it is picking motion. 2. The stick length is same with a radius of space between the picker, the contact point of shuttle and base plate.

      • 國産 Skirt 織物의 태(Handle)에 關한 硏究

        Tae of cloth is generally decided complex sensory characteristics. Owing to importance of tae in cotton and wool blended fabrics, synthetic fabrics, in the paper, chese characteristics were measured by sensory test and physical testing. The results obtained as follows: ① Physical quantity has a good relation as follow. In thickness, there is a good relation between weight and crease resistance. In elongation, floxural rigidity has a good relation. In crease resistance, there is a good relation between thickness and weight. ② They have a high relation as follow (max. 0.98, min.0.72). In softness, there is a good relation between elongation and flexural rigidity, and in fullness, thickness has a good relation, and in smoothness, elongation a good relation and in tightness, weight has a good relation. It is elongation and flexural rigidity that have a good expansion and contraction and they have a good relation between them.
