        가상대장내시경검사를 이용해 진단한 장관포상기종 1예

        Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis (PCI) is a rare condition characterized by multiple gas filled cysts in the intestinal wall. The diagnosis of PCI is usually made by colonoscopy, histology, or radiologic findings. We report a case of PCI in a 35-year-old man. The patient initially complained of watery diarrhea and abdominal bloating for 2 weeks. Simple abdominal X-ray demonstrated numerous, small, round, air densities on the right upper abdomen along the ascending and proximal transverse colon. Colonoscopy revealed numerous, 5-20 mm sized, sessile poly-poid, balloon-like distended, protruding subepithelial masses covered with normal colonic mucosa from cecum to proximal transverse colon. We performed a CT colonoscopy and confirmed PCI with multiple air-filled cystic masses along the colonic wall from cecum to proximal transverse colon. The patient was treated with antibiotics and oxygen inhalation for 2 weeks. Follow-up CT colonoscopy revealed marked regression in the number and size of the air-filled cystic masses. Herein, we report the first case of the PCI in Korea diagnosed by CT colonoscopy. Follow-up evaluation with CT colonoscopy was performed after the treatment of the PCI. CT colonoscopy is a useful non-invasive diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2007;50:334-339)

        3,000 m 상당고도의 저압,저산소 환경에서 4주간의 간헐적인 스프린트 훈련이 무산소성 에너지대사와 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        함주호, 남상석, 박훈영, 선우 섭. 3,000 m 상당고도 저압·저산소 환경에서 4주간의 간헐적인 스프린트 훈련이 무산소성 에너지대사와 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제20권 4호 461-474, 2011. 본 연구는 3,000 m 상당고도와 평지에서 간헐적인 스프린트 훈련이 무산소성 에너지대사와 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향을 cross-over study로 비교한 것이다. 연구의 대상자들은 체육전공 남자 대학생 14명으로, 트레드밀 달리기를 경사도 10%, 스피드 15~17 km/hr의 운동 강도로 4주간, 주 3회, 30초×10세트, 세트 간 휴식은 2분으로 하였으며, 3,000 m 상당고도(526 mmHg)와 평지(760 mmHg)에서, 각각 1차 트레이닝을 실시한 후 8주간의 휴식기를 거친 후 2차 트레이닝을 실시하였다. 그 결과 체중과 근육량은 3,000 m 상당고도 트레이닝 후에 유의하게 감소하였다. CPK는 두 조건 모두 트레이닝 후에 유의한 변화가 없었으나, LDH는 3,000 m 상당고도 트레이닝 후에 고강도 운동직후와 회복 5분에 유의하게 감소하였다. 혈중산소운반능력은 두 조건 모두 트레이닝 후에 유의한 변화가 없었다. EPOC는 평지 및 3,000 m 상당고도 트레이닝 후에 유의하게 증가하였다. 무산소성 파워는 3,000 m 상당고도 트레이닝 후에 유의하게 증가 하였다. 하지근 등속성 근력은 평지 트레이닝 후에 유의하게 증가 하였으나, 3,000 m 상당고도 트레이닝 후에는 유의하게 감소하였다. 100 m time trial은 3,000 m 상당고도 트레이닝 후에 유의하게 감소하였으나, 400 m time trial은 두 조건 모두 유의한 변화가 없었다. The study was designed to investigate the effects of intermittent sprint training in hypobaric hypoxic condition, equivalent to an altitude of 3,000 m and sea level on anaerobic energy metabolism and performance. Fourteen college male students majoring sports volunteered to participate in this research. Running grade, speed, time, repetition time, and interval between running were 10 percent, 15-17 km/hr, 30 seconds, 10 times, 2 minutes respectively. Training period was 4 weeks. They took 8 weeks rest after first training (4 weeks) in 3,000 m simulated altitude and sea level. Also second training practiced 4 weeks in that order (a cross-over study). The results of this study were as follows. Weight and muscle mass were significantly decreased after 3,000 m simulated altitude training. CPK was not significantly changed after 3,000 m simulated altitude and sea level training. LDH was significantly decreased immediately after exercise and recovery 5 minutes after 3,000 m simulated altitude training. Oxygen transporting capacity of the blood was not significantly changed after 3,000m simulated altitude and sea level training. EPOC was significantly increased after 3,000 m simulated altitude and sea level training. Anaerobic power was significantly increased after 3,000 m simulated altitude training. Leg isokinetic muscular strength was significantly increased after sea level training. But it was significantly decreased after 3,000 m simulated altitude training. 100 m time trial was significantly decreased after 3,000 m simulated altitude training. But 400 m time trial was not significantly changed in two groups. We have demonstrated that weight, muscle mass and 100 m time trial was significantly changed by 4 weeks of intermittent sprint training in hypobaric hypoxic condition, equivalent to an altitude of 3,000 m, whereas the other physiological parameters was not significantly changed in two groups.

        이연법인세자산과 이익조정의 관련성 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 이연법인세회계가 기업실무에 적용됨으로 인하여 경영자의 이익조정이 이연법인세에 반영된다는 가정 하에 이연법인세와 기업특성간의 관련성 검증과 이연법인세와 이익조정과의 관련성에 대해 검증하고 이를 실증분석 함으로써 이연법인세 정보가 기업의 이익조정 정도를 파악하는 데 유용한 정보가 될 수 있는지를 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 연구결과는 기업특성을 나타내는 부채 비율이 높은 기업은 이익을 상향조정하여 과세소득보다 회계이익을 크게 하여 미래의 과세소득을 감소시킴으로써 이연 법인세자산을 증대시키는 경향이 있을 것으로 시사하며, 이연법인세자산과 이익조정의 측정치인 재량적 발생액 간에 음(-)의 관련성이 있고, 이러한 실증결과는 외부 정보이용자들이 이연법인세의 공시정보를 이용하여 기업의 이익조정 정도를 관찰할 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this paper is to examine the information of deferred taxes assets on the existence of earnings management. To achieve the research purpose, this study control the relationship between deferred taxes and firm's specific characteristics. The sample firms are drawn from the listed companies on the Korea Exchange for the period of 1999 through 2003. Empirical results are follows: First, increasing changes in cash flows from operating activities are accompanied by the increasing deferred taxes on the credit side. Second, there exists a positive relationship between deferred taxes assets and the discretionary accrual amounts.

        점증부하 에르고미터 운동 중 심박수역치(heart rate threshold)를 이용한 무산소성역치(HR<SUB>LT</SUB>, HR<SUB>VT</SUB>) 추정식 개발

        In this study, we conducted graded maximum exercise test to normal people(male 112, female 108) using cycle ergometer. We calculated heart rate which corresponds heart rate threshold(HRT) and lactate threshold(LT), ventilation threshold(VT) through the test. After that, we divided data(n=220) randomly using Bernoulli"s trials. 70%(actually 70.5%) of data were used as analysis data(male 79, female 73) and 30%(actually 67.6%) were used as validity test data(male 33, female 35). Using analysis data, we conducted simple regression analysis. Independent variable was HRT and dependent variable was HRLT, HRVT which represents heart rate corresponds anaerobic threshold. The adjusted R<SUP>2</SUP> was mean 72.3% and SEE was mean 8.96 bpm. Moreover, in validity test, SEE was 8.54bpm which was similar to developed regression model. So we identified developed regression model is valid. These results show that HRT is meaningful variable to predict HRLT, HRVT and very important variable to estimate anaerobic threshold.

        다양한 평압·저산소 환경에서의 고정부하 자전거 운동 시 혈액의 산ㆍ염기 반응

        Our study aimed to assess the effects of hypoxia on aerobic exercise capacity at high altitudes through analysis of aerobic exercise metabolism and blood gas in order to explanation of blood acid-base equilibrium regulation and determine the optimal altitude for exercise training. The study included 11 Korean male university students. The oxygen concentration of simulated environments included 20.9% O₂, 16.5% O₂, 14.5% O₂, 12.8% O₂, and 11.2% O₂. Exercise test was performed with 3~6 days interval. Exercise intensity was established cycle exercise load(watt) correspond to 70% HRmax at sea-level. As a result, during 30 minutes exercise, blood acid-base equilibrium maintained through respiratory compensation caused by metabolic acidosis at 14.5% and 16.5% oxygen concentration but not maintained at 12.8% and 11.2% oxygen concentration compared to sea-level. Therefore, altitude exercise training at oxygen levels of 12.8% O₂ and below might improve blood acid-base equilibrium and aerobic exercise capacity.
