Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate dental technicians’ awareness of infections and to enhance their interest and commitment towards infection prevention. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted among dental technicians. Total of 195 responses were used for analysis. A cross-tabulation analysis was used to compare dental technicians’ awareness of infections according to their levels of education on infection prevention (α=0.05). Results: Dental technicians were educated on infection prevention (40.5%). Most participants received infection prevention education from school (29.8%). Dental laboratories had an infection control guideline (34.9%). Dental technicians were not aware of infection risks at their workplaces or believed that they were not at risk of infections at their workplaces (59.3%). Conclusion: Dental technicians must be consistently educated on infection prevention and control through systematic education at school and wider promotion through media. Research is needed to economically and efficiently improve equipment used by dental technicians and to protect them from infectious diseases. A budget for infection prevention must also be determined. Institutional measures such as providing support for dental technicians at the policy level and developing a basic infection prevention manual are necessary. Solving these issues not only protects dental technicians from infections but also allows them to provide high-quality medical services.

시공능력평가 상위 순위에 있는 건설기업이라 할지라도 기업경영이 어려운 곳이 다수로 나타났다. 따라서 건설기업의 경영 안정성을 위해서는 비용 절감 등 경영효율성 강화 노력이 시급하다. 이러한 상황 속에서 건설기업의 효율적인 운영과 경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 투입되는 자원을 얼마나 효율적으로 활용하여 운영하고 있는지를 파악해야한다. 경영효율성 분석의 필요성이 제기됨에 따라 주로 건설기업의 정태적 경영효율성에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 건설기업들이 공존해 나가기 위해서는 상위 업체만이 아닌 하위 업체에 대한 고려도 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 종합건설업체의 상위 등급과 하위 등급 간의 정태적 경영효율성과 동태적 경영효율성을 비교분석하여 향후 경영효율성 강화를 위한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다. Even construction companies ranked at the top in the construction capability evaluation, it was revealed that there were many companies were difficult in the company management. Thus, it is urgent to make efforts to reinforcing the management efficiency like cost savings for their management stability. Under this circumstance, it is necessary to figure out how the input resources are used and operated efficiently for the effective management and strengthening their competitiveness. As the necessity of analyzing the management efficiency is raised, studies on the static management efficiency of mainly construction companies are underway. For the coexistence of construction companies, it is necessary to consider companies ranked in the low as well as top ranked companies. Therefore, this study was to suggest basic materials for strengthening the management efficiency in the future by comparing and analyzing the static and dynamic management efficiencies between the top and low ranks of the comprehensive general contractors.
주요우울장애 노인에 대한 Internet of Things 기반 행동 중재 : 예비연구

Objective:To assess the effectiveness of Internet of Things (IoT)-based behavioral intervention for reducing depressive symptom of older adults with major depressive disorder. Methods:A 12-week randomized cross-over controlled study was conducted at community mental health center. We recruited 39 participants with major depressive disorder aged 60 years or older. As a multidomain intervention, four evidence-based therapeutic factors (physical activity, healthy diet, social activity, and emotional regulation) were approached. To maintain motivation of participants, we applied contingency management using IoT device based on operant conditioning theory. Results:The primary outcome was change of depressive symptom measured by Montgomery-Asberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS). Mixed-effect model compared the effectiveness of intervention and usual care management (intervention by time and period interaction, p=0.017). And during the study period consisting of a total of visit 8, significant group difference was shown in post hoc test at visit 4 (MADRS score of intervention group : MADRS score of control group=7.7±3.4 : 21.1±11.5, p=0.008). Conclusion:Community-implementable IoT-based behavioral intervention resulted in greater reduction of depressive symptom of elderly with major depressive disorder
초등교원 수급정책 변화 과정 분석 : 계량적 시기 구분 분석을 중심으로

This study analyzed the process of changes in the supply and demand policy of elementary school teachers in Korea for 75 years from liberation to the present. In order to analyze the supply and demand policy for elementary school teachers, the total period was divided into five periods according to the student increase and decrease rate of students, and these periods were divided into three periods of expansion, reduction, and stagnation according to the increase and decrease rate of teachers by government. Using this method of dividing the period, it was analyzed how the supply and demand for elementary school teachers changed, what factors influenced the changes, and how the supply and demand policy changed accordingly. The factors that affected the number of students were the changes in the enrollment rate and the school age population, and it can be seen that the teacher supply policy has been adjusted according to the changes in the number of teachers and students due to economic, social and policy changes. 본 연구는 수요와 공급의 측면에서 해방 이후부터 지금까지 75년 동안의 초등교원 수급정책 변화 과정을 분석하여, 어떠한 동인(動因)이 수급정책의 변화를 촉발하였는지, 수급 정책의 정책적 실패 또는 성공 요소는 무엇이었는지 등을 규명하고, 향후 정책 수반에 도움이 되는 것을 목적으로 한다. 초등교원 수급정책 분석을 위해 학생수 증감에 따라 전체 시기를 5기로 구분했으며, 다시 정부별로 교원수 변동에 따라 확대, 축소, 정체의 시기로 세부적으로 구분해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 학생수에 영향을 미친 요인은 취학율과 취학적령인구의 변화였으며, 이러한 학생수 변화와 경제적·사회적·정책적 변동에 따른 교원수 변화 등에 따라 교원수급정책을 조정해 온 것을 알 수 있다.
아파트 주거동 형태 및 배치에 따른 단지 내 풍환경 예측평가에 관한 연구

최근 인간 삶의 질이 향상되면서 아파트 단지 내 실외 풍환경이 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 쾌적한 삶의 공간 확보를 위해서는 계획 단계에서부터 아파트 주동 형상 또는 배치에 따른 주변의 풍 환경을 철저히 예측하고 미리 대책을 세워야한다. 이렇게 중요함에도 불구하고 현재까지 우리나라는 풍환경에 관한 종합적인 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 아파트 주거동의 형태적· 배치적 특성을 수치유체역학(CFD : Computational Fluid Dynamic)을 이용하여 예측하고 아파트 설계단계에서 필요로 하는 풍환경에 대한 종합적인 정보를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 여기서 제공하는 정보는 풍속분포 특성 및 무풍영역, Murakami 풍속비 그리고 주동의 압력분포에 한한다.
