컨벤션호텔의 활성화 방안에 대한 연구 -강원랜드 컨벤션호텔을 사례로-

본 연구에서는 점차로 치열해지는 MICE 환경에서 강원랜드 컨벤션호텔을 사례로 신규로 시장에 진입하는 컨벤션호텔이 활성화 될 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집에 있어서는 2013년 9월 15일-2013년 10월 15일까지 MICE 전문가들을 대상으로 하였다. MICE 수용태세 분석결과, 강원랜드 컨벤션호텔이 '쇼핑시설', '인력 확보', '접근성' 을 개선하기 위한 방안을 시급히 강구할 필요가 있음을 시사하였다. 차별화방안으로 시설의 차별화, 컨벤션/이벤트 개최 시 저렴한 비용으로 나타났고, 마케팅방안으로는 인센티브 여행(incentive tour)에 중점을 둘 필요가 있으며, 컨벤션호텔이 MICE 행사 유치에 성공하기 위해서는 대규모 국내 외 이벤트 유치 또는 개발, 중소규모 행사유치로 틈새시장 침투, 재방문 유도, 저렴한 Room rate나 교통비를 통한 참가자의 비용절감 등을 고려해보아야 할 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 MICE 시장진입을 통한 컨벤션호텔 활성화를 위한 효율적인 전략을 도출하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to seek for solutions of activating convention hotels entering to the newly created market, focused on the case study of the convention hotel in KangwonLand in the competitive MICE environment. According to the analysis for reception setup for MICE, it is urgently required to improve shopping facilities, securing manpower, the accessibilities in KangwonLand convention hotel. This study suggests several ways to identify differentiation such as facilities discriminations, reasonable prices when holding conventions/events. It is also proposed that there is a need to focus incentive tour when marketing. To succeed in hosting events of MICE at the convention hotel, it appears to be considered to host large scale of domestic or overseas events, to measure reasonable room rates, promote niche market through middle or small scale events, attract customers to revisit and save transportation costs for participants. From the study, it is expected to find efficient ways to activate convention hotels through MICE market entry.
관광지 선택에 있어서 가족의사결정 유형이 관광행동에 미치는 영향

This paper aims to objectively analyze the influence of the decision-making patterns in a family on their tourism-related activities such as satisfaction, and their intention to recommend and revisit. To measure the scale of choice significance and satisfaction, this paper sets Gap variables, the counter samples of which were paired t-test to see if they have statistically significant difference. As a result of an objective analysis, it is suggested that such items as ``various leisure activities,`` ``the division of opinions among the company,`` ``tourist cost,`` ``convenience,`` ``local colors and products,`` ``interest pursuit,`` and ``demonstration effect`` have statistically significant difference. Among these items, only the ``demonstration effect`` shows higher satisfaction than tourists expect. In the other items, tourists are less satisfied than they expect. Accordingly, family resorts and tourist attractions are required to develop more active and appealing tourist commodities.

본 연구는 코로나19 시기 여성의 일자리 유지 및 노동시장 이탈 여성의 재취업 영향 요인을 파악하는데 목적을 둔다. 여성가족패널 7차(2018년), 8차(2020년), 9차(2022년)의 자료를 활용하여 코로나19 이전 임금근로자였던 여성 2,213명을 대상으로 코로나19 전후 일자리 변화를 분석하였다. 코로나19 시기 일자리 유지 집단은 다른 집단에 비해 상대적으로 연령이 낮고, 학력은 높으며, 일자리 여건은 안정적이었다. 특히 정규직(정규직 중 77.9%, 비정규직 중 66.4%)과 전일제의 비중이 높으며(전일제 중 75.3%, 시간제 중 61.6%), 월평균 임금이 높고(200.04만원), 사업체 규모도 30인 이상 근무하는 비율(30-99인 중 78.9%, 100인 이상 중 84.0%) 또한 높다. 코로나19 시기 노동시장에서 이탈한 여성의 이후 재취업에 대한 영향 요인 분석 결과도 이와 유사하였다. 이상에서 도출된 함의는 첫째, 코로나19와 같은 경제위기 상황에서 기존 노동시장 내 취약한 일자리 여건이 부정적 영향을 미치므로 노동시장 내 여성 취약성을 개선하기 위한 근본적 정책 개입이 필요하다는 것이다. 둘째, 일자리 여건이 좋지 않은 노동시장 주변부 여성은 위기에 취약하고 회복력도 낮아 노동시장 재진입이 어려워 장기적인 경력 단절의 위기에 놓일 수 있기 때문에 이들의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 제도 설계를 통한 예방이 필요하다는 것이다. 본 연구는 코로나19 시기 여성 일자리 변화를 종단적으로 추적하고, 유형화해 분석함으로써 기존 일자리의 취약성이 코로나19 시기 여성의 일자리 위기에 주요한 영향을 미쳤음을 확인하고, 이들을 위한 정책 지원이 필요함을 밝힌 데 의의가 있다. This study aims to identify factors influencing job retention and reemployment among women during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using data from waves 7 to 9 (2018-2022) of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families, an analysis was conducted on 2,213 women previously employed. Those retaining jobs during COVID-19 were relatively younger, highly educated, and had stable employment conditions. Notably, they held a higher proportion of permanent positions (77.9% vs. 66.4% non-permanent), full-time jobs (75.3% vs. 61.6% part-time), higher average monthly wages (₩2,000,040), and worked in larger businesses (78.9% for 30-99 employees, 84.0% for 100 or more). Factors affecting reemployment for women leaving the labor market during COVID-19 were similar. This study has two primary implications: First, during crises like COVID-19, existing job vulnerabilities negatively affect women, necessitating fundamental policy interventions to improve their resilience within the labor market. Second, women on the margins of the labor market face difficulties reentering, increasing the risk of long-term career disruptions and emphasizing the need for tailored policy designs. The significance of this research lies in tracking and analyzing womens employment changes during COVID-19. The study confirms the impact of pre-existing job vulnerabilities on their employment situation and stresses the need for targeted policy support.

As Gangwon-do Province needs an environmental-friendly alternative tourism according to low carbon green growth, this study analyzes specialized fields in green health industry, selects seven specialized fields in green health industry that is fit to Gangwon-do Province, and suggests a development strategy by conducting recognition surveys on preference and impotence of the specialized fields. Surveys and interviews are conducted of 106 students at Green Health Industry Education Center which is operating by Kwandong University and 84 persons who work at medical institutions and tourism related companies in Ganwondo. The surveys and interviews were completed from November 5 to November 19 in 2010, determined factors through a factor analysis when they have many questions, and analyzed by using SPSS 14.0. Out of the seven specialized fields, rest & recuperation field is highly recognized. In order to have competitive edge compared to other self-governing provinces, Ganwon-do Province should prioritize rest and recuperation field. A healthcare program in the green health industry specific to Ganwon-do Province includes hot springs and spa programs as a priority. Gangwon-do`s hot springs are deemed to be competitive resources as global medical tourists prefer spa and sauna healthcare programs, while the province promotes its spring resources and builds medical tourism infrastructures. Gangwon-do Province can promote a medical tourism industry that is well suitable for the strength and characteristics of the province. It might pursue oriental medicine therapy tourism, which is related to a recuperating medical service that uses both oriental and western medicine. It can also run such programs as forest bathing (oxygen road), spring and spa, and sea water treatment, which are the specialized fields in green health industry with respect to recreation and healthcare.
