SiC Fiber 강화 다공질 반응 소결 탄화규소 Composite의 제조 및 기계적 특성

In this study, chopped Hi-Nicalon SiC fiber Reinforced Porous Reaction Bonded SiC (RBSC) composites and it fabrication process were developed by using Si melt infiltration process. The porosity and average pore size in fabricated chopped SiC fiber reinforced porous RBSC composites were in the range of $30{\sim}40%$ and $40-90{\mu}m$, which mainly determined by the SiC powder size used as starting material and amount of residual Si in porous composites. The maximum flexural strength of chopped SiC fiber reinforced porous RBSC composite was as high as 80 MPa. The delayed fracture behavior was observed in chopped SiC fiber reinforced porous RBSC composites upon 3-point bending strength test.

Spin-transfer torque is a useful tool to control the magnetic state in nanostructures. In magnetic tunnel junctions, the spin-transfer torque has two components, the in-plane spin torque and the perpendicular spin torque. While properties of the in-plane spin-transfer torque are relatively well understood, properties of the perpendicular spin-transfer torque still remain controversial. A recent experiment demonstrated that in asymmetric magnetic tunnel junctions, the bias voltage dependence of the perpendicular spin-transfer torque contains both linear and quadratic terms in the bias. However it still remains unexplored how the bias voltage dependence changes as a function of material parameters. In this paper, we systematically investigate the perpendicular spin-transfer torque in asymmetric magnetic tunnel junction by varying spin splitting energy, work function difference, and Fermi energy of the ferromagnetic metal leads.

본 논문에서는 도로주행 영상 내에서 차선을 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 차량 내부 카메라로 촬영된 영상에 대하여 바타차야 거리를 이용해 차선 후보 영역을 검출한다. 검출된 영역에 대해 도로와 차선의 레퍼런스 RGB 값과의 바타차야 거리를 이용해 분류한 뒤, 차선이 갖는 특징을 모델링하여, 분류된 영역에서 차선으로 추정되는 영역만을 남긴다. 차선 영역세그먼트의 흰 차선과 노란 차선의 클래스와의 유사도를 계산하여 검출된 차선정보를 제공한다.

Rhabdomyolysis results from acute damage to skeletal muscles caused by various conditions, of which hypokalemia is a recognized but rare example. Although primary aldosteronism may cause severe hypokalemia leading to rhabdomyolysis, the potassium level of such patients can be within the normal range. Hypokalemia is most frequently triggered when these patients are exposed to an additional insult, such as diuretic stress. Similarly, overzealous consumption of ionic beverages with osmotic diuretic effects can cause hypokalemia. Here, we describe a patient with an aldosterone-secreting adrenal adenoma, who presented with acute rhabdomyolysis secondary to severe hypokalemia triggered by consumption of a large volume of ionic beverage for 3 weeks. This study has an innovative improvement of the ocher tiles production system that aims to resolve social issue of industrial waste and to meet the customer needs for environmental-friendly building materials. By changing a wet type cutting method to a dry type of ocher tiles production system, the three processes such as cleaning, dehydration, and drying can be removed in existing overall process of 17 steps. Accordingly, the application of the wet type cutting method, which is proposed in this study, makes an increase in ocher tiles production from 1,500 to 1,850 pieces per hour. In particular, industrial wastewater that was emerging as the biggest problem in environmental pollutants in the wet cutting method has been removed. In addition, the most serious problems of noise and dust from the operator side, while developing a device for the dry cutting method, are eliminated through the development of additional equipment.
