        산소 포화도의 무선 전송을 위한 통신모듈 및 디스플레이 소프트웨어 개발

        In this paper, the wireless transmission module is developed to transmit oxygen saturation(SpO2) signal, acquired from bio-signal measuring module, to PC. This wireless transmission module is designed with closed type protocol instead of open type protocol such as a zigbee or a bluetooth, considering of the security of personal medical informations. The display software is also developed to display transmitted SpO2 signals by various type data and graph without information loss for a emergency transfer.

        The computerized cardiac analysis system, which acquires and analyzes the electrical activation signal propagating along the surface of the heart, is indispensible equipment for the open heart surgery and electrical cardiac functional study. In this paper, the design requirement and the electrical circuit analysis are performed to construct the multi-channel cardiac activation pre-amplifier necessary for a signal conditioning circuit. The general 32 channel configuration is expanded into 64 channels to enhance the spatial resolution on the mapped surface of the heart. The 64 channels pre-amplifier consists of input circuit, differential amplifier, right leg driven circuit and isolation part. It has distinct features; high voltage protection, leakage current limitation, isolation and the maximization of common mode rejection ratio with respect to the half-cell potential difference due to different electrode materials.

        The existing CPC(Center Position Controller) has unstably performed because of dusts on reflection panel, CCD protector contamination due to high temperature in furnace or other parameters. The reason is that the existing CPC has a Z80 processor as a CPU and only performs low level image processing as a simple edge detector. So the improvement of control system through the development of robust edge detection algorithm overcoming changes of measuring environment is so needed. For this, in this study we carefully analyze the image of the strip rolled in occasion that measuring environment is changing, develope the optimal edge detection algorithm to solve the problems, generate the control signal suitable for the existing CPC (Center Position Controller), and propose the capability of application to the actual environment.

        비데용 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 모듈 개발

        In this paper, the module which can measure body fat, heart rate and $SpO_2$ has been developed for being mounted on widespread bidets in the home. This moudule was manufactured by a structure that can be mounted on a bidet, users such as elderly, patients with chronic fatigue, heart disease and overworked workers checking their health status in every life through monitoring their body fat, heart rate and $SpO_2$ and preventing of sudden death.

      • 3차원 심장전기도 매핑 시스템을 위한 소프트웨어 개발

        The ability to map and ablate the sometimes fleeting automatic atrial tachycardia is greatly enhanced by computerized mapping systems. In this study, we have developed 128 channel computerized data analysis system using microcomputer for basic research of electrophysiology and electrical propagation. The bipolar electrogram information is acquired from 128 cardiac sites simultaneously at a sampling rate of 1 ksampls/sec with continuous and total data storage of up to 30 seconds. When the reference electrogram is selected and reference point is picked up, delay time from the reference point is displayed on three dimensional diagram of the heart. System design permits easy expansion to almost 256 simul-taneous sites. this system is expected to enable us to study pathophysiology of cardiac arrhythmia and to improve the result of diagnosis and surgical treatment for cardiac arrhythmia

The 128 channel cardiac activation amplifier under the electrosurgical unit is disordered because of DC offset and saturation in differencial amplifier. In this paper, the base-line compensation circuit for removing DC offset in cardiac-activation system is designed.

        콘센트용 누전감지 모듈 개발

        In this paper, the leakage current detection and auto shut-off module for a concent has been developed. Existing leakage current detection modules are detecting resistive leakage current, using a resistive leakage current detection chip but the proposed leakage current detection module separates and detects resistive leakage current in the synthesis leakage current by only programming in a power processor MCU(MSP430). The module implemented by proposed method has early detection and auto shut-off feature at more than resistive leakage current 5mA, and has the advantage of easily adjusting resistive leakage current less or more than 5mA, because of resistive leakage current detection function being implemented by a program in MCU.

      • 신경회로망을 이용한 심장조영상 대역분할 부호화에 관한 연구

        Medical images with high resolution are coded to be archived and communicated in PACS. In this paper, We have studied on coding of cardio-angiography. Our coding technique's objects are removing blocking artifacts and edge degradation, adapting for drastic image change because of dye injection and fast decoding. We achieved good results for cardio-angiography image but the study on more sophisticated motion estimation technique must be peformed.
