The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of Communication between Fathers and Children of according to family-environmental variable and the difference of Children's alienation according to Communication between Fathers and Children. Subjects of this study were 570 children in Seoul. Data were analyzed by One-way ANOVA and Two-way ANOVA. Results of this study are as follows; First, in the case of male, family-environment variables that influenced Communication between Fathers and Children were income. In the case of female, family-environment variables that influenced Facilitative Communication between Fathers and Children were income and father's scholarship. Second, in the case of male, family-environment variables that influenced Children's alienation were none. In the case of female family-environment variables that influenced Children's alienation were father's age and income. Third, Communication between Fathers and Children was a significant variable that influenced Children's alienation. When Fathers communicate facilitatively, Children feel less alienation. However when Fathers communicate dysfunctionally, Children feel more alienation. Forth, there was no interaction of Facilitative Communication and Dysfunctional Communication between Fathers and Children in the alienation.

현재 네트워크 사용자 특히 인터넷 사용자 증가 속도는 가히 기하급수적이라 할 수 있다. 더불어 질 높은 서비스에 대한 요구가 제기되고 있는데 이것은 필연적으로 트래픽의 폭증을 가져오고 있다. 따라서 네트워크 트래픽의 효율적 분석 관리는 과거에 비해 더욱 중요한 사항으로 대두되고 있다. SES를 이용한 네트워크 분석은 네트워크 관리자들에게 쉽고, 효율적으로 트래픽데이터를 접근이 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 대용량의 네트워크 트래픽 데이터 효과적으로 처리하기 위해 최적화된 네트워크 트래픽 시스템을 구현하기 위하여 데이터 엔지니어링 방법론인 SES를 이용하여 네트워크 패킷의 정보 구조를 설계한후 DEVS를 이용하여 분석하는 시스템을 구현하고자 한다.

Breastfeeding has been known as the best feeding practice to prevent allergies including atopic dermatitis (AD). However, the benefit on the prevention of allergic disease is still controversial. The objectives of this study were to examine the rate of sensitization to the protein of eggs, cow’s milk and soy in exclusively breastfed infants and to evaluate antigen-antibody reaction between breast milk and serum of AD infant. Data on feeding and food hypersensitivity were obtained for 62 AD infants (32 male, 30 female) aged < 6 month who had visited Samsung Medical Center from September 2001 to May 2003. Food hypersensitivity was determined by measuring specific IgE to egg, cow’s milk and soy. Specific IgE levels > 0.7 kU/L by CAP assay (Pharmacia, Uppsala, Sweden) were considered positive. The rates of sensitization in breastfed infants were 41.9% (26/62) to egg, 30.6% (19/62) to milk and 18.0% (11/62) to soy. Immunoblotting analyses were performed using breast milk with the matched serum of seven AD infants (4 male/3 female). Binding patterns of AD infant’s IgE to breast milk extract showed visible specific band for immunoglobulin, especially in case of a lactating mother who did not completely restricted ingestion of egg, milk and soy. These results indicate that sensitization to food allergen develops via breast milk feeding. Breast milk feeding should be recommended in infants at risk of developing allergic disease, but maternal intake of highly allergenic food might be restricted for prevention and treatment of food allergy among the babies with AD. In the semiconductor manufacturing, yield enhancement is an urgent issue. It is ideal to prevent all the failures. However, when a failure occurs, it is important to quickly specify the cause stage and take countermeasure. Reviewing wafer level and composite lot level yield patterns has always been an effective way of identifying yield inhibitors and driving process improvement. This process is very time consuming and as such generally occurs only when the overall yield of a device has dropped significantly enough to warrant investigation. The automatic method of failure pattern extraction from fail bit map provides reduced time to analysis and facilitates yield enhancement. 수율향상을 위한 반도체 공정에서의 RRAM (Redundant Random Access Memory) Spare Allocation

This has been possible by integration techniques such as very large scale integration (VLSI) and wafer scale integration (WSI). Redundancy has been extensively used for manufacturing memory chips and to provide repair of these devices in the presence of faulty cells. If there are too many defects, the momory has to be rejected. But if there are a few defects, it will be more efficient and cost reducing for the company to use it by repairing. Therefore, laser-repair process is nedded for such a reason and redundancy analysis is needed to establish correct target of laser-repair process. The proposed CRA (Correlation Repair Algorithm) simulation, beyond the idea of the conventional redundancy analysis algorithm, aims at reducing the time spent in the process and strengthening cost competitiveness by performing redundancy analysis after simulating each case of defect.
반도체 공정 교육을 위한 교육용 컴퓨터 모델 설계 및 구현

The primary purpose of this study is to build computer models referring overall flow of complex and various semiconductor wafer manufacturing process and to implement a educational model which operates with a presentation tool showing device design. It is important that Korean semiconductor industries secure high competitive power on efficient manufacturing management and to develop technology continuously. Models representing the FAB processes and the functions of each process are developed for Seoul National University Semiconductor Research Center. However, it is expected that the models are effective as visually educational tools in Korean semiconductor industries. In addition, it is anticipated that these models are useful for semiconductor process courses in academia. Scalability and flexibility allow semiconductor manufacturers to customize the models and perform simulation education. Subsequently, manufacturers save budget.
DEVS 방법론을 이용한 비전공자의 창의·인성 함양을 위한 프로그래밍 교육의 효과도 분석

The digital informational era of the 21st century requires the fostering of human resource in the field of software with creativity and personality. This paper deals with the educating method in programming course for non-majors which fosters creativity for problem solving ability and personality using cooperative interaction to build communication ability. We also seek to build a model through DEVS methodology for creative problem solving and analyze the effects of programming education for the cultivation of creativity and personality. Our proposed model is expected to be used as a guide to establish creativity and personality for human resource cultivation in programming education.
