내러티브 교육으로서 파울루 프레이리 교육 실천론의 적용 가능성 탐색

본 연구는 프레이리의 교육사상을 학습자의 의식화 과정으로 바라보고 내러티브 관점에서 그의 사상을 재조명하였다. 그의 사상을 ``해방주의 교육``, ``비판주의`` 등을 넘어 내러티브 교육으로서 가능성을 제시하고 프레이리 교육 실천론을 재조명 하는데 목적이 있다. 프레이리 교육실천에 있어서 대화 교육에 담긴 의미를 밝히고, 프레이리의 대화를 통한 교육을 내러티브 교육의 함의로 파악하고 재구성하였다. 내러티브 교육에서 프레이리 교사실천 전유가능성으로서 인간의 해방과 사랑에 대한 내러티브 적용, 동반자적 관계에서 내러티브 적용, 비판적 의식의 성찰로서의 내러티브 적용 가능성을 제시하였다. 프레이리의 사상은 교사의 실천을 넘어 인간화를 지향하는 감정의 교감으로서 내러티브의 교육과 맞닿아 있음을 알 수 있다. 아울러 내러티브 교육에서와 같이 의미를 창조하고 생성하여 지식의 범위를 확장하는 것과 일맥상통한다고 볼 수 있다. This study examines Freire`s educational philosophy as the process of conscientization of the learner and re-illuminates his philosophy from a narrative perspective. The purpose of this study is to present the potential of Freire`s philosophy as a narrative education beyond ``liberatory`` or ``critical`` education and to shed a new light on his educational practice theory. The significance of dialogical education in Freire`s educational praxis has been identified, and the implications of Freire`s dialogical education for narrative education have been understood and reconstituted. As for the appropriability of Freire`s educational praxis to narrative education, potentials for application of narratives to human liberation and love, application of narratives to symbiotic relationships, and application of narratives as critical introspection have been proposed. It can be known that implications of Freire`s education theory are not in praxis of the teacher, but are rather in touch with narrative education as a sharing of emotions toward humanization, which is akin to the creation and generation of meaning to expand the scope of knowledge in narrative education.

청육장은 볶은 대두를 이용하여 제조된 청국장에 해산물, 육류를 함께 가열한 반가 식품의 일종이다. 140과 220℃에서 각각 21.0과 6.0분 간 볶은 대두와 이를 이용한 청국장, 청육장의 총 아이소플라본을 HPLC로 분석하였다. 총 아이소플라본 함량(μmol/g)은 생 대두 대비 약 79-80, 56-65, 47-50%이었다. 볶음 공정으로 인해 malonyl-β-glucosides 함량은 유의적으로 감소한 반면 acetyl-β-glucosides와 β-glucosides의 함량은 유의적으로 증가하였다(p < 0.05). 청국장과 청육장의 주된 아이소플라본은 β-glucosides이었다. 생 대두와 볶은 대두에서는 succinyl-β-daidzin과 succinyl-β-genistin은 검출되지 않았고, 청국장과 청육장에서 succinyl-β-genistin의 peak area는 succinyl-β-daidzin 보다 더 높게 검출되었다. Cheongyukjang, a Banga food, is a heavy soy-soup prepared by boiling cheonggukjang, sea foods, and meats. Soybeans roasted at 140℃ for 21.0 min and 220℃ for 6.0 min, respectively, were used for cheonggukjang preparation. Distributions of isoflavones in raw soybeans, roasted soybeans, cheonggukjang, and cheongyukjang were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The total isoflavones in roasted soybeans, cheonggukjang and cheongyukjang were about 79-80, 56-65, and 47-50% of those in raw soybeans, respectively. Roasting caused significant increases in acetyl derivatives and β-glucoside isoflavones, and significant decreases in malonyl derivatives (p < 0.05). The major isoflavones in cheonggukjang and cheongyukjang were β-glucosides. Succinyl-β-daidzin and succinyl-β-genistin, which are recognized as new metabolites of isoflavones, were not detected in raw and roasted soybeans. Peak areas of succinyl-β-genistin were higher than thse of succinyl-β-daidzin, in both cheongyukjang and cheonggukjang.
