한국 선물시장의 개인, 기관, 외국인 투자자의 정정 및 취소주문에 대한 연구

본 논문은 한국의 선물시장인 KOSPI200 선물 자료를 이용하여 투자자별 정정 및 취소 주문에 대한 실증연구를 하였다. 주문량과 취소주문의 시간간격과의 관계는 개인과 기관의 경우 음의 계수의 멱함수로 외국인의 경우에는 아주 작은 양의 계수의 멱함수로 나타난다. 투자자 중 외국인의 취소주문을 이용하여 단기 수익률을 설명할 수 있다. 또한 주문원장의 정보 중에서 수익률과 변동성, 콜옵션, 풋옵션가격이 정정 및 취소주문에 미치는 영향에 대해 설명하였다.

This paper presents a parameterized simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis (SPICE) model of a two-level microbolometer based on negative-temperature-coefficient thin films,such as vanadium oxide or amorphous silicon. The proposed modeling begins from the electricthermal analogy and is realized on the SPICE modeling environment. The model consists of parametric components whose parameters are material properties and physical dimensions, and can be used for the fast design study, as well as for the co-design with the readout integrated circuit. The developed model was verified by comparing the obtained results with those from finite element method simulations for three design cases. The thermal conductance and the thermal capacity, key performance parameters of a microbolometer, showed the average difference of only 4.77% and 8.65%, respectively.

The security policy of Information System should consider not only technological aspects of the system but planning and implementation of the security policy. Despite the emergency of security related S/W and H/W, security collapses resulting from lack of security mind more often than from the system failure. Security project has to be made with both sufficient time and enterprise-wide perception. Protecting a main system is not enough to be considered as perfect system protection. Thus, every system should be reviewed completely, because the main system is attacked through a vulnerable system when connected to the network. Three factors such as security inspection, security preparation, and security education management are needed to prevent future possibilities of security problems.

Thermal imager is now regarded as one of the key observation devices for ISR activities and getting important more and more. As other detectors, however, the thermal detectors also have maximum input and therefore they will be saturated if the input IR energy exceeds the allowed range. The saturation in the thermal detector makes it impossible to distinguish the target from background, as a result, the thermal imager does not perform its own mission anymore. In order to get an insight related with the image saturation, this paper develops a saturation model for a thermal imaging system, not a thermal detector. The proposed modeling starts from analyzing the specification of a thermal imager. Coupled with the characteristic parameters of the object, the saturation model can be used to predict the distance on which the detector is saturated. The proposed saturation model prove its validity by applying it for the case of observing a flash-bang.
Coupled Physics Analyses of VOx-Based, Three-Level Microbolometer

As an uncooled infrared (IR) detector, a vanadium-oxide(VOx)-based microbolometer plays a very important role in the emerging IR imaging technology due to its low cost, small size, simple system-architecture, and etc. As the thermal conductance comes into conflict with the fill factor in the conventional two-level microbolometer structure, a three-level microbolometer structure is proposed using the same active material of VOx. Coupled physics analyses of the proposed three-level device structure were carried out thermo-mechanically and electrostatically. The results of steady-state analyses show that the temperature increase and the resistance change amount to 29.3 mK/nW and 0.079 %/nW respectively, when the microbolometer is exposed to IR incidence. From the transient coupled physics analyses, the thermal conductance and time constant of the device were obtained as 3.4 × 10-8 W/K and 4.53 ms respectively. The obtained parameters are comparable to those of a two-level structure having 4 times larger area
