테이핑요법을 통한 중풍 편마비환자의 환측 하지체중부하율 변화에 대한 임상연구

Objective: In order to study the effect of Taping Therapy for Increasing the weight loading on Affected Leg of Hemiparesis, a clinical study was performed. Method: Tapes were applied on gluteus medius and quadriceps femoris muscle. Weight loading on the Affected Leg of Hemiparesis was measured by two digital scales at before and after, after 30 minites, after 1 hour of treatment. From each score of two scales, we calculate the percentage of Weight loading on the Affected Leg of hemiparesis. Result: (1)Case 1: Only the percentage of Weight loading measured after treatment is effectively increased(from $47.38{\pm}0.99$ to $46.36{\pm}1.2$(p<0.05)) (2)Case 2: The percentage of Weight loading measured both after treatment and after 30 minute is effectively increased(the one is increased from $10.75{\pm}0.476$ to $12.04{\pm}1.717$ and the other is increased from $10.75{\pm}0.476$ to $15.09{\pm}2.454(p<0.05)$) (3)Case 3: The percentage of Weight loading measured at all times is effectively increased. (the one after treatment is increased from $31.59{\pm}0.606$ to $29.55{\pm}2.296$. the one after 30 minutes. is increased from $31.59{\pm}0.606$ to $45.40{\pm}0.86$, from the one after 1 hour is increased from $31.59{\pm}0.606$ to $52.70{\pm}0.541$(p<0.05)) Conclusion: (1)The percentage of Weight loading measured after treatment is effectively increased (2)The percentage of Weight loading measured after 30 minutes and 1 hour is effectively increased, so it means Taping Therapy is continueously effective. (3)The percentage of Weight loading is especialy increased when the Percentage of weight loading is near 30%

관절염에 대한 스테로이드의 관절강내 주사는 전신적인 부작용 등의 위험성이 적으면서 간편하고 경제적이며 비교적 양호한 항염효과를 얻을 수 있어 단일관절의 RA 또는 퇴행성 관절염에서 활액막의 염증증상이 있을 때 또는 보존적 치료에 반응하지 않는 경우 비교적 많이 사용된다. 하지만 이러한 스테로이드요법은 여러가지 만성 질환에서 과도한 염증이나 면역반응 자체를 치료하는 것이 아니라 부수되는 이차적 증상만을 완화시켜 주기 때문에 장기간의 스테로이드제 투여는 절병의 경과를 교정 하거나 변화시키지 못하고 예후에 악영향을 미칠 수도 있다. 또한 심각한 여러 부작용들을 야기할 수도 있다. 저자는 스테로이드 관절강내 주사에 호전되지 않은 부종과 통증을 주소로 하는 슬관절염 환자에 대해, 피하 봉독요법으로 양호한 효과를 얻었으며, 또한 기존에 알려져 있는 것처럼 당뇨병환자에게서 봉독요법이 혈당치를 지속적으로 높인다는 주장에 대해 다른 결과를 경험하였으므로 문헌조사와 함께 보고하는 바이다. We experienced a patient(53-year-old female) with knee joint effusion, pain and stiffness who had not responded to steroid injection therapy, significantly improved by bee venom acupuncture in clinical symptom. And for a opinion that prohibited bee venom acupuncture on DM because of increasing serum glucose level by increasing serum cortisol level, we also experienced that serum glucose level of DM patient stabilized by bee Venom acupuncture treatments, so we report this case with literature review of articles.

황련해독탕가미방(黃連解毒湯加味方)이 아급성기 뇌경색 환자의 뇌혈류에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This study was carried out to investigate neuro-protective effects of Hwangryunhaedok-Tang Gamibang(Huanglianjiedu-Tang Jiaweifang), that consisted in Hwangryunhaedok-Tang, Uwhangchungsinwon(Niuhuangqingxinyuan), and other neuro-protective herbs. Methods: A 3-week longitudinal evaluation of a herbal formula in 13 subacute stage cerebral infarction patient. Mean velocity and pulsatility index(PI) of cerebral blood flow was measured in middle cerebral artery using transcranial doppler ultrasonograpy(TCD). Total cholesterol, total lipid, tri-glyceride, HDL-cholesterol, and LDL-cholesterol were measured after medication. For evaluting functional improvement, NIHSS and MBI also measured. And we compared sample and control group. Results: There was significant improvement of cerebral blood flow and lipid profile(LDL, HDL) in sample group. And there were significant functional improvement by NIHSS and MBI in each group, but compared two group, no significant difference was found statistically. Conclusions: On this results, Hwangryunhaedok-Tang Gamibang(Huanglianjiedu-Tang Jiaweifang) has neuro-protective effect and anti-hyperlipidemic effect.

Objective: We got a good effect one patient not by operration, antibiotics but by intra-articular bee venom injection tretments at septic arthritis of knee and osteoarthritis. Methods: We used intra-articular bee venom injection, herbal medication. Results: Most symptom of knee joint (Rt. knee pain, swelling, heating) wewe decreased and ROM(range of motion) of knee joint flexion was incresed(from 90° to 110°, extention was increased from 50° to 10°in 1st case). Conclusions: We treated a 31-year-old man who had persistent pain and dysfunction after articular aspiration and antibiotics therapy, and a 60-years-old woman who had pain and sweeling and was diagnosed synovitis with septic arthritis of knee. their condition was quickly improved through intra-articular bee venom injection tretments. we are reprting this case.

Stable compression fractures are most often caused by trauma as traffic accidents. Stable compression fractures can refer pain to the mid-back, which is characterized by the pain in the thoracolumbar spinous prosess. recently we experienced a 19 years old man who had lumbago originating from Stable compression fractures and condition was improved through burning acupunture. 흉요추 이행부의 안정성 압박골절은 통증의 소실과 후만각 증가 억제에 의한 척추의 안정화이다. 이의 원인을 후방인대의 손상에 의한 손상으로 보고 프로로테라피(Prolotherapy)로 이의 치료를 시행 할 수 있다고 생각되며 한방적인 방법으로 화침을 적용할 수 있었다. 최근 저자는 흉요추 이행부의 안정성 압박골절에 의한 요배통 환자를 발견하고 화침치료를 통해 증세 회복에 도움이 되었기에 치료내용과 경과를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

단순방사선 검사상 주관절 외상과염과 경추 척추증의 관계

Objectives : To study that lateral epicondylitis(tennis elbow) is related with cervical spondylosis. Subjects : The study was composed of 25 patients of lateral epicondylitis(LEP group) and 25 normal control group(CON group). Method : Simple radiologic scale was compared such as cervical lordotic angle, grading for disc degeneration. Pavlov ratio and Intervertebral body Index Results : Cervical lordotic angle and disc degeneration is not significantly different. And Pavlov ratio and intervertebral body index is significantly decrease in the LEP group. Conclusion : The cervical spondylosis is related with ocuuring lateral epicondylitis.
