        한국어 학습자의 관형사형 어미의 사용 양상 연구 -언어권과 숙달도에 따른 차이를 중심으로

        학습자 언어자료의 변인에 따른 분석은 학습자 언어에서의 변인들의 영향을 살펴보고 학습자의 중간언어의 본질을 파악할 수 있게 한다는점에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초급에서 고급까지의 일본어권, 중국어권, 유럽어권 한국어 학습자의 언어 자료를 기반으로 관형사형 어미의 사용과 오류를 변인별로 분석해 보았다. 그결과, 한국어 학습자의 관형사형 어미 사용은 언어권과 등급에 따라유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 언어권별로는 일본어권 학습자가 관형사형 어미를 많이 사용하였으며, 등급별로는 중급까지는 관형사형 어미의 사용이 늘지만, 고급 단계에 이르면 관형사형 어미의 사용률은 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또 일본어권 학습자가 다른언어권 학습자에 비해 정확하게 사용하고 있었으며, 관형사절의 문장구성은 유럽어권 학습자의 정확률이 가장 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 관형절 구성과 관형사형 어미의 형태와 기능과 관련한 오류는 중급 혹은 고급 단계에 이르면 정확성이 향상되었으나, 시제상적 인식은 고급까지도 제대로 습득되지 못한 것으로 나타났다. This paper tried to investigate Korean learner``s acquisition of Korean adnominal endings focusing on proficiency and learners’ native languages. For this purpose I investigated frequencies of adnominal endings in Korean learners`` corpus. And I analysed Korean learners`` errors when they used adnominal endings. Based on the result of analysing, Japanese Korean learners use the adnominal endings more correctly than Chinese and European Korean learners. And Korean learners have many errors using adnominal endings in intermediate and high levels as well as basic levels. What is more, advanced learners have the tense and aspect errors using adnominal endings. European Korean learners have more sentence structure errors than others. The reason why they have difficulties using adnominal endings is that the way of organizing of Korean relative clause is different from European’s.

        The learners are interested in the grammar with which they can make meaning and create a rich social life. They want to learn grammar as a communicative resource not as an abstract rule. The functional grammar puts together the patterns of the language and the things the learners can do with them. This is based on the important correspondences between structure and function. This article is based on functional grammar. I tried to categorize Korean grammar based on functional grammar. These categories express particular grammatical functions. The grammatical categories presented in this article are as follows: Identifying people and things, Modifying people and things, Presenting quantities and amounts, Describing things, Describing actions, Modifying actions, Expressing time, Forming negative statements, Diversifying messages, Using modals, Honoring hearers, Combining messages, Reporting someone`s statements, Making discourses and Making texts.         한국어교육에서의 내러티브 연구 동향과 상호 소통의 한국어교육 실천 가능성

        This paper intended to clarify narrative concept and to review researches on narratives in Korean language education. The researches on narratives in Korean language education have been studied by means of terminology narrative or story from 2000`s. These researches tried to analysis narrative discourse and stories produced from Korean learners to investigate language acquisition. And other researches tried to propose the methods using narratives for literature education and culture education. Recently many researchers have been studied on storytelling to improve communicative competence. These papers have been studied on this: Korean learning through storytelling activities will enhance student`s affective factors and it will improve the basic communicative skill of Korean. And many studies have recently emphasized the use of narrative in education as a teaching and learning method. Specially because Korea is on transition from mono-cultural society into multi-cultural society, these researches emphasized on narrative inquiry in order to enhance the multicultural sensitivity, multi-cultural education. I investigated researches about narratives, stories and storytelling in Korean language education and suggested practical possibility of learner-centered Korean education.

        일반논문 : "-으러"와 "-으려고" 연구

        This article is a study on meaning and function of Korean connective endings ``-으러`` and ``-으려고``. And I clarify the distinction between ``-으러`` clauses and ``-으려고`` clauses. On the basis of this distinction, I proposed that the structure of Korean complex sentences are different according to connective endings. I analyzed the corpus to clarify the meanings and functions of ``-으러`` and ``-으려고``. We can overcome the errors of instinctive inference by analyzing corpus. The meaning of connective ending ``-으러`` is the purpose on moving. But the connective ending ``-으려고`` signify subject`s intention. The verbs in ``-으러`` clauses -subordinate clauses- must be the verbs expressing concrete actions, the verbs in superordinate sentences must be the movement verbs eg. ``가다, 오다...``. And ``-으러`` subordinate clauses can be substituted the location complement ``에`` noun phrases in ``가다, 오다`` sentences. ``-으러`` is the ending connecting phrases but ``-으러`` is the ending connecting sentences. ``-으러`` clauses have adverbial character than ``-으려고`` clauses. Therefore Korean connective endings can be divided fuzzy groups according to connecting sentences or phrases or words.

        인용문과 인용동사의 기능과 사용 양상

        The purpose of this study is to analyze usages and functions of quotation sentences and quotation verbs in newspaper texts. The newspaper quotes have the functions of factuality, neutrality, expressiveness, expert contribution, and personal involvement. If we analyze usages of quotation verbs, we can explain the functions of quotation sentences in newspaper texts. The corpus for the study consisted of newspaper texts from '21st Century Sejong Project' corpus. It comprises around 250,000 words in newspaper reports and around 250,000 words in newspaper editorial articles. I analyzed the quotation sentences and measured the ratio of frequency of quotation verbs. The results show that the citations of statement are more than the citations of thought in newspaper reports. But the citations of thought are comparatively frequent in newspaper editorial articles. From this we may know that journalists cite other's statements mostly in newspaper reports. But editors cite their thoughts and assertions in newspaper articles more than in newspaper reports. Using the quotation sentences in reports, the journalists express that cited statements are objective and authentic. And using the quotation sentences in editorial articles, the editors show foundation for their assertion. And '-다고 하-' in articles has function of periphrasis for declining to assert.

        의사소통을 위한 한국어 문법교육 - 문법항목 중심의 문법교수에서 기능범주 중심의 문법교수로 -

        본 연구에서는 문법항목 중심의 한국어 문법교육의 문제를 진단하고 이의 대안으로 기능범주 중심의 문법교육을 제안하였다. 청각구두교수법의 한국어교육 초기부터 지금까지 동일하게 이루어져 온 문법항목 중심의 문법교육은 문법항목 간 연계나 체계, 구조보다는 문법항목 자체의 낱낱의 의미와 기능만을 강조함으로써 학습자의 한국어 문법 구조화나 체계화를 어렵게 한다. 또 기능이 강조되는 의사소통교수법으로 오면서 교수해야 할 문법항목의 양은 엄청나게 늘어났는데 이러한 많은 수의 문법항목의 학습이 곧 학습자의 문법 능력의 숙달도와 비례한다고도 볼 수 없다. 따라서 이러한 문제해결을 위해 본고에서는 한국어의 문법 교수 단위로서 기능을 중심으로 한 문법범주를 제안하였다. 기능범주 중심의 문법 교수요목은 언어 형태가 아닌, 기능이 문법교수의 목표가 되므로 언어 형태(즉 문법항목) 간 연계성이나 맥락에 따른 화자의 언어 형태의 선택 요건에 집중하게 하여 실제적인 의사소통 활동을 할 수 있게 하며, 문법항목과 문법을 동일시함으로써 유발되는 한국어교육에서의 ‘문법’의 모호성도 벗어날 수 있게 할 것이다. In this paper, I suggested functional categories for units of Korean grammar instruction. From the 1950’s, we have taught grammatical items from pattern drill of audio-lingual method. Now Korean teaching method has been changed to communicative language teaching approach, but the units of Korean grammar instruction has been grammatical items as ever. But Korean learners can’t organize Korean grammar structure by grammatical items-based syllabus because they have learned individual items without associating one to others. Moreover teacher have a conversation losing reality to their students in their grammar class because they emphasize not reason why speakers choose different items according to context, but meaning of each item. Therefore I suggested functional categories-based grammar syllabus and realized samples for resolving these problems.

        "-다는"인용과 인용명사의 사용 양상과 기능 -신문 텍스트에 나타난 인용을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to analyze usages and functions of shell nouns and quotation sentences in newspaper articles. The newspaper quotes have functions with factuality, neutrality, expressiveness, expert contribution, personal involvement. If we analyze usages of shell nouns, we can explain the functions of quotation sentences included shell nouns in newspaper articles. The corpus for the study consisted of news articles from <21st century Sejong Project> corpus. It comprises around 250 thousand words. I analyzed the quotation sentences and measured the ratio of frequency of shell nouns. As a result of analysis, the citations of statement are more than the citations of fact and evidence. And quotation sentences with shell nouns have five patterns. Choosing the shell nouns in quotation sentences, the journalists express their evaluation of quoted sentences and their attitude whether they have positive feelings with the quoted statements or not. And ‘-다는 것이다’ has function of periphrasis for declining to assert.
