The activity of phase II enzyme in the liver of mice was examined following the application of Cnidium officinale Makino aqua-acupuncture solution (COMAS). The application of COMAS $CV_{12}$ to mice for 7 days increased quinone reductase(QR) activity. The glutathione S-transferase(GST) activity was also increased with COMAS. A greater increase was observed in the glutathione(GSH) levels than in the QR and GST activities.

Recently, the construction companies are forced to cut down the investment amount due to increasing financial problems caused by severe recession and restructuring in the financial market as well as the long-term depression of the construction industry. To overcome this type of problems, a great many efforts have been made. An alternative may be adopting the advanced financing methods. However, during the course of enforcing process of the financing methods, many problems are revealed without any proper solutions being proposed. Therefore, the fundamental problems need to be solved through comprehensive and systematic approach under the changing environment of construction financing. In this paper, as a result of reviewing some financing methods such as ABS, REITS, and Project Financing, multiple business strategies for construction companies to cope with the changing construction market are found in the sense of effectiveness in implementing construction projects. Further, this paper presents diversified financing methods for the effective practice of construction projects through combination of above mentioned methods, and also proposes improvement plans to strengthen the financing function for the construction industry.

Recently mass concrete structures are being installed often and large amount of hydration heat proceeds due to lots of concrete casting on those works. Thermal crack may happen on structures by the proceeded hydration heat and this would cause damage to structures. Various ways to control thermal crack have been presented, but more realistic ways are required considering installation period and cost matter. Thus we would like to present a way of controlling thermal crack by changing curing temperature by means of analytical method. For this, we verified credibility of the program used comparing and analyzing the values gained from measuring hydration heat in the field, and estimated how curing temperature dose influence to hydration heat, thermal stress and thermal crack by increasing curing temperature and cubic volume of the structure. Consequently, the program used sharply estimated the maximum temperature, its proceeded time and rising & downward curve of hydration temperature, and it showed that we could control temperature crack of the mass concrete by changing curing temperature.

콘크리트 구조물의 내구성 저하에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인 중의 하나로 인식되고 있는 탄산화가 항만 구조물에 미치는 영향을 현장실험결과를 바탕으로 정량적으로 평가하고자 하였다. 전국 65개 항만시설의 369개소의 탄산화 깊이 측정결과를 이용하여 강도와 탄산화 깊이의 상관관계 및 피복두께와 탄산화 깊이의 상관관계 등에 대해서 고찰하였다. 또한, 기존 탄산화 모델식들과 계측결과들을 비교하고 실험결과들을 바탕으로 신뢰성 이론을 기반으로한 탄산화에 의한 내구성 파괴확률(철근부식확률)을 검토하였다. 현장실험결과에 의하면 대부분의 탄산화 깊이가 피복두께의 0.2배 이하 수준이었다. 또한, 강도의 증가에 따라 탄산화 깊이가 감소하고 재령의 증가에 따라 탄산화 깊이가 증가함을 관찰하였다. 신뢰성이론을 기반으로 탄산화에 의한 내구성 파괴확률을 판단하였는데, 대부분의 경우에 부식확률이 10%미만으로 관찰되었다. 따라서, 탄산화 단일열화조건으로는 항만 콘크리트 구조물의 내구성 저하에 큰 영향을 주지 않을 것으로 판단하였다. Carbonation is one of major factors influencing on the durability of concrete structure. This paper investigates the effect of carbonation on the soundness of harbor concrete structure and quantifies the influence of carbonation based on in-situation data tested at 369 points in 69 harbor facilities. The relationships between carbonation depth and cover depth, and between carbonation depth and compressive strength are studied and the failure probability of durability, that is the initiation probability of steel corrosion, is evaluated on the basis of reliability concept. The in-situation test results showed that the ratio of carbonation depth to cover depth was less than 0.2, and the carbonation depth increased with age. In most cases, the failure probability of durability by carbonation was less than 10%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the influence of carbonation on the durability of harbor concrete structure is smaller than other factors deteriorating the durability of harbor concrete structure.

본 연구는 6진 분류에 따른 평생교육 프로그램의 상대적 중요도 분석을 위해 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 평생교육 프로그램의 영역별 상대적 중요도는 ‘기초문해교육’, ‘직업능력교육’, ‘시민참여교육’, ‘학력보완교육’, ‘문화예술교육’ 순으로 나타났고, 평생교육 프로그램 요소별 상대적 중요도는 문자해득, 기초생활기술, 현직직무역량, 시민참여활동, 시민리 더역량, 초등학력보완, 문화예술향상, 생활문화예술, 자격인증역량, 중등학력보완 프로그램의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 평생교육사 양성 및 연수 프로그램과 평생교육 프로그램 설계에 활용될 수 있으며, 평생교육 실천현장의 평생교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 현실감 있는 이론적·실천적 함의로서 평생교육 발전에 많은 시사점을 제공한다. This study is to analyze the AHP of the lifelong education program per each domain of six classifications. According to this study result, the relative importance of the lifelong education program per each domain is as following: Literacy education, Vocation and Workforce education, Citizen Participatory education in descending order of importance. As for the relative importance of the lifelong education program per each subcomponent is Expended literacy, Fundamental Life Skill, Workforce Continuing Education in descending order of importance. The results of this study can be used in lifelong educators of education and training and lifelong education, designed, theoretically realistic lifelong education programs development and management of educational practice field, provides many implications for the development of lifelong learning as practical implications.
