          외식 프랜차이즈 가맹본부 개점 전 지원서비스가 가맹점 관계품질과 경영성과에 미치는 영향

          본 연구는 국내 외식프랜차이즈 시스템에서 가맹점에 대한 가맹본부의 관계품질에 영향을 미치는 변수를 개점 전 지원서비스가 가맹점의 관계품질(신뢰, 만족, 몰입)과 경영성과 등에 미치는 포괄적인 모형을 개발한 것이다. 제안된 모형을 검증하기 위하여 서울 및 경기지역 외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점을 운영하고 있는 경영자 500명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 및 AMOS 통계 프로그램을 통해 실증 분석하였다.분석결과는 첫째, 개점 전 지원서비스 요인인 정보교환 및 법적 지원, 시장조사 및 시장선정 지원, 점포 인테리어 및 설비 지원, 교육/훈련 및 전문가파견 지원 그리고 판매 및 홍보 지원 모든 항목이 신뢰에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 관계품질요인들은 신뢰가 만족과 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 만족은 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신뢰와 만족 그리고 몰입은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 본 연구의 분석결과와 시사점 그리고 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향이 제시하였다. This study aims to analyze the effect of franchisor's pre-open support services on franchisee's relationship quality and performance in foodservice franchise system. The analysis data was collected from 500 franchisees located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do of Republic of Korea. The finding are as followings: firstly, the factors of information providing, market researching, interior and equipment supporting, education and training supporting, sale and promotion supporting, and legal supporting influence positively franchisee's satisfaction. Second, regarding relationship among relationship quality, satisfaction positively influences trust and commitment, and trust positively influence commitment. Third, relationship quality influences positively both financial and non-financial performance.

          회복방법이 최대운동 후 혈중피로요인에 미치는 영향

          This study aimed to identify the change in blood lactate and ammonia concentration according to medifinger, massage, and kinetic recovery methods after maximal exercise. The subjects selected were 11 male students who did not have unusual medical history and take certain drugs attending to I university located in Incheon, who were divided into 3 recovery groups(medifinger treatment, massage treatment, and kinetic recovery treatment). And the 3 circle mixed type model was used after charging them with treadmill exercise until they become all-out to find out the change in blood lactate and ammonia concentration. When taking blood, they were asked to gather into a laboratory to measure in body composition, and each time 5cc blood was drawn from forearm vein throughout 4 times: first before exercise, second after all-out exercise, third 15 min after recovery treatment, and fourth 15 min after stability recovery in order to find out the change in blood lactate and ammonia concentration. The results were as follows. Kinetic and medifinger recoveries were thought the fast at 15 min after treatment to lower lactate concentration after maximal exercise and medifinger recovery was thought the most effective at 15 min after treatment to lower the ammonia concentration.

          소집단 협동 전사활동이 대학생의 영어듣기 능력 향상에 미치는 영향

            This paper investigates the effects of small group collaborative transcription activities on the improvement of university students" English listening ability. Based on the results of pre-tests, a class of 42 students was subdivided into 11 small homogeneous groups of three to four students. Each group was provided with 7 different news items to be transcribed. Means were compared between pre-test and post-test scores, followed by comparison of transcription errors in content and function words. Finally, students" perception and attitudes about the use of small group transcription for improving listening skills were qualitatively analysed and compared with pre- and post test results. It was found that post test scores highly correlated with improvement of listening ability. It was also found that groups of high degree of collaboration showed improvement in listening ability while lack of collaboration contributed to loss of interests in listening. Students who see process more important were found to make more contribution to the group success than those who place more emphasis on the results.

          관계학습이 관계성과에 미치는 영향

          In order to examine the effects of relationship learning on relationship performance and the moderating of relationship power in the franchise industry. The results showed that two types of relationship learning, information exchange and relationship-specific knowledge memory had positive significant effects on relationship performance. But, joint interpretation and coordination of relationship learning didn"t have significant effects on relationship performance. Also, relationship power had moderation effect on the relationship between relationship learning and relationship performance.

          This paper defines English as an international language (EIL) from an inclusive perspective, which incorporates and even transcends the narrow scope of both objective and subjective positions of EIL. In this new definition, the author introduces the concept of wavicle which is often introduced in the discussion of parallels between modern quantum physics and ancient Far East Asian philosophy. Within this newly defined concept of EIL. the author argues that English teachers in Korea need to adopt the metaphor of 'teacher as Dharma' in order to lead Korean English learners toward the 'mastery' of the target language in a sagacious manner. Finally, the author argues that different manifestations of Dharma awareness need to be experienced through roaming the five wavicular domains of cognitive. affective, social, power, and performance awareness in his approach to teaching of EIL.

          1903년 항공기가 개발된 이래 항공전자(Avionics)는 항공기의 발달과 함께 발전해 왔다. 역사적으로 1910년대 무선통신을 시작으로 1920년대의 무선항법, 1930년대의 자동조종 도입 등 꾸준히 발달해 왔으며 GPS의 등장과 1979년 MD-80의 전자식 조종실 시현장치[1]의 등장으로 획기적인 전환을 이루게 된다. 현대 항공기에서 항공전자의 위치는 컴퓨터 이용 기술로 비행 안전성, 쾌적성 등의 측면에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 항공전자의 발달과 더불어 인증기술도 연동하여 개발이 되고 있다. 이 글에서는 최근 개발된 항공전자 인증기술을 소개한다. Avionics technologies have been developed with a development of an airplane since 1903. Historically, radio communication was started in 1910's, radio navigations in 1920's and autopilot was applied first in 1930's. Glass cockpit was initiate on MD-80 in 1979 first and now spreaded widely and similar with GPS navigation. Avionics in modern aircraft has a great deal of importance in view of flight safety and maintaining comfortableness. As avionics develops, so do the certification technologies. This paper introduces update avionics certification technologies developed recently.

          21세기 학습자 중심 영어교육의 방향

          This study proposes that, in the 21st century, English teaching in Korea should be implemented in a learner-centered way, not only in name, but in substance. The author initiates his arguments by attributing the reason for a loose application of learner-centeredness in Korea to its Confucian educational practice deep-rooted in history. He suggests that learner-centered teaching will assist Korean English teachers to overcome the constraints of traditionalism in the new era. The author gives a brief overview of recent development of English language teaching from the prescientific era to structural linguistic, to cognitive linguistic, and finally to learner-centered English education. He then conceptualizes learner-centeredness from the four perspectives which, combined together, have given birth to modern western traditions in foreign language education: humanistic movements in general education, communicative approach to curriculum developments, orientation towards individualized instruction, and process-oriented English education. Finally, the author goes into the details of open English education and self-directed learning. He argues that teachers need to have an in-depth awareness of learners' motivations, learning styles and strategies to be able to incorporate the traditional teacher-centered approach into more learner-based teaching. In order for this to be materialized, teachers should seek open-mindedness in their own teaching situations and develop professionally from the traditional status of ‘teacher as explainer' to ‘teacher as involver', and even to ‘teacher as enabler' in the long run, in an effort to facilitate self-directed English learning.
