        마케팅 리서치에서 조건부 로짓모형의 활용에 관한 연구

        There are many cases in marketing researches where interested response variable is measured as categorical variables having discrete value. MDC model, one of the analysis methods dealing with these discrete response, is the model understanding behavior of decision maker whose behavior maximizes usefulness among various and possible alternatives. This study introduces major concepts of MDC and presents researches and analysis strategies for effectively utilizing MDC model in marketing research through analysis examples. 마케팅 리서치에 있어서 관심의 대상이 되는 반응변수가 이산적인 값을 갖는 범주형 변수로 측정되는 경우가 많이 있다. 이러한 이산적 반응변수를 다루는 분석기법 중 하나인 다항이산선택(MDC; Multinomial Discrete Choice) 모형은 여러 가지 가능한 대안들 중 효용을 극대화하는 의사 결정자의 행동을 파악하는 모형이다. 본 연구에서는 다항이산선택 모형의 주요 개념을 소개하고, 분석사례를 통해 마케팅 리서치에서 다항이산선택 모형을 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 조사 및 분석의 전략을 제시한다.

        Sensitivity analysis for ranked data

        Sensitivity analysis is to study the influence of a small change in the input data on theoutput of the analysis. Han and Huh (1995) developed a quantification method for theranked data. However, the question of stability in the analysis of ranked data has not beenconsidered. Here, we propose a method of sensitivity analysis for ranked data. Our aim is toevaluate perturbations by using a graphical approach suggested by Han and Huh (1995). Itextends the results obtained by Tanaka (1984) and Huh (1989) for the sensitivity analysis inHayashi’s third method of quantification and those by Huh and Park (1990) for the principalcomponent reduction of the case influence derivatives in regression. A numerical exampleis provided to explain how to conduct sensitivity analysis based on the proposed approach.

        데이터 품질관리와 통합방법론에 관한 연구

        Recently, it is not too much to say that we live in data and information expanding in geometrical progression. Also companies are trying to get data and informations during the latest couple of years. But that is not important how many data and informations who has. It is important that we can utilize data and information property. One of solution for this problem is data quality management and data integration by using external data. In this study, we introduce to data quality management and data integration methodology by using external data for CRM(Customer Relationship Management) which is well known as communications and relationships between customers and companies. 대부분의 기업들은 최근 몇 년 동안 수많은 데이터와 정보의 축적에 주력해 왔다. 그러나 현 시점에서의 중요한 이슈는 누가 얼마만큼의 데이터를 가지고 있는가가 아니라 현재 보유하고 있는 데이터나 정보를 제대로 활용할 수 있는가에 초점이 맞추어지고 있다. 이런 측면에서 기업에 쌓여 있는 데이터를 적절히 활용하기 위한 해결책 중 하나가 바로 데이터 품질관리와 외부 데이터를 활용한 데이터 통합이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 품질관리의 개념을 소개하고 데이터 통합 방법론의 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 특히 데이터 통합에 있어 외부 데이터를 부가하여 보다 효율적인 데이터 관리체계를 갖출 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

        지하공간의 환경은 지상에 비해 상대적으로 많은 저해 요인을 갖고 있으며 특히 지하철에만 한정시켜 보아도 고속수송 시스템으로서 지하철의 하부체계(sub-system)를 하나의 환경계로 보아 각 하부체계의 최적화(optimization)는 물론 전체 시스템의 최적화(Total System Optimization)를 목표로 환경계획을 수립하여야 할 것이다. 2기 서울 지하철의 계회 과정에서도 이러한 개념을 도입하여 계획하고 설계하였으나 관련분야 기술의 제약, 현상 파악의 미비 등 여러 제약 요인이 있어 아직 완벽하다고는 할 수 없다.

        미세아교세포에서 알츠하이머형 치매 치료 처방인 뇌명산(腦明散)의 효능 및 기전연구

        Objectives : Noemyeong-san (NMS) is a novel herbal prescription composed of five oriental medicinal herbs including Prunellae Spica, Betulae Cortex, Foeniculi Fructus, Asiasari Radix, and Clematidis Radix for treating Alzheimer’s disease. In the present study, we investigated the effects and molecular mechanisms of NMS on BV2 microglia to evaluate the potential action of this formula for preventing or treating neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer’s disease. Methods : To determine the cytotoxicity of NMS on BV2 microglia, the MTT assay was performed. The effects of NMS on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated BV2 microglia were determined with a nitric oxide (NO) assay and western blots for inflammatory mediator-related proteins, mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPKs), nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) pathway-related proteins, and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1). Result : NMS inhibited induction of iNOS and COX-2 as well as NO production without affecting the cell viability in LPS-stimulated BV2 microglia. NMS also suppressed activation of ERK and p38 MAPK among main kinases of MAPKs as well as NF-κB by LPS stimulation. Furthermore, NMS dose-dependently induced the expression of HO-1 and the inhibitory effect of NMS on the production of NO were blocked by pretreatment with an HO-1 inhibitor, Snpp. Conclusions : These results demonstrate that NMS has potent anti-neuroinflammatory effect on the LPS-stimulated microglia. These findings provide evidences for NMS to be considered as a new prescription for preventing or treating neurodegenerative disease such as Alzheimer’s disease.

      • 醫學昆蟲驅除에 關한 實驗的硏究 : 殺蟲劑殘留噴霧에 대한 醫學昆蟲의 反應 및 態度 On Responses and Behaviour of Insect Vector to the Residual Insecticide Spraying

        The responses and behaviour of A. sinensis to DDT residual spraying were studied by means of esperimental huts fitted with window traps. The two huts were of the local style, inner size are 3.1m x 2.2m with the wall 1.85m high, built of mud blocks,thatch roofs and prepared ceilings. The entrance was attached a screened door. Four window traps 40.5cm square size and four panels with entrance cone were attached to each of four walls. One of the huts was left unsprayed for control, the other one was sprayed with DDT at 2gm/m². Method of mosquito collection Before the each catching, resting mosquitoes in the huts were thoroughly searched instead of pyrethrin spraying to clean. At dusk, the window traps were fixed and a big white sheet spread on the floor, stretched to the wall. A cow entered each hut at 08:00p.m. At sunshine the the floor sheet folded up, taken out and dead mosquitos were collected. Then the traps, its opening closed, were romoved. The dead mosquitoes in the traps were taken out and the living specimens transferred in to paper cups with mosquito netting and provided with sugar solution; they kept in the field laboratory for further observations. Observations 1. The number of A. sinensis collected from the DDT sprayed hut by means of entrance traps significantly decreased in the first five days after the spraying. DDT in the sprayed hut immediately showed signs of intense irritation or repellency and gradually decreased in the second five days; no repellent effect was noted in the third five days after spraying. The results revealed that the spraying with DDT does not prevent the A. sinensis from entering. 2. In the house hounting habit of A. sinensis, a high proportion of mosquitoes which entered both the DDT sprayed hut and the unsprayed hut left the hut in the same night. The percentage of mosquitoes left the huts was 55% and 69% respectively. The little difference of the percentage of the exit mosquitos between two huts indicated that the irritation effect of DDT on A. sinensis was not obvious. 3. The percentage of unfed A. sinensis in the sprayed hut and in the unsprayed hut was 2.6% and 2.4% respectively; no inhibiting effect of DDT on the ability of hungry females to feed in the sprayed hut. 4. There was not much difference in the number of mosquitoes existing the sprayed hut and the unsprayed hut at difference hours of the night. 5. The survival rate after 24 hours of A. sinensis which entered the sprayed hut and the unsprayed hut was 35% and 98% respectively. However, about 60% of A. sinensis collected from the exit window traps attached to the sprayed hot still survived after 24 hours. 6. No significant reduction of density of A.sinensis noticed in the sprayed area: nevertheless, the density was 30-40% lower than in the unsprayed. 7. The proportion of gravid females which collected from outdoor resting places was not much different in the sprayed area and in the unsprayed and the number of unfed females was few in both area.

        보험사의 고객 이탈에 대한 예측모형 개발

        Recently, with development of information technology, a great deal of data accumulate in companies' operational database. To manage these data more efficiently, many companies already set database of information such as Data Warehouse (DW) and they are trying to make good use of these data. In this study, we're going to introduce the real project format for utilizing these data at work. Especially we aim to show that how data mining is being used for searching information. Also, specifically, we are going to show you whole process of searching information modeling by using customers attribute and information of their transactions in insurance company. 최근 정보기술 분야의 급속한 발전과 더불어 기업들의 운영계 데이터베이스에는 엄청난 양의 데이터가 쌓이고 있다. 이러한 데이터를 보다 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 많은 기업들에서는 데이터웨어하우스(DW)로 대변되는 정보계 데이터베이스를 이미 구축하였고 이를 활용하려는 움직임이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기업의 데이터를 업무에 활용하기 위한 실제 프로젝트의 모습을 소개하고자 한다. 특히 데이터마이닝이 지식발견에 어떻게 활용되고 있는가를 보여주고자 하는 것이 목적인데, 구체적으로 보험사의 고객 속성 및 거래 정보를 이용하여 지식발견 모델링의 구체적 프로세스를 보여줄 것이다.
