        This study is a review study exploring the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mental health of patients with COVID-19, healthcare workers, general population and children and adolescents. COVID-19 has caused unprecedented changes throughout our society, and has caused mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, fear, social stigma and discrimination as an infected person, post-traumatic stress, feelings of isolation, internet addiction, and cyberbullying. So, multi-dimensional support system is required for mental health recovery due to COVID-19.

        국내 간호대학생 간호윤리 교육 프로그램에 관한 통합적 문헌고찰

        본 연구의 목적은 국내 간호대학생 간호윤리 교육 프로그램에 대한 중재 연구 고찰을 통해 향후 간호윤리 교 육의 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법으로 통합적 문헌고찰을 적용하였으며, 문제 규명, 문헌 검색, 자료 평가, 자 료 분석, 자료 제시의 5단계에 따라 연구를 수행하였다. 분석에 포함된 연구는 12편으로 교육 내용은 생명의료윤리, 간호윤리에 대한 것이었고, 대부분이 교과목 수업을 통해 이루어졌다. 교육 방법은 전통식 강의를 포함하여 사례에 기반한 토론, 토의, 액션러닝, 온라인 학습, 문제기반학습 등이 활용되었다. 교육 프로그램을 통해 생명윤리의식, 윤리 적 가치관, 도덕적 판단력, 도덕적 민감성 등의 유의한 증가가 있었다. 추후 간호윤리 교육은 대학 교과과정 안에서 단계적이고 지속적으로 제공되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to review nursing ethics education program for nursing students in Korea. An integrative literature review was applied as a research method, and the study was conducted according to five steps of problem identification, literature search, data evaluation, data analysis, and presentation. Twelve studies were analyzed, and the educational content was about biomedical ethics and nursing ethics, and most of them were through subject classes. Teaching methods included case-based debates, discussions, action learning, online learning, and problem-based learning, including traditional lectures. Through education programs, there was a significant increase in biomedical ethics, ethical values, moral judgment, and moral sensitivity. Progressive and continuous nursing ethics education for nursing college students is required within the curriculum.

      • 국내 도박중독 치료 프로그램 연구 동향

        This study aimed to examine the trends in research related to Gambling Addiction Treatment Programs in Korea. We searched 6 databases to review journal articles and dissertations according to scoping review protocol and finally 7 studies were analyzed. In studies, social-psychological rehabilitation program, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and education program were provided for gambling addicts, and education programs and positive psychology-based music therapy for their families. In the future, studies to develop and verify various treatment programs for gambling addicts and their family should be actively conducted, which will help the gambling addicts recover and adapt to society.

      • 간호대학생의 인권감수성과 정신질환에 대한 태도의 관계

        This study examined the correlations with nursing students' human rights sensitivity and attitudes toward the mental illness. Participants were 157 nursing students from a university and data were collected using a self report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by independent t test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The mean score of the participants' human rights sensitivity was 66.S(range 0 150) points. The mean score of authoritarian, benevolence, social restrictiveness and community mental health ideology of attitudes toward mental illness were 37.2, 20.6, 31.0 and 22.7 points(range 10 50), respectively. Human rights sensitivity was negatively correlated with authoritarianism and social restrictiveness, but was positively correlated with benevolence and community mental health ideology. The results of this research suggest that nursing universities should provide a systematic educational curriculum to improve the human rights sensitivity of nursing students.

        간호대학생이 지각한 좋은 간호사에 대한 이미지

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore subjective perceptions of good nurses images perceived by nursing students using Q-methodology and to identify characteristics by types and reflect them in nursing education. Methods: Between December 21 and November 30, 2017, using Q-methodology, 31 nursing students from two universities sorted and rated 34 Q-statements on a nine-point scale according to the degree of their agreement. A data analysis was conducted using the PC-QUANL program. Results: The images of good nurses, as perceived by nursing college students, were extracted into three types, each of which had unique characteristics; the cumulative variance was 55%. Three types were identified as “Task-oriented health professional type,” “Emotional companion type,” and “Flexible mediator type” respectively. Conclusion: This study investigated the significant differences of subjectivity in images of good nurses perceived by nursing college students. The results of this study can be applied to the development and application of a nursing education curriculum that helps nursing college students form positive nursing images and grow into competent nurses.

        우리나라 중고등학교 여학생의 조기 초경 경향과 영향요인

        본 연구는 최근 우리나라 중고등학교 여학생들의 초경 연령 변화와 조기 초경에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구자료는 2006년-2014년 청소년건강행태온라인조사 원시자료를 이용하였으며, 연구대상자는 조사 완료된 여학생 중 내용이 부실한 자료를 제외한 1988년에서 2002년에 출생한 216,917명이었다. 연도별 초경 연령과 조기 초경(12세 이전 초경 경험) 비율의 변화를 분석하기 위해 선형 추세검정을 이용하였고, 조기 초경에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 다중로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 1988년생 여학생의 초경연령이 12.61±1.32세에서 2002년생 11.88±0.75세로 감소하는 경향을 보였으며(p for trends<.001), 조기 초경을 경험한 비율은 증가추세에 있었다(p for trends<.001). 조기 초경 비율은 1988년에 출생한 여학생의 경우 19.7%에서 2002년에 출생한 여학생은 25.2%로 증가 추세에 있었다(p for trends<.001). 도시에 거주할수록, 스트레스 정도가 높을수록, 수면시간이 짧을수록, 과체중 및 비만일수록 조기 초경의 위험이 높았다(all p<.001). 본 연구결과는 우리나라 여고생의 초경연령이 여전히 감소하고 있으며, 초경연령 조절을 위한 중재가 필요함을 시사한다. The objective of this study is to identify the secular trend in age at menarche and to investigate the factors influence the early menarche(<12 years old) among Korean middle and high school girls. We analyzed data from the Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey(KYRBWS) 2006-2014. This study was a descriptive study of 216,917 Korean middle and high school girls born between 1988 and 2002. Linear trends test performed to assess the trend age at menarche and percentage of early menarche. Multiple logistic regression analysis was to assess the risk factors influence the early menarche. Mean age at menarche decreased from 12.61±1.32 years for middle and high school girls born 1988 to 11.88±0.75 years for those born 2002(p for trends<.001). Percentage of early menarche increased from 19.7% to 25.2% between 1988 and 2002(p for trends<.001). Living in city, higher stress level, short sleep duration, and higher body mass index were associated with an early menarche among middle and high school girls(all p<.001). We found that age at menarche is still falling in the Korean adolescents, and it need intervention strategies to control the early menarche.

        간호사의 도덕적 민감성과 안전 환경이 감염 표준주의 이행도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호사의 도덕적 민감성과 병원 안전 환경이 간호사의 감염 표준주의 이행도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구대상자는 일 개 종합병원 간호사 214명이었으며 2017년 8월 1일부터 15일까지 도덕적 민감성, 표준주의 안전 환경, 감염 표준주의 이행도에 관한 자가 보고식 설문지로 자료 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 평균과 표준편차, 빈도 등 서술통계, 독립표본 차이 검정, 피어슨 상관관계, 분산분석, 다중회귀분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 도덕적 민감성 평균점수는 7점 만점에 5.05점이었으며, 표준주의에 대한 안전 환경은 7점 만점에 5.76점, 감염 표준주의 이행도는 5점 만점에 4.50점이었다. 감염 표준주의 이행도는 도덕적 민감성 및 표준주의 안전 환경과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 감염표준주의 이행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 근무 부서(응급실, 중환자실), 나이, 표준주의 안전 환경이었다. 이들 변수의 설명력은 25.3%였으며, 도덕적 민감성은 영향 요인으로 확인되지 않았다. 따라서 감염 표준주의 이행도를 높이기 위해서는 신규간호사들을 대상으로 한 지속적인 교육프로그램, 부서별 특성에 따른 맞춤 증진활동이 필요하며 표준주의 안전 환경 확립을 위한 기관의 인적, 행정적 지원이 요구된다. This study was a descriptive investigation to identify the influence of nurses" moral sensitivity and safety of their environment on compliance with standard precautions. Participants consisted of 214 nurses in one general hospital and data were collected using a questionnaire that consisted of moral sensitivity, safety of environment and compliance with standard precautions from 1-15 August 2017. Data were evaluated by the independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The mean scores of moral sensitivity, safety of environment and compliance with standard precautions were 5.05, 5.76 and 4.50, respectively. Moreover, compliance with standard precautions was significantly positively correlated with moral sensitivity and safety of environment. Additionally, multiple regression revealed an R2 of 0.253 with the department (ER, ICU), age and safety environment serving as the major predictor variables for compliance with standard precautions. However, the influence of moral sensitivity on compliance was not identified. Therefore, to increase compliance with standard precautions among nurses, it is necessary to provide continuous educational programs for new nurses, customized programs considering departmental characteristics and administrative support of institutions to enhance safety of the environment.

        Dynamics in the workplace and in society have contributed to the paradigm shift to outcome-based education. This study was performed to develop the curriculum based on assessment of existing program for the baccalaureate nursing program at Cheongju University. We used three steps-Analysis, Design, and Development-in ADDIE model for developing curriculum. The subjects were 18 graduate nurses, 41 nursing students, 38 parents, and 2 nursing team leaders for analysis of core competence. In conclusion, developing an outcome-based curriculum might be used to facilitate the students' development and evaluate the competence of the student during and on completion of the nursing baccalaureate program at Cheongju University.
