        종류별 기능성 인솔 착용에 따른 하지근육의 근활성도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to compare the difference in muscle activity of the lower extremity muscles according to the type of functional insole during normal walking. A total of fourteen male college students were recruited for this study. They were asked to walk with a general insole, a type A insole and a type B insole at a walking speed of 108 steps/min. To measure muscle activity of the lower extremities, EMG electrodes were attached to 7 muscles of the left lower extremity (gluteus medius, gluteus maximus, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius lateralis, adductor, rectus femoris, tibialis anterior). A one-way ANOVA was performed to compare the muscle activity (% RVC) of the lower extremity muscles according to the type of functional insole. The results showed that there were significant differences in biceps femoris (F=20.839, p=.000) and adductor (F=5.448, p=.008) among insole types. From the findings of this study, the following conclusions were derived: First, type A insole (with a mechanism to prevent arch deformation of the foot) was statistically significantly lower in biceps femoris activity than general and type B insoles due to the impact relaxation function of the material attached to the heel. Second, type B insole (supported by a hard wedge in the medial arch) was statistically significantly lower in adductor activity than type A insole, and thus can be effective in preventing the inversion or eversion of the foot.

        복합 운동이 비만 중년성인의 건강변인에 미치는 효과에 대한 메타분석

        The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of exercise programs through the meta-analysis of the influence of combined exercise by obese middle-aged adults on health-related parameters. For the analysis of the data, 38 preceding studies were selected to analyze the effect of the combined exercise program and meta-analysis was conducted by using the CMA3.0 program. The findings of the study are as follows: First, a total of 38 effect sizes were calculated and the overall effect size of the combined exercise was .810, indicating a large effect size. Second, according to the sub-analysis based on the health variables of composite exercise, all health variables had a moderate effect size. Specifically, participating in combined exercise had a strong effect on BMI, body fat percentage among the sub-factors of body composition as well as cardiopulmonary endurance among the sub-factors of fitness. In addition, Adiponectin Insulin, HOMA-IR, TNF-a, Leptin, LDL-C and Glucose had a significant effect on blood variables. Third, for obese middle-aged adults, working out in the order of resistance exercise after aerobic exercise at least 4 times per week for a minimum 60 minutes a day for a period of 10 weeks or more was effective.

        The purpose of this study was to collect basic data on the gait pattern of the spastic diplegia children for rehabilitation program, and to examine the differences in the gait pattern against normal children group. Three-dimentional motion analysis technique was employed to compare the gait pattern of five children with diplegic cerebral palsy against a group of 10 normal children of the same age. The following conculsions were drawn from the results: Spastic diplegia revealed asymmetrical gait pattern in which the step length of the stride which was a result of the effort to minimize the loading on the leg by shortening the swing phase of the leg. C.P spastic diplegia scored lower phase ratios, lesser cadence and walking velocity with lower gait stability and function. More anterior tilting of the pelvis was observed throughout the gait cycle. C.P. children showed more hip and knee flexion during the stance phase. The main problem in C.P children originated from the insufficient dorsiflexion of the foot during the swing phase. Therefore, C.P children showed difficulty with foot clearance in the swing phase. Usually, this compensated for by using excessive hip adduction and external rotation in conjunction with trunk elevation flexion and as well as increased vertical displacement of the center of mass. C.P spastic diplegia revealed foot flat and forefoot initial contact pattern. The findings were as follows: 1. The walking velocity and stride length decreased in the spastic diplegia group. 2. The proportion ratios of the stance phase tended to increase with spastic diplegia. 3. The range of the hip joint motion with C.P increased while knee flexion angle during the swing phase increased. 4. The plantar flexion angle of the ankle also increased through the gait cycle. 5. Hip adduction and external rotation with C.P. increased through the gait cycle.

      • 테니스 동호인의 성별과 기능수준에 따른 경기전 경쟁상태불안 분석

        This paper attempts to investigate that one's anxiety and confidence are influenced by individual and atmospheric variants. For this, 185 amateur tennis players(98 excellent and 87 common) belonging to the amateur, were chosen to find out how different in their cognitive anxiety, physical anxiety, and confidence just before starting games, considering their sex and performance capacities. As the result of analyzing by way of PC SPSS 10.0, some conclusions are gained as follows: 1. In the competitive anxiety according to their performance capacities before games, less meaningful difference was found. 2. In the average of competitive anxiety according to sexes, no significant physical and cognitive differences were found, but men were higher than women in the average level of confidence (P<.05). 3. In the average of competitive anxiety according to the man player's performance level, well-qualified players seemed higher than less qualified players for the cognitive anxiety(P<.05), but no difference was found in the average level of physical and cognitive anxiety. 4. In the competitive anxiety according to the amateur woman player's performance level, no difference was found.

        충격흡수 및 통기기능 인솔을 적용한 개발 전투화의 족저압력 및 온도변화 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 충격흡수 및 통기기능 인솔을 적용한 개발 전투화의 족저압력 및 온도변화를 연구하는데 있다. 남성 피험자 11명(age: 21.8±2.2 yrs, height: 174.3±3.6 cm, weight: 71.6±8.6 kg, foot length: 261.0±1.0 mm)을 대상으로 총 3종류 전투화의 족저압력 및 온도 변화를 비교하였다: 전투화 A(보급형 일반 전투화), 전투화 B(통기구가 적용된 개발 전투화), 전투화 C(전투화 B에 통기기능 및 충격흡수용 인솔 적용). 족저압력 측정을 위해 Pedar-X를 사용하였고, 전투화의 내부온도는 휴대용 써미스 터의 온도센서를 사용하였다. 전투화의 종류별 족저압력 및 온도 변화결과를 비교하기 위해 일원변량분석 (one-way ANOVA)을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 족저압력 변인에서, 기능성 인솔을 적용한 전투화 C가 전투화 A보다 오른발/왼발 후족부의 최대족저압력에서 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았으며, 전투화 C가 전투화 B보다 왼발 후족부의 평균족저압력에서 통계적으로 유의하게 낮은 압력을 나타내었다. 둘째, 내부온도에서 보행 시작 후 40분경과 시점부터 개발 전투화인 B, C가 일반 전투화인 A보다 낮은 내부 온도를 보였다. The purpose of this study was to compare the foot plantar pressure and temperature changes of the developed combat boots with functional impact absorption and ventilation insole. A total of 11 male subjects(age: 21.8±2.2 yrs, height: 174.3±3.6 cm, weight: 71.6±8.6 kg, foot length: 261.0±1.0 mm) were recruited to compare the foot plantar pressure and temperature changes of the three types of combat boots: Combat boots A (generalized combat boots), Combat boots B (developed combat boots with ventilation function), Combat boots C (Application of ventilation function and impact absorption insole to combat boots B). Pedar-X and a portable thermistor temperature sensor were used to measure the foot plantar pressure parameters and the internal temperature of the combat boots, respectively. One-way ANOVA was used to compare the results of plantar pressure and temperature changes. The results were as follows: First, in the foot plantar pressure parameters, combat boots C showed the significant lower maximum foot plantar pressure in the right/left rear foot compared with combat boots A and average foot plantar pressure in the left foot compared with combat boots B. Second, after 40 minutes from the start of walking, the developed combat boots B and C showed the significant lower temperature than the general combat boots A.

        운동 선수의 성취목표성향과 자기관리의 관계에 관한 메타분석

        This study analyzes the relationship between achievement goal orientation and self-management through a meta-analysis. To accomplish this, 27 study were selected for analysis and the size of correlation effect between achievement goal orientation and self-management was estimated. The data were analyzed using CMA 3.0 program. The results were as follows. First, the overall correlation effect size of the athlete’s achievement goal orientation and self-management showed a moderate effect size of .314. Second, the magnitude of the correlation effect between the components of achievement goal orientation and self-management showed the effect size in the order of task goal and ego goal. Third, the level of the correlation effect between achievement goal and self-management according to gender was in the order of male, female & male and female. The size of the effects according to the sport type was found to be moderate effect size in order of individual sport and team sport. The size of the correlation effect according to the level showed the moderate effect size in order of student player, total and professional player. This study integrates the research carried out in the country so far that has significance to draw general conclusions about the relationship between exercise achievement goal orientation and self-management of the athlete.

        편평족 노인의 계단 하강 보행 시 아치 지지형 인솔 종류에 따른 족저압력 및 균형성 평가

        본 연구의 목적은 평발을 가진 여성 노인의 계단 하강 보행 시 일반인솔 및 아치 지지형 인솔을 적용에 따른 족저압력 및 압력중심점 변인들의 차이를 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 족저압력 분석장비 (Pedar-X, Novel, Germany)를 사용하여 14명의 평발 노인을 대상으로 3종류(일반인솔, A형 인솔, B형 인솔)의 인솔착용 후 최대족저압력, 평균족저압력, 접촉면적, 압력중심점의 이동거리, 변위 및 최대범위의 평균값을 산출하였으며, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)를 이용하여 인솔 종류간 평균을 비교하였다. 족저 압력 변인 중 최대족저압력은 중족부의 M3, 평균족저압력은 M2, M3, M4 영역에서, 접촉면적은 M2, M3, 그리고 M6 영역에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 압력중심점 변인 중 전후축과 좌우축에서 압력중심점의 이동거리에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 족저압력 평가결과 아치 지지 기능을 가진 인솔을 삽입한 A와 B형 인솔에서 족궁지지 영역인 M3의 최대압력은 B형 인솔과 A형 인솔이 일반인솔과 비교했을 때 높게 나타났다. 좌우축, 전후축 압력중심점의 이동거리는 A형과 B형 인솔 모두 일반 인솔에 비해 짧게 나타났다. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to compare plantar pressure and COP parameters in three types of arch support insole during stair descent in elderly with flatfoot. A total of 14 women elderly were recruited for this study. Pedar-X was used to obtain plantar pressure(peak pressure, mean pressure, and contact area) and COP(distance, displacement, excursion) parameters. One-way ANOVAs were used to compare peak pressure, mean pressure, and contact area, distance of COP, displacement of COP, and excursion of COP. Among the plantar pressure parameters, significant(p<0.05) differences were observed in M3 for the peak pressure, M2, M3, and M4 for the mean pressure, and M2, M3, and M6 for the contact area. Among the COP parameters, distances of COP both in the mediolateral and anteroposterior axes revealed significant(p<0.05) differences. The larger peak pressure values of type A and B insoles were observed as compared to normal insole. The larger peak pressure and shorter COP distance values of type A and B insoles were observed as compared to normal insole.
