The origins of a festival is religious rites. But the religious festivals tend to be faded in modern times. Recently, new and various carnival festivals have being resurrected anew. Festival has been transformed into an important daily-life culture concerning human aesthetic value with the new social and cultural events. The carnival is the most representative example of a folk festival. It is a rich artistic expression base. The characterized masks and glamorous costumes, colorful makeup of carnivals are very important sources of inspiration in modern performing arts makeup fields. At this point in time, a fair amount of study and development is needed about makeup design of reproducible creative imagination. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to suggest to the basic data of the creative makeup design for performing arts and studied fantasy makeup design using characteristics of the World Carnival Makeup for this purpose. The study collected data from domestic books and theses about festival and fantasy makeup of carnival. Based on this, produced five fantasy makeup works. As a result, this study could verify the artistic value of fantasy makeup design in modern performing arts makeup category and could suggest the direction of various design ideas. But this study has a limit that it made limited works focusing on just Venezia carnival and Rio carnival as performing arts makeup. Therefore, theoretical and empirical studies about carnival makeup should be conducted constantly from various angles in future research.

전립선암 환자들의 치료 후 부작용을 완화시키기 위한 운동중재 프로그램의 실제

PURPOSE: This study is to review previous exercise intervention studies for prostate cancer patients to ease the adverse effects after Prostatectomy and Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT). We aim to suggest practical exercise interventions for prostate cancer patients. METHODS: We examined previous literatures published within 10 years at PubMed, RISS and KISS focusing on various exercise inter-vention to reduce adverse effects. This study reviewed exercise intervention of Prostatectomy and ADT respectively. Adverse effects of each treatment are urinary incontinence of Prostatectomy and the risk factors of metabolic syndrome of ADT. RESULTS: For the patients undergoing prostatectomy, the types, intensity and appropriate timing of exercise intervention to train pelvic floor muscle was suggested. Also, the frequency, intensity, type and duration of exercise intervention for ADT patients were recom-mended. CONCLUSIONS: It is effective exercise intervention based on Kegel for patients undergoing prostatectomy start before the surgery. For ADT patients, combined exercise including resistance, aerobic and flexibility exercise is recommended.

음악 활동이 노인의 건강노화에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 여가활동으로써 음악 활동이 노인의 건강노화에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 2014년 노인실태조사를 사용하였으며 연구의 이론적 근거를 위하여 활동이론을 연구의 분석틀로 설정하였다. 본 연구는 성향점수매칭(Propensity Score Matching)을 활용하여 노인실태조사 자료를 매칭한 후, OLS회귀분석을 이용하여 음악 활동이 건강노화에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 전체 자료에서 음악 활동을 여가활동의 가장 최우선 순위라고 밝힌 노인 116명을 대상 집단으로 선정하였으며 비교집단으로써 특정한 여가활동을 영위하지 않는 노인 2,861 가운데 116명을 성향점수매칭을 하였다. 연구결과 음악 활동을 하는 노인들은 하지 않는 노인보다 통계적으로 낮은 수준의 우울감, 높은 수준의 주관적 건강상태, 그리고 낮은 빈도의 병원방문횟수를 보였다. 본 연구는 활동이론이라는 이론의 틀 안에서 음악과 건강노화의 인과적 관계, 즉 음악 활동이 노인의 육체적 그리고 정신적 건강에 긍정적인 효과를 가지는 것을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 음악 활동과 건강노화의 인과적 관계는 현재 그리고 앞으로 직면하게 될 노화와 관련된 다양한 문제를 해결하는데 유용한 자료로써 활용되리라 기대한다. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of music as leisure on Health Aging of elderly in South Korea. To address this purpose, this study applies the activity theory of aging as a theoretical framework for explaining the relationships between music and health aging. The data used in this research were taken from the 2014 Survey of the Living Conditions of the Elderly in Korea. Using the Propensity Score Matching (PSM) method, this study matched the study data, and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression were conducted to examine the effects of music on three health outcomes(depressive symptoms, self-rated health, and the frequency of hospital visiting). From the sample, 116 elderly participating music activities were selected as the treatment group, and then 116 counterparts were matched with regard to propensity score from the matching pool (n = 2,861, elderly who were not participated in any music activity). According to results, music activity predicted statistically lower depressive symptoms, better self-rated health, and less hospital visits in the elderly. Based on the activity theory of aging, this study elucidates that music activity has positive effects on elderly`s physical and psychological health in terms of health aging. The study expects that the research results would be used as an empirical evidence helping to develop various strategies for solving many social and individual problems related to aging population.

대학의 비대면 음악 수업환경에서 학습자-교수자 상호작용이 비대면 음악 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구: 교수 실재감의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 대학의 비대면 음악 수업환경에서 효과적인 음악교육을 제공하기 위하여 학습자와 교수자의 상호작용이 비대면 음악 수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계를 검정하였다. 나아가 교수 실재감의 매개효과를 검정하여 비대면 음악 수업의 질적 향상 및 변화된 교육 환경이 요구하는 목표 달성의 기초연구를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울, 경기, 경남의 대학에서 음악 교과를 비대면으로 수강한 전공자 191명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 수업 안내 및 학습 촉진과 교수적 지원 요인이 비대면 음악 수업 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 이 영향관계에서 수업의 체계적 실행·학습 촉진 및 점검·의사소통 등 교수실재감 요인의 매개효과가 있음을 검정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 비대면 음악 수업환경에서 수업 및 학습 관련지원에 대한 교수자의 노력이 학습자가 높게 지각할수록 비대면 음악 수업 만족도를 향상할 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 비대면 수업환경에서 교수자가 학습자에게 어떠한 요인으로 실재감을 제공하여야 하는지에 대한 고려가 필요함을 시사한다. This study tested the relationship between learners and professors' interactions on non-face-to-face music class satisfaction in order to provide effective music education in the university's non-face-to-face music class environment. Furthermore, it was intended to provide basic research on improving the quality of non-face-to-face music classes and achieving the goals demanded by the changed educational environment by testing the medium effects of teaching presence. To this end, 191 students who majored in non-face-to-face music courses were surveyed at universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gyeongnam. As a result of the study, it was found that instructional guidance, learning promotion, and instructional support factors affect the satisfaction of non-face-to-face music class. Furthermore, it was tested that there is a mediating effect of the factors of teaching presence, such as systematic execution of classes, promotion of learning, inspection, and communication in this influence relationship. The results of this study suggest that the higher the learner's perception of the instructor's efforts for support related to teaching and learning in a non-face-to-face music class environment, the higher the satisfaction of non-face-to-face music classes can be improved. It also implies that in a non-face-to-face classroom environment, it is necessary to consider what factors the instructor should provide to the learner with a sense of reality.

대학 음악 교양교육 구성 요소가 음악학습 지속의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 학습몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 대학 교양교육 과정에서 효과적인 음악교육을 제공하기 위하여 음악 교양교육 구성 요소가 지속적인 학습 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 학습몰입을 매개변수로 설정하여 대학 음악 교양교육의 질적 향상 및 사회가 요구하는 목표 달성을 위한 고찰을 실증적으로 진행하였다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기도 소재의 대학에서 음악 교양과목을 수강하는 비전공자 270명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교육과정·교육 시간·교수 및 강의 내용·교재 및 자료·교육 환경 요인이 음악학습 지속의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 이 영향관계에서 도전과 능력 조화·주의 집중·통제 등 학습몰입 요인이 매개효과가 있음을 검정하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 음악 교양교육 구성 요소에 대한 수강생의 경험이 긍정적일수록 향후 지속적인 음악학습을 유발할 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 교육 과정에서 학습몰입을 유발하는 교육방안이 고려될 필요가 있음을 시사한다. This study examined the effects of the component of undergraduate liberal music education on continuous learning intention in order to provide effective music education in the college liberal music curriculum. This study examined the effects of music liberal arts education on continuous learning intention in order to provide effective music education in the college liberal arts curriculum. In addition, this study empirically examined the quality of undergraduate liberal music education and achievement of society's goals by testing the mediating effect of learning flow. For this purpose, the survey was conducted on 270 non-majors who are taking liberal music courses at the university which located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. As a result, the component of undergraduate liberal music education such as time, teaching time, professors, lecture contents, textbooks, materials, and educational environment affecting the continuation of music learning intention. Furthermore, in this relationship, learning flow factors such as challenge, ability coordination, attention accumulation, and control have a mediating effect. The more positive the student's experience with the music liberal arts components derived from this study, the more likely it is to induce continuous music learning in the future. In addition, it suggests that educational measures that induce learning commitment need to be considered in the curriculum.

슬로시티 관광체험이 관광태도 및 만족도에 미치는 영향

연구목적: 신안군 증도면과 경기도 남양주 조안면의 슬로시티 지역의 슬로시티 관광체험이 관광태도 및 방문객만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 두 지역의 슬로시티 활성화 방안을 위한 실증적 틀을 마련하고자 함에 있다. 또한 향후 관광객의 만족도 제고 및 관광객 유치와 관광수입 증대 방안을 위한 개선방안을 강구하고자 한다. 연구 설계 및 방법론: 문헌조사와 실증조사를 병행하였으며, 문헌조사를 통하여 연구 가설과 연구모형을 설정하였다. 실증조사는 슬로시티를 방문한 관광객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다(신안군 증도: 2012년 10월 26일-27일, 남양주시 조안면: 2012년 11월 9일-17일 시행). 편의표본추출법으로 수집된 총 300부의 자료를 SPSS 17.0 for Window 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 신뢰도(reliability), 상관관계 분석(correlation analysis), 회귀분석 (Regression)을 실시하였다. 분석 및 연구 결과: 현재 슬로시티에 대한 전반적인 만족도가 높아지고 있음으로 관광객으로 하여금 재방문이나 구전의사에 있어서 긍정적, 호의적 태도를 갖게 하는 것이 무엇보다 중요한 부분이라 할 수 있다. 특히 관광체험 유형 중 심미적, 오락적, 교육적 유형에 만족도가 높은 것에 주목해야 한다. 이는 슬로시티 지역고유의 정체성을 살린 특별한 자연경관과 계절별, 시기별로 차별화된 체험프로그램 방안이 모색된다면 방문객 태도에도 영향을 주어 향후 지속가능한 슬로시티로서 발전 가능성이 충분할 것으로 보인다. 또한 지역민들이 슬로시티에 대한 자부심을 가지고 슬로시티의 기본정신을 살린 슬로푸드, 슬로라이프를 통한 전통의 미를 살려나가면서 관광객에게 임한다면 관광객의 슬로시티에 대한 인식 또한 달라질 것이고 재방문을 유도할 수 있을 것으로 충분히 기대되어 진다. 또한 슬로시티 지역을 위한 재정적 지원 이외에 슬로시티가 올바른 방향으로 정착되도록 슬로시티의 지원할 조례 등이 필요하다. 슬로시티의 취지에 맞게 방문할 관광객을 고려하여 건축 및 각종 사업이 보다 세부적으로 계획이 추진되어야 할 것이다. 시사점 및 연구의 한계점: 본 연구는 설문조사를 통한 양적 연구에 치중되었으나, 향후 심층면접이나 참여관찰, 사례연구 등과 같은 질적 연구를 병행하여 연구목적에 보다 충실한 연구방법의 모색과 적용이 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 슬로시티관광은 특히 계절의 영향을 많이 받기 때문에, 슬로시티에 대한 만족 및 태도변화와 관련하여 계절별 체계적인 비교분석을 통해 변화과정을 규명해 볼 필요가 있을 것이다. 향후 연구방향: 본 연구의 일반화에 대한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 슬로시티로 지정된 10곳의 지역을 비교ㆍ연구함으로써 본 연구 결과를 일반화해야 할 것이다. 공헌점: 관광객이 슬로시티에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 형성하고 긍정적인 방향으로 태도 변화를 유도할 수 있는 실증적인 틀을 마련함에 있다. Purpose: The main aim of the study is to perform an empirical framework for activating Slow Cities on the basis of two Slow City cases, located in Jungdo-myun Shinan-gun Jeollanamdo and Joan-myun Namyangju-gun Kyunggido; it analyzes which influences are given through the experiences in the cities with regards to visitors' tourism attitude and their satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach: As the methodology of the study, both literature materials and empirical investigation are adopted in the investigation; Through the former, a research hypothesis and a research model are established, and from the latter, surveys are conducted with tourists who visited the locations. Analyses for frequency, reliability, correlation, and regression were performed. Results/findings: This research highlights the need of programs which can revive the natural landscapes' inherent regional identity as well as seasonally and periodically differentiated experiential programs. If these programs are sought out, they will influence visitor' attitudes; there will be sufficient possibility for the development of a sustainable Slow city. In addition, local residents' roles are momentous for changing tourists perception toward Slow City and induce tourist revisitation. Research implications/limitations: This study focused on the quantitative research through surveys. It, however, requires a qualitative research in parallel, such as depth interviews, participant observations, and case studies in the future. The process is to seek and apply the most faithful method for the study' s purpose. Future work/research: To avoid errors caused by the over generalization of this study, the result should be generalized only after a comparative study on 10 chosen Slow City districts is complete. Originality/value: This study is done to performed in order to build an empirical tool that can create and change tourists' attitude positively regarding Slow Cities.

한국전통문양을 응용한 아트마스크의 디자인 연구

Korean traditional pattern is the art of our nations cultural identity represented by a symbolic sign. Recently, Korean traditional pattern has been utilized in a variety of angles including in beauty design field. And also studies on subdivided beauty design into hair design, nail design and makeup design using Korean traditional patterns have been done actively. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data about the creative idea in art-makeup design process using art-mask with motif on Korea traditional pattern. For this purpose, the study collected data from domestic books about Korea traditional pattern and art-mask makeup for understanding the artistic value of traditional patterns as the formative arts. Then, based on this, produced six art-mask makeup works. As a result, this study could verify the artistic value of art-mask makeup design in art-makeup category and could suggest the direction of various design ideas. But this study has a limit that it made limited works focusing on only a small part of Korea traditional pattern. It was partly used from the type of the entire pattern. Therefore, theoretical and empirical studies should be conducted constantly from various angles in future research to create formative and artistic art-mask makeup design using Korean traditional pattern.

Humans artistic creative activities have been expressed through natural beauty. Among natures creatures, bird is the subject of admiration and mystery because birds can fly freely in the sky and images of birds was an inspiration to a lot of artists. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to suggest to the basic data of the creative makeup design and studied fantasy makeup design with motif on the bird image for this purpose. The study collected data from domestic books and theses about birds and fantasy makeup. Based on this, produced four fantasy makeup works. Painting techniques could shape the feathers and applying a materials such as glitter, shimmer powder was effective in texture representation of the feather. This study could find out that the best formative material of birds is a feather through the work production process and the result. Various colors and types of wired wing feathers extend to the wing and shows the symbolic image of freedom and hopes. In addition, formative and the symbolism that appears in the image of birds has possibility of creating versatile makeup design. But this study has a limit that it made limited works focusing on the images of birds. Therefore, create artistic and formative image, theoretical and empirical studies should be conducted constantly from various angels.
