지난 80년대의 예술과 지적인 영역에서 나타난 포스트모더니즘이란 용어의 개념은 어느 정도는 유행의 냄새가 풍기지만 그럼에도 다른 여타의 새로움을 표방한 경향들과 구별되는 독특한 방식으로 새로움을 표출한다. 즉 역설적으로 새로움을 내세우기를 거부한다고 하면서 이 거부 자체로서 새로움을 제시하려고 하는 것이다. 약간은 생소해 보이는 이 경향에 대해서 여러 각도로부터 질문을 던질 수 있다. 포스트모던은 쾌락주의적이거나 아방가르드적인 문화의 소진인가 혹은 새로운 개혁읠 출현인가? 혹은 전통이 없는 시기의 퇴폐풍조이거나 혹은 과거의 복원에 의해서 현재를 더욱 활발하게 하려는 것인가? 모던의 계속인가 혹은 모던과의 단절인가? 예술사나 문학사에서 잠깐 스치다 지나가는 것인가 혹은 현대 서구사회 전반적인 현상인가? 여기에 대한 고찰에 앞서 포스트모던이 단절하고자 하는 모던의 전통에 대한 일별이 선결적일 것이다. 아울러 예술적 현상이기 이전에 사회적 현상이라고 할 수 있는 포스트모던적 징후들을 표정하기 위해서 우리는 ‘공허의 시대’의 작가 질 리포베트스키에 의해 수행된 현대사회 제현상의 분석에 많은 의존을 할 것이다.

프루스트의 작품 앞에서 우리가 던지게 되는 첫 질문은 우선 그가 어떻게 「잃어버린 시간을 찾아서」라는 이 거대한 작품을 쓰게 되었을까 하는 점이다. 이러한 분량의 작품이 처음부터 어떤 구도 속에서 고안되어 있었다고는 감히 상상할 수 없기 때문이다. 그렇다면 그가 작품을 쓸 때 아무런 원칙도 없었을까? 그는 자기의 작품은 살아있는 어떤 구도에 따라 건축되었다고 말한다.

La Condition humaine d'Andre Malraux se caracterise tout d'abord par le fait que son histoire est basee sur l'evenement historiquement atteste qu'est la revolution chinoise. Plusieurs techniques narratives et la composition d'ensemble du roman accentuent cette historicite. Pourtant il y a un autre courant immanent qui compense cette historicite imposee par la specificite de la matiere premiere, et qui permet de definir le sens profond du roman. C'est la structure horizontale visualisee et corporalisee par le systeme de focalisation dans les cas de Hemmelrich et de Clappique, personnages marginaux das le monde narre. Dans la premiere section du roman(les Ier, IIe, IIIe parties), ces deux personnages sont vus et percus par les autres personnages. Mais dans sa deuxieme section(les IVe, Ve VIe parties), ils fonctionnent en tant que sujets de perception, de sorte que leur monde interieur devient transparent. Ce changement de focalisation laisse entrevoir que le roman est structure par la transition du soulignement de l'historicite a celui de l'existentiel. Cette transition produit l'impression que le roman, bien qu'il parte de l'Histoire reelle, traite de l'effort metaphysique et ontologique auquel se livrent les personnages pour posseder leur prorpre vie et pour lutter contre leur destin; et en meme temps, else donne au lecteur l'occasion d'experimenter fictivement l'effort des personnages pour subjectiver le monde commun a tout le monde qu'est l'evenement historique. C'est enfin par cette structure que le sens de l'action des personnages et le roman lui-meme se delivrent de la restriction spatio-temporelle et tendent vers l'intemporel, l'universel.

충남 양돈사육지역 대기 중 미세먼지 및 암모니아 농도 특성 연구

2017년 기준으로 암모니아 및 초미세먼지가 대기 중으로 각각 308.3천 톤 및 91.7천 톤 배출되었다. 배출된 암모니아 중에서 73.5%(227천 톤)이 축산 분뇨관리 부문에서 배출되었으며, 이 중에서 46.8%(106.1천 톤)이 돼지 사육을 통해 배출되었다. 이와 같이 배출된 대기 중 암모니아 가스는 대기 중에서 질소산화물 및 황산화물과 반응하여 입자상 물질인 2차 초미세먼지(PM2.5)가 형성된다. 하지만 축산 사육 밀집지역에서 배출된 암모니아 가스가 대기 중 초미세먼지 농도에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 정확히 규명되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 분뇨관리 부문에서 암모니아 배출량이 가장 많은 돼지를 대상으로 하여 사육규모가 가장 큰 충남 보령 및 홍성 지역에서 대기 중 미세먼지(PM10), 초미세먼지 및 암모니아(NH₃) 농도를 측정하여 특성을 분석하였다. 대기 중 PM10 및 PM2.5 농도는 베타선 측정법으로, NH₃ 농도는 CRDS 방식으로 2020년 3월부터 측정하였다. PM10, PM2.5 및 NH₃ 평균 농도는 보령 측정 지점에서 각각 45.6 ㎍/㎥, 27.1 ㎍/㎥, 76.1 ppb로 측정되었으며, 홍성 측정지점에서 각각 40.8 ㎍/㎥, 20.2 ㎍/㎥, 62.3 ppb로 측정되었다. T-test를 이용하여 두 측정 지점에서의 농도를 비교하였으며, 3가지 측정 항목에서 보령 측정지점이 홍성 보다 유의미하게 높은 농도가 측정되었다. 또한 Pearson 상관분석을 통해 초미세먼지 농도와 암모니아 농도의 상관성을 분석하였다. 두 측정 지점에서 초미세먼지와 암모니아 농도 간의 상관관계는 나타났으나, 상관계수가 보령과 흥성 지점에서 각각 0.189 및 0.138로 매우 낮아 상관관계에 대해서 의미를 부여할 수 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

In livestock industry, damage caused by the epidemic diseases such as Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD), Highly-Pathogenic-Avian-Influenza (HPAI) and Porcine-Reproductive-and-Respiratory-Syndrome (PRRS) was very serious. The financial loss incurred from FMD alone which occurred on Nov. 2011 in Korea was estimated at 3 billion won, 23 % of annual livestock industry production. The livestock industry in Korea has greater risk of disease infection because of high density production, etc. Investigating the spread of livestock diseases should consider both direct and indirect contact as well as other various factors including airborne. Airborne infection of livestock disease was first hypothesised in the early 1900s, however, field experimental studies are still limited. Furthermore, no protocol is available in detecting airborne viruses in the field. In this study, effective virus samplers were investigated by comparative analysis of the type of samplers used detect to airborne virus. Laboratory experiments were conducted to compare virus samplers such as Bio-sampler, Dust-sampler, Compact-Cascade-Impactor (CCI) and Microflow in detecting PRRSV. Samples were analyzed by Reverse-Transcription PCR to assess the efficiency of the instrument in detecting the airborne virus. First, samples were classified into five levels according to light intensity of gel images and then the classified results were normalized. In every case, Bio-sampler and Dust-sampler were comparable with each other and have shown to be more effective than CCI and Microflow samplers.
