        투명 박막 전극(Transparent Conductive Oxide)은 태양전지, 디스플레이 등 여러 분야에서 핵심 소재로 사용되어왔다. CIGS태양전지는 파장 300~1100nm 영역대에서 흡수를 가지는데 TCO를 이용하여 효율을 높이기 위한 방법으로 흡수영역대에 빛이 최대한 많이 도달하게 해야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 파장 300~1100nm 영역에서 흡수손실을 줄여야 하며 투명한 박막 전극이 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 Magnetron sputtering을 이용하여 인듐 산화물을 기반으로 한 박막에 텅스텐(W), 세륨(Ce)을 각각 도핑하고 산소분압, 수소분압, 온도 등 여러가지 증착 조건을 변화시켜 이동도를 향상시켜 전기전도도는 기존에 사용하고 있는 ITO보다 크게 높지 않게 하였고 투명한 박막을 만들었다. X선 회절분석기를 통하여 우선 배향 결정을 확인하였고 Spectro-photometer을 이용하여 광학적 특성을 분석하였다. 그리고 Hall-measurement를 이용하여 캐리어밀도, 이동도를 측정하여 증착 및 열처리 조건에 따라 어떤 상관관계를 가지는지 연구하였다.

      • 드로우비드 콘트롤을 통한 딥드로잉 성형성 향상에 관한 연구

        최근 원소재 가격이 비싸짐에 따라 이에 따른 제품 단가의 상승과 이를 저감하기 위한 연구 개발이 각 기업체의 큰 이슈다. 성형성과 연신율이 좋은 소재는 가격이 비싸지만 다양하고 복잡한 형상을 가진 제품을 성형하기에 유리하므로 성형성을 확보하기 위해서는 높은 가격의 소재를 사용하는 것이 불가피하다. 이에 저가격이면서 성형성이 낮은 소재를 사용하여 요구되는 형상을 가공하는 기술 혹은 사용중인 소재의 성형성을 극대화 하기 위한 기술들이 지속적으로 개발되고 있다. 본 연구는 캠드라이브와 캠에 의해 작동되는 가동식 드로우비드를 구성하고 드로잉 성형 초기부터 주름이 발생하기 전까지는 드로우비드가 작동하지 않은 상태에서 소재를 유입시켜 성형하고 주름이 발생하는 시점에 드로우비드가 돌출되어 소재의 유입을 억제토록 하여 성형성을 향상시키도록 하였다 먼저 금형 구조에 대한 컨셉을 도출하고 이를 유한요소해석을 통하여 효과에 대한 사전 검토를 실시 하였다. 그리고 실제 효과를 검증하기 위하여 드로우비드의 높이와 작동하는 타이밍이 조절될 수 있는 금형 구조를 설계하였으며 실제 금형 제작 및 실험을 통해 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 드로잉 공정에서 소재의 유입을 제어할 수 있는 가동식 드로우비드를 적용하여 성형성을 향상시킬 수 있고 성형성이 낮은 저가의 소재로도 요구되는 높이의 드로잉 성형이 가능함을 검증하였다.

      • 대학생의 상대적 박탈감이 주관적 안녕에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지의 조절 효과

        This study conducted an online self-report questionnaire for 289 university students nationwide to verify the moderating effect of social support in the effect of relative deprivation on subjective well-being. A total of 289 questionnaires were distributed and collected. No inappropriate responses were found among the questionnaires collected, so all 289 copies were used in the analysis of this study. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS MACRO 4.3 programs. The results of this study are as follows. First, relative deprivation showed a significant negative effect on their subjective well-being. Second, social support significantly modulated the relationship between relative deprivation and subjective well-being. In other words, this means that the impact of relative deprivation on subjective well-being varies significantly depending on the level of social support. Lastly, social support was divided into low, middle and high groups and the significance of the indirect effect at each level was verified. As a result, subjective well-being was lowered in cases where social support was low and relative deprivation was high, but the group with high social support had no effect. In summary, in the group with low social support, subjective well-being decreased as relative deprivation increased, but as social support increased, the effect of subjective well-being on relative deprivation was not significant. In other words, in order to prevent subjective well-being from lowering due to relative deprivation, it is necessary to develop and utilize related education and programs to increase social support of college students 본 연구는 대학생의 상대적 박탈감이 주관적 안녕에 미치는 영향력에 서 사회적 지지의 조절 효과를 검증하기 위해 전국 대학생 289명을 대상 으로 온라인을 자기보고식 설문조사를 하였다. 총 289부의 설문을 배부 하였고, 모두 회수하였다. 회수한 설문지 중에 부적절하게 응답한 설문지 는 발견되지 않아, 289부 모두 본 연구의 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 PROCESS MACRO 4.3 프로그램을 사용 하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 상대적 박탈감은 주관적 안녕에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 상대적 박탈감을 높게 경험할수록 대학생의 주관적 안녕은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상대적 박탈감과 주관적 안녕 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조 절 효과를 검증한 결과, 사회적 지지는 상대적 박탈감과 주관적 안녕과 의 관계에서 유의하게 조절하였다. 즉, 사회적 지지의 수준에 따라 상대 적 박탈감이 주관적 안녕에 미치는 영향이 유의미하게 달라짐을 의미한 다. 마지막으로 사회적 지지를 저중고 집단으로 구분하여 각 수준별 간접 효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 그 결과 사회적 지지가 낮고 상대적 박탈 감이 높은 경우에는 주관적 안녕이 낮아졌지만, 사회적 지지가 높은 집 단은 영향력이 나타나지 않았다. 이를 종합해보면, 사회적 지지가 낮은 경우 상대적 박탈감이 높을수록 주관적 안녕이 낮아지나, 사회적 지지가 높아질수록 상대적 박탈감에 대 한 주관적 안녕의 영향이 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 대학생의 주관적 안녕을 높이기 위한 방안으로 다양한 형태의 사회적 지지를 제공 하는 것이 필요하고, 이를 위해 대학에서의 교육 및 프로그램의 개발 및 활용이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

      • 축구경기에서 전술적 포메이션 현황 변화 경향 분석

        본 연구는 한국 축구의 발전 방안을 위한 기초 자료를 제공코자 축구 전술 및 전략 전문가 집단과 대한축구협회 등록 팀 지도자를 대상으로 지도자의 연령 및 팀 수준에 따른 포메이션 관련 인식 및 축구의 경기상황에 따른 전술적인 변화 추위를 조사 분석을 실시하였다. 전문가 집단과의 Delphi 분석을 통해 영향변인으로 지도자의 연령과 팀 수준을 선정하였으며, 경향 변인으로 포메이션 현황, 중요도 인식, 선호 포메이션, 포메이션 변화 경향을 선정하였다. 이를 근거로 대한축구협회 등록 팀 지도자를 대상으로 한 전화 전수조사를 실시하여 다음의 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 현재 442 포메이션을 가장 많이 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 442 포메이션을 가장 많이 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 포메이션이 축구 경기 승, 패에 미치는 영향이 크다고 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 선호 포메이션과 현 사용 포메이션이 대부분 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 경기 중 포메이션의 변화 여부 및 시점에는 일치도, 연령, 팀 수준의 영향력은 적은 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 경기 상황이 지고 있을 때 포메이션의 변화는 1FW → 2FW, 2DMF → 1DMF, 4 Back → 3Back 이었으며, 비기고 있을 때는 1FW → 2FW, 1DMF → 2DMF, 4 Back → 3Back 또는 3 Back → 4 Back 이었고, 이기고 있을 때는 2FW → 1FW, 1DMF → 2DMF, 4 Back → 3 Back 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 보면, 일선 지도자들의 경우 축구 경기 결과에 포메이션의 중요도를 높이 평가하고 있으며, 경기 상황에 따라 정형화된 변화 경향을 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 본 연구 결과는 제한적 영역에서 수행되어 일반화에 어려움이 있는 것 또한 사실이다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 기초로 포메이션의 내적 환경을 명확히 하고, 이에 대한 대처 전략의 지침을 계발하기 위한 보다 정밀하고, 포괄적인 연구의 추가 수행이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for development of Korea soccer by Analysis of strategy and change of tactic formation in soccer game with group of specialist in soccer and team that is registered on KFA leader. Delphi method with 34 professional penal were used to confirm the questionnaire, and then quantitative investigation for 474 all enrolled coaches of KFA (Korea football association) were completed by phone interviewing. The results are as follows ; First, 442 formation was used in Korea mostly. Second, 442 was the most prefer formation in Korea. Third, almost coaches percept that formation have really affected victory or defeat. Forth, almost present formation is similar to prefer. Fifth, sameness between present formation and preferred formation, age of coach, team level were not major effector on decision of formation change and changing time during soccer game. Sixth, the formation change pattern when the team was losing, 1FW → 2FW, 2DMF → 1DMF, 4 Back → 3Back, when the game were being in a tie, 1FW → 2FW, 1DMF → 2DMF, 4 Back → 3Back, when the team was winning, 2FW → 1FW, 1DMF → 2DMF, 4 Back → 3 Back. The investigation imply that Korean soccer coaches recognized the formations were very important factor to win, and changing patterns were formula. However, the results of this study accomplished under limited condition, and it's difficult for them to generalize. Therefore, further study was needed to identify the inner conditions and to development of plan against formation of opposite team to win.

      • 친환경 해체산업의 발전방안 및 순환형자원을 활용한 건축물 성능개선 연구

        The Korean demolition industry started form the early of 1990s and in the 2000s its scale rapidly increased up to about 1 trillion won a year. In addition, considering the realities of remodeling business and inventory from now on, the scale of demolition market is expected to increase by about 2.3 times in 10 years and by about 6 times in 20 years, and its importance is rapidly emerging. However, the demolition industry, which should play an important role in the construction business, is not recognized as a professional technical field yet, and the rapid growth of market needs the systematic response to the general demolition industry. In order to review these general issues, this study conducted an examination of realities of demolition industry and a survey. On the basis of that, this study arranged the plans for improvement of experts, policies, systems, technologies, techniques and construction wastes, which should be necessarily performed, as a basic research on demolition industry, and conducted the study on application of recycled aggregates to structures and the study on improvement of performances for the expansion of usage of recycled aggregates and amount of mandatory use in the plans for recycling of construction wastes. 1) Plans for Development of Eco-Friendly Demolition Industry This paper divided the plans for development of eco-friendly demolition industry largely into four kinds of plans on experts, policies and systems, technologies and techniques and construction wastes. The details of execution of plans for training of professional demolition engineers are as follows. First, this study examined and analyzed the related data through the search on related associations, societies and institutions in Korea and site visits in order to build a D/B of professional demolition engineers. As a result, this study made the D/B of realities of enterprises related to demolition constructions in Korea, realities of experts, realities of asbestos analyzing institutions and so on. Second, this study developed the manuals and textbooks suitable to the actual conditions of Korea on the basis of the survey and researches and textbooks at home and abroad for the development of textbooks for education specializing in demolition. Third, this study suggested the matters related educational programs specializing in demolition on the basis of the survey and opinions of experts for the development of educational programs specializing in demolition. Fourth, this study arranged the plans for introduction of private qualification systems and national technical qualification system by analyzing the cases of qualification systems of advanced nations and collecting the opinions of experts and suggested the new establishment of items of national technical qualifications of the Structure Demolition Technology Qualification System and industrial engineers through the Technology Policy Division of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs for the development of qualification systems related to demolition constructions. The details of execution of plans for improvement of systems and policies for demolition industry are as follows. First, this study suggested introducing the standard specification which is independently composed for demolition constructions as in Japan, the UK, the US and so on instead of the specifications conceptually described in part for the development of specifications, standards and guidances (plans) related to demolition constructions. Second, for the improvement of license system of demolition constructions, this study suggested making bid possible with only work type of license registration irrespective of the results of construction at the time of ordering of demolition construction. There are issues occurring with this in securing expertise and safety, and thus this study suggested characterizing the demolition constructions by consulting with related government departments and arranging the revised bill for Special Act on the Safety Control of Public Structures. Third, the reality is that the current demolition constructions are failing to reach even 50% of the price which was determined beforehand for ordering because they are conducted through subcontract and re-subcontract. This study suggested the separated ordering of demolition construction for security of profits of demolition industry, investment on development of equipments and technologies and training of professional construction manpower. Fourth, for the improvement of laws and regulations related to safety management of demolition constructions, this study reviewed the matters for improvement of Construction Technology Management Acts and Occupation Safety and Health Acts related to demolition constructions, and thereby suggested the revised bill for establishment of safety management plans of Article 46-2 of the Enforcement Ordinance of Construction Technology Management Acts to the Construction Safety Division of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. As a plan for development of equipments for safety of demolition construction, in case of demolition constructions in Korea, the demolition is conducted by loading the equipments on the upper part at the time of demolition with the subject of a certain height or higher. However, when an equipment is loaded without a detailed safety assessment, the collapse of subject of demolition can be caused. In addition, there are issues on safety occurring due to the work of manpower at some dangerous locations such as the contaminated area where it is hard for people to conduct work at the time of demolition construction.       • 자동차 공장의 PBS 운영 알고리즘에 대한 연구

        Automotive manufacturing is a complex task with several automated functions, and there are usually five major shops in an automotive factory, those are press shop, body shop, power train shop, paint shop and trim shop. The production capacity of the factory depends on the capacity of the painting shop because the capacity of the painting shop is hard to expand There are two important storage requirements in the painting shop; namely, the color rescheduling storage (CRS) and the painted body storage (PBS). The CRS locates between the primary-coating process and the top-coating process. The purpose of CRS is to strive to organize the largest possible groups of same colored bodies. The PBS locates between the top-coating process and the trim shop. The purpose of the PBS is to determine the assembly sequence dynamically for smoothing the production in the trim shop. This means that the PBS decreases the variation of assembly time arising from the different options and it also helps to maintain a more uniform consumption rate of parts. This thesis introduces a simulation study regarding the operation for the PBS in an automotive factory. There are highly restricted constraints for the assembly sequence in a trim shop. Those are spacing restriction and smoothing restriction. If such restrictions are violated, the conveyor in the trim shop would be stopped or the utility work by the relief man would be necessary for keeping the assembly pace of the trim shop. Thus the major objective of the PBS is to control the assembly sequence in a way to meet the two restrictions. In this thesis a case study on the operation of the PBS in an automotive factory is introduced. The dynamic storage/retrieval algorithms are suggested and the proposed system is verified using simulation models developed with QUEST^(�). In order to find out the superior control strategy, sensitivity analysis is carried out. They are the policy of the dedicated lane, the policy of determining the dissimilarity measure, and the lane-selection policy with the dissimilarity measure. The operation algorithm developed is implemented to the real system and is verified with the improvement of the performance.

      • 박정희 체제의 대중통치: 새마을운동의 구조·행위자 상호작용을 중심으로

        Despite of the oppressive government, why did so many people make response to and participate the Park Chung-hee regime? Until now, Most of researches on the Park Chung-hee regime recognized mobilization of the regime and participation of the people. However, these researches do not explain an interrelation between mobilization and participation, whether these researches is negative or not the Park Chung-hee regime. This thesis suggests a new question: how does Park Chung-hee regime govern the people? To answer this question, this thesis attempts to analyze the Saemaul movement in 1970's. For the purpose of this study, I suggests the Popular Governing as a pattern of government. The Popular Governing is induced governance that the government-group practices for gaining consent from the people and enforcing regime-maintenance. Secondly, I argues that the researches on Park Chung-hee regime pay no attention to an interaction between structure and agent. In this thesis, I analyses an interaction between structure and agent in the Saemaul movement as apply ‘A theory of Structure' that William H. Sewell, Jr. proposed. In summary, the result of the thesis is that: first, Park Chung-hee as the highest ruler in the Saemaul movement is a primary factor. Park Chung-hee who made and practiced ‘the discussion of the Samaeul movement' tried to mobilize the people since 1961 but his endeavor failed because of indifference of the people. However, this experience combines with the visiting Gyeongbuk Cheongdo in 1969, the political thought of Park Chung-hee which is likely to instructive leading-popular propensity and social economic structure in 1970's. Therefor the Saemaul movement subsequently occurs. At this point, the Saemaul movement was not an act of the state from the upside, despite of the nationalism, but a result of interaction between practices of the political thought Park Chung-hee and participation of the people. Secondly, despite of the separate conditions such as rural areas, factories and city areas, the Park Chung-hee regime constructed a systemic connection between state and society. This connection was possible through restraint of community consciousness and social norm. Therefore the connection between state and society in the Saemaul movement was a result of interaction between systematization from upside and collective participation of the people that is likely to follow community tradition. Thirdly, the Park Chung-hee regime in the Saemaul movement practices a economical inducement as offering discriminative reward to a rural community, industrialization and economic development in 1960's offers material basis on ruling of the Park Chung-hee regime. However, so many problems such as gap between city and rural, labor issue and economic desire of the people arose from those. The Park Chung-hee regime in 1970's through the Saemaul movement offered economical inducement to the people for resolving these problems. The collective participation of the people through economical inducement was a result of interaction between ruling through discriminative reward and community enterprise and joint labor. Lastly, The Park Chung-hee regime in the Saemaul movement spread a ruling ideology through the Saemaul education and the Saemaul symbols. The Park Chung-hee regime especially emphasized ‘the modernization of the country' and the regime argued that to practice ‘the Saemaul Spirits' includes this slogan. The Saemaul education in which all member of community from government-group to the people participated was a path that spreads the ruling ideology such as ‘anti-communism', ‘developmentalism' and ‘nationalism'. Also, this ideology spreads through the Saemaul symbols represented a large meeting and ceremony. Through this education and symbols, the people was encouraged by the results that they made and was aware themselves of a important social-being. The Participation of the people through education and spread of the Saemaul symbols is a good example that shows a integration between the ruling ideology and the people. In conclusion, The Saemaul movement is a result of interaction between social economic structure and political agents such as the Park Chung-hee regime and the people. In the viewpoint of government that the Park Chung-hee regime practiced, The Saemaul movement is a result of interaction between the leading-popular ruling and the people. However, The strategic purposes of the Park Chung-hee regime such as ‘the modernization of the country' and ‘the total mobilization' failed because the disequilibrium between growth and distribution through modernization do not resolve the relative deprivation, the alienation and the coercive social order through ‘the total mobilization' bring about the resistance of the people against the authoritarianism.
