        유교문화 콘텐츠를 활용한 도시브랜드 활성화 방안 연구

        본 논문에서 유교문화콘텐츠를 기반으로 도시 브랜드화 전략을 통해 도시가 활성화된 사례를 분석하고 도시 브랜드 의 가치 향상과 도시의 활성화 요인을 고찰하고자 한다. 유수의 도시들이 문화자원을 통해 경쟁력을 확보하고 있으며 특히 전통문화는 차별성을 확보해주는 중요한 자산으로 그 가치가 더욱 부각되고 있다. 우리나라 문화 전반에 흐르고 있는 유교는 건축학적인 문화유산 뿐 만 아니라 예법, 문묘제례, 교육, 음식 등의 다양한 콘텐츠를 담고 있어 활용가치가 높은 문화자원이 다. 그러나 대다수의 유교문화자원은 보존 및 운영에 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 무형의 자산 또한 활성화되지 못하고 방치되고 있는 실정에 있어 이를 지역의 특색에 맞게 특성화하여 도시의 브랜드화 전략에 적극적인 활용이 필요하다. 이를 위해 대표 적인 유교문화도시인 안동시와 중국 산동 곡부시의 사례를 살펴봄으로서 유교문화콘텐츠를 활용한 도시브랜드 활성화 방안 을 도출하고자 한다. This study considered the factors of city brand reinforcement and city revitalization through a case study of two cities that were successful in revitalizing using a brand strategy. World leading cities are securing city competitiveness through the culture resources, particularly traditional culture, as a key asset to highlight the cities' uniqueness in increasing their value. The Confucianism influence on Korean traditional culture has a valuable content like etiquette, ritual ceremony, food, education, etc. as well as culture heritage in historical architecture. Therefore, it can be used as the city's assets to promote it worldwide. On the other hand, there is difficulty in preserving most Confucianism culture content and the intangible cultural properties have been neglected. This needs to be applied actively to be used on a city brand strategy. This study reviewed the successful case of Andong city in Korea and Qufu city in Sandong, China and suggests ways of raising the cities' brand power.

        대학졸업생들의 중소기업 취업촉진 방안에 관한 연구 : 기대가치이론을 중심으로

        기업에서는 중소기업 취업기피 현상에 따른 심각한 인력부족현상을 겪고 있으나, 대학졸업자들은 대기업, 공무원 등을 선호하는 인력수급 불균형이 나타나고 있으며, 산업현장에서 요구하는 인재와 대학을 거쳐 공급하는 인재간의 불일치 현상이 심화되면서 대학졸업자의 취업난은 가중되고 있다. 본 논문은 중소기업의 인력난 완화를 위한 방안으로서 잠재적 취업준비자의 기대가치를 파악하여 그들이 대기업이 아닌 중소기업 취업을 선택하도록 영향을 미치는 주된 요인이 무엇인지 밝히고자 하였다. 설문조사는 2012년 10월 1일부터 30일까지 서울지역에 소재하는 대학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 총 350부를 배포하였으며, 이중 335부가 회수되었으며, 이중 부실한 설문지를 제거하고 최종 332부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 활용하여 기초분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도, 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 요인분석결과 중소기업 기대가치는 경력, 업무환경, 업무성취도, 고용안정성으로 나타났으며, 연구결과 중소기업 선호도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 경력, 업무환경, 고용안정성, 기업명성, 급여로 나타났다. While small and medium-sized companies are suffering from a shortage of workers as a result of social tendency to avoid those companies, college graduates still prefer large companies or governmental positions, which consequently results in inconsistencies in the demand and supply of work forces. The gap between them is getting so bad that employment difficulties are exacerbating. Accordingly this study tries to search for potential employee's expected value factors which make people select small and medium companies not big companies. A survey was conducted from October 1 to october 30, 2012 with university students in the Seoul metropolitan area. a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed and 335 were collected. of these, 332 questionnaires were used for data analyses excluding questionnaires with missing values. Data was analyzed by frequency, descriptive factor, reliability, and regression with SPSS win 18.0 program The result of this study were as follows. A factor analysis extracted four factors comprising small and medium companies, which we named career(factor 1), working environment(factor 2), working achievement(factor 3), job security (factor 4). This study showed that small and medium companies' preference were affected by the career, working environment, job security, corporate reputation, salary.

      • 대학생의 창업 성공과 실패에 대한 인식이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        창업은 거시적인 측면에서는 고용을 창출하여 국가경제의 근간을 이루는 기능을 담당하지만 개인의 측면에서는 소득원의 역할을 담당하기 때문에 창업의도를 파악하기 위해서는 개인적인 측면에서 경제적인 성과가 매우 중요한 요소로 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 창업에 대한 성공과 실패에 대한 태도가 창업에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 창업의 성공에 대한 태도는 창업의도에 정적인 영향력을 나타내고 있으며, 반면 실패에 대한 창업 태도는 창업의도에 부적인 영향력을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 시장전망이 창업의도에 미치는 조절변수의 영향력을 살펴본 결과 실패와 시장전망의 상호작용에서 부정적인 영향력을 나타났다. 본 연구결과 실패라는 부정적인 요소가 창업의도에 영향을 중요한 원인으로 규명되었으므로 실패를 극복할 수 있는 창업교육이 필요하다. The main purpose of this study is to find out the attitude of university students on start-up business. The premise of this study is that the recognition on business success and failure is not the same for college students. The focus on this study is analyzing the relations of expectation of students on business start-up and on entrepreneurial intention. The result of the study is as follows. First, the expectation to the business success has positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, while the expectation to the business failure has negative effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, the negative expectation to the market condition has negative effect on entrepreneurial intention as a control variable. The result of the survey is meaningful that the entrepreneurial intention is affected by the tendency of the business failure factors.

        아파트 거주자의 변인에 따른 주거환경 만족도의 차이에 대한 연구

        This study was conducted to derive useful predictive variations for the qualitative supply of homes to provide information to real estate venture businesses and other business owners in neighborhood amenities and significant basic information to housing suppliers and policy makers. For this purpose, a number of apartment dwellers in Seoul were surveyed to examine their housing satisfaction, difference in housing satisfaction according to variables, and any relevant correlations. In detail, 500 apartment dwellers in Seoul were surveyed from September 1, 2009 to September 20, 2009 to gather resources that were processed through SPSS 14.0 to find percentage of frequency, mean, standard deviations, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan Multiple Ranger`s Test. The following were the findings of this study: First, housing satisfaction of apartment dwellers in Seoul was above average with the highest satisfaction with neighborhood environment. Second, satisfaction with amenities was significantly affected by dweller-related variables. Gangnam dwellers were more satisfied with housing environment and community environment than Gangbuk dwellers. By age, people in 20s and 30s showed high satisfaction with housing environment. Satisfaction with community environment was high among 20s, 30s and 40s. Satisfaction with management conditions was high among 20s. Also, satisfaction was high when housing period was between 1 and 10 years. By size, dwellers in 40py or larger homes showed high satisfaction with housing environment and management conditions. Dwellers in 30py and 40py or larger homes were satisfied with community environment. By ownership, dwellers with ownership of their homes showed high satisfaction. Third, there was a significant difference in satisfaction with neighborhood and social environments according to dweller-related variables. By region, dwellers of Gangnam area showed high satisfaction with neighborhood environment. By age, people in 20s, 30s and 40s showed high satisfaction with neighborhood environment. Also, satisfaction with neighborhood environment was high when housing period was around 10 years. By size, dwellers in 30py and 40py or larger homes were satisfied with neighborhood and social environments. Fourth, there was a close correlation between satisfaction with housing environment and satisfaction with community environment, and between satisfaction with community environment and satisfaction with management conditions. Thus, most dwellers that were satisfied with one variable of housing environment showed high satisfaction with other variables.

        사업 초기단계에서 공동주택 토목공사비의 예측에 관한 연구

        건설사업 수행의 초기단계에서 가장 중요한 과제는 적정 예정공사비를 산정하는 일이다. 따라서 본 연구에 서는 공동주택 건설사업 초기단계에서 합리적이고 정확한 토목공사비의 예측을 위하여 170개의 공사비자료를 활용한 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 종속변수인 토목공사비를 지역위치에 따른 전국, 부지조건에 따른 사유지, 조합부지, 공공부 지로 구분하여 다양한 분석을 함으로써 예측모델의 이용의 편리성과 정확성을 높였다. 회귀식을 이용한 공동주택 토 목공사비의 예측 결과 오차율은 전국 적용 예측모델 15.59%, 사유지 적용 예측모델 17.53%, 조합부지 적용 예측모델 21.86%, 공공부지 적용 예측모델 13.08%로 나타났다. At the early construction project stage, the most important task is to estimate planned construction costs analyzed with detailed information. Therefore, in this study, Apartment Housing Projects at the Early Stage of Civil Construction Cost of the reasonable and accurate predictions of the Regression analysis to 170 of actual Construction Cost, and dependent variable regression to Civil Construction Cost, location based national land area based on a combination of private land, union land, public land to the use of predictive models by various analyses of the ease and accuracy. As a result, Civil Construction Cost of Apartment Housing Projects by the regression formula for the error rate estimates in national land predictive model 15.59%, private land predictive model 17.53%, union land predictive model 21.86%, public land predictive model 13.08%.

        벤처창업전문과정(EIP) 사업추진 성공사례와 확산전략

        This paper introduced successful case studies of the EIP (Entrepreneurship Intensive Programs) programs that are planed by 5MBA (Small and Medium Business Administration) and executed by Hoseo University and Jinju National University in 2004. Therefore, the illustrations and examples used in this paper are based on the EIP programs of those schools. Currently there are five graduate schools for Entrepreneurship educations that are originated from the EIP program models and those graduateschools are actively and successfully working. The purpose of this paper is to find out the diffusing strategies of the Entrepreneurship spirits and Entrepreneurship Education programs after careful analysis and review of the EIP programs. The main factors of the Success of the EIP are as follows. First, there were excellent modules of the education process. Second, there were firm and clear goals of the education. Three, there were differentiated contents of the entrepreneurship education programs. Four. each and every education performance was monitored. Five, during the programs, real start-up cases were actually handled and students had many opportunities to present their cases. However, there were some shortcomings to improve and change of the entrepreneurship education. First of all, it was very difficult to make proper education formation that is fit in the purpose of the program. Second, motivating students to find out their own business opportunities so as to turn them into real business was not satisfactory or easy. Third, there were some limitations in distributing and executing the EIP budgets. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of the Entrepreneurship education, following expanding strategies should be complemented. First, continuous redesigning of the entrepreneurship education programs is very important. Second, the specialization of the contents of the entrepreneurship education programs is essential. Third, there should be some discretionary room for the management of the entrepreneurship programs. Fourth, it is also important activating the entrepreneurship networks among schools of the entrepreneurship education. Finally, it is necessary to give some incentives and motivations based on the proper performance evaluation system.

        제대군인의 재취업 및 창업 활성화 방안에 대한 연구

        This study conducted research over status of employment and living by collecting questions & answers from retired soldiers after service in ROK Army more than 5 years in last 5 years. As the methodology of this research, the status of employment has been provided from the Citizen Insurance Public Corporation, and conducted interviews for all individuals in addition to the receiving of questions & answers. Also, the statistic data prepared and submitted for Congressional Audit & Inspection from MND was also utilized for the purpose of research. In conclusion, the situation faced with retired soldiers after their retirement is showing the future of reflection of oneself to the personnel in active service who must do their best only for their duty to keep national security. If those personnel in active service are worrying about their future returning to civilian society after retirement, it will not only become an impediment to perform their duty but also bring invisible weakening of military power to defend our nation in result. This is the rationale for the necessity of providing support for social adaptation, reemployment and inauguration of retired soldiers.

        공공기관 지방이전이라는 조직변화에 대한 인식과 공공봉사동기가 직무태도에 미치는 영향 : 전력공기업의 지방이전 대상자를 중심으로

        '국가균형발전'이라는 정부정책에 따라 지방이전을 해야 하는 공공기관 종사자들은 가족의 생활터전이 바뀌거나 단신 부임으로 가족과 떨어져 별거생활을 해야 하는 등 새로운 근무환경과 생활환경에 적응해야 하는 상황이다. 이러한 조직변화에 대한 이전기관 종사자들의 인식을 개인-조직 적합성(P-O fit)이론에 적용하여 파악하고, 긍정적 인식 또는 부정적 인식에 따라 직무태도인 조직몰입과 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 공직자들 고유의 내재적 동기인 공공봉사동기가 조직변화에 대한 인식과 직무태도간의 관계에서 긍정적인 매개효과가 있을 것으로 예상되는 바, 전력공기업의 지방이전 대상자들을 중심으로 실증분석을 통해 이를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 조직변화에 대한 인식은 조직몰입과는 직접적인 관계가 없으나, 이직의도와 공공봉사동기에는 직접적인 영향을 미치는 원인으로 작용한다는 점과 공공봉사 동기는 조직몰입과는 정(+)의 관계를 형성하고 있으나, 이직의도에는 영향을 주지 못한다는 점, 그리고, 조직몰입은 이직의도와 부(-)적인 관계를 형성하고 있다는 점을 입증하였다. 또한, 공공봉사 동기는 조직변화에 대한 인식과 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 매개효과를 나타낸다는 점과, 조직몰입 또한 공공봉사동기와 이직의도 간에 매개효과가 존재한다는 점을 실증적으로 규명하였다. To follow the government policy on 'balanced development of county', the employees of public agencies to be relocated should get used to the new working and living environments such as changing their homes or living away from their family. This study aims to figure out the awareness of the employees of public agencies to be relocated on such organizational change with Person-Organization fit concept and then to find out the effect of positive or negative awareness on job attitude such as organizational commitment and turnover intention. It is expected that public service motivation, the intrinsic motivation for public employees, positively acts as a medium between the awareness of organizational change and job attitude, which this study confirms through an empirical analysis of the employees of electric power public enterprise to be relocated. This study proves that firstly the awareness on organizational change is not directly related to organizational commitment, however, it affects directly turnover intention and public service motivation as an immediate cause and secondly public service motivation has a positive correlation to organizational commitment but it doesn't affect turnover intention and lastly organizational commitment has a negative correlation to turnover intention. Besides, this study empirically finds out that public service motivation has mediating effect which is significantly affects the awareness of organizational change, organizational commitment and turnover intention, and organizational commitment has mediating effect between public service motivation and turnover intention as well.
