최희봉 대동철학회 2010 大同哲學 Vol.53 No.-
최근 국내에서 활동을 시작한 두 개의 분야가 있는데, 한국철학상담학회의 ‘철학상담’과 강원대학교 인문과학연구소가 주관하는 ‘인문치료’가 그것이다. 이 신생 분야들은 모두 철학의 실천과 관련이 있으며, 서로 엇비슷하여 혼동의 소지가 있다. 이 두 분야에 대한 개념적인 이해를 제공하는 것이 이 글의 목적이다. 이를 위해 필자는 인문치료보다는 비교적 유리한 입장에 있는 철학상담에 대해 그 목적, 대상, 방법을 중심으로 살펴볼 것이며, 이것과의 비교를 통하여 인문치료에 대해 검토할 것이다. 나아가서 이러한 비교에서 드러나는 어려움들 중 하나로서 ‘치료’라는 개념과 관련된 문제에 주목하여 필자 나름의 해명과 제안을 제시해보고자 한다. Philosophical Counseling and Humanities Therapy are two independent fields of practice that have recently come to surface in Korea, represented by the Korean Association of Philosophical Counseling and the Humanities Institute of Kangwon National University, respectively. Since both newly introduced fields involve philosophical practice, their similarity may lead to an unwanted level of confusion. This paper attempts to provide a framework through which the concepts of both fields can be understood with more clarity. In doing so, the author examines the objective, potential subjects, and methodology of Philosophical Counseling which tends to benefit from a relative advantage in its approach, and arrives at a study of Humanities Therapy based on a comparative analysis of the two separate fields. In particular, among many difficulties that may arise through such a comparison, problems regarding the notion of “therapy” are placed under scrutiny, followed by possible explanations and suggestions provided by the author.

비판적 사고와 철학상담 - 코헨의 LBT 5단계를 중심으로 -

放射性同位元素를 利用한 脾臟損傷 診斷에 關한 實驗的 硏究

For the purpose of improving a diagnostic method and evaluation of splenic injury, the author has performed an animal experiment by means of radioisotopic study in rabbits. Red cells tagged with chromium-51 were given intravenously at various times following injury to the spleen as well as other abdominal viscera. The erythrocytes were labeled with sodium chromate (Na₂^(51)CrO₄) and properly damaged by heating method in usual manner. Scintiscanning and determination of concentration of the radioisotope were made on the abdominal surface at various times after intravenous injection of chromium-51 labeled erythrocytes in 10 normal rabbits and 50 rabbits with splenic injury of varying severity. Similar observations were also carried out in the groups with injury to the mesentery and liver in order to find out how the data derived from the group with splenic injury differ from that observed in the group with injury to the abdominal viscera other than spleen. The results obtained could be summarized as follows: 1) The presence and status of active bleeding from the injured spleen could be clearly demonstrated by photoscanning as well as measurement of radioactivity on the body surface. 2) The level of elevation of radioactivity over the midabdomen and the left upper quadrant of the abdomen was most closely correlated with the pattern of hemorrhage from the injured spleen when the examination was done 3 to 6 hours following injury to the spleen, whereas the radioactivity over the sites of hemorrhage due to splenic injury occasionally did not erroneously showed elevation when the examination was carried out as late as 12 hours after injury to the spleen. 3) In the case that marked hemorrhage from spleen took place, the radioactivity over the midabdomen correspondingly revealed a great increase reaching 4 to 6 times that of normal, and radioactivity at the left upper quadrant of the abdomen was also elevated considerably. The midabdomen: liver ratio appears to have value as a simple expression of severity of intraperitoneal hemorrhage from the spleen. Such an elevation of radioactivity could be observed at the midabdomen as early as an hour after and at the left upper quadrant 4 hours after injection of chromium-51 labeled red cells, with its peak at 6 hours following injection. 4) The picture of photoscan closely correlated with the value of the counts of radioactivity, although the scan more objectively and clearly demonstrated the actual state of hemorrhage from the spleen. However, determination of radioactivity at various sites of the abdomen was of substantial assistance in depicting hemorrhage from spleen more promptly and conveniently. 5) The outcome of the observations in the group with injury to the abdominal viscera other than spleen was different from that observed in the group with splenic injury, with only slight elevation of radioactivity at midabdomen being discernible in the former.

1998년 A. Young등은 공개키 기반구조(PKI)를 이용한 키 복구 시스템인 ARC를 제안하였다. 그리고 1999년 P.Paillier 등은 ARC를 개선하여 사용자의 증명서 저장공간이 필요 없는 SE-PKI 키 복구 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 2001년 유희종 등은 Paillier가 제안한 SE-PKI 키 복구 시스템에 비밀분산 개념을 추가하여 다수의 키 위탁 기관이 참여하는 키 복구 시스템을 제안했다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 scheme을 추가하여 사용자의 비밀키를 사용자만이 인증기관의 도움을 받아 키 위탁 기관으로부터 온 라인 상에서 안전하게 복구할 수 있는 키 복구 시스템을 제안한다. 이 키 복구 시스템에서는 사용자가 비밀키를 자주 변경하는 경우 이전 암호문을 복호화하기 위해 필요한 비밀키 관리가 용이하다.
