        다축 가진기를 이용한 시트 쿠션 프레임의 내구 전후 BSR 진동특성 연구

        1차 소음원을 저감시키기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔지만 BSR과 같은 감성품질에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적다. 본 논문은 다축 가진기를 이용한 시트 프레임의 BSR 시험을 실시한다. 정현파 스윕(sine wave sweep) 테스트를 실시하여 BSR 소음과의 관계를 연구하고 시트 프레임의 진동 내구 시험 전후 BSR 시험을 실시한다. 그 결과 첫 번째 수평(lateral)방 향 공진이 고주파의 BSR소음을 발생시키며 또한 레일의 위치에 따라 BSR 소음 특성이 변하는 것을 확인했다. 또한 시트 프레임의 내구 시험 후 시스템 강성이 감소하였고, 그에 따라 BSR 소음이 감소되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Many studies have examined the reduction of primary noise sources, but quality-related noise, such as BSR, is rarely studied. This study describes the quantitative BSR test method using a multi-axial simulator. The sine sweep test was conducted to detect the system resonance and its relation to BSR noise with high frequency. This method is applied to the seat frame with/without the vibration durability test. The results showed that the 1st lateral resonance leads to higher BSR frequency noise. In addition, the reduction of the lateral mode system stiffness after the durability test results in a decrease in the BSR noise in sine sweep test mode.

        There are lots of the narrow pass on alluvial channel of Korea. Most of research about this narrow pass of channel were focused on incremental effect of water level at backwater segment. In the meantime this research showed that it is important to valuate the river-bed variation at backward and forward around narrow pass. The sediment deposit at not only the backward of narrow pass but also the forward affected incremental effect of water level. The sediment deposit at the forward of narrow pass headed by sediment that passed through the narrow passed or scoured right around it.

        2차원 여분 메모리를 이용한 내장메모리의 자가치유회로 설계

        본 논문에서는 내장메모리의 고장을 효율적으로 치유하기 위해 2차원의 여분 메모리를 이용한 내장메모리의 자가치유회로를 제안한다. 내장메모리에 같은 행(열)에 다수의 고장이 발생할 경우에 기존의 1차원의 여분 열(행) 메모리를 이용할 경우에는 고장 수만큼의 여분 메모리 열(행)이 필요하나, 2차원의 메모리를 사용하는 본 방법에서는 하나의 여분 메모리 행(열)으로 치유가 가능하다. 또한, 가상분할 메모리방식을 이용함으로써 여분 메모리 열 전체가 아니라 부분 열을 이용하여 치유가 가능하다. 본 구조를 이용하여, 64×1 bit의 코어메모리와 2×8의 2차원 여분 메모리로 구성된 자가치유회로를 설계한다. 그리고, 고장검출을 위해서 13N March 알고리즘을 가진 자가테스트회로를 내장한다. 매그너칩 0.25㎛ CMOS공정을 이용하여 Full-Custom으로 설계한 결과, 10,658개의 Tr.수에 코어면적은 1.1×0.7㎟이 소요되었다. This paper proposes a built-in-self-repair (BISR) structure using 2-dimensional spare memory to effectively self-repair faults of an embedded memory. In case of multiple faults in the same row (column) of an embedded memory, the previous method using 1-D spare column (row) memory needs the same number of spare memory columns (rows) as the number of faults to self-repair them. while the new method using 2-D spare memory neeeds only one spare row (column) to self-repair them. Also, the virtual divided memory is adopted to be able to self-repair using not a full spare column memory but the only partial spare column memory corresponding to the faults. A self-repair circuit with 64×1-bit core memory and 2×8 2-D spare memory is designed. And the circuit includes a built-in-self-test block using the 13N March algorithm. The circuit has been implemented using the 0.25㎛ MagnaChip CMOS process and has 1.1 × 0.7 ㎟ chip area with 10,658 transistors.

        차량 시트 가진 및 작동 내구 BSR 시험법 연구

        자동차에서 발생하는 BSR 소음은 감성품질로써 최근에 크게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량 시트에서 발생하는 BSR 소음에 대하여 두 가지의 시험법을 적용하였다. 첫째, sine sweep 가진 BSR 시험법을 이용하여 저주파 가진으로 인해 발생하는 고주파의 BSR 소음을 정량적으로 분석할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 작동 시 주요 부위 가속도를 계측하는 작동 BSR 시험법을 이용하여 시트의 여러 조절 장치 중 하이트 조절 장치의 작동 BSR 소음원을 분석 할 수 있었다. 이때 내구 시험을 통해 소음원을 발생시켰으며 그에 상응하는 BSR 소음이 한 사이클 당 총 14회 발생하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 논문 에서 제시된 두 가지의 시험법은 시트의 BSR 소음을 보다 효과적으로 분석할 수 있다. BSR noise from automobiles is largely issued in recent as an emotional quality. This study describes the two test methods for determining BSR noise occurred in automotive seat system. First, the sine sweep test is found to be an effective excitation method for determining BSR noise with high frequency. Second, BSR operation test is introduced in such a way that BSR noise during operation of seat height system is measured by several accelerometer at each 800 cycles until 6400 cycles. The periodic noise signal is captured during one cycle after many cycles of operation. Two test method presented in this paper can be analyzed more efficiently BSR noise of the seat.

        순수 췌액 중 K-ras 유전자의 점 돌연변이 검출과 췌장암의 진단

        N/A Background/Aims: Despite considerable advances in imaging technique and diagnostic tool, early diagnosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma and differential diagnosis from chronic pancreatitis remain elusive. Mutations in K-ras oncogene at codon I are detected at 75 100% in pancreatic carcinornas and are believed to be a critical event in early stage of oncogenesis. As most pancreatic cancers are adenocarcinoma derived from the ductal epithelium, proliferating cancer cells ot the ductal nest may puss into pancreatic juice. Therefore the author attempted to detect K-ras mutations in DVA ohtained from pure pancreatic juice collected endoscopically as a novel noninvasive diagnostic method to detect pancreatic carcinoma. Methods: K-ras mutations were examined using the two-step polymerase chain reaction(PCR) combined with restriction enzyme digestion, followed by single strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP) analysis and direct sequencing. Results: Specific mutations of K-ras gene at codon 12 were found in seven of nine(77.8%) chict cell carcinonas by enriched PCR and SSCP method. K-ras mutations were not detected in the pancreatic juice frorn IO healthy control subjects, five patients with chronic pancreatitis, or two patients with mucinous cystadenoma. The most frequently observed type of mutations at codon 12 was G - C transversion(GCiT - CGT), resulting in alteration of glycine to arginine. There was no apparent correlation between the location, size or stage of the tumor and the detection rate of K-ras mutations at codon 12. Conclusions: Detection of K-ras mutation at codon 12 in pancreatic juice is a highly specific diagnostic modality for pancreatic ductal carcinoma and may be valuable for early detection of pancreatic carcinoma and differentiation between chronic pancreatitis and carcinoma.(Korean J Gastroenterol 1997;29:234-246)

        연부조직 교정술에 의한 무지 외반증의 치료

        Purpose: We are going to present a report from clinical and radiographic results of hallux valgus done only by soft-tissue procedure, when intermetatarsal joint is totally unfit under mild to moderate deformity. Materials and Methods: As a retrospective study, among all the patients who went under the surgery for hallux valgus, and of those who were possible to follow up,(excluding those whose intermetatarsal joint is fit) it was done over 28 cases (18 patients). the soft-tissue procedure was all done by Modified Mc Bride. Results: Hallux valgus angle and intermetatarsal angle each showed correction of $19.4^{\circ}$ and $5.2^{\circ}$, and from the final follow up, they were each decreased by $5.1^{\circ}$ and $1.5^{\circ}$. 21% (6case) were recurred, in one case, the intermetatarsal angle decreasing 120 and the other 5 case all decreased by $13^{\circ}$. Conclusion: when the intermetatarsal joint is unfit and there is no degenerative change, and, if the intermetatarsal angle is not large, moderate hallux valgus can show a good result, just by the distal soft-tissue procedure. a critical indication and a well through out preparation can reduce unneccessary surgeries.

        N/A Background/Aims: Tissue biopsy from the biliary tree is difficult because of the focal and sclerotic or small annular nature, lower cellularity and well differentiated tumor. Biliary cytology is an effective tnethod of obtaining a tissue diagnosis for bile duct stricture, and thie diagnostic sensitivity of endoscopic brush cytology (EBC) is reported as between 40% and 70% for malignant bile duct strictures. In this study, we prospectively analyzed the diagnostic value of endoscopic brush cytology and aspiration bile cytology in patients with extrahepatic bile duct strictures. Methods: 30 patients with extrahepatic bile duct strictures diagnosed at endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography underwent endoscopic brush cytology and aspiration bi]e cytology. 25 patients had malignant strictures and 5 patients had benign strictures, brushings were taken using a cytology brush(6Fr) or double lumen brush(8Fr) passed with a guide wire through the stricture. Results: The sensitivity and accuracy of brush cytology (60%; 15/25, 67%; 20/30) were significantly greater than bile cytology (20%; 5/25, 33%; 10/30). No false positive results were reported in brush cytology (specificity; 100%), but negative predictive value (33%; 5/15) was relatively low. There were no procedure related complications and the average sampling time was about five minutes. Conclusions: Endoscopic brush cytology is an effective, safe method of obtaining a tissue diagnosis for bile duct strictures, therefore EBC should be done routinely in bile duct strictures, but further prospective studies will be required to evaluate other new techniques such as endobiliary forceps biopsy or endoscopic fine needle aspiration or EBC with DNA flow cytometry because negative results do not exclude malignancy.(Korean J Gastroenterol 1996; 28: 832-844)

        Inflammatory fibroid polyps(IFP) is a relatively rare, benign polyp which is composed of fi- brous connective tissue, blood vessels, and infiltration of eosinophils. The majority of inflam- matory fibroid polyps has been reported with pathologic specimen in stomach and small intes tine. Terminal ileal inflammatory fibroid polyps differ from gastric lesion because they are larger and are almost all pedunculated. As a result, they tend to produce intussusception with intestinal obstruction. We present a case of inflamrnatory fibroid polyp of distal ileum causing intussusception with literature review.(Korean J Gastroenterol 1994; 26: 874 878)

        N/A Background/Aims: Jaundice is present in 19-44% of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) at the time of diagnosis. The mechanisms of jaundice are associated with cirrhosis, tumor infiltration into the hepatic parenchyma, and bile duct obstruction. Causes of obstructive jaundice secondary to bile duct obstruction in HCC are bile duct invasion of tumor, tumor thrombi, blood clot of hemobilia, and direct bile duct compression of tumor or metastatic lymph n3e. Methods: To evaluate levels and causes of bile duct obstruction in HCC patients with obstructive jaundice and to assess its survival according to causes of obstructive jaundice, we performed retrospective study, from March 1992 to June 1994, with HCC patients with obstnictive jaundice who under- went endoscopic retrograde cholangogiraphy and/or percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography. Results: The commonest level of bile duct obstruction was common hepatic duct(35.3%), followed by common bile duct(23.5%). The causes of obstruction type were tumor invasion(58.8%), tumor thromhi(29.4%), blood clot with hemobilia(5.97o), and bile duct compression hy tumor (5.9%), in order. The level of bile duct obstruction in most cases of tumor invasion was common hepatic duct while in cases of tumor thrombi, common bile duct was the frequent site. There v:as no difference in levels and types of bile duct obstruction according to tumor types of HCC. The su.rvival period of patients with tumor thrombi was significantly longer than that of patients with bile duct invasion(p0.05). Conclusions; HCC involving bile duct will be found frequently with increased use of direct cholangiograpy. The commonest type of bile duct obstruction in HC'C was duct invasion, so aggressive and adequate treatment for HCC may be useful in management of bile duct obstruction.       • 실내 온도 변화에 따른 수면 쾌적성 연구

        하절기 실내 온도의 변화에 따른 수면 후의 감성상태를 비교하고자 5명의 여성 피험자로 하여금 3 수준(22℃, 26℃, 30℃)의 실내온도에서 8시간 정도의 수면을 하게 한 다음 수면 쾌적성에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문분석 결과, 22℃와 26℃도 조건에서의 수면이 30℃도 조건에서보다 온도와 습도가 쾌적한 것으로 평가되었으며, 전반적으로 쾌적한 수면으로 평가되었다. 수면 후 집중력이나 식욕과 관련된 질문에서도 26℃도 조건이 가장 쾌적한 것으로 나타났다.
