        등록전환의 의의와 개선방안에 관한 연구

        토지이용이 다양해지고 그 중요성이 높아지면서 지적정보는 정확, 간편, 신속과 경제성을 크게 요구하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 욕구를 충족하기 위하여서는 지적제도의 발전이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 효율적인 지적측량을 위하여 정책에 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 그중 등록전환은 토지조사사업 당시 토지와 임야를 따로 조사함으로서 이인화된 공부로 말미암아 발생한 업무이다. 임야대장·임야도 등록지가 형질변경 되어 토지대장 지적도로 옮겨 등록하면서 정밀도를 높이는 측량을 실시한다. 이는 토지소유자의 측량수수료 부담을 주고, 국가의 정보관리 비용을 증가시키며, 지적불부합지 발생의 원인이 되는 업무이기도 하다. 등록전환 문제를 개선하기 위해서는 공부를 통합하고 임야의 형질변경에 대하여 측량없이 지목변경으로 지적정리 하는 방안과 지적재조사를 통하여 제도개편, 정보 확대 등록체계 통합, 정보관리 개선 및 불부합지 해소 등과 함께 등록전환을 폐지하거나 현재의 이원화 된 공부체계에서임야대장·임야도상에서 지목변경 하는 방안이 있다. 임야의 형질변경을 측량없이 지목변경만 하는 것은 토지소유자의 수수료 부담은 덜 수 있으나 공부의 통합으로 지번 설정의 혼란이 예상되고 이원화체계에선 형평성과 기준이 없으므로 지적재조사 추진이 완전하고 확실한 개선방안이다. Because land use and importance diversifies it is for cadastral information to require accuracy, convenience, rapidity and economical efficiency. To satisfy these social needs must precede the development of cadastral systems, such as registration conversion. The purpose of this study is to present a direction on the policy for the efficient conduct of this cadastral surveying. In 1910s Land Survey Project created the dualized cadastral records of forestry map and cadastral map so that Registration Conversion that replace forestry map with cadastral map by land alteration have been caused burden of survey fee, the increase of national information administration cost, and the source of cadastral discrepancy. In order to solve these problems, this paper offers following improvements: 1) To integrate dualized cadastral records in the land category alteration of forestry without surveying. 2) To integrate dualized cadastral records through renovation of cadastral. But the best of Improvements is to be integrated by renovation of cadastral because of abolition of registration conversion system, itself.

        지목설정 개선방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 지표면을 기준한 1필 1목의 지목제도에 대한 실태와 종류를 분석하였다. 우리나라 28개 지목으로는 토지현상을 정확하고 상세하게 나타낼 수 없음으로 개선방안을 마련하는데 그 목적이었다. 지목설정원칙을 변경하고 복수지목제도를 채택하고 지상·지하의 지목까지 설정하는 입체지목제도를 마련하였다. 토지이용이 다양한 전, 대, 잡종지 지목을 예로 들어 세분하였다. 복수입체지목제도는 토지행정, 산업분석, 위치정보 등의 자료들을 상세하게 제공함으로서 국가행정, 산업발전과 정보체계 구축에 기여할 것이다. The study is to analyze the kind and actual states of the land category system that one parcel has one land category in the base of the earth/s surface. Our country uses twenty-eight land categories. But those are not accurate for actual states of the land. In order to make out multiple-land category system which contained the ground and underground land category, It needs to change a principles to set up a land category and to take up a stereo-land category system. In this study, the indicators have been extracted through three phase of land category as the land category of dry field, land category of building site, miscellaneous land category. Multiple stereo-land category system will be offered a full detail of the data in the land administration, Industrial analysis, positioning information etc. Multiple stereo-land category system will be contributed to national administration, development of the industry, establishing of the information system.

        지적제도의 발전방향에 관한 연구

        토지는 국가의 기본요소로서 인간생활의 터전이자 생산활동의 기초자원이며, 지적은 토지에 관한 기본석 정보를 둥록관리하는 정부의 기초행정이다. 우리나라 지적제도는 1세기전 토지를 조사하여 그동안 오랜 사용으로 지적불부합이 산적하고 축척이 다앙하며 등록정보가 지극히 부족하다. 부동산 공시제도는 지적과 등기, 토지와 건물로 관리기관이 다원화되고 공부의 종류가 다양하여 부동산정보체계구축에 한계가 있으므로서 다양한 토지정보수요에 부응하지 못하고 있다. 시식정보회의 글로벌 사회에서 뒤지지 않기 위해서는 선진 각국들과 같이 지적재조사사업을 조속히 시행하여 등록정보를 확대하며, 토지와 건물 부동산관리를 통합하고 지직과 등기의 부동산공시를 일원화하여 부동산 관련정보를 종합적 체계적으로 구축하여야할 것이다. 이는 지적의 발전과 산업의 발전에 기여하며, 세계에서 앞서가는 국가 경쟁력을 발휘할 것이다. Our country Cadastral systems area fire coincidence hes in a heap by long use meantime investigating soil 1 century ago and representative fraction is various and registration information is extremely lacking. Because real estate disclosure system managing agency is diversified to Cadastial and registration, land and building and kind of study is various, is not meeting in various land information demand as is limit in real estate information system construction. Expand registration information because enforces area reexamination business with advanced every countries as soon as possible not to fall behind on grovel society of knowledge information, and integrates land and building real estate administration and because real estate public notification of land register and registration does work won currency real estate relevant information synthetic systematically construct should. This may contribute in development of area and development of industry, and display country competitive power that go first in the world.

        부유성 (浮遊性) 고형유기탄소 (固形有機炭素) 측정에 있어서 은제부막 (銀製溥膜) 휠타의 탄소공백치 결정에 관한 연구

        The combustion of silver filter at 450℃ in the open air muffle furnace reduces the blank carbon of the filter to average of 13.5 μg of carbon with some consistancy. The blank carbon determination from deep sea samples was tested by regression analysis of different volume filtered. Precombustion of the filters can be a convenient practice prior to the measurement of particulate organic carbon in the field although the presence of absolute amount of the back ground carbon retained on the filter should be recognized particularly for the deep sea samples. Larger volume of filtration was suggested to minimize the blank carbon whenever possible.

        한국 재래식 간장덧 발효시 대두 자숙 폐액 첨가가 젖산발효 촉진에 미치는 영향

        재래식 간장의 맛을 개선하기 위하여 대두 자숙액, 당 및 젖산균과 효모를 접종하고 자연조건에서 발효시키면서 젖산발효와 알코올발효 효과를 조사하였다. 젖산균과 효모 접종구에서 젖산의 생성량이 2.91%로 가장 높았고, 그 다음이 간장 덧에 당만을 첨가한 구에서 2.38%, 대두 자숙액 만을 첨가한 대조구에서 2.05%로 나타나 모든구의 간장에서 젖산발효의 효과가 있었으나, 알코올은 모든 처리구에서 소량 검출되어 젖산균에 의해 생성된 초산 때문에 효모의 생육이 저해되어서 알코올발효 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 기호도에서도 젖산균과 효모 접종구와 당 첨가구가 우수하였다. In order to evaluate the effects of addition of soybean boiling waste liquor (SBWL) and sugar and inoculation of the lactic acid bacteria and yeast starter culture in Korean traditional kanjang mash, three types of kanjang were prepared in a clay pot of 100 l volume and compared the characteristics of lactic acid fermentation. The mashing compositions of the types of kanjang were as follows: (1) control treatment mash was prepared with meju : 20% salt solution (1:4) and SBWL, (2) kanjang mash with 3.5% added sugar to the control type mash and (3) kanjang mash with 3.5% added sugar and inoculation of the lactic acid bacteria and yeast starter culture 35 days after mashing to the control type mash. (1), (2) and (3) of kanjang mash were found to be effective in increasing the lactic acid content and improving the organoleptic characteristics of kanjang. But the effect of yeast starter culture was not clear because osmophilic yeasts were inhibited by metabolite(acetic acid) produced by lactic acid bacteria. The lactic acid content of (1), (2) and (3) kanjang was 2.05, 2.38 and 2.91% respectively in 90 day-matured kanjang.

        교양교육에서 효과적인 팀 티칭(team teaching)의 구성 및 방법분석

        It appears that liberal arts education has become an important part of university education, constituting about 20 to :30% of the entire school curriculum. As liberal arts education gains more importance, however, many problems seem to arise and there is much room for improvements in all aspects of current liberal arts education. As a result, it seems necessary to satisfy students' need for liberal arts education, to improve the quality of the education, and to develop and try various teaching methods. Out of various methodologies that may help solve the problems, the most desirable appears to be team--teaching, a method in which professors specialized in different areas form a team and jointly teach a single liberal arts course Given this state of affairs. this paper investigates the reality of liberal arts education at the university level and explores the possibility of employing the team-teaching method in actual classes for a hetter liberal arts education. Based on research conducted and its analysis, it also makes the following suggestions. First. it is necessary to make great improvements in the contents and teaching methods of liberal arts education. Second, it is very effective to employ the team-teaching method in liberal arts education since this education, by nature, requires collaborative and interactive work. Third, the allotment learn-teaching method, in which faculty members are responsible for certain groups of students, should be employed more immediately in colleges of humanities, social sciences, arts, and physical education than in other colleges because those colleges offer a wide varicty of liberal arts courses and require many classes of small sizes. Fourth. the instruct.or-rotation team-teaching method, in which professors change classrooms and teach, should be introduced into any liberals arts courses which deal with unrelated topics or materials and have a collaborative and interactive nature Fifth, it seems good to employ the so -called student - rotation team teaching method, which requires students to change classrooms for lectures. in those liberal arts courses that frequently use various school facilities, equipment, and materials.

        영산호의 (榮山湖) 육수학적연구 (陸水學的硏究) : Ⅱ. 하구에 새로이 형성된 호수의 영양염류 및 식물플랑크톤 색소량의 분포와 기초생산성에 대하여

        Lake Yongsan, a newly formed and shallow reservoir lake dammed in an estuary is characterized by variable nutrient and plant pigment contents and low primary productivity. During the survey period June 1983 to July 1984, phosphate concentration recorded variability of 0.15 to 1.23 mg/l with annual mean of 0.26 mg/l; nitrate content was in the range of 0.31 to 5.15 mg/ l with annual mean of 1. 79 mg/ l; ammonia content varied from 0.04 to 1.35 mg/ l with annual mean of 0.37 mg/ l. Chlorophyll a concentration ranged widely from 0.12 to 11.32 mg/m³ through the year with an annual mean of 2.19 mg/m³. Annual mean of plant carotenoid was 1.55 mg/m³. A relatively small quantity of primary productivity was measured as annual mean of 0.27 mgC/m³/hr. The general trend in spatial distribution of Chlorophyll a content and primary productivity was increasing with increasing distance from the river barrier.

        쐐기형 요철이 설치된 사각덕트에서의 열/물질전달 및 압력강하 특성

        The present study investigates the convective heat/mass transfer characteristics and pressure drop inside the rib-roughened cooling passage of gas turbine blades. The internal cooling passage is simulated using a square duct with h- and V-shaped rectangular ribs which have a 60。attack angle. A naphthalene sublimation technique is employed to determine the detailed local heat/mass transfer coefficients using the heat and mass transfer analogy. The ribs disturb the main flow resulting in the recirculation and secondary flows near the ribbed wail. The secondary flow patterns and the local heat transfer in the duct are changed significantly according to the rib orientation. A square duct with ∧ - and V-shaped ribs have two pairs of secondary flow due to the rib arrangement. Therefore, the average heat/mass transfer coefficients and pressure drop of ∧ - and V-shaped ribs are higher than those of the continuous ribs with 90$^{\circ}$ and 60$^{\circ}$attack angles. The ∧-shaped ribs have higher heat/mass transfer coefficients than the V-shaped ribs, and the uniformity of heat/mass transfer coefficient are increased with the discrete ribs due to the flow leakage and acceleration near the surface.

        The limnology of Lake Yongsan, a freshwater reservoir recently built in the Yongsan Estuary, was studied in relation to physical conditions. The lake sampled for 14 months at monthly interval in 1983∼1984. Water temperature varied widely from a monthly average low of 1. 0℃ to a high of 30.7℃. Water structure was isothermal and homogeneous throughout the yearly survey. Salinity ranged from 0. 03 to 0.45‰ and tended to increase toward the barrier indicating some salt water intrusion. Extremely low transparencies prevailed throughout the survey period with Secchi disc depths ranging from 0. 25 to 1. 80 m. Conductivity was generally high with annual mean of 592.2 ㎛hos/cm while the annual mean pH range was 5.4∼9.4 with an annual average of 7. 2. The annual mean of alkalinity was 64.8 ㎎/ℓ. Dissolved oxygen content varied widely from 0. 90∼14. 44 ㎎/ℓ and had an annual mean of 8. 40 ㎎/ℓ. The BOD was relatively high, suggesting that allochthoncus organic material loading was occurring. The lake appears to be still in the early stages of development and has not yet reached equilibrium conditions. Other limnological factors are also described and discussed.
