        대학 계열별 교육수요자의 대학이미지, 대학만족, 전공만족, 학업지속의향의 차이분석

        This study is a secondary study by Choi and Jang(2023), who proved the structural relationship among the factors of academic persistence intentions. Some of the research data were used, and the data were collected through an additional survey. It has been analyzed and identified in an integrated manner. The purpose of this study was to analyze the predictive variables, including academic persistence intentions, such as university image, university satisfaction, and major satisfaction, by major field. As of 2023, university students from freshman to senior or higher enrolled at a women's university in Seoul by the convenience sampling were studied. A total of 527 questionnaires were used for the final statistical analysis, excluding the questionnaires that were not available as analysis data. Excluding major satisfaction, it was found that there were the differences between groups in university image, university satisfaction, and academic persistence intentions by major field. Specifically, it could be interpreted that the subjects of the study were generally highly satisfied with the chosen major, and there was a difference between the arts and sport field and the engineering field for other variables. In order to maintain the continuity of college students' studies to the end, it is necessary to analyze them from the perspective of the university system and structure in terms of specialization of university and majors. Focusing on the university's specialization plan and mid-to long-term development plan, it is necessary to enhance the competitiveness of major, prevent dropout, and support the efforts customized to educational demanders. It would be an important basic data for each university to find the ways to overcome the practical difficulties faced by higher education institutions and devise the customized strategies. 이 연구는 대학 학업지속의향 요인들의 구조적 관계를 증명한 최진호와 장은정(2023)의 2차적 조사이다. 그 연구 자료 일부를 활용하였으며 추가 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하여 통합적으로 분석 파악하였다. 연구의 목적은 학업지속의향을포함하여 그 예측변인들인 대학이미지, 대학만족, 전공만족을 대학 계열별로 차이분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울 지역 소재 4년제 여자대학교의 재학생들이였다. 비확률표본추출법(non-probability) 중 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling)을 이용하여 2023학년도에 등록된 1학년에서 5학년 이상을 조사대상으로 하였다. 총 527부의 설문지가 최종 통계분석을 위해 활용되었으며 분석 자료로 이용하기 불가능한 설문지는 제외시켰다. 전공만족을 제외하고는 대학이미지, 대학만족, 학업지속의향은 대학 계열별 집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 판명되었다. 구체적으로 연구 대상자들은 선택한 전공에 대해서 대체적으로 높게 만족하는 것으로 해석될 수 있으며 그 외의 변인들에 대해서는 예체능계열과 공학계열 간의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 학업지속을 끝까지 유지시키기 위해서는 대학과 전공의 특성화 차원에서 그 대학 제도나 구조 등의 관점에서 분석해야 한다. 그 대학의 특성화 계획과 중장기 발전계획을 중심으로 전공의 경쟁력 제고와 중도탈락 예방 전략, 그리고 교육소비자 맞춤형 지원 노력 등이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 고등교육기관이 처해있는 현실적 난관을 극복하기 위한 방안을 대학 계열별로 모색하고 맞춤형 전략을 강구하는데 중요한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

        기억. 학습장애 동물모델 SAMP8에 미치는 알로에(Aloe vera)의 영향 II. SAMP8의 지질대사에 미치는 알로에의 투여효과

        Aloe(Aloe vera LINNE) has been used as a home medicine for the past several thousand in the world, and has been studied on various chronic degenerative diseases such as atherosclerosis, myocardiac infarction and hypertension. SMAP8, learning and memory impairment animal mode, were fed basic or experimental diets with 1.0% of freeze dried(FD)-Aloe powder for 8 months. This study was designed to investigate the effects of Aloe on body weight gain, grading score of senescence(GSS), triglyceride, total and LDL-cholesterol levels, and atherogenic index in serum of SAMP8, and also designed to investigate the effects of Aloe on cholesterol accumultions in mitochondria and microsome fractions of SAMP8 brain. Body weight gain was consistently lower in aloe group than in control group, but no significantly differences between them. Grading score of senescence resulted ina marked decreases pf 20% in 1.0% Aloe group compared with control group. Administrations of 1.0% aloe resulted ina marked decreases in 15% and 20% of triglyceride and cholesterol levels, respectively, and also significantly decreased in 15% of LDL-cholesterol levels and atherogenic index in serum of SAMP8 compared with control group. Cholesterol accumulations were significantly inhibited in 20% and 10% of mitochondria and microsome fractions of SAMP8 brain, respectively, by administration of 1.0% Aloe. These results suggest that administration of Aloe mau not only effectively inhibit chronic degenerative diseases in serum of SAMP8, but may also improve learning and memory impairments of SAMP8 brain.

        Aloe(Aloe arborescens M$_{ILL}$) has been used as a home medicine for the past several thousand in the world, and has been studied on anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activities, hypotension, atherosclerosis, myocardiac infartion, apoplexy, diabetes as a chronic digenerative disease, tumors, gastrointestinal tract, liver and pancreas' diseases, and genitourinary tract etc. SAMP8 as a learing and memory impairment animal model were fed basic and/or experimental diets with 1.0% freezing dried(FD)-aloe for 8 months. The passive avoidance tests such as acqusition trial and retention test were significantly higher in aloe group than in control group. Grading score of senescence resulted in a marked decreases in aloe group compared with control group. Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activity was remarkably increased in aloe group compared with control group. Neurotransmitters such as dopamine(DA) and serotonin(5-HT) almost did not change by the feeding of aloe-added diet, but their metabolites such as homovanillic acid(HVA) and 5-hydroxy-indole acetic acid(5-HIAA) in aloe group were significantly increased compared with control group. Therefore, the ratios of HVA/DA and 5-HIAA/5-HT as a ratio of metabolite on neurotransmitter were significantly increased by the feeding of aloe-added diet. These results suggest that aloe vara may be activated acetylcholinesterase, the metabolite of neurotransmitter, and ratios of metabolite on neurotransmitter, resulting ina greater prevention of learning and memory impairments such as Alzheimertype dementia.

        담수어의 지질에 관한 연구 8. 천연 및 양식 잉어와 이스라엘 잉어의 지질성분 비교

        양식 잉어의 품질을 지질성분면에서 평가하기 위하여 천연 및 양식 잉어의 지질 조성 및 이들 지질의 구성지방산을 분석${\cdot}$비교하였고, 이스라엘 잉어의 지질성분과도 비교하였다. 또 양식 잉어 및 이스라엘 잉어의 지방산과 사료 지방산을 분석${\cdot}$비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 총지질 함량은 양식 잉어가 천연 잉어보다는 약간 낮은 반면 이스라엘 잉어와는 거의 비슷하였다. 부위별로는 천연 및 양식 잉어는 내장부가 가식부보다 총지질이 2배 이상 높았으나, 이스라엘 잉어는 가식부와 내장부가 거의 비슷하였다. 2. 천연 및 양식 잉어와 이스라엘 잉어의 지질 조성은 거의 비슷한 경향을 나타내고 있었다. 즉 중성지질이 대부분을 차지하고 당지질과 인지질은 아주 적었다. 또 부위별 지질 조성을 비교해 보면 중성지질의 함량은 천연 잉어의 경우는 내장부가 가식부보다 많은 반면 양식 잉어와 이스라엘 잉어는 그 반대였다. 가식부의 당지질과 인지질 함량은 양식 잉어의 경우는 당지질이 인지질보다 많은 반면 이스라엘 잉어는 인지질이 당지질보다 많았다. 또 중성지질은 TG의 함량이 가장 많았으며 인지질은 PC와 PE가 가장 많았다. 3. 가식부의 중성지질의 중요 구성지방산 함량은 $C_{18:1},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:3},\;C_{22:5},\;C_{22:6}$산은 양식 잉어가 천연 잉어보다 높은 반면, $C_{16:0},\;C_{18:0},\;C_{16:1},\;C_{20:4},\;C_{20:5}$산은 천연 잉어가 양식 잉어보다 높았다. 이스라엘잉어의 경우에는 $C_{18:2}$산의 함량이 천연 및 양식 잉어에 비해 상당히 높게 나타났다. 인지질의 경우는 $C_{18:0},\;C_{18:1},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:3},\;_C{22:6}$산은 양식산이 천연산보다 많은 반면 $C_{16:0},\;C_{16:1},\;C_{20:4},\;C_{20:5},\;C_{22:5}$산은 천연산이 양식산보다 높았다. 4. 중성지질의 불포화도(TUFA/TSFA)는 양식산이 천연산보다 약간 높았으며, 또 이스라엘 잉어는 양식 잉어보다도 약간 더 높았다. 인지질의 경우도 이스라엘 잉어>양식 잉어>천연 잉어의 순이었다. 필수지방산 함량(TEFA)은 중성지질의 경우 가식부는 양식 잉어가 천연 잉어보다 높은 반면 내장부는 천연 잉어가 양식 잉어보다 높았다. 인지질의 경우는 가식부에서 이스라엘 잉어가 천연 및 양식 잉어보다 약간 더 높고, 또 천연 잉어가 양식 잉어보다 높았다. 5. w3고도불포화지방산 함량 (w3 HUFA)은 중성지질의 경우는 필수지방산 함량의 경향과 거의 비슷하였고 인지질의 경우는 이스라엘 잉어가 가장 높고, 양식 잉어, 천연 잉어의 순이었다. 6. 사료 지방산(C)에 대한 양식 잉어의 지방산(A)의 비(A/C) 및 이스라엘 잉어의 지방산(B)의 비(B/C)를 비교하여 보면 양식 잉어는 $C_{20:5}\;w3(0.12),\;C_{22:5}\;w6(0.53),\;C_{22:5}\;w3(0.68),\;C_{22:6}\;w3(0.26)$산이 아주 낮았고, 이스라엘 잉어는 $C_{18:3}\;w3(0.61),\;C_{20:5}\;w3(0.11),\;C_{22:4}\;w6(0.16),\;C_{22:5}\;w6(0.07),\;C_{22:6}\;w3(1.53)$산이 아주 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 주로 이들 w3고도불포화지방산들이 polyene산의 생합성 및 성장률에 깊이 관계할 가능성이 있다고 판단되었다. As a part of serial study for comparing lipid components in freshwater fishes, this work was undertaken to compare the lipid components among wild and cultured carp, Cyprinus carpio, and Israeli carp, Cyprinus carpio nudus. The lipid components of cultured carp were analyzed and compared with those of wild and Israeli carp. In the content of total lipid, the lipid content in cultured carp was slightly lower than that in wild one, but similar to that in Israeli carp. The lipid contents in viscera of wild and cultured carp were 2 times higher than those in edible portion, but the lipid content in viscera of Israeli carp showed a similar trend to that in edible portion. In the fatty acid composition of neutral lipid in edible portion, percentages of $C_{18:1},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:3},\;C_{22:5}\;and\;C_{22:6}$ in cultured carp wire higher than those in wild one, while percentages of $C_{16:0},\;C_{18:0},\;C_{16:1},\;C_{20:4}\;and\;C_{20:5}$ lower, and percentage of $C_{18:2}$ in Israeli carp was noticeably higher than that in wild and cultured carp. In the case of phospholipid in edible portion, percentages of $C_{18:0},\;C_{18:1},\;C_{18:2},\;C_{18:3}\;and\;_C{22:6}$ in cultured carp were higher than those in wild one, while percentages of $C_{16:0},\;C_{16:1},\;C_{20:4},\;C_{20:5}\;and\;C_{22:5}$ lower. The unsaturation (TUFA/TSFA) of neutral lipid in cultured carp was slightly higher than that in wild one, but slightly lower than that in Israeli carp. In the case of phospholipid, the unsaturation showed a similar trend to that of neutral lipid. The essential fatty acid content(TEFA) of neutral lipid in edible portion of cultured carp was higher than that of wild one, but that in viscera lower. In the case of phospholipid in edible portion, the essential fatty acid content in Israeli carp was slightly higher than that in wild and cultured carp, and that in wild one was higher than that in cultured one. The w3 highly unsaturated fatty acid contents(w3 HUFA) of neutral lipid almost showed a similar trend to the essential fatty acid contents in wild and cultured carp, and Israeli carp. In the case of phospholipid, the w3 HUFA in Israeli carp was considerably higher than those in cultured and wild carp. In the ratio (A/C) of fatty acid content(A) in cultured carp to that(C) in diet, the A/C ratios of $C_{20:5}\;w3(0.12),\;C_{22:5}\;w6(0.53),\;C_{22:5}\;w3(0.68)\;and\;C_{22:6}\;w3(0.26)$ were much lower and in the ratio (B/C) of fatty acid content (B) in Israeli carp, the B/C ratios of $C_{18:3}\;w3(0.61),\;C_{20:5}\;w3(0.11),\;C_{22:4}\;w6(0.16),\;C_{22:5}\;w6(0.07)\;and\;C_{22:6}\;w3(0.79)$ were also lower than the other fatty acid. Consequently, it is considered that the ratios of w3 HUFA is related to the biosynthesis of polyenoic acid and growth rates of cultured and Israeli carp.

      • Studies on Anti-aging Action of Garlic, Allium sativum L. (I). Comparative Study of Garlic and Ginseng Components on Anti-aging Action

        강장 강정효과가 있는 것으로 구전되고 있는 마늘과 인삼성분의 생체노화억제 작용을 Harman의 유리가설을 중심으로 비교하였다. 마늘의 유효성분인 alliin (S-allyl-L-cysteine sulfoxide)과 ethanol 획분, 그리고 인삼의 중요 약러성분인 사포닌의 효과를 in vitro 및 in vivo 실험을 통하여 조사 비교하였다. 이들 성분들의 항산화활성, 유도기간 및 과산화지질생성억제효과는 각각 EDA (electron donating ability), POV (peroxide value) 및 TBA value로써 비교하였고, 과산화지질생성억제 및 분해작용과 관계가 있는 효소활성은 SOD (superoxide dismutase) 및 peroxidase activity 로써 비교하였다. in vivo 실험에서는 SD rat (male, 200 g) 11마리씩을 1군으로 하여 마늘 및 인삼성분을 매일 1회씩 4주간 경구투여 (p.o.)하여 in vitro와 같은 방법으로 측정하여 생체노화에 미치는 영향을 분석 비교하였다. in vitro에서 마늘의 ethanol 분획과 인삼사포닌은 EDA활성 및 과산화지질 생성초기의 유도기간 등에 의한 항산화활성이 거의 비슷했고, 경시적으로 측정한 TBA value는 초기단계에서는 마늘성분들이 인삼사포닌보다 효과적이였으나 6시간 이후에는 인삼사포닌이 마늘성분들보다 효과적이었다. 따라서 마늘은 속효성인데 반해 안상은 지효성을 나타내고 있었다. in vivo에서 TBA value는 혈액과 뇌에서는 인삼사포닌이, 또 간장에서는 마늘의 alliin이 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 한편 SOD 및 peroxidase의 활성을 비교하여 보면 간장에서는 마늘성분이 인삼사포닌보다 효과적인 반면 뇌에서는 인삼사포닌이 마늘성분들보다 효과적이었다. This study was designed to compare the inhibitory effects of garlic and ginseng components on lipoperoxide formation in vitro and in vivo, and to correlate with anti-aging effect. To this end, antioxidant activity, induction period and lipoperoxide content were measured by the methods of electron donating ability (EDA), peroxide value (POV) and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) value. Also superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase activities were measured by the pyrogallol autoxidation (${\Delta}A_{420nm}/min$) and initial velocity (${\Delta}A_{436nm}/min$), respectively. Ethanol fraction and ginseng saponin showed a similar trend to the antioxidant activity and induction period in the initial stage of lipid prooxidation in vitro. From the inhibitory effects on lipoperoxide formation by the TBA value, garlic components such as alliin and ethanol fraction were more effective than ginseng saponin in the initial stage, whereas ginseng saponin was more effective than garlic components after six hours. Therefore, it is believed that garlic components are having a immediate effect, whereas ginseng saponin is having a delayed effect. In superoxide dismutase activity of in vivo, garlic components such as alliin and ethanol fraction were more effective than ginseng saponin in liver, whereas ginseng saponin was more effective than garlic components in brain. The peroxidase activity in liver was also 10 times higher than that in brain as superoxide dismutase activity. Accordingly, it is believed that the function of liver also plays an important role in anti-aging action. Also in peroxidase activity of in vivo, saponin was known as major component of ginseng was higher than garlic components in both of liver and brain, suggesting that ginseng saponin is possible to be related to psychopharmacological action. In the inhibitory effects on lipoperoxide formation of in vivo, garlic component was more effective than ginseng saponin in liver, whereas ginseng saponin was more effective than garlic component in blood.

        MOSFET의 특성변화에 따른RF 전력증폭기의 신뢰성 특성 분석

        MOSFET 트랜지스터의 전기적인 특성 변화에 따른 Class-E RF 전력 증폭기의 신뢰성 특성을 분석하였다. Class-E 전력 증폭기에서 MOSFET는 높은 효율을 얻기 위해 스위치로 동작하며, 이로 인해 MOSFET가 off 되었을 때 드레인 단자에 높은 전압 신호가 발생한다. 회로가 동작함에 따라 높은 전압의 스트레스로 인하여 MOSFET의 문턱 전압은 증가하고 전자의 이동도는 감소하여 MOSFET의 드레인 전류는 감소하게 된다. Class-E 전력 증폭기에서 MOSFET의 전류가 감소하면 전력 효율 및 출력 전력은 감소하게 된다. 그러나 class-E 전력증폭기에서 작은 부하 인덕터를 사용할 경우 큰 인덕터를 사용하는 경우에 비 해 신뢰성 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 1mH의 부하 인덕터를 사용한 경우 $10^{7}$초 후에 드레인 전류는 46.3%가 감소하였으며, 전력 효율은 58%에서 36%로 감소하였다. 그러나 1nH의 부하 인덕터를 사용한 경우 드레인 전류는 8.89%, 전력 효율 59%에서 55%로 감소하여 우수한 신뢰성 특성을 보여주었다. The reliability characteristics of class-E RF power amplifier are studied, based on the degradation of MOSFET electrical characteristics. The class-E power amplifier operates as a switch mode operation to achieve high efficiency. This operation leads to high voltage stress when MOSFET switch is turned-off. The increase in threshold voltage and decrease in nobility caused by high voltage stress leads to a drop in the drain current. In the class-E power amplifier the effects caused by the degradation of MOSFET drain current is a drop of the power efficiency and output power. But the small inductor in the class-E load network allows the reliability to be improved. After $10^{7}\;sec$. the drain current decreases 46.3% and the PAE(Power Added Efficiency) decreases from 58% to 36% when the load inductor is 1mH. But when the load inductor is 1nH the drain current decreases 8.89% and the PAE decreases from 59% to 55%.

        무기능 유황에 의한 메치오닌 대치가 부로일러의 성장율 및 영양소 대사에 미치는 영향

        A total of 468 day-old broiler chicks of Shaver strain was used in this experiment to study the effects of substitution of different levels of sodium sulfate for methionine on the growing performance, nutrient utilizability, serum amino acid content and retention of nitrogen and sulfur for a period of 6 weeks. Three levels of methionine (0, 0.2 and 0.4%) and four levels of sodium sulfate (0, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.6%) were arranged by 3×4 factorial design. The results obtained from a series of experimentation are summarized as follows; 1. A little improvement in growth rate and feed efficiency of chicks was obtained from adding sodium sulfate to a diet deficient in sulfur amino acids, although no statistical significance was found. 2. Concentration of almost all the neutral and acidic amino acids in serum hydrolyzates was decreased by feeding sulfur amino: acid-deficient and inorganic sulfate-supplemented diets. This finding was interpreted to mean that more amino acids had been incorporated into muscle protein than into serum protein by methionine-sparing action or some other possible specific actions of sulfate. The concentration of methionine itself was not decreased. This would mean that free methionine concentration in: serum was increased. 3. Dry matter and nitrogen free extract utilizations by chicks were increased with increasing levels of sodium sulfate but were decreased by increasing the dietary methionine level. Metabolizable energy content per kilogram of diet was also increased by adding sodium sulfate to the diet with low level of methionine and decreased by methionine supplementation (P$lt;0.01). 4. Nitrogen retention data showed the similar trend to those of utilizability of the other nutrients (P$lt;0.01). Significant interaction between methionine and sulfate was also found (P$lt;0.05). 5. Data for sulfur balance were largely dependent on nitrogen balance data with correlation coefficient, r=0.81 (P$lt;0.01). It is concluded from the results that growth response of chicks to sodium sulfate was at lean partially attributed to the action of sulfate to enhance utilizability of some nutrients and that sulfur metabolism was intimately related to metabolism of nitrogen. In this regard, more extensive studies are to be made to set up the metabolic significance of sulfur and dietary requirement of animals for sulfur.

        CMOS 공정을 이용한 온도 센서 회로의 설계

        본 논문에서는 온도 센서 및 온도 측정을 위한 제어회로를 설계하였다. 설계된 회로는 기존의 방법들과는 달리 일반적인 CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) 공정에서 추가 공정없이 제작 가능하도록 설계하였으며, 온도는 디지털 값으로 출력 되도록 구성하였다. 설계되어진 회로는 5volts 공급전압을 사용하였으며, 0.5${\mu}m$ CMOS 공정을 사용하였다. 온도 측정을 위한 회로는 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 제어회로, VCO(Voltage controlled oscillator), 카운터 그리고 레지스터로 구성되어 있다. PWM 제어회로의 동작 주파수는 23kHz 이며, VCO의 동작 주파수는 416kHz, 1MHz, 2MHz를 사용하였다. 회로의 동작은 SPICE(Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis)를 사용하여 확인 하였다. In this work, temperature sensor and control circuit for measuring temperature are proposed. The proposed circuit can be fabricated without additional CMOS fabrication process and the output of proposed circuit is digital value. The supply voltage is 5volts and the circuit is designed by using 0.5${\mu}m$ CMOS process. The circuit for measuring temperature consists of PWM control circuit, VCO, counter and register. consisted The frequency of PWM control circuit is 23kHz and the frequency of VCO is 416kHz, 1MHz and 2MHz, respectively. The circuit operation is analyzed by using SPICE.

        고려인삼의 노화억제작용에 관한 연구 ( 2 ) 디올 및 트리올사포닌의 과산화지질 생성억제효과

        The inhibitory effects of diol, triol and total saponins isolated from red ginseng on the lipoperoxide formation in vitro and in vivo were studied and correlated with anti-aging. To this end, antioxidant activity, induction period and lipoperoxide were measured by the methods of electron donating ability(EDA), peroxide value(POV) and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) value. Also superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase activities were measured by the pyrogallol autoxidation method (ΔA 420 ㎚/min) and initial velocity(ΔA 436 ㎚/ min), respectively. Diol and triol saponins were fractionated by Kiesel gel column chromatography (CHCl₃ MeOH-H₂O, 65:35:10, lower phase) and identified using authentic ginsenosides. The compositions of diol and triol saponins were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The comparative experiments of EDA, TBA value and induction period in vitro were carried out, and it was proved that triol saponin was more effective than diol saponin. This may be explained by the structural feature that triol saponin in contrast with diol saponin does not have glycoside linkage at the C₃ OH residue of 20(S)protopanaxatriol, and the hydroxyl group of C₃-position in triol saponin seems to be closely related to the antioxidative action. From the comparative study of diol and triol saponins on intraperitoneal (i.p.) and/or oral (p.o.) administrations, it was found that triol saponin was more effective than diol saponin in the inhibitory effects on the lipoperoxide formation of liver, kidney and blood. From the comparative experiments of superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity for both the i.p. and p.o. administrations, it was similarly indicated that the triol saponin group showed remarkable inhibitory effects in comparison with the diol saponin group. This may be due to the scavenger of superoxide radical (O₂^-·) by SOD in liver. In particular, the orally administered group showed more stronger inhibitory effects on the lipid peroxidation in comparison with the intraperitoneally administered group, suggesting that the continuous oral administration was more effective than the temporary administration. The peroxidase activity also showed a similar trend to the SOD activity in vitro and in vivo experiments.

        봉지종류와 수확시기가 '추황배'의 수상에서의 과피흑변과 과실품질에 미치는 영향

        '추황배' 배 과수원에 봉지종류와 수확시기를 달리하였을 때 수상의 과피흑변과 발생과 수확 후 과실품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 시험은 두 가지로, 첫 번째는 네 종류의 봉지(신문지외지/황색내지, 회색외지/황색내지, 신문지외지/흑색내지, 신문지외지/적색내지) 시험이었고, 두 번째 시험은 만개 후 160일, 170일, 180일, 190일, 200일에 수확하였을 때 과피흑변과와 과실품질을 조사하였다. 신문지외지/황색내지의 봉지가 투광도와 투기도 및 수분투과도인 물리성이 향상되었고, 신문지외지/적색내지가 봉지물리성이 낮은 경향을 보였다. 신문지외지/황색내지는 수상에서의 과피흑변과 발생이 나타나지 않았고, 신문지외지/적색내지를 괘대처리 한 과실에서는 약 12.7%의 과피흑변과가 관찰되었다. 과피흑변은 주로 과실의 중앙부와 과정부에서 집중적으로 발생되었다. 신문지외지/적색내지를 이용한 유대재배는 평균과중, 경도, 산도, 그리고 착색이 향상되는 경향을 보였다. 수확시기가 늦어질수록(만개 후 190일과 200일에 수확) 과피흑변, 평균과중, 당도가 증가되었고 반대로 과실경도와 산도는 감소되었다. 'Chuhwangbae' pears (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) were investigated on how types of paper bag and harvesting dates influenced on skin blackening before harvest as well as fruit quality after harvest. Experiments included four different types of paper bags (NP/YP, GP/YP, NP/BP, and NP/RP) and five different harvesting dates [160, 170, 180, 190, and 200 days after full bloom (DAFB)]. NP/YP and GP/YP indicated for newspaper- and gray paper-outer bag, respectively, with yellow paper-inner bag of the both. NP/BP and NP/RP indicated for newspaper-outer bag of the both with black paper- and red paper-inner bag, respectively. The NP/YP (newspaper/yellow paper) showed high absorbance and air and water vapor permeability in the bags, while the NP/RP (newspaper/red paper) resulted in poor physical properties in the bags. Fruit enclosed with NP/YP resulted in the absence of skin blackening, but fruit with NP/RP bags had the highest skin blackening (12.7%). Occurrence of skin blackening was concentrated on the middle and calyx end-part of fruit region. NP/RP bag treatment was likely to increase fruit weight, firmness, titratable acidity, and fruit surface color. Harvest at high relative humidity in air increased skin blackening of fruit. Later fruit harvest, such as 190 and 200 DAFB, increased skin blackening, fruit weight, and sugar content while decreasing fruit firmness and titratable acidity.
