        가상체험 기반 웨딩 애플리케이션 개발 및 소비자 반응 조사

        This study is analyzes how consumers view the market leading Virtual Wedding Application in order to contribute to the development of the wedding industry in the future. The research consists of the following steps: questionnaires with detailed items were used to develop the application, the wedding application was developed, and questionnaires were used to get consumer responses. The results are as follows: 1) paid application service providing useful information is appropriate for busy consumers. 2) Regular updates regarding wedding trend are needed. 3) Augmented reality or development of HMD based virtual experience programs should be considered as virtual experience technology on smart devices evolve. 4) Wedding consumers want all kinds of instant information to be presented in harmony, so the application should allow consumers to obtain and to purchase information at the same time. 5) The application can help consumers to share the process of total wedding coordination with others around them. 6) Since people’s awareness on virtual experience is relatively low, marketing strategies such as identifying the wedding application from other applications should be used as well as promoting useful functions are important.

        ITO/glass 기판위에 제작된 Cross linked PVA 유기 게이트 절연막의 전기적 특성

        The PVA (poly-vinyl alcohol) insulators were spun coated onto ITO coated glass substrates with the capacitors of Glass/ITO/PVA/Al structure. The effects of PVA concentrations (3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 wt%) on the morphology and electrical properties of the films were investigated. As the concentration of PVA increased from 3.0 to 5.0 wt%, the leakage current of device decreased from 17.1 to 0.23 pA. From the AFM measurement, the RMS value decreased with increasing PVA concentration, showing the improvement of insulator film roughness. The capacitances of the films with PVA concentrations of 4.0 and 5.0 wt% were about 28.1 and 24.2 nF, respectively. The lowest leakage current of 1.77 PA was obtained at the film thickness of 117.5 nm for the device with fixed PVA concentration of 5.0 wt%.

        얼굴 메이크업을 위한 머신러닝의 지도학습 방법 연구 -눈썹 반영구화장을 중심으로-

        The objective of this study was to find an effective supervised learning method in applying the advantages of machine learning to make-up. The subject of this study was the eyebrows, which greatly needed to be in harmony with other parts of the face. To achieve the objective, this study reviewed previous studies related to machine learning, face detection, and eyebrow design. Based on the literature review, this study identified that machine learning should focus on the measurement point of the face from the fact that (1) the semi-permanent eyebrow make-up treatment using machine learning was supervised learning and (2) measurement point error was the main issue in face detection-related studies. As a prerequisite for recommending eyebrow, it is necessary to elaborately learn measurement points for the overall face, those for the eye, close to the eyebrow, and those for lips, closely related to the length of the eyebrow. Therefore, this study presented measurement points for the overall face, eyes, and lips. Specifically, overall face, eyes, and lips required twelve, seven, and six measurement points, respectively. Moreover, as a result of the recommendation, five measurement points were needed for eyebrows and six shape data were required. To apply machine learning, a customer needs a step to experience that an eyebrow design recommended by machine learning is projected on the face of the customer in an augmented reality system similar to the existing make-up app and choose a desired shape. The machine learning-based recommendation system has many advantages over existing make-up programs and expert consultations. Above all, it provides a higher level of eyebrow designs through collaboration with experts, fundamentally expands the market for semi-permanent eyebrow make-up based on this, and furthermore, can be applied to various parts related to the contour of a face, such as lip line and hairline, which are advantages of it.

        저자 등은 1형 신경섬유종증 환자에서 발생한 흉강 내 악성말초신경초종 1예를 경험하였고 신경섬유종증을 가진 환자에서 흉강 내종괴를 보일 때 악성말초신경초종도 감별진단에 포함해야 할 것으로 생각된다. A malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) is a rare soft tissue tumor defined as any malignant tumor arising from or differentiating toward the cells of the peripheral nerve sheath. It is one of the malignant tumors associated with neurofibromatosis type 1 (von Recklinghausen`s disease). They occur most commonly on the lower and upper extremities, trunk, head, and neck, while intrathoracic tumors are very rare. We report an intrathoracic MPNST in a 66-year-old female with neurofibromatosis type 1. (Korean J Med 76:234-237, 2009)

        한국인에서 알파 1-항트럽신의 유전형

        연구배경 : 폐기종은 대개 흡연의 결과로 생기나 1-2%에서는 ${\alpha}_1$-antitrypsin (A1AT)의 유전적 결핍으로 인해 발병한다. A1AT의 유전적 이형에 대한 연구는 주로 서구인을 대상으로 한 것으로 저자들은 정상 한국인에서 A1AT의 유전형(genotype)을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 1998년 1월부터 2000년 5월까지 경북대학교병원 건강검진센타 방문자 가운데 문진, 흉부단순촬영, 폐기능검사 등을 통하여 만성폐쇄성폐질환 및 천식등이 없는 정상인 380명을 대상으로 하였다. A1AT의 M1(Ala), M1(Val), M2, S, Z alleles에 대한 중합효소 연쇄반응(PCR) 및 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP)를 시행하였다. 결 과 : A1AT 유전형의 빈도는 M1(Val)/M1(Val)형이 254예 (66.8%)로 가장 많았으며 M1(Val)/M2형 105예(27.6%), M2/M2형 19예 (5.0%), M1(Val)/M1(ala)형 2예 (0.5%) 순 이었다. 연령, 성별, 흡연력에 따른 유전자형의 분포도는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결 론 : 한국인에서는 A1AT 결핍과 관련이 있는 유전형을 갖는 사람은 없거나 매우 드물 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 한국인에서는 A1AT 결핍 외의 다른 유전적 요소가 폐기종의 발병에 관여할 것으로 생각된다. Background : Alpha-1-antitrypsin (A1AT) deficiency is the only established genetic risk factor for emphysema. This study was undertaken to investigate the prevalence of the genotypes of A1AT genotypes in healthy Koreans. Method : The study population consisted of 380 Healthy Koreans enrolled at the Health Promotion Center in Kyungpook National University Hospital. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphim (RFLP) for detecting the A1AT variants M1(Ala), M1(Val), M2, S and Z were used. Results : The genotypes of subjects were as follows : M1(Val)/M1(Val), 254(66.8%) ; M1(Val)/M2, 105(27.6%) ; M2/M2, 19 (5.0%) ; and M1(Val)/M1(Ala), 2 (0.5%). There was no case with 'deficiency' alleles such as S and Z found in this study. Conclusion : These results suggest that A1AT deficient alleles are either extremely rare or not present in Koreans.

        한국인에서 SERPINA1 유전자 다형성과 만성폐쇄성폐질환의 위험도

        연구배경: 만성폐쇄성폐질환의 대부분은 흡연과 연관되어 발생하지만 흡연자의 약 10∼20%에서만 만성폐쇄성폐질환이 발생하는 현상은 질환의 발생에 개체의 유전적인 소인이 관여함을 시사한다. 저자들은 α1-antitrypsin 단백질을 암호화하는 SERPINA1 유전자의 다형성에 따른 만성폐쇄성폐질환의 위험도를 조사하였다. 방법: 경북대학교병원 호흡기내과에서 만성폐쇄성폐질환으로 진단 받은 93명의 환자와 112명의 정상인을 대상으로 하였다. SERPINA1 유전자의 M1Val, M1Ala, M2, S와 Z 대립유전자(allele)는 중합효소연쇄반응과 restriction fragment length polymorphism을 이용하여 조사하였다. 결과: 환자군과 대조군 모두에서 S 및 Z allele은 없었으며, M1Val allele의 빈도는 환자군에서 유의하게 낮았다(73.6% vs. 82.7%, p=0.03). M1Val/M1Val 유전자형인 경우에 비해 M2 혹은 M1Ala allele을 갖는 유전자형인 경우 만성폐쇄성폐질환의 대응비는 1.86 (95% CI: 1.02∼3.41, p=0.04)으로 유의하게 높았다. M2 allele 갖는 유전자형인 경우 대응비는 1.77 (95% CI: 0.96∼3.27, p=0.07)이었으며, 연령에 따라 구분한 경우 64세 미만에서는 M2 allele을 갖는 경우 대응비가 3.09 (95% CI: 1.16∼8.21, p=0.02)로 유의하게 높았다. 결론: SERPINA1 유전자의 유전자형은 만성폐쇄성폐질환의 위험도를 결정하는 인자로 생각되나, 보다 많은 예를 대상으로 한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2008;65:285-291) Background: We conducted a case-control study to evaluate the potential association between SERPINA1 genotypes (M1Val, M1Ala, S, and Z) and the risk COPD. Methods: The study population consisted of 93 patients with COPD and 112 healthy controls. The polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism for detecting the SERPINA1 variants. Results: The M2 allele of the SERPINA1 gene was significantly associated with the risk of COPD in Koreans. The effect of the M2 allele on the risk of COPD was more pronounced in the subgroup<64 years. Conclusion: These results suggest that SERPINA1 polymorphisms may contribute to a genetic predisposition for COPD. However, additional studies with larger sample sizes are required to confirm our findings.

      • PVK:Ir(ppy)₃ 발광층을 가지는 고분자 발광다이오드의 제작

        ITO 투명전극을 양극으로 사용하고 PEDOT:PSS 고분자 물질위에 PVK와 Ir(ppy)3를 각각 host와 dopant로 사용하여 고분자 발광다이오드를 제작하였다. 전자 수송층의 역할로 TPBI, 음극으로 Al을 증착하여 최종적으로 ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PVK:Ir(ppy)3/TPBI/LiF/Al 구조를 갖는 녹색 인광 고분자 유기발광 소자(PhPLED)를 제작하였다. 제작 된 소자의 발광부 dopant인 Ir(ppy)3도핑 농도에 따른 전기적 광학적 특성을 평가하였다. PVK:Ir(ppy)3를 host와 dopant system으로 dopant Ir(ppy)3의 도핑 양을 0.5 wt%에서 2.5 wt%까지 씩 변화시키면서 최적의 농도를 찾고자 하였다. TPBI를 전자 수송층으로 사용 하였을 경우 최대 휘도는 약 8600 cd/m2 (at 8V)이고, 전류밀도는 337mA/cm2 를 나타내었다.

      • 유아동 한복 치수체계에 관한 연구 : 0세~12세 중심으로

        Hanbok is a popular children design and pattern of development, the mass production system via the Internet with market is active. Children s hanbok is also being released in a quirky fashion, but it is also not easy to purchase sizes that fit the shape of children s consumers as well as various designs. First of all, the KS standards and measurement specifications of domestic children s hanbok companies were reviewed, and the measurement data of a total of 5856 boys and girls aged 0 to 12 of the Size Korea were analyzed, and the measurement system of children s hanbok was presented. It is a basic item for setting the size of children s hanbok products and consumers product selection among the nominal and physical dimensions specified in the Korean Industrial Standards. The nominal and basic body dimensions are specified in key and 5cm deviation is shown. In addition, the designation and physical dimensions of a child s clothing are not given separately by class of clothing, such as children s clothing and adult clothing. Although all brands are classified and sold for boys and girls, it can be seen that the name tag is used to indicate the age of men and women, the scope of the name and reference body dimensions is not uniform, and is different from the naming method based on the height presented in the KS(2009). According to the correlation analysis of direct measurement data of a total of 5856 boys and girls aged 0 to 12 years old, both boys and girls were selected as the basic dimensions according to the KS standard s nomenclature criteria because the correlation between height, weight, width and circumference items is high. By applying the same key designation as KS children s clothing specifications, reference body dimensions are selected for easy and accurate weight selection by consumers who purchase hanbok.
