        정부가 2017년, 한 해에만 110억 원을 투자해 친환경에너지타운을 조성하겠다는 계획을 밝혔다. 친환경에너지타운은 화석연료 대신 친환경에너지로 운영되는 마을이다. 마을 내에서도 화석연료를 이용하지 않고, 다른 지역에서 보내오는 전력도 거의 사용하지 않는다. 오로지 마을에서 스스로 만든 친환경에너지로만 생활한다. 친환경에너지타운이 어떤 변화를 가져올 수 있을까?

      • 무선전용 다중 언어의 번역을 지원하는 변환기의 구현

        유선 환경에서 시작한 인터넷에 현재 존재하고 있는 웹 컨텐츠들을 모바일 환경에서 이용할 수 있게 하기 위하여 UP. Link 에서는 자동으로 HTML을 HDML로 번역해주는 기능을 가지고 있다. UP 브라우저에서 HTML 페이지를 억세스할 때 UP.Link 내의 에이전트는 번역기에게 HTML과 HDML 간의 번역을 처리하게끔 한다. I-Mode는 일본의 NTT-Docomo에서 개발 되었으며 이미 여러 가지 서비스를 통해 엄청난 컨텐츠를 보유하고 있다. Stinger 프로젝트에 의해 개발된 ME(Micro Explorer) 또한 많은 부가기능를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WAP에서 C-HTML과 mHTML의 컨텐츠를 수용할 수 있는 변환기를 설계하고 구현하였다. I-Mode의 C-HTML과 MS사의 ME는 HTML의 간이형으로 컨텐츠 제공 업자들이 다른 언어를 익힐 필요가 없으므로 WAP에 비해 컨텐츠 개발에 유리하다. C-HTML과 WML은 모두 모바일 환경에서 쓰이기 때문에 한 페이지 내에 제한되어 있는 용량 또한 비슷하다. 그러므로 C-HTML을 WML로, mHTML을 WML로 바꾸는 변환기를 개발하기 위해서 먼저 각 언어와 관련된 스펙을 분석하고 각각의 서로 대응되는 element를 찾아 표를 작성하고 난 후에 변환을 위한 알고리즘을 적용하여 변환기를 구현한다. 만약 대응되는 element가 없을 경우에는 WML에서 지원하는 여러 가지의 태그들을 조합하여 최대한 같은 형식으로 디스플레이 해줄 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 편집기에서는 변환된 WML 소스를 컨텐츠 저작자가 클립 기능을 이용하여 다른 내용을 추가하거나 내용을 바꿀 수 있도록 지원한다. 구현 결과 약 90% 이상의 변환이 가능하다.장 높았고 비만군이 9.840점(표준편차 4.638)로 가장 낮았으며, 남자에서는 과체중군이 14.780점(표준편차 4.601), 여자에서는 저체중군이 12.284점(표준편차 4.604)으로 체형존중감이 가장 높았고, 남(평균 10.166점, 표준편차 4.246), 여(평균 8.772점, 표준편차 5.723) 모두 비만군에서 체형존중감이 가장 낮았다. 4. 비만도와 체형만족도 및 체형존중감과의 상관관계는 비만도와 체형만족도(r= -.2081, p= .000), 비만도와 체형존중감(r= -.2250, p= .000)은 유의한 역상관관계를 나타내어 비만도가 높을수록 체형만족도와 체형존중감이 낮았다. 5. 일반적 특성에 따른 비만상태는 전체에서는 성별($chi^2$=88.136, p=.000), 체형에 대한 인식($chi^2$=242.371, p= .000)에서, 남자에서는 부의 체형($chi^2$=15.11, p= .019), 체형에 대한 인식($chi^2$=138.95, p= .000)에서, 여자에서는 모의 학력($chi^2$=19.46, p= .022), 체형에 대한 인식($chi^2$=143.35, p= .000)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 전체에서 성별은 남자에서 비만은 21.4%, 여자에서 비만은 6.6%로 남자가 비만인 경우가 더 많았고, 체형에 대한 인식은 자신의 체형이 말랐다고 인식하는 경우 비만은 0.7%, 보통이라고 인식하는 경우 비만은 9.3%, 비만하다고 인식하는 경우 비만은 64.6%로 나타났다. 남자에서 부의 체형이 마른 경우 실제 비만인 학생은 21.20%, 보통인 경우 UP Link is One of the commercial product which converts HTML to HDML convertor in order to show the internet www contents in the mobile environments. When UP browser accesses HTML pages, the agent in the UP Link controls the converter to change the HTML to the HDML, I-Mode, which is developed by NTT-Docomo of Japan, has many contents through the long and stable commercial service. Micro Explorer, which is developed by Stinger project, also has many additional function. In this paper, we designed and implemented WAP convertor which can accept C-HTML contents and mHTML contents. C-HTML format by I-Mode is a subset of HTML format, mHTML format by ME is similar to C-HTML, So the content provides can easily develop C-HTML contents compared with WAP and the other case. Since C-HTML, mHTML and WML are used under the mobile environment, the limited transmission capacity of one page is also similar. In order to make a match table. After that, we apply conversion algorithm on it. If we can not find matched element, we arrange some tags which only can be supported by WML to display in the best shape. By the result, we can convert over 90% contents.

      • 한국 여자연예인들의 헤어컬러트렌드 경향 분석 -2006년∼2012년대를 중심으로-

        This study inquired into the tendency of women’s entertainer hair color trends shown from popular culture during 2006∼2012. The results were as follows. Medium color of 5∼6 level middle-brightness has occupied large portion in 2006, and mid-low brightness ones with black color and dark color as dark series have shown gradually owing to economic stagnation in 2007, and the color market was slumped generally. In 2008, the medium color of middle-brightness appeared a lot owing to ‘naturalism’ influences, and lighter, brighter figures were displayed very much compared to 2007. In 2009, right colors of 7∼8 level high-brightness were general trends and the heavy and dark hair colors appeared to be changed into bright and transparent ones, and the right color of high-light showed strong tendency, and also the color sense of vivid tones was displayed a lot, but the black color did not almost appear. In 2011, a lot of bright and soft colors of high-brightness together with light colors that was crisp and stylish in reflected lights of middle-brightness were come out. Meanwhile, light colors of high-brightness in which the color sense became stronger and highlight occupied high rating in 2012, and the black color and dark color did not almost appear in 2011 and 2012.

        다문화 청소년의 언어긴장이 비행과 학교 부적응에 미치는 영향: 계승어 능력, 자아존중감, 부모지지의 조절효과 탐구

        한국 다문화 청소년의 비행 및 학교 부적응과 이중언어 간 관계를 이해하고 개인 내적·외적 체계의 다양한 보호요인을 탐구하려는 시도는 다문화 청소년의 비중이 증가하고 있는 사회적 상황에서 그 긴요성에 불구하고 아직은 희소한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 수행한 「다문화 청소년 패널조사」의 5차년도(2015년) 자료인 한국 다문화 청소년 1,279명을 대상으로 일반긴장이론을 분석의 틀로 사용하여 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 첫째, 부족한 한국어 능력 및 능숙함에서 비롯한 언어긴장이 다문화 청소년의 비행 및 학교 부적응에 미치는 영향, 둘째, 다문화 청소년의 계승어 능력, 자아존중감, 부모지지가 비행 및 학교 부적응에 미치는 영향, 셋째, 언어긴장과 비행 및 학교 부적응의 관계에 있어 다문화 청소년의 계승어 능력, 자아존중감, 부모지지가 보호요인으로서 갖는 조절효과를 탐구하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과, 다문화 청소년의 계승어 능력과 부모지지 수준은 비행 경험 확률에 부적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 다문화 청소년의 비행에 언어긴장이 미치는 영향을 계승어 능력만이 통계적으로 유의미하게 조절하고 있음이 확인되었다. 한편, 다문화 청소년의 한국어 스트레스 수준과 한국어 비능숙도 모두 학교 부적응 수준에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 계승어 능력, 자아존중감, 부모지지의 수준 모두 학교 부적응 수준에 부적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 해당 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 한국 다문화 청소년의 비행과 학교 부적응 문제에 개입할 때 이중언어, 자아존중감, 부모지지를 고려하는 것이 유효한 접근이면서도 계승어에 대한 인식 제고와 사회적 제반이 마련되어야 함을 시사하였다. There are rarely attempts to understand the relation between delinquency and school maladjustment of adolescents with immigrant background, and to explore various factors of individual internal and external systems to protect immigrant adolescents even though these attempts are required as the increase of immigrant adolescents. This study used data from the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study(2015; N=1,279), collected by the National Youth Policy Institute in South Korea. The general strain theory was used to analyze data. Binary logistic regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to investigate the effect of strain from host language on delinquency and school maladjustment among immigrant adolescents, and the impact of protective factors such as competence in a heritage language, self-esteem, and parental support on delinquency and school maladjustment among immigrant adolescents. The moderating effect of protective factors was examined. Major results showed first, competence in a heritage language and parental support negatively affected the possibility of experiencing delinquency. It was identified that only competence in a heritage language statistically played a moderating role in the effect of strain from host language on delinquency. Meanwhile, both the level of stress about Korean language and Korean incompetence had a positive on school maladjustment among immigrant adolescents. Competence in a heritage language, self-esteem, and parental support negatively influenced school maladjustment of immigrant youths. Based on these results, when there is an intervention in delinquency and school maladjustment among immigrant adolescents, considering bilingualism, self-esteem, and parental support is an useful approach. It suggests that enhancing the awareness of heritage language and social consideration should be prepared.

        20∼50대 여성의 자가 모발염색 행위에 관한 연구

        The hair dye market has recently expanded as the elderly population and hair coloring frequency among young people has increased. With the increase in the diversity of user convenience-emphasized hair dyes and the spread of the imperfect information of the styling-oriented mass media, home hair dyeing has become more common. This study investigated current home hair dyeing patterns and influence factors among adult women in their 20-50s in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon, who had prior experience in dyeing their hair at home. Based on the preliminary survey, the questionnaires were revised and supplemented, and a questionnaire survey was conducted using a random sample selection method. A total of 286 copies of the questionnaires were analyzed by frequency analysis and Kai test using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The results of the analysis of the relationship between factors and behavioral characteristics and the recognition of harmfulness of self-hair dying. The results found the following: The main reason for home hair dyeing was the ‘low cost’. When asked what aspect they first considered in choosing a hair coloring product, ‘color’ had most responses. The most widely used hair dyes were those for gray hair. When asked where they usually got their hair dye, ‘mart’ had the most responses. When asked how often they color their hair on their own, ‘monthly/bimonthly’ was the highest response. In terms of hair coloring time, 30-40 minutes’ was the majority. In terms of what they depended on to collect information regarding hair dyes and home hair coloring method, ‘mass media’ had the most responses. When it comes to the characteristics of home self-hair dyeing by general aspect, a significant difference was found in age and education. As age increased, self-hair dyeing frequency was higher. As the level of education was lower, in addition, home hair dyeing frequency increased. In terms of awareness of the hazards of self-hair dyeing, most respondents lacked understanding. In particular, most respondents had not performed an allergy test. It was found that 33.2% suffered from some kind of side effect after self-hair dyeing. These study results can be used as basic data for preventing uninformed self-hair dyeing and promoting marketing to prepare for customer defection.

      • 로레알, 아모스, 웰라사의 컬랙션에 나타난 헤어컬러 트렌드 분석에 관한 연구 -2006∼2012년을 중심으로-

        This study looked into the collections presented by 3 companies of L`Oreal, Amos and Wella on a year-on-year basis, and made a comparative analysis on hair color trend. In terms of three companies` hair color in 2006, L`Oreal showed combination of refined brown color that resolutely blended gold and brown. Amos expressed natural brown, light brown, cooper brown and mixed color of blonde and black. As for Wella, cold light of pearl and tinted twinkling blonde color, warm and gentle colors such as cooper, cinnamon, chocolate, hazelnut brown and caramel were expressed. In 2007, L`Oreal`s colors included bright bronze, gold bronze, bronzed orange and bronze highlight color, whereas Amos expressed texture glossy and healthy through tone on tone creation of wellbeing shiny chocolate color, and among the main colors are orange brown, pink brown, chocolate brown, dark brown, red orange brown and red orange color, and Wella reflected simple but light and rich blonde color and splendid bright bronze coloring. As for year 2008, L`Oreal is mainly expressed as bright light brown, atmospheric and natural brown, classic and elegant dark brown. Amos suggested cool image color, sunny yellow, apple green, cacao brown and black red which have been brightened 1∼2 levels as compared to 2007. Wella produced a deliberate technique and rich color sense of matt cold color that lustrous black, red color, ash and blondes color are delicately mixed. In 2009, representative colors of L`Oreal were entirely vivid colors and natural colors, and stressed with bright golden hair and pink highlight. Amos pursued new and fresh styling using optimistic colors together with coral color, blue, red, white focusing on light and soft texture. Wella mainly used cold brown toned colors and the ones that emphasize 3D color effect. In 2010, L`Oreal proposed naturelike gray, cooper, mahogany, various reddish brown colors, and Amos suggested warmth and soft texture, `cocoa mink brown` having sweet atmosphere and high concentration ash orange depending on the brightness and ‘flame red’ having gaudy red brown that resembles the hot sun with a ‘camel brown’ of soft and pale ash orange as main colors. Wella produced four concepts of natural red brown color, strong orange brown, bright gold color highlight on glamorous brown and airy light. In 2011, L`Oreal infused life into hair with pomegranate red highlight and violet highlight based on oak color, highlight by white clay, deep cooper, burgundy light brown, warm brown base, bronzed color and brown base. Amos showed mystique and stereoscopic volume with 3D color, dot color and graduation color, and proposed pure purple, lady green and fog beige as main colors, and suggested blue or pink as pointed colors with bright nuance pale gray that enables consumers to feel refreshed. Wella expressed a sexy, soft and strong career woman with dark brown and gold brown with sensual red color. Wella granted highlight and gradation mainly with black, white and yellow color. In 2012, L`Oreal added harmony to the overall look with colors from rich gold to cool beige that becomes brighter toward the end of hair. Amos and Wella showed healthy and shiny hair by using two contrasting colors of black and white with mono tone as the center, and adding ashy color tone with generally bright and soft toned sand beige color, respectively. This study looked into the collections presented by 3 companies of L`Oreal, Amos and Wella, and made a comparative analysis on hair color trend. Accordingly, overall trend indicates that changing history of minimalism is continuously predicted, and as for colors, it is also predicted that neutral color tone will be holding its ground and the trend of deep and rich color will be added. To suggest hair trend to be in vogue in 2013 on the basis of the above results, this study forecasts that weight of color will be strengthened as compared to 2012 marching in step with the walk of the world of fashion that changes to splendid color sense, and cheerful and animated vivid multi color will be in fashion.

        성인여성의 미용실 모발염색 행위의 특성과 만족도에 관한 연구

        In this era of emotional consumption, hair coloring has been widely used as a means to fulfill playful desires, generate personality and meet personal needs and purposes to create a unique hair color. This study analyzed current hair coloring practices in beauty salons and customers’ satisfaction among adult women in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon. As a result of analyzing the actual condition of the hair dyeing activity in the beauty salon, the higher the age, the more favored the ‘small/mid-sized’ beauty salon' and the 'reliable to the expert' was important. And, according to occupation, the use distribution of ‘small/mid-sized’ beauty salon was high overall. According to the marriage status, unmarried women had a high distribution for 'diversion', and married women had high distribution for 'grown hair cover'. Regardless of 'occupation' and 'monthly income', the frequency of visits to hairdressers was highest in 'every 2-3 months', followed by 'professional', 'housewife', and 'technical' It was found that they were aware of the harmful components of the hair dye. In difference testing on satisfaction with hair coloring in a beauty salon, any consultation for preventing side effects or preparation of a customer card was poor. Scalp or hair care before and after the treatment for preparing side effects was also unsatisfying. The study results are meaningful in that they would be available as basic data needed to understand the conditions in selecting a beauty salon for consumers to stay healthy and enhance the effects of hair coloring.
