수도권 신도시의 통근비용을 고려한 주거비용 분석에 관한 연구 : 분당구와 일산구를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to check self-sufficiency due to the value of commuting time and work week ratio of commuters in new cities in the Seoul metropolitan area, and to verify that an offset relationship between housing and transportation costs is found in new cities in the Seoul metropolitan area. The research method calculated the value of commuting time in the Seoul metropolitan area with binary logistic regression data, and the 2019 residential regression data was used as an alternative, and the value of commuting time and estimated household income were applied to the 2015 population housing sample. This study confirmed that the value of commuting time in the Seoul metropolitan area can be used as a means of determining the level of self-sufficiency, and that the new city does not have an offset relationship between transportation and housing costs. 본 연구는 수도권 신도시 통근자의 통근시간 가치와 직주비율의 관계로 도시별 자족성을 확인하고, 수도권 신도시에서도 주거비용과 통행비용의 상쇄관계가 발견되는지 검증하는데 있다. 연구방법으로는 2016 가구통행실태조사 자료를 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 수도권 신도시의 통근시간의 가치를 산출하였고, 2019 주거실태조사 자료를 가구소득 추정 회귀모형으로 분석하여 인구 주택 총 조사 표본자료가 제공하지 않는 소득 자료를 대안으로 사용하였다. 산출된 통근시간의 가치 및 추정가구 소득을 2015 인구 주택 총 조사 표본자료에 적용하고 주요변수로 구성하고 주거비 결정 요인모형을 활용하여 통근기회비용과 임차료 간의 상쇄관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구로 수도권 신도시의 통근시간의 가치가 자족수준을 판단하는 수단으로 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였고, 신도시는 통행비용과 주거비용 간의 상쇄관계가 존재하지 않는다는 것을 확인하였다.

The history of special vehicles in Korea started in the 1960s with freezer vehicles. Afterward, the scale of the Korean special vehicles market grew to USD 200 billion by early 2000 with the formation of a crossed market with the crane market. Because of the investment for market expansion and industrial diversification, new types of businesses appeared in all social sectors, client vehicles were upgraded, and imported vehicles increased. As a result, special vehicles of various forms (for transportation, environment, and trucks) necessary for more convenient and efficient working at construction sites as well as for car towing and emergency rescue were demanded. In particular, although the fields are different, the coming into effect of the Korea-Europe FTA improved the price competitiveness of Korean vehicles in Europe. Furthermore, the continued upgrading of the quality and brand value of Korean vehicles is expected to increase the demand for special Korean vehicles overseas. Hence, although the competition between companies specializing in vehicles, including large companies, is relatively fierce, special vehicles of diverse forms are being developed for each specific purpose, such as new working environments and jobs that have reached maturity. However, because of economic downturn and excessive supply of special vehicles, the market has reached saturation. At last, local governments have limited the registration of special vehicle that demand is not increasing, the debit and credit level is being maintained, and production of only some selected special vehicles is increasing. In the case of Jeollabuk-do province, it has two companies producing end-cars, such as Hyundai Motor and Tata Daewoo, which produce 93% of all commercial medium to large vehicles of Korea. It is the center of the commercial vehicle industry. This is where 30% of crane businesses and 60% of high ladder businesses, among special vehicles, are located. As such, it is equipped with competitiveness as the base of the commercial vehicle industry with a well-developed special vehicle industry. It is the mecca of the special vehicle industry that grew based on commercial vehicles. It is a region with a high growth potential, and its dominance in the domestic demand-driven market is close to 80%. Although the industrial growth rate of the business is -0.85%, and its average operating profit rate of 2.97% with stagnating industrial growth, reduced sales, and low total market profitability, competition between companies specializing in each field and end-cars is relatively fierce. Growth is stagnating. However, the demand for special vehicles that emphasizing working convenience because of further social sophistication is expected to increase. In particular, some Korean companies producing special vehicles are technologically exchanging with foreign companies that products and special vehicles of various forms are expected to appear. In this regard, although the market for special vehicle consumption has not clearly grown so far, it is steadily maintaining the status quo. Also, more features, including safety-related ones, are being added for the development of more intelligent equipment and more areas for their use. The task of having to share the market by providing high-quality products of high specifications at low prices by reducing the production cost is impeding the growth of related companies. Nonetheless, even companies leading the Korean and overseas markets are largely investing in R&D and working hard to develop special vehicles that are safe and reliable. Ideas for new technology and businesses always carry risks. Customers will shy away from products without development and changes, and the products will inevitably fall behind. Companies will thus be able to survive and continue growing by drawing up strategies, predicting the outcome, and enhancing personal relations with partner companies and customers to collect different data, analyze causes, improve, and supplement products.
고전류 작동 리튬이온 배터리의 효율적인 공기냉각 시스템 연구
리튬이온 이차전지는 현대 전자통신 기기의 복잡한 요구조건을 충족시킬 수 있는 높은 에너지밀도와 안정성을 가지고 있어 세계적으로 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 그 중에서도 전기자동차, 하이브리드 자동차에 고용량의 리튬이온 이차전지가 활발히 적용되고 있으며, 이를 위해서 자동차 배터리가 고전류로 작동할 때 발생하는 열을 효율적으로 제어할 수 있는 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 고전류로 작동하는 베터리의 냉각을 효율적으로 제어할 수 있는 공냉 시스템을 찾기 위하여 다양한 방식의 공냉 방식을 실험과 해석을 통해 비교하였다. 먼저 파우치 타입의 약 21Ah 리튬이온 배터리가 3C 이상의 고전류로 방전할 때 배터리의 탭 부분의 온도가 급증하는 것을 실험으로 확인하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 배터리가 고전류로 작동할 때 전기저항 발열을 비롯한 배터리 발열을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 냉각 방식을 찾기 위해 세 가지의 공기냉각 시스템을 제안하였다. 첫 번째 공냉 시스템은 cell의 표면과 탭 부분을 모두 냉각하는 entire cooling 방법, 두 번째 공냉 시스템은 cell의 표면만 냉각하는 surface cooling 방법, 세 번째 공냉 시스템은 탭 부분을 집중 냉각하는 tab cooling 방법을 제안하였다. 모든 실험은 4C 고전류 실험과 1C 저전류 실험을 병행하여 진행하였다. 저전류 실험에서 cell의 온도분포는 모든 냉각시스템이 1℃ 이내로 유사하였다. 고전류 실험에서 온도분포 편차가 2.2℃로 제일 작은 entire cooling 방법이 가장 효율적인 냉각 시스템이였다. 시뮬레이션 해석을 위해 실험에 사용한 파우치 배터리의 내부 층상 구조를 반영하여 모델링하였고, 배터리의 전기저항 발열을 계산하기 위하여 전극판에서 생성되고 흐르는 전자의 흐름과 열전달을 커플링하여 해석하였다. 또한 실험과 동일한 환경을 적용하기 위해 세가지의 냉각방법마다 fan에 의해 집중냉각 되는 부분을 대류열전달 계수를 이용하여 모델링에 지정하였다. 이에 따라 저전류 해석에서 탭의 온도와 탭의 근처에 있는 cell의 표면온도는 모두 유사하였지만 tab cooling 방법에서 탭과 거리가 먼 표면온도는 대략 1℃ 높았다. 고전류 해석에서 tab cooling 방법의 탭과 표면온도의 온도편차가 4℃이상 급증하였고 surface cooling과 entire cooling 방법의 표면온도는 유사하였지만 surface cooling의 탭의 온도가 상승하여 c-rate가 높아질수록 entire cooling 방법이 가장 효율적인 시스템인 것을 입증하였다. 실험과 해석의 온도분포의 최대오차율은 4.9%이며 평균오차율은 1.7%인 것을 확인하였다. Lithium-ion secondary batteries have high energy density and stability that can meet the complex requirements of modern telecommunications devices, and are applied to a wide variety of fields worldwide. among them, high-capacity lithium-ion secondary batteries are actively applied to EV and HEV, and many studies have been conducted to efficiently control the heat generated when the vehicle battery operates at a high currents. this study compared various air cooling methods through experiments and analysis to find an air cooling system that can efficiently control the cooling of batteries operating at high current. experiments confirmed that the temperature of the tap portion of the battery soared when a pouch-type lithium-ion battery of about 21Ah discharged to a high current of more than 3C. based on this result, when the battery is operating at high currents, three air cooling systems were proposed to find a cooling method that can effectively control battery heat including electrical resistance heat The first air-cooling system proposed an entire cooling method to cool both the surface and the tab-cooling method, the second air-cooling system to cool only the surface of the cell, and the third air-cooling method to cool only the tab-cooling method. all experiments were carried out in parallel with the 4C high-current experiment and the 1C low-current experiment. in the low current experiment, the temperature distribution of cell was similar to that of all cooling systems within 1℃. in the high current experiment, the entire cooling method with the smallest temperature distribution deviation of 2.2℃ was the most efficient cooling system. To analyze the simulation, it is modeled to reflect the sub-layer structure of the pouch battery, and to calculate the resistance heat of the battery, this study used the flow of electron along with the heat transfer which both are created on the electrode plate. In addition, to apply the same environment as in the experiment, the part that is intensively cooled by the fan in every three cooling methods is specified in the modeling using convection heat transfer coefficients. Accordingly, in the low current analysis, the temperature of the tab and the surface temperature of the cell near the tab were both similar, but in the tab cooling method, the surface temperature farther from the tab was approximately 1℃ higher. In the high current analysis, the temperature deviation between the tab and surface temperature of the tab cooling method increased by more than 4℃, and the surface temperature of the surface cooling and entire cooling method was similar, but the temperature of the tab of the surface cooling method increased, and as the c-rate increased, the entire cooling method proved to be the most efficient system. it was confirmed that the maximum error rate of the temperature distribution of the experiment and analysis was 4.9% and the average error rate was 1.7%.
보증금 지급의 특성을 고려한 전문건설보증기관의 위험관리에 관한 연구
보증금 지급의 특성을 고려한 전문건설보증기관의 위험관리에 관한 연구 본 연구는 전문건설보증기관의 효과적인 위험관리를 위해 보증금 지급의 특성을 고려하여 다양한 방법으로 분석을 실시한다. 이를 위해 건설경기 변동에 따라 보증금 지급이 크게 변동하는 특성을 고려하여 금리 및 기성실적증감률의 변동에 따른 전문건설업체의 규모별, 업종별 스트레스테스트를 실시하였다. 전문건설업체의 재무건전성 추정을 위 한 부실 여부의 기준 점수는 Altman(1968)의 z-score 2.99를 사용하지 않고, 회귀불연속 모형으로 분석을 실시한 결과 z-score 최적 배정점은 2.94로 나 타났다. 스트레스테스트 결과 경기변동 시 전문건설업체에 금리 인상의 충 격이 기성실적의 감소충격보다 더 큰 것으로 확인되었고, 상장 업체가 금리 인상의 충격과 기성실적 감소의 충격에 비상장 업체보다 민감한 것으로 나 타났다. 또한 자본집약적 특징을 가지는 전문건설업종이 노동집약적 업종에 비해 금리 인상과 기성실적 감소에 보다 민감하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났 다. 전문건설보증기관에서 보증금 지급이 소수의 업체에서 대부분 발생하는 특성을 감안하여 보증별 부도요인을 생존분석으로 실증 분석하여 위험관리 가 필요한 전문건설업체를 선별하고자 했다. 분석 결과 보증 규모가 커지거 나 생존확률이 낮은 고위험 업종인 경우와 보증 기간 동안의 평균 신용등급 이 낮은 경우 부도 발생 가능성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 로 계약 및 선급금 보증잔액이 30억원 이상인 토공, 철근콘크리트 업체를 위험관리대상 업체를 선별하였다. 선별된 위험관리대상 업체를 대상으로 부도예측분석과 판별분석을 실시 하였다. 실증분석은 전문건설업체가 흑자도산 또는 기업회생신청 등의 사유 로 예상치 못하게 갑자기 부실화되어 보증금 지급이 발생하는 특성을 감안 하여 현금흐름 자료와 분기별 패널 자료로 실시하였다. 부도예측모형으로 분석한 결과 자산과 관련된 유동성 평가지표는 부도 예측에 유의한 변수로 나타난 반면 차입금 관련된 평가지표는 부도 예측에 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 비재무지표 중 체납 이력과 가압류 이력 변수는 유의한 변수로 나타났고, 부도 예측력도 높이는 변수인 것으로 확인됐다. 한편 판별분석 실시 결과 현금흐름비율, 순운전자본총자산비율, 이익잉여 금총자산비율, 총자산의 로그값 변수가 부도 업체를 판별하는 변수로 포함 되어 판별함수를 구성하였다. 최종적인 판별함수는 적중률이 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 주제어 : 회귀불연속 설계, 스트레스테스트, 전문건설업 위험관리, 생존분석, 부도예측모형, 판별분석 A Study on the Risk Management of Specialty Construction Guarantee Company Considering the Characteristics of Guarantee Payment This study conducts analysis in various ways in consideration of the characteristics of guarantee payment for effective risk management of specialized construction guarantee companys. Stress tests were conducted by size and industry of specialty construction companies according to fluctuations in interest rates and pre-existing performance growth rates, taking into account the characteristics of large fluctuations in guarantee payments according to fluctuations in the construction industry. The standard score for insolvency in estimating the financial soundness of specialty construction companies was not used by Altman (1968)'s z-score 2.99, and the optimal z-score allocation point was 2.94. As a result of the stress test, it was confirmed that the impact of interest rate hikes on specialty construction companies in the event of economic fluctuations was greater than that of pre-existing performance, and listed companies were more sensitive to the impact of interest rate hikes and the impact of a decrease in pre-existing performance. In addition, it was found that specialty construction industries with capital-intensive characteristics were more sensitive to interest rate hikes and reduction in pre-existing performance than labor-intensive industries. Considering the characteristics that most of the guarantee payments occur in a small number of companies at a specialized construction guarantee company, we tried to select specialized construction companies that need risk management by empirically analyzing the default factors for each guarantee through survival analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the possibility of bankruptcy increases in the case of high-risk industries with a large guarantee size or a low survival probability, and if the average credit rating during the guarantee period is low. As a result of this study, Earth works and Reinforced concrete companies with more than 3 billion won in the balance of guarantee contracts guarantee and advance payments guarantee were selected for risk management. A bankruptcy prediction analysis and discriminant analysis were conducted on selected risk management companies. The empirical analysis was conducted with cash flow data and quarterly panel data in consideration of the characteristics that a specialized construction company suddenly becomes insolvent due to reasons such as surplus bankruptcy or corporate rehabilitation application, resulting in guarantee payment. As a result of analysis with the bankruptcy prediction model, the asset-related liquidity evaluation index was found to be a significant variable in the bankruptcy prediction, while the borrowings-related evaluation index was not found to be significant in the bankruptcy prediction, and the delinquency history and seizure history variables were found to be significant variables among non-financial indicators, and they were found to be variables that enhance the predictability of bankruptcy. On the other hand, as a result of the discriminant analysis, the variables of cash flow ratio, net operating capital asset ratio, total retained earnings asset ratio, and log value of total assets were included as variables to determine bankrupt companies, thereby constructing a discriminant function. The final discriminant function was found to have a good hit rate. 별불가사리(Patiria pectinifera) 유래 새로운 cysteine-rich Macin 의 발견과 재조합 생산을 통한 항균 활성 및 특성 연구

The ocean is a reservoir of diverse life forms including various marine animals that are constantly exposed to abundant microorganisms, including pathogenic bacteria. Marine invertebrates, such as starfish, lack adaptive immunity and rely heavily on their innate immune systems to defend against these microorganisms. A key factor in the innate immune response is antimicrobial peptides (AMPs). This study is the first to identify Macin in the starfish Patiria pectinifera and to measure its antimicrobial activity. This AMP, which exhibits both antimicrobial and neuroregenerative activities, has not been previously reported in echinoderms before. This study also investigates the effects of different cysteine connectivities and immune challenges on PpMacin’s antimicrobial activity and transcriptional expression levels, respectively. The full nucleotide and amino acid (AA) sequences of PpMacin were determined through cDNA cloning, revealing a total sequence of 1527 bp, including a 5ʹ untranslated region (UTR) of 140 bp, an open reading frame (ORF) of 264 bp, and a 3ʹ UTR of 1123 bp. The ORF encodes a total of 87 AAs, including a signal peptide of 24 AAs and a mature peptide of 63 AAs. The recombinant PpMacin (rPpMacin) was successfully produced through a heterologous expression system with the pET-28a(+)-TrxA vector system and Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The antimicrobial activity of the three rPpMacin forms (refolded, reduced, and one missing a disulfide bond) was investigated using the ultrasensitive radial diffusion assay, with results showing that cysteine connectivity significantly affects PpMacin’s antimicrobial capacity. The bacteriolytic activity of rPpMacin was confirmed using a chromogenic plate assay. Furthermore, NPN and ONPG assays demonstrated that rPpMacin weakly interacted with bacterial membranes at the experimental concentration. The transcriptional expression levels of PpMacin in starfish tissues were evaluated using RT-qPCR, revealing high PpMacin expression in coelomocytes and coelomic epithelium. Finally, temporal expression of PpMacin following immune challenge was highest in coelomocytes at 4 h and 24 h.
복합적 행동들을 효율적으로 구현하기 위한 기본 동작의 재사용 기법
Various situations that occur in virtual world are fundamental factors for establishing natural virtual world. Limited motions have been able to be created by existing research as motion capture because it has been focused in realistic expression and expensive. In this paper, we aim to efficient modeling technique which is not only simple but also trustworthy and we efficiently establish a system that is able to create various actions combining, reusing motions without implementation of all of actions that agents can execute. We suggest a system to implement agents which are able to deal with various situations. Using those technique and system, we implement actions as walking, running, exercising.
풍화암에 정착된 하중분산 지압형 앵커의 인발력에 관한 연구

현재 흙막이 벽체의 토압지지, 도로의 비탈면 보강, 옹벽, 교대 등 구조물의 토압 지지와 지하수압을 받는 지하구조물의 부력 방지용으로 다양한 형태의 앵커공법들이 사용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 마찰 인장형 앵커와 하중분산 지압형 앵커의 인발력에 대하여 현장시험과 모형 앵커체 시험을 수행하였으며 그 결과를 분석하였다. 현장 시험에서는 풍화암층을 대상으로 마찰 인장형 앵커 1개소와 하중분산 지압형 앵커 2개소의 인발력 시험을 실시하였고 극한인발시험 결과 마찰 인장형 앵커와 하중분산 지압형 앵커와의 인발력은 하중분산 지압형 앵커가 마찰 인장형 앵커보다 인발 저항력이 크게 나타났다. 모형 앵커체 인발시험은 마찰 인장형 앵커 2개소와 하중분산 지압형 앵커 3개소를 제작하여 실시하였고 모형 앵커체의 압축강도가 클수록 마찰 인장력 앵커보다 하중분산 지압형 앵커가 인발 저항력이 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 극한 인발에 따른 균열 여부를 확인하기 위하여 극한 인발시험 후 모형 앵커체의 단면을 절단한 결과 마찰 인장형 앵커에서는 그라우트 및 모형 앵커체 내외에 인장균열이 발생 하였으나 하중분산 지압형 앵커에서는 인장균열이 발생하지 않음을 확인하였다.
