        Respiratory syncytial virus 세기관지염에서비세척액내 호산구성 염증에 대한 TNF-α 역할

        Purpose:Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and eosinophilic inflammation have their role in asthma, but there were no studies on respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) bronchiolitis. The aim of our study was to investigate whether TNF-α has a role in eosinophilic inflammation of lower respiratory tract infections with RSV and has the correlation with other cytokines. Methods:Fifty children with first RSV bronchiolitis (RSV group) and 18 healthy children without any respiratory symptom and sign (control group) were enrolled. Clinical data, such as eosinophil-derived neurotoxin (EDN), eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), were analyzed. We measured interleukin (IL)-5, IL-8, TNF-α, granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interferon (IFN)-γ, eotaxin, and regulated on activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES) in nasal lavage fluid in both groups. Results:Eotaxin, GM-CSF, IL-8, IFN-γ and TNF-α were higher in the RSV group than the control group. TNF-α correlated with an eosinophil-active cytokine, GM-CSF (r=0.86, P< 0.0001), IFN-γ (r=0.90, P<0.0001), and with eosinophil-active C-C chemokines such as eotaxin (r=0.50, P<0.0001). TNF-α also correlated with proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-8 (r= 0.81, P<0.0001). Conclusion:TNF-α correlated with eosinophil-active chemokines and cytokines. Therefore, TNF-α may have a role in eosinophilic inflammation in children with RSV bronchiolitis.         The residual stress of welding structure causes the brittle fracture and the reduction in fatigue strength and corrosion resistance by overlapping with working loads. PWHT(Post Weld Heat Treatment) is a general method to relieve the residual stress; however, that is restricted by the size of structure. Therefore, MSR(Mechanical Stress Relieving) is applicable as an alternative method to relieve the residual stress. In this study, MSR test for relieving the residual stress of LPG carrier cargo tank was carried out according to IGC code and the technical procedure, and the field applicability of MSR was studied.

      • EPIC 아키텍쳐를 위한 적극적 레지스터 할당 알고리듬

        최근 많은 명령어 수준 병렬 처리 기술들이 개발되면서 ILP 프로세서 성능이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 특히, 새로운 기술로 주목 받고 있는 EPIC(Explicitly Parallel Instruction Computing) 아키텍쳐는 조건실행 (Predicated Execution)과 투기적실행(Speculative execution)을 하드웨어와 접목하여 성능 향상을 시도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EPIC 아키텍쳐의 특성을 최대로 활용하여 코드 스케줄 가능성을 높이는 새로운 레지스터 할당 알고리듬을 제안한다. 그리고, 제안된 레지스터 할당 알고리듬은 조건실행의 적용으로 인하여 더욱 효율을 높일 수 있음을 실험을 통하여 입증한다. 실험 결과 기존의 레지스터 할당 방법에 비하여 평균 19%의 성능 향상을 보임으로써 제안된 레지스터 할당 방법이 효과적임을 검증한다. Recently, many parallel processing technologies were developed, ILP(Instruction level Parallelism) processor's performance have been growed very rapidly. especially, EPIC(Explicitly Parallel Instruction computing) architectures attempt to enhance the performance in the predicated execution and speculative execution with the hardware. In this paper to improve the code scheduling possibility by applying to the characteristics of EPIC architectures, a new register allocation algorithm is proposed. And we proves that proposed register allocation algorithm is more efficient scheme than the conventional scheme when predicated execution is applied to our scheme by experiments. In experimental results, it shows much more performance enhancement, about 19% in proposed scheme than the conventional scheme. So, our scheme is verified that it is an effective register allocation method.

        불꽃놀이 시스템의 국산화에 대한 연구

        현재 우리나라의 불꽃놀이에서 사용되는 시스템은 대부분 미국산 장비와 소프트웨어로 노후되고 오래된 기술이다. 그 과정에서 불꽃놀이의 시작 신호를 받으면 미리 입력시켜둔 시그널대로 진행하고, 중간에 문제가 생기면 현장 관리자가 직접 전원을 꺼버리거나 다시 켜야 하는 등의 처리를 직접해야만 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 원시적인 방법을 탈피하고 외국기술에 의존하고 있는 현실을 순수 국산기술을 이용하여 개발함으로써 비용측면 뿐만 아니라 현실에 맞게 편의성 및 안정성을 더욱 높일 수 있도록 하였다. 향후에는 해외로 기술을 전파함으로써 수익을 창출할 수 있는 발판을 마련하고자 한다. Fireworks are used in our country, most of U.S. equipment and software systems are old and outdated technology. If the Fireworks receives a signal, then the start of the pre-placed as the signal proceeds to the middle of a problem with the site manager directly turn off the power and turn on again. Manager, where it should be handled directly. So, in this paper, we researched a domestically developed technology to escape the reality that relies on foreign technology. Our technology should be suited the convenience, reliability and lower cost. This technology can generate revenue from overseas.

      • 정보검색 기법과 동적 보간 계수를 이용한 N-gram 언어모델의 적응

        The goal of language model adaptation is to improve the background language model with a relatively small adaptation corpus. This study presents a language model adaptation technique where additional text data for the adaptation do not exist. We propose the information retrieval (IR) technique with N-gram language modeling to collect the adaptation corpus from baseline text data. We also propose to use a dynamic language model interpolation coefficient to combine the background language model and the adapted language model. The interpolation coefficient is estimated from the word hypotheses obtained by segmenting the input speech data reserved for held-out validation data. This allows the final adapted model to improve the performance of the background model consistently The proposed approach reduces the word error rate by $13.6\%$ relative to baseline 4-gram for two-hour broadcast news speech recognition.

        FHD법으로 형성된 실리카 유리미립자의 특성에 관한 연구

        수직형 FHD증착법을 사용하여 SiO$_{2}$, SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 실리카 유리미립자를 형성하였으며, SEM, ICP-AES, XRD, TGA-DSC을 사용하여 그 특성을 분석하였다. XRD측정을 통해, 미립자 형성시 사용된 화염온도(130$0^{\circ}C$-150$0^{\circ}C$)와 기판온도(-20$0^{\circ}C$)가 SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$계 미립자를 비정질상태로 형성하였으며, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$와 SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 미립자에서는 B$_{2}$O$_{3}$, BPO$_{4}$, GeO$_{2}$의 결정성피크들을 관찰하였다. TGA-DSC 열분석을 통해, SiO$_{2}$와 SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$는 온도변화에 따른 질량변화가 없었으며, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계의 경우 질량감소를 동반한 유리전이에 따른 분자이완현상 및 결정화나 회복반응을 나타내고 있다. 질량감소는 미립자가 결정상태일때 가속되는 경향을 나타냈으며, DSC열분석을 통해 SiO$_{2}$, SiO$_{2}$-P$_{2}$O$_{5}$, SiO$_{2}$P$_{2}$O$_{5}$-B$_{2}$O$_{3}$-GeO$_{2}$계 유리미립자들의 고밀화가 시작되는 온도를 각각 1224$^{\circ}C$, 1151$^{\circ}C$, 953$^{\circ}C$, 113$0^{\circ}C$에서 관찰하였다.
