        소형비행기 실속특성 향상 및 적합성검증 방안 연구

        This is a research on the method of how to improve stall characteristics for the small general aviation airplanes to meet the FAR part 23 requirements. This research is based on the experience of certification flight tests of KC-100 airplane for Korea type certification. KAS/FAR Part 23.201/203 are the stall characteristics requirements. 23.201 requires to show the stable stalling tendency of the wings level stall and 23.203 requires to show the stable stalling tendency of stall characteristics during turning flight. In this paper, the stall characteristics requirements, improvement methods and flight test experience of KC-100 airplane for type certification.

        소형비행기 가로안정성 향상 및 적합성검증 방안 연구

        This is a research on the method of how to improve lateral stability for the small general aviation airplane to meet the FAR part 23 requirements. This research is based on the experience of certification flight tests of KC-100 airplane for Korea first type certification. KAS/FAR Part 23.177 is the static lateral and directional stability requirement. And, 23.177(b) requires to show the tendency to raise the low wing in steady heading side slip maneuver. However, it is very difficult for the low wing to be raised at the low speed during the steady heading side slip maneuver. So, the requirement allows not be negative at the $1.2V_{S1}$ speed and takeoff configuration. (static stability requirement requires low wing picked up at any speed except $1.2V_{S1}$ speed and takeoff configuration) In this paper, the static lateral stability requirements and the lessons & learned of KC-100 airplane certification flight test results are shown.

        인증비행시험 안전관리 및 위험도 평가기법 연구

        Certification flight test is very risky and there are many hazards. Because the flight test is performed with the aircraft, that is safety and flight characteristics are not proven. And the test items and conditions are critical. If there is loss of aircraft during certification flight test, the certification program, development period can be delayed. Therefore, maintaining safety of the aircraft during flight test is very important. There are not much flight test experiences in Korea. However, developed nations has long history of flight test and experiences of flight test accidents. Based on these experiences, they has developed systematic management methods for the flight test safety. In this study, I would like to introduce safety management and risk assessment of the certification flight test.

        무인항공기 인증제도에 관한 연구

        Nowadays, the demand of civil application of an UAV has been being increased all over the world. And many projects are going on to develop a new regulatory system for an UAV to access a national airspace. Especially, to fly UAV over the non-restricted airspace as a standard airworthiness standard, many authority funded research institutes and associations are studying regulatory environment. For the UAV to access civil airspace, the certification system of the aviation regulation have to allow this. FAA of US, CASA of Australia and European authorities are now issuing an experimental airworthiness certificate to a civil UAV. This is the first step of issuing a standard airworthiness certificate. And many people believe that civil UAV can fly over a NAS if some technical issues are resolved. In this study, I would like to present an international trends of a civil UAV regulation system, reliability trend of unmanned aerial system and would like to bring up a our regulatory environment and suggest an UAV regulatory policy.

        무인기 감항기준 안전도 설정기법 연구

        To operate UAV in the civil airspace, the airworthiness of UAV system have to be proven by the civil certification system. However, it is difficult for UAV to be certified by the existing certification system because the existing certification system has been developed for the manned aircraft. So, many civil aviation authorities and research institutes are studying developing airworthiness standards for UAV certification. To develop an airworthiness standards for UAV, the airworthiness level of safety have to be established based on UAV categorization. I would like to introduce an quantitative methods for establishing airworthiness level of safety of UAV based on UAV categorization and example of Smart UAV.

        어린이 참여디자인을 위한 디자인 교육 프로그램 연구 - 수원시 어공6호 어린이공원을 사례로 -

        Recently, citizen participation and user - oriented design are becoming increasingly important in the urban space design process. The Children's Park has also begun to discuss the need to reflect children's opinions and needs as well as existing ways and means of participation to reflect these opinions and ideas. In this study, a design education program for children was constructed and user opinions accessed via this design education were reflected in design and applied to the Children's Park. The training program consists of five weeks of educational programs, textbooks and teaching methods related to existing research, design education for children and participatory design programs. This program was used as a pilot of Eogong-6ho Children 's Park(No. 6 Children's Park), located in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, and reinterpreted the results of the workshop for 5th grade students at Sunil Elementary School. This design education program is distinguished from other workshop programs on how to organize and operate participating professors and textbooks, and has a program base that can reproduce the entire process. In addition, it is necessary to verify the effects of user participation through research, such as monitoring the use of children's parks after completion, as well as the application of more diverse design methodologies to children's parks and the way they reflect children's opinions.

        웹에는 방대한 양의 정보가 있지만 현재 그 활용은 제한적이다. 본 연구는 기존에 PC를 통해서만 접근 가능했던 웹 정보를 TV나 모바일 기기를 통해서 볼 수 있게 함으로써, 사용자로 하여금 시공간의 제약으로부터 자유로운 정보 환경을 제공하려는 취지에서 수행되었다. 현재의 웹 정보를 TV나 모바일 기기와 같은 일상적인 매체를 통해서도 활용할 수 있기 위해서는 각 디바이스의 화면에 적합하게 필터링과 요약을 통해 재구성 하는 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 자연어처리 기술에 기반하여 온라인 뉴스 페이지를 개인 디바이스에 적합한 형태로 내용과 레이아웃을 재구성하는 시스템인 ONASys(Online News Adaptation System) 에 대해 소개한다. ONASys는 공간적, 내용적 속성을 이용하여 웹페이지 상의 중요 정보를 선별하는 ‘컨텐츠 필터링 모듈’, 요약 패턴의 분석과 공기 정보를 통한 문법적 주 요소 인식을 통해 문장을 요약하는 ‘문장 요약 모듈’, 제목과 문장의 연관성을 통하여 문장의 중요도를 판단하는 ‘중요도 결정 모듈’로 구성된다.

        온라인 협동학습을 통한 사회성 향상 프로그램이 초등학교 통합학급 학생들의 사회성 기술과 학급분위기에 미치는 영향

        연구목적: 본 연구는 온라인 협동학습을 통한 사회성 향상 프로그램이 통합학급 학생들의 사회성 기술 및 학급분위기에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구방법: 연구참여자는 서울 N초등학교 5학년 통합학급 학생 82명으로, 이 중 41명은 실험집단, 41명은 통제집단으로 참여하였다. 온라인 협동학습을 통한 사회성 향상 프로그램을 총 12회기에 걸쳐 연구자가 진행하였으며 매 회기 장애학생을 위한 개별지원을 제공하였다. 두 집단간 사회성 기술과 학급분위기 변화 정도에 유의한 차이가 있는지 조사하기 위하여 사전, 사후검사의 차이를 독립표본 t 검정을 사용하여 분석하였고, 장애학생의 변화 정도는 사전-사후검사 점수의 산술적 변화 추이를 통해 살펴보았다. 연구결과: 첫째, 실험집단 비장애학생의 사회성 기술의 총점 및 모든 하위영역(협력, 주장성, 자기조절, 공감)의 점수가 통제집단에 비해 유의미하게 향상되었으며, 실험집단 장애학생 또한 통제집단 장애학생의 비해 모든 영역에서 점수가 향상되었다. 둘째, 실험집단 비장애학생이 지각한 학급분위기 총점과 하위영역인 친밀감에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 통제집단 장애학생에 비해 실험집단 장애학생이 지각한 학급 분위기 전체 점수가 증가하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 장애학생이 포함된 초등학교 통합학급 학생 전체를 대상으로 온라인 수업을 활용하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 후속 연구에서는 다양한 온오프라인 수업 방식을 활용하고, 담임교사와의 협력교수를 통해 교육과정과 연계한 프로그램을 실시하여 그 효과를 극대화할 필요가 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the social skills improvement program using online cooperative learning on social skills of students and class climate in elementary inclusive classes. Method: The participants included 82 fifth grade students of N Elementary School in Seoul; The students were divided into two groups-experimental and control-with 41 participants each. The social skills improvement program using online cooperative learning was conducted with 12 sessions by the first author. Individual supports in each session were provided for students with disabilities. An independent sample t-test was used to investigate any significant differences in social skills and class climate between the two groups, and the degree of variation among students with disabilities was examined through arithmetic changes between the pre-test and post-test scores. Results: First, the social skills improvement program using online cooperative learning had a positive impact on improving the social skills of students in inclusive classes. Second, the program using online cooperative learning had a positive effect on the total score of class climate perceived by students in inclusive classes and the intimacy among a sub-section of class climate. Conclusion: This study is significant because it conducted online classes for all elementary school students including those with disabilities. Additionally, implications suggest that maximum intervention effects could be achieved by applying various online and offline teaching methods and conducting programs linked to the curriculum through co-teaching by special and general education teachers in inclusive classes.
