주산기 정신건강 문제를 가진 산모와 신생아를 위한 모아 병동에 대한 고찰

With the development of the attachment theory and perinatal psychiatry, the joint admission of the mother and her baby in hospitals began in the 1950s, and this has developed into the establishment of specialized Mother-Baby Units (MBUs). MBUs were operated mainly in the United Kingdom and France. Subsequently, the concept gradually expanded to Belgium, Australia, and the United States, and recently, it is also spreading to Hungary, Sri Lanka, and India. The MBU is a specialized inpatient ward that operates 24 hours a day and comprises multidisciplinary personnel who can give specialized care to mothers with mental illnesses and their babies. Various psychosocial interventions, as well as pharmacotherapy, are used to achieve the MBU’s goal. These include a secure attachment bond between a mother and her baby and psychiatric care for the mother’s mental problems. According to most previous studies about MBU, the outcomes relating to clinical symptoms and the mother-baby interaction have been promising. Currently, there is no MBU in South Korea even though the obvious benefits have been identified. Further studies for the establishment of MBUs in our clinical environment are desperately and urgently needed.
FKBP12-Rapamycin-FRB 삼중결합체의 고해상도 결정구조 분석 Ⅱ; 결합에너지 분석

The crystal structure of FKB12-rapamycin-FRB ternary complex which refined at 2.2Å resolution has been analyzed in order to investigate the rapamycin's binding specificity during the complex formation. The rapamycin does not bind to FRB alone, while rapamycin-FKBP12 complex does, To elucidate the nature of the rapamycin's binding affinity, binding evergy has been estimated based on the hayrophobic effect and hydrogen bonds. Hydrophobic effects are estimated using the buried surface area based calculation, and the hydrogen bonding effects are estimated using direct and water-mediated hyrogen bonding network. The interaction between rapamycin and FKBP12 consists five hydrogen bonds, while the interaction between rapamycin and FRB as well as the interaction between FKBP12 and FRB have no direct hydrogen bonds. However, because of the larger buried surface area and five water-mediated hydrogen bonds, binding energy between FKBP12-rapamycin compex and FRB shows similar value with the energy between FKBP12 and rapamycin, which are considered to contribute significantly on the ternary complex formation. The binding energy estimation revealed that the water-mediated hydrogen bonds of protein-protein interaction play a crucial role in the binding of FKBP12-rapamycin complex to the FRB.
도재파절 양상에 따른 수종의 도재 수복용 레진의 결합력에 관한 실험적 연구

Although dental porcelain demonstrates lasting esthetic results, it suffers from inherent brittle fractures. Various techniques and materials for intraoral porcelain repair has been suggested. This study investigated the in vitro shear strength of three porcelain repair systems according to aspects of the porcelain fractures. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shear bond strength of three porcelain repair systems(All-bond, Clearfil, Scotchprime) according to fractured surface of porcelain - fused - to - metal restorations. For this study specimens were divided into five groups : group 1 represented fracture occurred at body porcelain layer, group 2 represented fracture occurred at opaque porcelain layer, group 3 represented fracture including 1/3 of metal exposure, group 4 represented fracture including 2/3 of metal exposure, and group 5 represented all metal surface was exposed. Specimens were stored in double deionized water(24Hr, $37^{\circ}C$) and thermocycling was performed(24Hr, 1080cycles), and subjected to a shear force parallel to the repair resin and porcelain interface by use of an University Testing Machine. The results of this study were obtained as follows : 1. In group 1 and 2, bond strength was relatively high, and bond strength showing reducing tendency as exposure of metal was increased. 2. In group 1, bond strength was relatively high, and no significant differences in porcelain repair system. 3. In group 2, 3 and 4, All-bond and Clearfil provided significantly higher bond strength than scotchprime. 4. In group 5, bond strength was the lowest among all groups and especially in case if Scotchprime. 5. Cohesive failure was observed in group 1 and 2, adhesive failure was observed in group 5, and cohesive / adhesive failures were observed in group 3 and 4.
