지금 우리 사회는 강도, 엽기적인 살인, 유괴 등 인간으로서 도저히 상상할 수 없는 만행들이 자행되고 있어 윤리 도덕의 회복이 무엇보다 시급하다고 본다. 그러면 무엇으로 회복할 것인가가 문제인데, 그 대안은 성경적 효이다. 그리고 어디서부터 회복시킬 것인가 하는 것은 가족 공동체부터 라고 할 수 있다. 또 어떻게 할 것인가도 중요한데 이것은 리더십을 적용하는 것이다. 이러한 것들 중에서 본 연구는 어떻게 회복할 것인가로 한정하여 리더십에 의한 방법을 다루었다. 리더십과 성경적 효의 관계에 대한 이해는 중요하다. 여기서 이들의 관계를 전략에 비유하여 설명할 수 있는데, 전략의 목적은 ‘성경적 효를 가족 공동체에 정착시키는 것’이고, 전략의 요소는 ‘성경적 효’이며, 전략의 수단은 ‘리더십’으로 비유한 다. 따라서 성경적 효라는 전략 요소를, 리더십이라는 전략 수단으로 전략 목표인 가족 공동체에 정착시킨다는 의미이다. 가족 공동체에서 성경적 효를 정착시키기 위한 리더십의 행동 요소는 효 비전수립, 효 방향정열, 효행을 위한 임파워먼트, 효행의 모델되기 순으로 정리한 후 이에 대한 성경적 효 정착의 효용과 한계도 아울러 제시하였다. In these days, there are too much robbery, terrible murder, kidnapping etc we couldn't imagine before that's why the moral principles are destroyed and we are in difficult situation. So, At this point of time it needs to morals recovery in our society. If so, for the morals recovery what should we do, from where and how ? The issue of recovery alternative is Biblical HYO. Because biblical HYO has a value of three unity called 'sam tong'. From where is Family community. Family community is basic cell in our society. For how to use leadership, Leadership make motivate members to accomplish vision in the organization. And it is also the process to use influence. So, on this study focused on how can we recover and I deal with a point of view 'leadership'. It is very important to understand leadership and biblical HYO. It can represent by metaphor to strategy. A object of strategy is settled down family community by biblical HYO. A factor of strategy is biblical HYO and a strategic method figure by metaphor to 'leadership'. Therefore their relations is that biblical HYO is the factor of strategy by leadership about strategic method after that the objet of strategy will be settled down family community. For the settlement on biblical HYO through leadership in family community, it needs Hyo vision, alignment for Hyo, empowerment and then becoming Hyo model. And I propose their limitations and effects to settle biblical HYO through leadership in family community.

Interplay between Epigenetics and Genetics in Cancer

Genomic instability, which occurs through both genetic mechanisms (underlying inheritable phenotypic variations caused byDNA sequence-dependent alterations, such as mutation, deletion, insertion, inversion, translocation, and chromosomalaneuploidy) and epigenomic aberrations (underlying inheritable phenotypic variations caused by DNA sequence-independentalterations caused by a change of chromatin structure, such as DNA methylation and histone modifications), isknown to promote tumorigenesis and tumor progression. Mechanisms involve both genomic instability and epigenomicaberrations that lose or gain the function of genes that impinge on tumor suppression/prevention or oncogenesis. Growingevidence points to an epigenome-wide disruption that involves large-scale DNA hypomethylation but specific hypermethylationof tumor suppressor genes, large blocks of aberrant histone modifications, and abnormal miRNA expressionprofile. Emerging molecular details regarding the modulation of these epigenetic events in cancer are used to illustrate thealterations of epigenetic molecules, and their consequent malfunctions could contribute to cancer biology. More recently,intriguing evidence supporting that genetic and epigenetic mechanisms are not separate events in cancer has beenemerging; they intertwine and take advantage of each other during tumorigenesis. In addition, we discuss the collusionbetween epigenetics and genetics mediated by heterochromatin protein 1, a major component of heterochromatin, in orderto maintain genome integrity.

건설근로자가 인식하는 안전의식이 불안전한 행동에 미치는 영향: 직무만족의 매개효과와 조절후원인식의 조절효과

This study examined the mediated effects of job satisfaction and the control effects of the perceived organizational support awareness on the effects of safety awareness recognized by construction workers on unsafe acts as a way to reduce unsafe acts. To this end, 439 workers at 23 construction sites across the country received a questionnaire from July 1 to July 20, 2019 and the data were analyzed, which resulted in the following conclusions. First, the sense of safety in which construction workers are late has a direct influence on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction recognized by construction workers has been shown to have a direct negative effect on the anxiety act. Third, job satisfaction was influenced by the medium in relation to safety awareness and anxiety transfer act recognized by construction workers. Fourth, the adjustment effect of the perceived organizational support awareness in the relationship between safety awareness and task satisfaction was shown to be significant. This study suggests that to prevent unsafe acts at construction sites, increased safe acts reduce the level of anxiety transfer due to a high sense of safety and job satisfaction by workers. 본 연구는 건설근로자들의 불안전한 행동을 감소시키는 방안으로 건설근로자들이 인식하는 안전의식이 불안전한 행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 직무만족의 매개효과와 조직후원인식의 조절효과를 실증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2019년 7월1일부터 7월20일까지 전국 23개 건설현장 근로자를 대상으로 439명의 설문지를 받아 데이터 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 건설근로자가 지각하는 안전의식은 직무만족에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 건설근로자가 인식하는 직무만족은 불안전행동에 직접적으로 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 건설근로자가 인식하는 안전의식과 불안전행동의 관계에서 직무만족을 매개로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 안전의식과 직무만족의 관계에서 조직후원인식의 조절효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 건설근로자의 불안전한행동을 감소시키는 방안으로 건설근로자들이 인식하는 안전의식이 직무만족을 매개로하여 불안전한 행동에 미치는 영향관계가 검증되었고, 구성원들이 조직후원인식을 얼마나 인식하는지에 따라 직무만족에 영향을 미치는지 통계적으로 검증되었다. 본 연구는 건설현장에서 근로자들이 불안전한 행동을 예방하기 위해서는 근로자들이 인식하는 안전의식과 직무만족이 향상에 따라 안전행동이 증가하고 불안전행동의 감소된 다는 것을 의미하고 있다.

한반도 평화체제 구축 과정에서의 남북한 주도권 강화 방안: 지경학적 접근을 중심으로

In East Asia, the East Asian policies of the powers- One Road One Belt initiative aimed at the realization of the Chinese dream and the integration of the huge economy centered on China, US Indo-Pacific Strategy to prevent China, Japan’s strengthening of the US-Japan alliance and expansionism, Russia’s New East Policy for Strong Russian Rebuilding- are strengthening their influence through the interaction of geopolitic and geo-economic. However, South Korea was not able to strengthen the geo-economic factors due to the division on the peninsula and the North Korean nuclear threat, and the geopolitical crisis deepens. This study tries to find ways to strengthen the initiative between the two Koreas in geo-economical cooperation in the process of establishing a peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. The reinforcement of the geo-economical factors of South Korea and North Korea leads to the strengthening of the their initiative by engaging the great powers on the Korean Peninsula as a member of the profit community. The Korean Peninsula will use the geopolitics of the Korean Peninsula strategically to contribute to peace and economic prosperity of the Korean Peninsula and East Asia through economic cooperation with the US, China, Japan and Russia connect with the Eurasia continent through transportation, logistics, and energy. 협력과 갈등이 혼재한 동아시아에서 중국 몽(中國夢)의 실현과 중국 중심의 거대 경제권 통합을 목표로 하는 중국의 일대일로 정책, 중국을 저지하려는 미국의 인도-태평양 전략, 일본의 미일동맹 강화와 팽창주의, 강한 러시아 재건을 위한 러시아의 신동방정책 등한반도를 둘러싼 열강들의 동아시아 정책이 지정학과 지경학의 상호작용을 통해 자국의 영향력 강화가 이루어지고 있음에 반해 한국은 남북분단으로 인한 대륙과의 단절, 남북관계 경색과 북핵 위협 등으로 지경학적 가치를 강화할 수 없고, 지정학적 위기만 고조되는 구조적 모순을 안고 있었다. 본 연구는 2018 년 북한의 비핵화 선언으로 한반도 평화체제를 구축할 수 있는 대전환기를 맞아 한반도 평화 체제 구축과정에서 남북이 주도권을 강화하는 방안을 남북의 지경학적 협력에서 찾고자 하였다. 남북한 주도의 지경학적 요소의 강화는 한반도에서 강대국들을 한반도 평화 체제의 이익공유 주체로 참여시킴으로서, 남북한의 주도권 강화로 이어지고, 미・중・일・ 러와의 경제협력을 통해 교통, 물류, 에너지로 대륙과 연결하여 한반도의 지정학을 전략적으로 이용함으로써 한반도와 동아시아의 평화와 경제 번영에 갖는 함의를 도출하려 한다.
